Optimum conditions for making the Au and Al internal standards for TEM have been determined experimentally. The Au internal standard was produced by sputter coating at 9mA for 100 seconds in low vacuum $(\leq1\times10^{-3})$. The Al internal standard was produced by evaporation coating at 7kV for 10 minutes in high vacuum $(\leq1\times10^{-5})$. Measurements of the lattice parameters of andalusite and albite feldspars with this Au internal standard resulted in errors of (a) $ \leq1.2%$ in precion and $\leq0.3%$ in accuracy for andalusite: (b) $\leq0.5%$ in precision and $\leq1.1%$ in accuracy for albite feldspars. The most significant error occurred from the measuring processes of distances and angles of electron diffraction patterns. By employing systematic procedures of measurement with high precision devices, this lattice parameter determination method utilizing the internal standard should be a good alternative to the conventional powder XRD method or the sophisticated CBED method for special samples.
The computer based three phase power analysing system has been developed as a traveling standard for onsite power calibration. The system is utilized with digital-to-analog converts which were synchronized each other. Using digital signal processing technique the software has been developed to calculate power parameters. The calibration system is fully traceable to national standard system and, accuracy allows the calibration of industrial power measurement systems.

A non-contact precision measurement system is a theodolite system, a laser tacker and a photogrammetry system etc. Nowadays, the system reaches to a limit of measurement accuracy required from industrial product of middle and large scale. The one of the solutions for this problem is to maximize the accuracy of the existing measurement system. According to it we performed the study far a measurement accuracy of theodolite system when the distance between two theodolites is changed 1m to 5m. We could blow that the changes of distance affect the measurement accuracy of theodolite system and that the maximum measurement accuracy is $\pm$ 0.02 mm on theodolite distance 3∼4 m.

In this paper, when a physician make a diagnosis of the pattern identification (PI) in Korean stroke patients, the development methods of the PI classification function is considered by diagnostic questionnaire of the PI for stroke patients. Clinical data collected from 1,502 stroke patients who was identically diagnosed for the PI subtypes diagnosed by two physicians with more than 3 years experiences in 13 oriental medical hospitals. In order to develop the classification function into PI using Korean Stroke Syndrome Differentiation Standard was consist of the 44 items (Fire heat(19), Qi deficiency(11), Yin deficiency(7), Dampness-phlegm(7)). Using the 44 items, we took diagnostic and prediction accuracy rate through of discriminant model. The overall diagnostic and prediction accuracy rate of the PI subtypes for discriminant model was 74.37%, 70.88% respectively.

The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is undergoing dramatic changes. Nowadays, much more satellites are transmitting navigation data at more frequencies. A multi-GNSS analysis is performed to improve the positioning accuracy by processing combined observations from different GNSS. The multi-GNSS technique can improve significantly the positioning accuracy. In this paper, we present a combined Global Positioning System (GPS), the GLObal NAvigation Satellite System (GLONASS), the China Satellite Navigation System (BeiDou), and the Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) standard point positioning (SPP) method to exploit all currently available GNSS observations at Mokpo (MKPO) station in South Korea. We also investigate the multi-GNSS data recorded at MKPO reference station. The positioning accuracy is compared with several combinations of the satellite systems. Because of the different frequencies and signal structure of the different GNSS, intersystem biases (ISB) parameters for code observations have to be estimated together with receiver clocks in multi-GNSS SPP. We also present GPS/GLONASS and GPS/BeiDou ISB values estimated by the daily average.
Uses a Tomographic scan image and Table Object Distance(TOD) price after measuring, uses accuracy and usability of blood vessel diameter(Vessel Diameter) measurement under comparison evaluating boil TOD Calibration. The patient who enforces Prosecuting Attorney abdomen Tomographic scan in the object the superior mesentery artery uses PACS View from abdomen fault image and from blood vessel diameter and the table measures the height until of the blood vessel. Uses Angio Catheter from Angiography(5 Fr.) and enforces is measured from PACS View the height until of the table which and the blood vessel at TOD Calibration price and the size of the superior mesentery artery inputs measures an superior mesentery artery building skill. Catheter Calibration input Agnio Catheter where uses in Angiography the size of the superior mesentery artery at Catheter Calibration price and they measure. Produced an accuracy from monitoring data and comparison evaluated. The statistical program used SPSS. TOD Calibration accuracy was 96.53%, standard deviation is 0.03829. Catheter Calibration accuracy of 92.91%, standard deviation is 0.05085. Represents a statistically significant difference(p = 0). According to age and gender was not statistically significant(p > 0.05). TOD Calibration correlation coefficient R-squared of 88.8%, Catheter Calibration of the R-squared is 75.5%. High accuracy of both methods. Through this study, CT images using the measured distance between the table and the Object, TOD Calibration accuracy higher than two Catheter Calibration was measured. TOD and Catheter Calibration represents a statistically significant difference(p = 0).

Given the specific mean shift outlier model, the standard approaches to obtaining test statistics for outliers are discussed. Accuracy of outlier tests is investigated using subset curvatures. These subset curvatures appear to be reliable indicators of the adequacy of the linearization based test. Also, we consider obtaining graphical summaries of uncertainty in estimating parameters through confidence curves. The results are applied to the problem of assessing the accuracy of outlier tests.
A field reconstruction scheme for a cell centered finite volume method on unstructured meshes is developed. Regardless of mesh quality, this method is exact within a machine accuracy if the solution is linear, which means it has full second order accuracy. It does not have any limitation on cell shape except convexity of the cells and recovers standard discretization stencils at structured orthogonal grids. Accuracy comparisons with other popular reconstruction schemes are performed on a simple example.

Background: CA125 and HE4 are used in calculating Risk of Malignancy Algorithm (ROMA); and Risk of Malignancy Index (RMI). However, studies showed that normal levels of CA125, and HE4 differ among ethnicities such as between Asians and Caucasians, thus affecting the accuracy of the RMI score and ROMA in predicting ovarian malignancy. This study aimed to determine whether new or modified cutoff values for Ca125, HE4, the RMI score, and ROMA resulted in a better prediction of malignancy compared with the previous or standard ones. Materials and Methods: Serum level of CA125 and HE4 from 128 patients with diagnosis of ovarian tumor that had been collected before surgery at Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital (CMH) in Jakarta from November 2010 until May 2011 were reviewed and analysed. The standard cutoff values of these biomarkers, RMI, and ROMA were modified by using logistic regression model. The modified cutoff values were compared to the standard cutoff values in terms of sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy. Results: The modified cutoff value of CA125, HE4, RMI score and ROMA were 165.2 U/mL, 103.4 pM, 368.7, 28/54. The sensitivity and specificity of the modified cutoff values CA125, HE 4, RMI score and ROMA in differentiating benign from malignant and borderline were 67% and 75,4%; 73.1% and 85.2%; 73.1% and 80.3%; and 77.6% and 86.9%. While the sensitivity and specificity of the standard cutoff value of CA125; HE4; RMI score; and ROMA were 91% and 24.6%; 83.6% and 65%; 80.6% and 65.6%; and 91.0% and 42.6%. The accuracy of modified cutoff values compared with standard cutoff values were: 71.2% vs 59.3%, 78.9% vs 75% vs, 76.5% vs 73.4%, and 82% vs 67.9%. Conclusions: The new or modified cutoff values of Ca125, HE4, RMI score and ROMA resulted in higher accuracy compared to the previous or standard ones, at the cost of reduced sensitivity.
The purpose of this study was to make a suitable images for korean emotional expressions. KSFI(Korean Standard Facial Image)-AUs was produced from korean standard apperance and FACS(Facial Action coding system)-AUs. For the objectivity of KSFI, the survey was examined about emotion recognition rate and contribution of emotion recognition in facial elements from six-basic emotional expression images(sadness, happiness, disgust, fear, anger and surprise). As a result of the experiment, the images of happiness, surprise, sadness and anger which had shown higher accuracy. Also, emotional recognition rate was mainly decided by the facial element of eyes and a mouth. Through the result of this study, KSFI contents which could be combined AU images was proposed. In this future, KSFI would be helpful contents to improve emotion recognition rate.
