This paper tries to follow Toni Morrison's postcolonial courses in her novels. In The Bluest Eye, Morrison examines the situation in which the white's values are the standard for the whole society through two little black girls, Pecola and Claudia. In Song of Solomon she recommends emulating Pilate's love and good attitude towards tradition to shape a positive identity for Afro-Americans, which Milkman comes to accept. In Tar Baby, Morrison suggests that Son's and Jadine's ideas, traditional and modern, should be combined. In Beloved, Morrison illustrates one of the ways in which all blacks can escape from their own trauma through Sethe's process of finding her self-worth. In Paradise Morrison shows that the real de-colonial way to overcome the effects of colonization is to create a new paradigm in which everyone is respected regardless of race. In her works, Morrison insists that by remembering and regretting slavery in America, people can overcome its aftereffects and trauma. Racial oppression still exists today, so Morrison will continue her beautiful, powerful and eye-opening work.

A novel motion analysis system is presented in this paper. The proposed system is inspired by processing functions observed in the fly visual system, which detects changes in input light intensities, determines motion on both the local and the wide-field levels. The system has several differences from conventional motion analysis system. First, conventional systems usually focused on matching similar feature or optical flow, but neural network is applied in this system. Back propagation is used by learning method, and Tine Delay Neural Network (TDNN) is also used as analysis method. Second, while conventional systems usually limited on only two frames of sequence, the proposed system accept multiple frames of sequence. The experimental results showed a 94.7% correct rate with a speed of 71.47 milli seconds for real and synthetic images.

The home network is the technique to guarantee a safe, economical, socially integrated, and healthy life to the family and it provides domestic safety, instrument control, controllable energy and health monitoring by the connection of the home appliances using wired and wireless networks. A home control system has been developed for managing and controlling home appliances. This paper designs the broadband PLC home controller using broadband PLC technology which can save much cost at a network infrastructure using the existing power line at a home and design the USB home controller using USB technology which is low cost and has many goods with it. And the embedded home server manages those. The CDMA module provides mobile functions to the home control system in this paper. And we choose the OSGi specification which is compatible with other home middleware and can accept various communication techniques of home network

현재 오프라인에서 행해지고 있는 거래들을 온라인에서 지원하기 위란 거래 시스템에 대한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 거래 시스템들은 일반적인 상거래, 즉 판매자가 제시한 가격에 구매자가 구매를 하는 고정가격제 거래방식을 지원하는 시스템이 대부분 이었고 판매자와 구매자가 협상을 통해 적절한 가격선을 찾을 수 있도록 지원해 주는 거래 시스템에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 이러한 자동 협상 시스템은 전자상거래 환경에서의 다양한 환경변화와 복잡한 문제 등에 보다 빠르고 유연하게 대처하고 많은 협상을 일관성있고 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 환경에서 자동으로 협상을 수행하는 자동협상시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 협상안을 자동으로 생성하고, 또한 상대방의 협상안을 평가하여 Counter 협상안을 작성${\cdot}$전송하거나 Accept 또는 Reject를 할 수 있는 멀티 에이전트 기반 자동협상 시스템이다.

This study was designed to clarify how nurses and nursing students perceive their clients' needs for spiritual nursing care, it's practices, and problems. The purpose was to suggest directions for the development of spiritual nursing practice. The major findings are as follows : Respondents primarily perceived spiritual nursing as nursing care designd to help terminally ill patients accept death. Many of the respondents showed a high level of awareness of spiritual nursing care and its necessity. Few of them, however, bad actual experience in spiritual care. Those with experience in spiritual nursing care tend of take either a religious approach or perceived it as the therapeutic use of the self. The greatest problem related to the practice of spiritual care was found to be lack of time. Most of nurses and nursing students were found to be well aware of the needs for spiritual nursing care but were hindered from practising it because of the lack of time. To resolve the problem it was recommended that the scope of nursing practice be readjusted and that pre-and in-service programs should be developed to further heighten nursing students' interest in spiritual nursing care.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of solar photovoltaic energy use based on the Diffusion of Innovations Theory. The study looks at a total of 27 rural residents - among them 15 who accepted solar photovoltaic energy through a support system and 12 who accepted solar photovoltaic energy through government support of the village. Paper-based interviews were also conducted to gather additional information. The findings of the study indicated that relative advantages and observability are huge factors in a rural resident's decision to accept solar photovoltaic energy. In order to revitalize innovation in the use of solar photovoltaic energy, This study suggests that we must utilize relative advantages and reinforce trialable observations.

In an order-oriented production system such as mold manufacturing, the production starts with an order acceptance, and the production planning is set up according to the accepted order information. Such a work can be done through a dynamic process management system which can reflect shop floor situation dynamically. In this paper, so called the Quick order acceptance evaluation system that can investigate order confirmation quickly, is discussed. When an order is asked, this system must consider the time constraint to determine whether to accept or not, and must be reliable when the determined results are used in the shop floor. For this system, firstly, we simplified the machines by grouping based on their operation capabilities, secondly, we conducted load analysis to calculate available capacities during given periods using heuristic method instead of mathematical algorithm, thirdly, expert can input his experienced knowledge into the system interactively when simulation results don't meet the required due dates. As a case study, we applied this system to an injection mold manufacturing factory.

The judgement of how good a memorial park is designed in terms of representing symbolic meanings through moonument depends on whether it decisively reflects peoples' common value and affection to specific event or place of the park. It is in fact, not easy to define the kind of value and affections peoples have in mind for the park. It is likely that most park design concepts are primarily based on designer' subjective view of the world by which the public is expected to understand, accept, and eventually share the common symbolic meanings of the park. AS memorial park design as the works of art might be appreciated not only in view of artistic performance of designer but in terms of its social meaning of the newly defined space. Two cases of park designs by author include issues on conceptual alternatives, experience of memorial space, symbolic use of materials, and perspectives on the direction of contemporary park design. It is noteworthy that authentic approaches should be challenged for a new way in which symbolic meanings could be given in rather contradictory style.

직무분석을 도입하여 대학의 교육과정을 구축하는 모델을 제시하고, 실제 적용한 결과를 예시하였다. 산업현장의 요구사항을 충실히 교육과정으로 구축하기 위하여 DACUM을 도입하였으며, 이를 이용하여 교육과정을 설계한 결과 기존의 교육과정에 비해 현장 중심적인 교과목이 신설되거나, 실무적인 내용이 많이 추가됨을 확인하였다.

The environment of If is, currently, on its developing process to the period of Web Service, Ubiquitous, and Telemetics which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. In the respect of various interactions and User Interface, however, it is requiring more demands from its users, and additional functions which cannot be provided by the Web Browser. It is required a new model for supplementary of the limitation of Web_based according to their customers' requirement, to enrich the good aspects of Client-Server System, and accept such various intricate requirements. It is X-Internet, which has born with these requirements. In this study, therefore, it will be suggested a productive development framework and a method to perform the project on Rich-Thin Client Platform of X-Internet Based.
