컨버전스 환경에서의 디지털콘텐츠산업 정책 프레임워크 (A Framework of Policy for Digital Contents Industry under the Convergence Environment)

  • The digital economic environment of next generation, which digital high-technology industry appears to be the economic center of the high degree of industry structure, is expected to be developed as the existing traditional industry is merged with high tech digital one. The developing system of contents policy for digital industry means the policy and vision, and strategic structure which get the mechanism of contents industry structure to work. The promotion organization of digital contents policy is requested to secure the framework of digital contents industry based on cluster, the infra framework of digital infra culture, the infra framework of industry-academic cooperation, and the overall digital contents based on motive policy for the vitality of the youth. The application of digital contents policy may lead to establish the framework of the growth for the every unit of industry with the cluster oriented system.

  • The low growth rate and the high youth unemployment rate that our society faces have already come to our country core problem. Today, as we enter the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the social atmosphere that urgently needs to solve the problem of youth employment has become imminent, and the importance of university-industry cooperation is increasingly emphasized. In this paper, in this paper, we explore the process of how to develop fusion multifaceted curriculum centered on the Konkuk University College of Healing Bio Sciences Consortium Focus, which is developed and operated through literature review and Delphi questionnaire, The purpose of this study is to propose the conditions for enhancing educational suitability and the expansion of interdisciplinary convergence education.

  • Big data is prominently used as a prediction method in achieving a goal, because it can analyze the regularities to predict future results from a vast amount of past data. Furthermore, big data has huge influence in very diverse academic fields. On such awareness, this study analyzed the regular effect of e-Commerce usefulness from the effects which expectations on big-data service affect the usage purpose of e-Commerce usefulness. This study categorized e-Commerce usefulness into quality recognition, service, and ease, and studied how each category works between the relationship of big-data service expectation and the use intention.

Development of Subject-Convergent Teaching-Learning Materials for Core Principles of Support Vector Machines

  • To cultivate talented people with creative and convergent thinking skills to live in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the national curriculum of Korea is gradually emphasizing convergence education and software education. To meet the demands of the times, this paper suggests subject-convergent teaching-learning materials for educating core principles of Support Vector Machines, especially targeting elementary learners. Based on analysis of the national curriculum, achievement standards of three subjects are integrated. After printable worksheets for traditional face-to-face classes had developed, they were transformed to online interactive worksheets for non-face-to-face classes. The teaching-learning materials are expected to promote the growth of the learners' academic motivation and knowledge.

The Resourcefulness of Sponsored Contents on Social Media -A Netnographic Approach to Customer Inspiration Cues-

  • Fashion marketing activity performed by social media influencers (SMIs) has grown exponentially in the past years. Research regarding their marketing power is often discussed in the context of sponsorship disclosure, in order to overcome obstacles of impending regulations that may endanger the authenticity SMIs are perceived to have compared to traditional marketing agents. Upon recent heterogeneous findings, a netnographic approach was taken to examine the actual sponsored posts of SMIs on Instagram. Based on two representative cases that received media coverage, a qualitative analysis of 1,058 comments on Instagram showed customer inspiration and informational social influence regardless of sponsorship disclosures present. Regarding customer inspiration, high frequency of comments including choice imitation intentions was observed. Under certain conditions, customer responses were focused on the SMI's expertise irrespective from the brand being endorsed. Findings show future implications from both an academic and industry-focused perspective for future potential of SMIs in fashion marketing.

  • In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, creative ideas are creating enormous value. This study conducted a case study on curriculum management plans aimed at protecting ideas and their results, recognizing the importance of intellectual property (IP), and cultivating basic knowledge about intellectual property. In particular, this study looked at ways to quickly learn related issues regarding new intellectual property rights related to computer software and artificial intelligence. In addition, research was conducted on ways to learn about efficient protection and utilization of inventions through actual examples. This study checked the importance and necessity of the interaction and communication between instructors and learners through the status of distance learning in domestic universities and a case study of distance learning of convergence subjects. We aim to continuously research effective class management methods and contribute to academic development through case studies of convergence subjects.

소방공무원의 조직시민행동 의식실태 분석 (Current Status of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Awareness Among Firefighters)

  • Organizational citizenship behavior refers to the behavior of faithfully performing one's duties and being faithful to other roles. Firefighters' awareness of organizational citizenship behavior is closely related to national and individual safety and is very important. The smooth communication and cooperative attitude of fire department employees means organic unity at the disaster site. The purpose of this study was to analyze the awareness of organizational citizenship behavior among firefighters. As a result of analyzing the overall level of organizational citizenship behavior of firefighters, the average score was 3.83 points (out of 5). In particular, significant implications emerged regarding work-related appointment times and words and actions between co-workers. In the future, we hope that firefighting policy authorities will make a lot of efforts and academic research by subsequent generations will be conducted to make firefighting more trustworthy to the public.

  • 에너지산업의 제반문제와 환경문제 해결을 위해 에너지산업에 IT를 접목하는 '에너지-IT융합' 분야에 대한 국가 차원의 다양한 정책들이 수립되어 사업화되고 있다. 에너지-IT융합은 다양한 에너지산업뿐만 아니라 융합되는 IT 특성에 따라 파급효과가 상이하기 때문에 우리 실정에 부합하는 유망산업 및 육성분야를 선정하는 것이 중요하다. 또한, 에너지-IT융합은 신규 서비스의 출현과 산업구조의 변화가 수반되어 연관된 법규 및 정책의 개편이 필요한데 이와 관련된 연구들은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 먼저 에너지-IT융합 시 유망산업과 육성분야를 선정 및 평가할 때 사용할 핵심선정요인들을 도출하였다. 이 요인들을 사용하여 에너지산업과 IT 분야 전문가들의 의견을 ANP 방법론 등을 통해 수렴하고 우선순위를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과로 산출된 핵심선정요인과 방법론 및 우선순위는 학문뿐만 아니라 산업 정책적 발전에도 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

  • 융합이라는 시대의 흐름과 더불어 상상력과 창조성에 기반을 둔 디자인·공예의 본질적 속성의 효과적 결합을 위해서는 학문적, 방법적 측면에서 다양한 시도가 필요하다. 본 연구는 2020년 2학기에 실행된 국민대학교 팀팀Class의 디자인·공예 융합 교육 프로그램의 운영 사례를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 문헌연구를 통한 디자인·공예 융합 교육 관련 중요 항목을 5가지(대상, 방법, 운영, 공간, 소통)로 구분해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 디자인·공예 융합 교육 프로그램에 대한 경험과 문제점, 그리고 향후 디자인·공예 융합 교육 프로그램의 운영에 적용 가능한 해결방안 제시에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국민대학교 팀팀Class 디자인·공예 융합 교육 프로그램으로 사례연구 대상을 한정하였으나 향후 지속적인 연구를 통해 향후 다가올 코로나(COVID-19) 이후 시대의 새로운 환경에 적용 가능한 디자인·공예 융합 교육 프로그램을 위해 후속 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

광고홍보학과 융합교육 혁신을 위한 학계와 업계의 팀티칭 교수법에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Teaching Method of Team Teaching in Academia and Industry for The Innovation of Advertising and Public Relations Department Convergence Education)

  • 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 과거보다 복잡해진 광고홍보산업 생태계의 복합적인 문제들이 제기되면서, 융합교육의 필요성과 중요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 학계와 업계의 팀티칭 교수법을 통한 융합교육과 관련된 문헌연구와 광고홍보 학계와 산업계 전문가를 대상으로 한 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 융합교육 활성화를 위한 팀티칭 교수법의 유용성과 실행방안을 연구하였다. 연구결과, 광고홍보학과 교과과정에서 학계와 업계가 공동으로 참여하는 팀티칭 방법의 도입은 적절하며, 학계와 업계의 두 명 이상의 교육자가 공동으로 교육 프로그램을 진행하는 팀티칭은 이론과 실무를 융합한 문제해결 능력 역량을 갖춘 학생 양성에 목적을 두고 있는 의미 있는 교육방법이 될 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 광고홍보학과 팀티칭 교육의 탐색적 연구로 새로운 산학 협동 모델을 제안하였으며, 향후 학계와 업계에서 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 기대된다.
