Purpose : With the proliferation of O2O platform services that combine offline and online services, many startups are fiercely competing to lead services in the O2O service market. While the prospects for growth in the O2O service market are optimistic because of the close convenience to life, startups can achieve corporate performance only through close cooperation and partnership with suppliers. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of O2O-based startups' and suppliers' cooperation in supply chain management on SCM performance through supply chain partnerships and startup satisfaction with suppliers. Research design, data, methodology : Data were collected from O2O service-based startups and hypotheses were verified through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, feasibility analysis, and structural equation path analysis. In addition, the mediating effects of supply chain partnerships and startup satisfaction on suppliers were verified. Results : As a result of this study, IT utilization of the O2O startup cooperation method affects the financial perspective of supply chain partnership and SCM performance. The contract implementation of the cooperation method had an impact on the financial and innovation growth perspectives of the SCM performance, and the communication of the cooperation method had an effect on the supply chain partnership, startup satisfaction in the supply chain, and the innovation growth perspective of the SCM performance. Supply chain partnerships had an impact on the financial, innovation growth, and customer perspectives of SCM performance and startup satisfaction within the supply chain had a significant effect on innovation growth and customer perspectives. Conclusions : The implications of this study identified the factors that can improve SCM performance through the cooperation method of O2O startup, supply chain partnership and startup satisfaction with suppliers, and it is significant that the causal relationship was identified by the structural model through the supply chain cooperation factors derived by characteristics. Based on the empirical results, as the services of O2O startups grow, it is expected that empirical research and practical activation of academia should be considered as important in the cooperation of the supply chain.

4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 산학협력의 역할과 기능에 대한 혁신적 변화가 요구됨에 따라, 본 연구에서는 산학협력의 현황과 정부의 지원사업을 진단하고, 해외 주요사례분석을 통하여 신산학협력 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학의 전반적인 산학협력 수준은 높아지고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부의 산학협력 지원사업은 양적으로는 충분하나, 부처별 중복지원 문제, 산학협력 지원의 양극화 등의 문제점이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 해외 주요 대학의 특징은 지역산업과의 연계가 높다는 점이며, 대학이 적극적으로 창업생태계를 주도하고 있다는 점이다. 신산학협력 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미래지향적 산학협력으로, 미래수요에 기반한 신교육과정 개설과 교육방식 혁신을 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 능동적 산학협력으로 창업교육 확대와 대학보유 자원을 기반으로 한 창업을 활성화해야 한다. 셋째, 지역혁신주체와의 적극적 협력으로 지역혁신의 앵커역할을 수행해야 하며. 수익 창출형 산학협력 모델을 개발하여 대학 재정에 기여할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

본 성공적인 국제기술협력을 위해서 정부는 많은 대안을 통해서 시도하고 있다. 그러나 해외전시회를 통해서 국제기술협력 활성화 방안은 아직 우리나라에서 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 독일이 2009년도 동반 국가 "한국의 해"를 통해서 국제기술협력 활성화 정책을 실행한 사례분석을 통해서 우리정부에 시사점을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 본 논문을 위해서 연구자가 직접 2009년도 4월 20일부터 30일까지 독일 하노버 메쎄를 방문, 관계자들과 심충인터뷰를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 구성은 총 5장으로 되어있다. 제 2장에서는 독일하노버 메쎄와 이론적 배경을 살펴보았고 제 3장에서는 문화적 갭을 줄일 수 있는 메쎄에서의 동반국가 "2009년도 "한국의 해"를 통해서 사례분석을 도출 하였다. 제 4장에서는 사례분석을 통해서 살펴본 메쎄와 국제기술협력 성과를 살펴보았고 제 5장에서는 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 퇴행성 슬관절염을 가진 노인 환자에게 복합운동 프로그램을 적용하여 통증과 근활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. B병원에 입원한 환자 중 퇴행성 슬관절염 진단을 받은 노인 환자 23명을 대상으로 운동군(n=12)과 통제군(n=11)으로 나누어 두 집단 모두 온열 및 전기치료를 포함한 물리치료를 40분간, 주 3회, 10주간 실시하였고, 운동군에는 추가로 복합운동 프로그램을 주 3회, 40분간, 10주간 적용하였으며, 훈련 전과 후의 VAS와 근활성도를 측정하였다. 실험(10주)후의 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 운동군과 통제군 모두에서 실험전보다 실험 후에 통증에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 하지만, 두 군 간의 유의한 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 둘째, 운동군에서 실험전보다 실험 후에 근활성도에 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<0.05), 운동군과 통제군 사이에서도 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 본 연구 결과를 통하여 퇴행성 슬관절염을 가진 노인 환자에게 복합운동 프로그램이 통증과 근활성도에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에게 복합운동뿐만 아니라 유산소운동, 저항성 운동프로그램 등을 접목시켜 노인환자들이 손쉽게 할 수 있는 흥미로운 프로그램을 만들어 노인들의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 프로그램에 대한 연구가 계속 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study is aimed at drawing up improvement measures in connection with the resolution of claims, one of the major constraints in revitalizing South-North Korean economic cooperation. To that end, we first looked at the structure of South-North Korean economic cooperation and the institutional status related to resolving the claims. Also we analyzed the current status of the claims in the process of promoting South-North Korean economic cooperation by companies and the provisions of the claims between the parties in order to derive any problems. Through these research results, we were able to identify directions and implications for efficient improvement of the causes of several South-North Korean economic cooperation claims. First, at the corporate level, there is a need to create specific details of a contract for resolving disputes and to add additional third-party coordination functions in the relevant clause of the contract in preparation for the occurrence of a dispute. In addition, it is necessary to seek ways to advance jointly with corporations in China and other third countries in order to secure stability. Second, the government should continue to discuss ways of promoting South-North Korean commercial arbitration with North Korea so that follow-up measures can be completed as soon as possible. In addition, a two-track strategy is suggested to provide a practical negotiation channel at the private level. Also it is necessary to be active in persuading North Korea to join the international arbitration treaty in preparation for the activation of full-fledged economic exchanges.

This study examined the present condition and characteristics, spatial composition of the Atarasimura through field studies about the Atarasimura of Miyashiro, Saitama pref. in Japan. The results of this study are as follows. First, Atarasimura is the citizen farm of Miyashiro which promotes regional activation, community consciousness and the interchange of residents. Second, cultivation area and the miscellaneous scrub transforms the area into a park-like one, protecting a natural environment and making a beautiful landscape. Atarasimura is expected to enhance the studying effect of the children and young people. Third, the direct sale of agricultural products leads to the increase of income and resident employment opportunities. Fourth, the plan of future regional facilities must be made within a legal system and a systematic program for region making. In addition, the system of rational participation and cooperation between administration and local residents is important.

최근 해외시장 개척을 위한 산학협력 방식의 무역교육은 현상은 무역인력의 질적 수준 향상과 중소기업의 수출성과에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 수출 초보기업과 수출 경험이 없는 대학생들이 함께 해외시장 개척에 나섰을 경우 항상 좋은 성과만 있는 것은 아니다. 체계적인 교육과 준비과정이 없는 해외시장 개척 활동은 사실상 예산과 시간 낭비가 될 수 있고 성과를 기대할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 GTEP, LINC, 중소기업청 사업 등 해외시장 개척 산학협력 경험자 30명을 대상으로 집단 인터뷰를 실시하여 산학협력에 필요한 각 단계별 모형을 도출하였다. 학생선발, 협력기업 네트워킹, 학생교육, 해외시장조사, 전시회 발굴, 전시회 준비, 전시회 파견, 사후 관리 8단계의 모형을 제시하였고 각 단계별 진행사항 및 유의사항을 전문가들의 의견을 종합하여 정리하였다. 구체적인 내용은 해외시장 개척 산학협력을 처음 시작하거나 성과를 높이고자 하는 각 대학 사업단 관계자들이 직접 적용할 수 있는 부분이다.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the satisfaction of Korean medicine doctors (KMD) who conducted Korean medicine school doctor program (KMSD). We are going to use study as a foundation for activation KMSD program. Methods : Seoul Korean medicine association and Seoul metropolitan office of education conducted KMSD program for 22 schools in 2017. The program included health lessons, health counseling, and health care programs. After program finished, we carried out self-administered questionnaire survey to KMD who participated in KMSD program and we analysed it. Results : A total of 45 people answered the questionnaire, and 56% of respondents answered as 'Good progress' and 44% answered as 'Bad progress'. The reason for good progress was 'Good cooperation of School' (47.4%). 'Personalized program for participant' (23.68%), 'Support of Seoul Korean Medicine Association' (21.1%). The reason for 'Bad progress' was 'Bad cooperation of School' (37.8%), 'Lack of personal circumstances' (32.4%), 'Lack of motivation' (16.2%). The advantage of KMSD program included 'It is helpful for positive perception of the Korean medicine' and 'Korean medicine can contribute to improving public health, which is the health of schools' was 25%, 'It is helpful in expanding the services of Korean medicines to children and adolescents' was 17.6%, 'Highly satisfaction in participations' was 15.7%. The question of prerequisites for activation KMSD Program included 'Active cooperation of school' was 35.05%, 'Expand teaching materials and programs' was 20.62%, 'Support of Seoul Korean Medicine Association' was 15.46%. Conclusions : We will organize and activate programs of KMSD program and conduct program based on harmony of local community and school support, research of school health program. The program will contribute to improve student health and develop Korean health support program.

Cultural needs of human have grown enormously. Consumer trend and individual taste have become more individualistic and diversified. Efforts to improve the quality of life have changed the concept of lift space as well as the concept of interior life supplies. Products are no longer standardized and produced in massive scale, thus a shift of value has risen. Damages done by the economical development have made consumers take interests in products that are more natural and in harmony with human beings. It is a tendency that wooden materials are becoming a preference as a specific alternative. There is a great social change with a new paradigm like this. Considering the change, we propose a new vision and activation plan on design development of wooden products through specific and practical studies by the system of educational and industrial cooperation which is an organic association system for developing human resources of educational system and producing profits of industry. From it, we can expect great effects as a competitive design of coming future.

유비쿼터스 활성화에 따른 RFID/USN 환경조성은 매우 빠르게 증가되고 있다. 그러나 RFID/USN 환경에 적합한 보안환경은 보안위협 증가속도에 따르지 못하는 것이 현 실정이다. 그러므로 본 논문은 RFID/USN에 적합한 MSNR을 제안하였다. 제안된 MSNR은 기존 AES에 비하여 1.3배의 처리율 증가를 보였으며, 전체적인 시스템 효율면에서 2배의 성능향상을 보임을 확인하였다. 그러므로 MSNR은 RFID/USN 등과 같은 환경적 자원제약 조건을 극복하기에 적합한 암호알고리즘으로 사료된다.
