This research is studied for investigative purposes of preparation status for healthcare telematics service enforcement via making an analysis of understanding & expectation effect about healthcare telematics introduction. The study is investigated with two groups, professional medical persons (doctors, nurses, pharmacists) and medical demanders (customers), to analyze the recognition difference between two groups. Questions are carried in face to face interviews by using structured questionnaire & Delphi technique. The survey result shows medical demander's expectation level is higher than the other's at all items such as social changes, medical service provider, medical service users, national and government agencies, medical system suppliers.
E-Learning is another way of teaching and learning. E-learning is a networked phenomenon allowing for instant revisions and distribution, and goes beyond training and instruction to the delivery of information and tools to improve performance. The benefits of e-learning are many, including cost-effectiveness, enhanced responsiveness to change, consistency, timely content, flexible accessibility, and providing customer value. The proponents of e-learning stress the importance of using communities of interest to support and enhance the learning process. They also emphasizes that people learn more effectively when they interact and are involved with other people participating in similar endeavors. Although the role of e-learning in higher education has significantly increased, the resistance to new technology by professors and lecturers in university and colleges worldwide remains high. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of attitude and planned behavior toward e-learning class in universities. A survey methodology was used to investigate a proposed model of influence, and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that attitude toward e-learning systems is mostly influenced by the perceived ease of use as well as the level of perceived usefulness, where both factors are influenced by years of experiences in using cyber system and the technical support level. As in other TAM related research, it can be concluded that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness contribute to the future use of e-learning system.

Diverse characters have been recently used in fashion products for children. The degree to which parents accept children's opinions or attitudes when they engage in dialogue may be connected with consumer socialization and affect the criteria for the evaluation of character fashion products. This study examined the effects of mothers' childrearing attitudes on consumer socialization and the evaluation criteria for character fashion products for children. A questionnaire was conducted via the Internet on 310 mothers with children aged between four and twelve. The results of the study showed: First, childrearing attitudes were divided into four dimensions: hostility, autonomy, acceptance, and control. Consumer socialization was divided into communication in regards to consumption, consumption control, and the awareness of social relations. The evaluation criteria for character fashion products for children were divided into educational/utilitarian values, emotional values, and social values. Second, mothers were divided into an acceptance group, a moderation group, and a hostility group based on childrearing attitudes. The group with hostile childrearing attitudes had control over their children's consumption and were conscious of others in the process of consumption. The group with accepting childrearing attitudes considered educational/utilitarian values and emotional values when they purchased character fashion products for children. The group with hostile childrearing attitudes considered social values. Third, autonomous childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on communication in regards to consumption. Controlling childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on consumption control and the awareness of social relations. Controlling childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on social/utilitarian and emotional values; however hostile childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on social values.
Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is online education that anyone can register for free and has internet access. MOOC is also called Education Revolution and is spreading rapidly all over the world. Although recent MOOC high-quality classes may enhance the value of MOOC, MOOC learning still needs much research. Since MOOC has low learning completion rate and continuous use rate, various studies on the reasons that learners give up at the beginning of learning have not been tried yet This research is studied for the continuous intention of use of MOOC applying self-determination theory and learning flow theory based on technology acceptance model. In particular, the research are conducted for cultural difference in continuous usage of MOOC between Korean and Chinese. The research results show that self-determination theory applying perceived autonomy, perceived competence, and perceived relatedness and learning flow is useful to explain continuous use of MOOC. The research also shows that Hofstede theory works well in explaining the cultural difference between Korea and China in continuous usage of MOOC. The result shows that korean is more influenced by perceived external motivation like perceived usefulness and chinese is more influenced by internal motivation like learning flow in continuous use of MOOC.
How will the field of education react to the big data craze that has recently seeped into every aspect of society? To search for ways to use big data in mathematics education, this study first examined the concept of big data and examples of its application, and then pursued directions for future research in two ways. First, changes in the representation and acceptance of data are required because of changes in technology and the environment. In other words, the learning content and methodology of data treatment need to be changed by describing a myriad amount of data visually or by 'analyzing and inferring' data to provide data efficiently and clearly. Additionally, the mathematics education field needs to foster changes in curricula to facilitate the improvement of students' learning capacity in the 21st century. Second, it is necessary to more actively collect data on general education and not merely on teaching or learning to identify new information, pursue positive changes in the teaching and learning of mathematics, and stimulate interest and research in the field so that it can be used to make policy decisions regarding mathematics education.

More flexible learning models are needed, and learning environments that operate through mobile technologies such as portable multimedia players(PMP) provide useful tools in implementing these learning models. The main attractant of PMP is often their versatility: being able to load and play different formats of video, audio, digital images, and interactive media. In this paper, we investigate the factors influencing the usage and acceptance of the PMP for study, based on the extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Based on data collected from online survey, we show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, flow and perceived enjoyment are the major determinants for users to play PMP for study purpose. Factors, including ease of use, contents-credibility are shown to determine the level of perceived usefulness; additionally, perceived usefulness, ease of use and perceived enjoyment are shown to directly affect the level of flow. Based upon the statistical results, some useful guidelines for developing learning contents are also provided.

The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.
Globally, cloud service is a core infrastructure that improves industrial productivity and accelerates innovation through convergence and integration with various industries, and it is expected to continuously expand the market size and spread to all industries. In particular, due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, the introduction of cloud services was an opportunity to be recognized as a core infrastructure to cope with the untact era. However, it is still at the preliminary stage for market expansion of cloud service in Korea. This paper aims to empirically analyze how cloud services can be accepted by users by each industry through extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), and what factors influence the acceptance and avoidance of cloud services to users. For this purpose, the impact and factors on the acceptance intention of cloud services were analyzed through the hypothesis test through the proposed extended technology acceptance model. The industrial sector selected four industrial sectors of education, finance, manufacturing and health care and derived factors by examining the parameters of TAM, key characteristics of the cloud and other factors. As a result of the empirical analysis, differences were found in the factors that influence the intention to accept cloud services for each of the four industry sectors, which means that there is a difference in perception of the introduction or use of cloud services by industry sector. Eventually it is expected that this study will not only help to understand the intention of using cloud services by industry, but also help cloud service providers expand and provide cloud services to each industry.

Introduction. Inadequate methods for acquiring user education could affect the level of library user education possessed by postgraduate students, and ultimately influence the purposes of their usage of e-resources provided in their university libraries. Despite the global acceptance that e-resources are contributing to postgraduate student’s research work, however, it has been documented that there is low use of e-resources in university libraries in Nigeria among postgraduate students. This drift could have negative consequences on their overall development. Therefore, this study determined how influential library user education is on the use of e-resources by postgraduate students in Nigerian university libraries.Methods. A survey research design and multi-stage sampling technique was adopted to select 2,726 from 54,578 postgraduate students from four faculties in 16 federal conventional universities in Nigeria. The data set was collected using a questionnaire and an interview schedule for e-resources librarians/system librarians and was analysed using percentage and Pearson’s product moment correlation.Results. The majority of the students were at the Master’s level (57.5%). The gender shows a ratio of 59.0% male and 41.0% female. Most Nigerian students enrol for postgraduate programmes in their thirties ‘30-39’ years. The use of e-resources by the postgraduates was low (weighted average of 2.45). The relationship between level of library user education and postgraduate students’ use of e-resources was positive, slightly strong, and significant (r = 318; df = 2284; p< .05).Conclusion. User education has positively inclined postgraduate students to the use of e-resources in their libraries. Therefore, libraries should employ all methods for acquiring user education for postgraduate students.

This study defined the notion of general idea on m-learning as based upon e-Learning and mobile internet related literature review and identified the m-Learning distinctive features. Also, this study has searched for factors that are expected to influence the use intended for m-Learning from self-regulated learning, which is acknowledged to be a useful method for learning accomplishment in education field, in order to measure the relationship between learners' motivation and use intention. Then it has empirically validated the conceptual model based on Davis' TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) As a result, self-efficacy, self-determination, interest, contents quality, time management, help seeking, and Peer study are factors affecting Perceived usefulness. Also self-efficacy, self-determination, interest, contents qualify, time management, and peer study are factors affecting perceived ease of use. Finally both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are significant factors affecting use intention.
