All the imputation techniques proposed so far in literature for data imputation are offline techniques as they require a number of iterations to learn the characteristics of data during training and they also consume a lot of computational time. Hence, these techniques are not suitable for applications that require the imputation to be performed on demand and near real-time. The paper proposes a computational intelligence based architecture for online data imputation and extended versions of an existing offline data imputation method as well. The proposed online imputation technique has 2 stages. In stage 1, Evolving Clustering Method (ECM) is used to replace the missing values with cluster centers, as part of the local learning strategy. Stage 2 refines the resultant approximate values using a General Regression Neural Network (GRNN) as part of the global approximation strategy. We also propose extended versions of an existing offline imputation technique. The offline imputation techniques employ K-Means or K-Medoids and Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP)or GRNN in Stage-1and Stage-2respectively. Several experiments were conducted on 8benchmark datasets and 4 bank related datasets to assess the effectiveness of the proposed online and offline imputation techniques. In terms of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), the results indicate that the difference between the proposed best offline imputation method viz., K-Medoids+GRNN and the proposed online imputation method viz., ECM+GRNN is statistically insignificant at a 1% level of significance. Consequently, the proposed online technique, being less expensive and faster, can be employed for imputation instead of the existing and proposed offline imputation techniques. This is the significant outcome of the study. Furthermore, GRNN in stage-2 uniformly reduced MAPE values in both offline and online imputation methods on all datasets.

School appropriate scale refers to the size of the school to minimize students' educational deficits and ensure an appropriate level of students, the number of classes, class size, etc., and maximize educational effects. Difficult set of absolute standards appropriate scale school, contemporary social situations and educational effects, and seek a comprehensive and reasonable direction, considering this is required. School appropriate scale it is preferable to consider the effect of conditions in areas such as education, curriculum, but it is common to set the range in terms of school operational effectiveness, and efficiency of education funding, school environment. So the concept of the appropriate scale including the school's status changes associated with school size, is seeking a new direction is needed so that the school environment, etc. are considered.
The purpose of this study is to determine how the people's view on afterlife affects their perception about shrouds. As part of analytical research, the survey was carried out to take a look at the basic thoughts that average persons have on afterlife. This paper also performed the survey on what the shroud reminds the subjects of. Specifically, the questionnaire survey was conducted to see what the people think the necessity and appropriate cost of shroud and see if they have any plan to get it provided in detail. Data from this work were statistically processed and empirically analyzed. Findings of this study can be summarized as follows. As to the funeral methods, the subjects in this work preferred cremation to burial. It was found that they recognized shrouds as necessary, but they did not have a thought in a serious manner that the suit for the dead would affect the repose of the dead and guide his or her soul to the heaven. Those respondents did not have any immediate plan to purchase shrouds, either. However, they considered the price of shroud as most important when they might come to choose the garment. With regard to the quality, it turned out that they preferred the domestic shrouds whose material are natural to those from foreign country. Also, they opted for such a kind whose shape is not so different from that of casuals they would usually wear and whose color is same to the main material of the original garment. The common material preferred most by the subjects was a hemp. The subjects' view of afterlife was not greatly related not only to how much they recognized shrouds as necessary but also to their preference for materials and patterns. On top of this, their unique taste for particular types of shroud was found to be significantly dependent on whether their view of afterlife is positive or negative, whether they firmly believe in afterlife, whether they take the absolute predestination and whether they accept the prayer-effect relationship in terms of psychology.

Background: Simultaneous detection of neutrons and gamma rays have become much more practicable, by taking advantage of good gamma-ray discrimination properties using pulse shape discrimination (PSD) technique. Recently, we introduced a commercial CLYC system in Korea, and performed an initial characterization and simulation studies for the CLYC detector system to provide references for the future implementation of the dual-mode scintillator system in various studies and applications. Materials and Methods: We evaluated a CLYC detector with 95% $^6Li$ enrichment using various gamma-ray sources and a $^{252}Cf$ neutron source, with validation of our Monte Carlo simulation results via measurement experiments. Absolute full-energy peak efficiency values were calculated for gamma-ray sources and neutron source using MCNP6 and compared with measurement experiments of the calibration sources. In addition, behavioral characteristics of neutrons were validated by comparing simulations and experiments on neutron moderation with various polyethylene (PE) moderator thicknesses. Results and Discussion: Both results showed good agreements in overall characteristics of the gamma and neutron detection efficiencies, with consistent ~20% discrepancy. Furthermore, moderation of neutrons emitted from $^{252}Cf$ showed similarities between the simulation and the experiment, in terms of their relative ratios depending on the thickness of the PE moderator. Conclusion: A CLYC detector system was characterized for its energy resolution and detection efficiency, and Monte Carlo simulations on the detector system was validated experimentally. Validation of the simulation results in overall trend of the CLYC detector behavior will provide the fundamental basis and validity of follow-up Monte Carlo simulation studies for the development of our dual-particle imager using a rotational modulation collimator.
This study evaluated the effect of the zeta potential of silica-alumina on the behavior, in terms of purity, yield, fractional precipitation time, precipitate shape, size of fractional precipitation in the increased surface area, and the fractional precipitation process, for the purification of paclitaxel. As the zeta potential value of silica-alumina increased, the yield of paclitaxel concurrently increased while the precipitation time decreased. The use of alumina with the highest value of the zeta potential (+35.41 mV) as a surface area-increasing material dramatically reduced the precipitation time by 12 h compared with the results of the control. On the other hand, the purity of paclitaxel had almost no effect on changes in the zeta potential of silica-alumina. In addition, the precipitate size was inversely correlated with the absolute value of the zeta potential.

There are worldwidely rising interests in food cluster as it has been perceived as a strategy for improving the competitiveness of food industry. This paper examines the potential of food industry at Gyeongsangnam-do for a regional clustering in terms of five cluster indices. These indices include the absolute size, the relative size of food industry, the level of its concentration, specialization, and market power exertion as an industrial cluster. The result shows that food industry at Gyeongsangnam-do has a potential for a regional clustering.

Recently, weapon system requires personal protection products due to the explosion of rapid-fire explosion, which is considered to be multi threat in modernization, complication and war against terrorism. However, the conventional Korean military bullet protection helmets are not suitable for wearing convenience and combatant interoperability in terms of ergonomic. In this paper, we propose a suitable 3D Scanning method for the head, and compare the measured 3D dimension with the existing 2D measurement value to identity the reliability. Reverse engineered soldier head using the quick surface method was realized with a perfect free-form surface and satisfactory tolerance range (${\pm}0.2mm$). Through the comparison of 3D and 2D measured head dimensions, the absolute error value was 0.73 mm on average and relative error was 0.35 %, confirming the high accuracy of the 3D scan modeling. Also, quick surface method using 3D scanner is suggested a fast and accurate skill for ergonomics in obtaining the head modeling needed for military's personal bullet protection helmet design.
We present the absolute properties of the double-lined eclipsing binary KIC 6206751 exhibiting multiperiodic pulsations. The Kepler light curve of this system was simultaneously solved with the previously published radial-velocity data. The results indicate that the binary star is a short-period semi-detached system with fundamental parameters of $M_1=1.66{\pm}0.04M_{\odot}$, $M_2=0.215{\pm}0.006M_{\odot}$, $R_1=1.53{\pm}0.02R_{\odot}$, $R_2=1.33{\pm}0.02R_{\odot}$, $L_1=5.0{\pm}0.6L_{\odot}$, and $L_2=0.96{\pm}0.09L_{\odot}$. We applied multiple frequency analyses to the eclipse-subtracted light residuals and detected the 42 frequencies below $2.5days^{-1}$. Among these, three independent frequencies of $f_2$, $f_3$, and $f_4$ can be identified as high-order ($38{\leq}n{\leq}40$) low-degree (l=2) gravity-mode oscillations, whereas the other frequencies may be orbital harmonics and combination terms. The ratios between the orbital frequency and the pulsation frequencies are $f_{orb}:f_{2-4}{\simeq}2:3$, which implies that the ${\gamma}$ Dor pulsations of the detached primary star may be excited by the tidal interaction of the secondary companion. The short orbital period, and the low mass ratio and $M_2$ demonstrate that KIC 6206751 is an R CMa-type star, which is most likely evolving into an EL CVn star. Of seven well-studied R CMa-type stars, our program target is the only eclipsing binary with a ${\gamma}$ Dor pulsating component.

Blockchain technology is a new paradigm that will change existing business processes and has a significant impact on all industries, not just on specific industries. The medical industry also expects the impact of blockchain technology to be very significant. I think blockchain technology should be applied in the medical industry because the medical industry has the problem of information asymmetry due to the structural characteristics of a centralized system composed of hospitals. However, no one can be sure that the value of blockchain technology is absolutely right, and absolute trust should be avoided. Blockchain technology provides many limitations to the process in which blockchain technology is applied in the medical industry, as it can be seen as still immature in terms of security and scalability. Therefore, we analyze the application cases of blockchain technology in the medical field, current problems in the medical field, solutions and issues through Blockchain.
Background: The objective of this study was to elucidate the relationships musculoskeletal pains with combined vulnerability in terms of age, gender, and employment status Methods: The fifth European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS) in 2010 (43,816 participants aged 15 years and over) analyzed for European employees and the third Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS) in 2011 (50,032 participants aged 15 years and older) analyzed for Korean employees. In this study, three well known vulnerable factors to musculoskeletal pains (older age, female gender, and precarious employment status) were combined and defined as combined vulnerability. Associations of musculoskeletal pains with combined vulnerability were assessed with prevalence ratios (PRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) estimated by Poisson regression models with robust estimates of variance. Results: The prevalences of musculoskeletal pains were lower but the absolute and relative differences between combined vulnerabilities were higher among Korean employees compared with the European employees. Furthermore, the increased risk of having musculoskeletal pains according to combined vulnerability was modestly explained by socioeconomic factors and exposure to ergonomic risk factors, especially in Republic of Korea. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the labor market may be more unfavorable for female and elderly workers in Republic of Korea. Any prevention strategies to ward off musculoskeletal pains, therefore, should be found and implemented to mitigate or buffer against the most vulnerable work population, older, female, and precarious employment status, in Republic of Korea.
