사서의 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Affecting Librarian's Multicultural Acceptance)

  • 한국에서의 외국이주민 인구 비율이 늘어나고, 도서관의 다문화서비스가 도입되고 있는 현실에 비해 사서의 다문화수용성에 대한 논의가 부재하다는 문제의식에 기초해서 이 연구는 사서들의 다문화수용성을 점검하고, 사서들의 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색해보았다. 이를 위해, 2016년 2월 전국의 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 하는 설문조사를 수행하여 319명의 사서로부터 설문지를 수집하였으며, 최종 292개의 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 공공도서관 사서의 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 해외거주 경험, 다문화서비스 담당 경험, 다문화 관련 교육경험인 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 사서의 다문화수용성을 함양하기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

직무특성이 조직신뢰, 조직변화 수용성 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Characteristics on Organizational Trust, Acceptance of Organizational Change and Organizational Commitment)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of the organizational trust, acceptance of organizational change on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment. For this study, data were collected from convenient sample of 241 employees at small and medium enterprises in Ulsan city and Gyeongju city. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: 1. The relationship between the job characteristics and the organizational trust is positively related. 2. There was a positive correlation between the job characteristics and the acceptance of organizational change. 3. There was a positive correlation between the job characteristics and the organizational commitment. 4. The relationship between the organizational trust and the acceptance of organizational change is positively related. 5. There was a positive correlation between the organizational trust and the organizational commitment. 6. There was a positive correlation between the acceptance of organizational change and the organizational commitment. Finally, the organizational trust and acceptance of organizational change played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment.

스마트 의류에 대한 혁신기술수용모델(TAM)의 확장 (Extending the Technology Acceptance Model for Smart Clothing)

  • The Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) proposed by Davis(1989) has been applied as a reliable and robust model in the study of user’s adoption of different technologies. However it is necessary to incorporate additional constructs to the original model in the quest for increased predictive power. This study investigate consumer’s acceptance of smart clothing applied by the extended TAM. Besides perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, clothing involvement is included in the extended TAM. Data were collected from the adults over 20 years old living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas from March 2 to March 12, 2009. 815 copies of data were analyzed to examine a structural model and test research hypotheses using AMOS package. The study showed the extended TAM for smart clothing was validated empirically in predicting the individual’s acceptance of smart clothing and 5 hypotheses among 7 hypotheses were supported. Specifically, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and clothing involvement were the factors affecting attitude toward smart clothing. Attitude toward smart clothing was influenced directly by perceived usefulness and clothing involvement but influenced indirectly by perceived ease of use. Acceptance intention toward smart clothing was influenced strongly by attitude. From a theoretical point of view, the study extended the TAM for smart clothing. Moreover, this study would be beneficial for those who would develop smart clothing by providing information about attitude and acceptance intention of smart clothing consumers.

뇌졸중 환자의 우울과 수용간의 관계 (A Study on Relationship between the Post-stroke Depression and Acceptance)

  • Objective : We aimed to study the relationship between the post-stroke depression and acceptance of the stroke. Method : For this study, 80 stroke patients were surveyed by using questionnaires for CES-D, acceptance for stroke, and social support. Result & Conclusion : 1. Acceptance for stroke varied inversely as the post-stroke depression. 2. The acceptance for the stroke appeased the negative influence caused by the stress of the stroke, and the post-stroke depression was biggest predictable variant. And location of the stroke were the predictable variants of the post-stroke depression. 3. When the gender, location of the stroke, motor power, age, period of stroke, and social support were controlled, the group with depression and the one without depression had a significant difference in the acceptance of the stroke.

감국 분말 첨가 쿠키의 관능적 특성 및 소비자 기호도 (Sensory Characteristics and Consumer Acceptance with Cookies Made with Chrysanthemum indicum L. Powder)

  • This study was conducted to analyze sensory characteristics and consumer acceptance with cookies made using various levels(0, 2, 4, 6 and 8% w/w) of Chrysanthemum indicum L. powder. Ten panels assessed sensory characteristics using a 15-point hedonic scale and forty-five consumers evaluated their acceptance based on a 7-point hedonic scale and best-worst scaling. The descriptive analyses reveled that cookie flavor did not differ significantly between the 2% added sample and the control. Cookie color and after taste increased significantly, while hardness, roasted taste, and sweetness taste decreased significantly according to increasing Chrysanthemum indicum L. powder concentration. In addition, the results of consumer acceptance showed that the overall acceptability, appearance, color, flavor, and taste decreased significantly in response to increasing Chrysanthemum indicum L. powder concentration. However, color, flavor, taste and overall acceptance with cookies did not differ significantly differ between the 2% and 4% sample. Additionally, among the cookies made with Chrysanthemum indicum L. powder, the 2% sample received the highest scores. In conclusion, the sensory optimal ratio of Chrysanthemum indicum L. powder was 2% based on the descriptive analysis of sensory characteristics and the consumer-acceptance testing.

유아의 또래수용도에 영향을 미치는 유아 및 어머니 변인 연구 (The Effects of Young Children and Their Mother's Variables on Peer Acceptance of the Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of young children's temperament, emotional intelligence, social behavior and mother's personality traits, and management strategy of peer relations on peer acceptance. Subjects were 412 5-years-old children and their mothers in Busan. The children responded to the Peer Nomination Inventory to assess peer acceptance and their teachers completed the EAS(Emotionality, Activity, Sociability), to assess the emotional intelligence and social behavior of the children. Mothers completed Eysenck Personality Questionnaire for personality traits and the Parental Involvement Checklist. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and simple and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that emotional intelligence of young children had a relatively significant effect on peer acceptance, followed by personality traits of mother's extraversion, the temperament of activity, and the management strategy of mediation-supervision. In conclusion, young children and their mother's variables have a complex, rather than simple, effect on peer acceptance of the children.

핀테크 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 모바일 결제 서비스를 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Influencing Acceptance Intention of Fintech -Focusing on Mobile Payment Service-)

  • Recently, the Fintech industry is growing rapidly, and mobile payment service plays a key role in this growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting initial acceptance of mobile payment service using Technology Acceptance Model. In the research model, service-related factors such as economic efficiency and security, user-related factors such as user innovativeness and social factors such as social influence were adopted as external variables, and acceptance intention was introduced as dependent variable. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were selected as mediating variables. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics v22 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, service-related factors such as economic efficiency and security did not affect the user acceptance intention. Second, individual innovativeness and social influence have significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use respectively. And the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are mediators, have a significant influence on the acceptance intention of mobile payment service. The results of this study will serve as a useful guide for Fintech industries.

대학생이 지각한 부모 및 부모 이외 애착대상의 수용-거부, 행동통제와 심리적 적응 간의 관계 (Parental and Partner Acceptance-Rejection, Behavioral Control, and Psychological Adjustment Among Korean College Students)

  • This study examined (1) whether romantic partners' or close friends' acceptance-rejection perceived by college students is related to their psychological adjustment indicated by hostility/aggression, dependency, negative self-esteem, negative self-competence, emotional unresponsiveness, emotional instability, and negative world view; (2) whether parents' behavioral control in childhood and romantic partners' or close friends' behavioral control perceived by college students are related to their psychological adjustment; (3) how parents' behavioral control and acceptance-rejection in childhood perceived by college students are related with each other; and (4) how romantic partners' or close friends' behavioral control and acceptance-rejection perceived by college students are related with each other. The subjects were 163 college students enrolled in universities located in Seoul or Kyungki-do in Korea. The results indicated that college students' perceptions of their romantic partners' or close friends' acceptance-rejection are related to their psychological adjustment, that college students' perceptions of their parents' behavioral control and romantic partners' or close friends' behavioral control are related to their psychological adjustment, and that college students' perceptions of parents' behavioral control are related to their perceptions of parents' hostility/aggression, indifference, and rejection and the results were the same for the romantic partners' or close friends' behavioral control and acceptance-rejection.

소비자의 혁신성과 신뢰가 센서기반 스마트 의류 수용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumers' Innovativeness and Trust on Acceptance Intention of Sensor-based Smart Clothing)

  • This study examines consumer's acceptance intention of sensor-based smart clothing empolying the extended TAM. Technology innovativeness, information innovativeness and trust were used as external variables and perceived palyfulness was included in the extetended TAM. Data were collected from the adults over 20 years old living in Daegu from March 14 to 18, 2011. 193 useful copies of data were analyzed to investigate a structural model and test research hypotheses using AMOS 7.0. The study results showed that the extended TAM for smart clothing was validated empirically in predicting the individual's acceptance of sensor-based smart clothing and 10 hypotheses among 12 hypotheses were supported. Technology innovation, information innovation, and trust were confirmed as antecedent variables in affecting extended TAM. Perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness directly influenced acceptance intention and indirectly influenced acceptance intention mediating attitude. Perceived usefulness affected perceived playfulness and attitude affected acceptance intention. This study will help marketers and managers of fashion companies devise effective tools in planning marketing strategies related to smart clothing.

원전주변 지역주민의 위험지각이 위험태도와 위험수용에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Risk Perception on Risk Attitude and Risk Acceptance of Nuclear Power Plants)

  • 본 연구는 경주의 원전주변 지역주민들을 대상으로 원전에 대한 위험지각이 위험태도와 위험수용에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며, 추가적으로 정부의 원전관련 정책에 대한 불신과 원전에 대한 지각된 이익이 위험수용에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하였다. 주요 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원전주변 지역 주민들의 원전에 대한 위험지각은 위험태도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원전주변 지역주민들의 원전에 대한 위험태도는 위험수용에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 원전주변 지역주민들의 원전 관련 정부정책에 대한 불신은 위험수용에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 원전주변 지역주민들의 원전에 대한 지각된 이익은 위험수용에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
