최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 대학의 정보시스템 구축에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 대학 학사정보시스템을 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경으로 설계할 때 자원낭비와 서비스품질을 고려하여 적정한 처리용량을 산정하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 사용자가 기대하는 서비스품질을 만족시키는 클라우드 컴퓨터의 처리용량은 사용자 트랜잭션의 발생 패턴과 자원요구 특성에 근거하여 예측해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 대학 학사업무에서 발생하는 실제 트래픽을 분석하고 특정한 평균 응답시간을 만족시키는 클라우드 컴퓨터의 처리용량을 산출하는 기법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 학사업무 클라우딩 서비스 모델을 정립하고 대학 학사업무의 실제 운용데이터로부터 도출한 트래픽 패턴과 자원요구 특성을 적정용량 분석 모델에 적용하여 현실적인 값들을 유도한다. 제시된 서비스 모델과 실제 운용 데이터를 바탕으로 한 트래픽과 적정용량의 분석 결과는 유사한 규모의 대학 정보시스템 진화에 충분히 활용될 수 있다.

Employee engagement plays an important role in the development as well as the success of a company. The manner in which employees are committed to their work and be more innovative seems to drive people's curiosity. This study aims to analyze the impacts of job demands-resources, personal resources, and coworker support on work engagement. Also, whether there is a relationship between work engagement and creativity of employees is tested through this research. The data served for the research was collected in the context of Vietnamese small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The authors used structural equation modeling (SEM) (software Smart PLS), to test the proposed hypotheses by using the data of 602 employees. Results of the study point out that proposed antecedents influence work engagement and creativity. Such findings have shed light on both theory and practice implications. In theory, it supports the social exchange theory and the job demands and resources model. In practice, leaders should assist subordinates in various aspects and build and promote a corporate culture where employees help others with great enthusiasm to increase the level of work engagement and spirit of innovation of employees.

기업합병은 기업의 외적성장을 위하여 사용되고 있으며 우리 나라는 1986년 합병회계준칙을 제정하여 지금까지 사용하였으나 이 준칙이 국제회계기준 및 합리적인 회계이론과 달라 많은 문제점으로 제기되었다. 1999년 이러한 문제점과 국제회계기준에 합당한 "기업인수 합병 등에 관한 회계처리준칙"이 제정되어 시행되고 있다. 1999년에 법인세법이 개정되면서 "합병 및 분할 등에 관한 특례"조항을 두고 합병에 관련되는 사항을 종전의 규정보다 더 자세하게 규정하고 있다. 본 연구는 합병회계이론과 현재 시행되고 있는 합병회계처리준척을 고찰한 후 현행 법인세법에서 규정하고 있는 합병에 관한 조항을 연구하여 세제측면에서 합병회계의 문제점을 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of personality variables, family variables, job variables, work-family conflict and job satisfaction on life satisfaction of family business workers. The major findings are as follows: 1. There was direct causal effects of job satisfaction, Sunday working level, the duration of the family business, an academic background on life satisfaction of family business workers. 2. Such variables family variables(family size, number of family workers, number of unpaid family workers), working time variables (working hours per a day, saturday working level, flexibility of working time), work-family conflict had indirect causal effects on life satisfaction of family business workers

현행 교무업무시스템의 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface, UI)는 데이터 입력방식이 복잡하고, 유사 항목들 사이나 관련 기능 메뉴들 사이에 연계가 원활하지 않아 업무의 효율이 떨어진다. 여기에서 UI는 해당 시스템 사용자가 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 입출력, 입출력 관련 기능, 메뉴구성 등을 포함한 포괄적 개념이다. 본 논문에서 우선, 경기도내 3개 초등학교 교사 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 기존 교무업무시스템의 문제점을 파악하였다. 기존 교무업무시스템의 UI 문제점들은 수작업에 의한 입력과 메뉴구성의 불편, 학사 일정과 교육과정의 연계 미비, 출결관리 및 교과평가의 복잡성 등이다. 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 입력기능과 메뉴구성 등이 개선된 UI를 고안하여 교사들에게 제시한 후 다시 설문조사를 수행하여 그 결과를 평가하였다. 평가 결과에 따르면, 입력 편의성과 사용자 중심의 화면 구성 등의 면에서 UI가 개선되는 것을 크게 선호하였다.

Araditionally, a business enterprise was a unit of individual economy which looked after it's own interesting. This business philosophy gave not only much wealth and advantages to the society but also caused many social problems, such as pollution, inferior goods, false advertisements, unreasonable packing and so on. Because of this criticism, it is necessary for us to fulfill the social responsibility of business and to make an accounts report about it. A business should examine itself that, for the long run, the philosophy, looking after its own interesting by means of unreasonable economical actions, is unfavorable to the business and be aware of the social responsibility of business. It is important that the business accounting should identifying, measuring and communicating on the former business actibities, but in order to help the persons interested in the business in the with their interests control and their appraising the degree of social contribution, its object should be the embodiment of social justice by giving the economic intelligences. We con get at the root of formation of corporate social accounting on this point, that it to say, we can lay it down that business activities deal with the affairs which are measured, reported, and appraised from the social view points. Givena definition of this corporate social accounting according to the general standard of business accounting. I think the persons interested in business can get useful accounting informations to make a reasonable decision from the social view points. Set forth the responsibility of accounting based on this, it is very meaningful to study in the social recognition.

A business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is software that fully integrates the services that businesses require, continuously updates business processes and department operations in real-time, and so aids in the successful management of enterprise resources. Previously, ERP solutions were often deployed for large enterprises, but along with the strong digital transformation process, many small and medium enterprises have been deploying Cloud ERP (CERP) solutions. The objective of the study is to measure the factors affecting the successful implementation of CERP solutions at small and medium enterprises and the impact of successful implementation of CERP solutions on business process re-engineering and enterprise performance. Using a quantitative method based on data collected from 230 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam that have been implementing CERP solutions, the results show that there are 5 factors affecting, which are Organizational ERP Strategic, Top management Commitment, Data Security, Training in ERP Projects, Organizational Culture. Research results also show that Successful implementation of CERP has a direct impact on business process re-engineering and business performance. Based on the results, the study has made a number of policy implications in the successful implementation of CERP towards re-engineering business processes to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises.

Purpose: The study has identified factors affecting dynamic capabilities and the distribution of competitive advantage under the impact of dynamic capabilities of Vietnamese fintech businesses. Research design, data, and methods: The method used in this study is a survey analysis of 120 Vietnamese fintech businesses to test the hypothesized relationships of the research model as well as evaluate its effectiveness. The study uses the Cronbach alpha analysis, factor analyses, and structural equation modeling to assess the research's measurement and structural models. Results: Research results show that 3 critical success factors: "Capacity to develop financial service ideas," "Ability to develop a platform," and "Business capacity" have a positive impact on "Dynamic capabilities." In addition, the study also evaluates the effect of "dynamic capabilities" on the "competitive advantage" of fintech businesses. Conclusion: Theoretically, this result contributes to discovering new, specific factors affecting the dynamic capabilities of fintech businesses. In practice, the research results are empirical evidence of the distribution of competitive advantages of Vietnamese Fintech businesses and their impact on dynamic capabilities.

Organizational growth is achieved through the process of finding opportunities in the environment and establishing a business model with internal and external resources. Bestian Hospital, which primarily focuses on saving the lives of patients with severe burns, has enlarged its business domain through deep understanding of burn patients' problems, including pain and complications during treatments, long-term treatments, skin reconstruction, and so on. Now Bestian is accelerating research for development of antipyretics and cosmetics for burn patients. The success of Bestian has been due to utilization of human and material resources that are essential to performance in the medical field. Also, Bestian properly used a management service organization(MSO) model and constructed an information technology(IT) system for supporting its businesses. However, previous successes do not guarantee continued success. Bestian is entering a new domain with different challenges than it has experienced so far, and how it deals with these challenges will decide its future.

Contemporary space design has based on the framework of academic standards on a number of scientific propositions in order to find out correlation of human and environment and closely examine approaches of a normative design. However the contents are enormous and introductory and have limitation of application to practical business affairs so that we will have to understand them as a thinking to explain the design with,. Therefore this study is an experimental research making use of concrete design approaches applicable to the area of space design ad cinematic construction as a medium. The purpose and significance of it lies in examining its validity and contributing to the future development of space design. Accordingly this study conducted the research through a literature survey for the understanding of space perception in the cinema deduced the language of design concept according to it examined the basic unit of cinematic construction then analyzed the cases of practical architectural spaces. The findings of this study indicate that human's perception to space and the cinema is deduced as a common conceptual language characterized by the ideas of articulation scenery and timeness. These concepts are very organic and interdependent and can probably become a means for human to appropriately analyze an behavior attribute type of investigating environment with. Also in composing space the basic units of cinematic construction can be as instrument to be easily applied to practical affairs as they are correlated with the function of space and a constituent language to be reasonably designed.
