본 연구는 근대 국민국가와 자본주의 체제가 수립된 이후 급속하게 진행된 로컬 경관의 변화를 새롭게 해석하기 위한 틀을 만들기 위한 시론적 작업으로 이루어졌다. 틀의 토대가 될 주요 개념은 권력(power), 주체성(subjectivity), 수행성(performativity)이며, 향후 이 개념들을 보다 치밀하게 결합된 해석의 틀로 발전시킨 뒤 다양하며 역동적으로 변화한 (탈)중심화 경관의 구체적 현상을 연구하는 데 응용될 것이다. 국민국가 하에서 국가권력은 통치, 국민적 정체성, 중앙집중적 경제발전 등을 실행하기 위해 상이한 로컬의 문화 역사와 다양한 주체들의 가치를 파괴하거나 주변화 시킨다. 이는 경관을 매개로 작동하며, 경관에 나타난다. 그리고 역사의 흐름 속에서 국가 권력에 의해 형성된 경관은 로컬에서 갈등의 동인으로 작동하기도 한다. 경관은 다양한 주체들에 의해 만들어지며, 역으로 생성된 경관은 사람들의 정서, 인식, 행동에 능동적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 경관과 주체성의 역동적 관계를 근대 이념, 국민국가, 자본주의 체제는 이성/합리성, 전체성/집단성, 이성과 감성의 분리 등에 의해 위장하거나 배제 혹은 주변화시켰다. 그리고 경관과 주체성의 관계에 관한 논의는 주체들의 저항성과 창의성에 무게를 둔다. 마지막으로 경관은 선험적으로 혹은 객관적으로 표현되는 개념 혹은 주체의 감성과 인지와 분리될 수 있는 물체(혹은 객체)가 아니라 상이한 주체들과의 수행적 관계 속에서 해석되어야 한다. 수행성은 경관의 물질성, 권력, 주체성을 결합시킬 뿐만 아니라 경관 자체의 능동적 역할을 이해하는 데도 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

Medical practice is characterized by various physiological response and uncapacity of prediction, therefore when medical accident occur it's hard to prove medical professionals' mistake. Though medical accident by medical professionals' mistake will be compensated anyhow, about irresistible medical accidents, no one should be not bound to compensate, victims get into very difficult situation. So, the nation don't negligent irresistible medical accidents but compensate anyway. As in the past, to the legal principle's constitution of irresistible medical accidents, theory of liability without fault was adapted, and it was said this theory was illogical in theory of liability with fault. But the subject of compensation to irresistible medical accidents is nation, nation don't participate in medical treatment therefore there is no room to occur mistake. And it is not reasonable to regard medical agency as a truster of public service, to cast to it responsibility of medical accidents. The problem of compensation to irresistible medical accidents is understood under the theory of social compensation. Social compensation is consisted of compensation to sacrifice and contribution to nation and society and compensation to sacrifice revealed under danger, the compensation to irresistible medical accidents belongs to the latter. This is near to concept of relief, is applied to national compensation system supplementarily, and compensation have no option but to compensate minimum. And there are not relation between national compensation system of irresistible medical accidents and proof liability transposition and theory of liability with out fault, merely in side of sharing responsibility burden between medical treater and victim, it is reasonable to discuss transportation of proof liability and compulsive liability insurance together.

근대시기 한중 양국에서 제기된 계몽 기획은 제국주의 열강에 대항하는 애국계몽운동의 일환으로 작동했다. 그 중에서 '소년'은 계몽의 주체로, '바다'는 매계체로 등장하였다. 구체적으로 '소년 담론'을 통해서 량치차오는 궁극적으로 '신민'을 위한 나라를 상상했으며, 최남선 역시 망국의 위기를 벗어나고 나아가 '신대한'이 강대국 반열에 들어서길 고대하였다. 량치차오는 소년담론을 통해 '소년 국가'와 '노년 국가'의 개념을 제창하고, '실력양성'을 통한 '소년 국가'로의 발전을 기원한다. 최남선 역시 량치차오의 소년담론에 영향을 받아 국가의 미래가 '소년'에 달려있다고 인식하였으며, 조선이 '소년 국가'가 되기 위해 실력 양성을 해야 한다고 주장한다. 뿐만 아니라, 량치차오와 최남선은 시 창작을 통해 '소년 담론'을 적극적으로 전파하였다. 량치차오는 바다와 관련된 시 창작을 통해 세계 지리와 역사 등에 대해서 소개함과 동시에, 넓은 의미에서 세계를 이어주는 통로로써 바다를 인식하고 이를 개척하고자 하는 도전의식을 고취시켰다. 최남선 역시 '바다'와 '소년'을 직접적으로 연관시킨 시를 창작함으로써, '해상에서의 모험심', '바다와 소년의 진취적 정신' 등을 진작시켰다.

The ion energy distributions (IEDs) arriving at a substrate strongly affect the etching rates in plasma etching processes. In order to determine the IEDs accurately, it is important to obtain the characteristics of radio frequency (rf) sheath at pulsed rf substrates. However, very few studies have been conducted to investigate pulsing effect on IEDs at multiple rf driven electrodes. Therefore, in this work, we extended previous one-dimensional dynamics model for pulsed-bias electrodes. We obtained the IEDs using the developed rf sheath model and observed that numerically solved IEDs are in a good agreement with the experimental results.

In Korea, nation and nationalism are undeniable justice, absolute virtue and moreover system of desire. From the late Chosun Dynasty when the Korean Peninsula had to survive from the critical situation of being the arena of competition, and through the colonial period under Japanese imperialism, nationalism became stronger as a logic of survival. The policy of seclusion under closed and exclusive nationalism that didn't recognize the world situation well enough, eventually gave more pain to the nation. Nationalism in colonial Korea which was as reformed nationalism and on the other hand, as intransigent, resisting nationalism. Since the purpose of this writing is not for clarifying the argument raised on Korean nationalism, there is no use mentioning how it went with the change of time. But we have to focus on the fact that the word 'nation' which appeared under the influence of popular revolution and capitalism meaning 'a group of people', was translated and understood as a racial concept for strengthening the unity of 'single-race nation with five thousand years' history. First of all, there is nationalism used to fortify the system. 'The Charter of National Education' and 'The Pledge of Allegiance' were ornaments to intensify the ruling ideology and dictatorship to militarize entire South Korea for 'settling Korean democracy' professed nationalism. Also, another ruling ideology armed with 'self-reliance' put North Korea into the state of hypnosis called nationalism. Nationalism, claiming 'nation' outwardly, but in reality, being an illuminating, instructing ideology isolating each other was indeed a body with two faces. This made 'nation' in Korea mysterious and objective through work such as. The statue commemorating patriotic forefathers' and picture of national records' in South Korea art. Nationalism used to strengthening the system encountered the magical 'single-race' and made 'ghost' being an extreme exclusion to other nations. We can find pedigreed pureness not allowing any mixed breeds from the attitude accepting western art -via Japan or directly- and making it vague by using the word Korean and Asia. There's nationalism as a resistant ideology to solidify the system on the other side. It came out as a way of survival among the Great Power and grew with the task of national liberation to became as a powerful force facing against the dictatorship dominating South Korea after the liberation. This discussion of nationalism as a resistance ideology was active in 1980s. In 1980, democracy movement against the dictatorship of 5th Republic originated from military power which came out suppressing the democratic movement in Gwangju, spread out from the intellects and the students to the labors, farmers and the civilians. It is well known that the 'Nation-People(Minjoong)'s Art Movement could come out under this social condition. Our attitude toward nationalism is still dual in this opening part of 21st century. On one hand, they are opposing to the ultra-nationalism but are not able to separate it from nationalism, and on the other, they have much confusion using it. In fact, in a single-race nation like Korea, the situation of being nationalism and jus sanguinis together can cause dual nationalism. Though nationalism is included in the globalization order, it is evidence that it's effective in Korea where there are still modern fetters like division and separation. In particular, in the world where Japan makes East Asia Coalition but exposed in front of nationalism, and China not being free from Sinocentrism, and American nationalism taking the world order, and Russia fortifying nationalism suppressing the minority race after the dissolution of socialism, Korean nationalism is at the point to find an alternative plan superior to the ruling and resisting ideology.

<실향민의 고향의식>은 북한 개성을 고향으로 두고 있는 우숙자시인의 작품을 중심으로 고향과 이산가족에 대한 그리움과 통일에 대한 염원 및 의지의 시조를 살펴본 논문이다. 우숙자 시인만큼 실향의 아픔과 분단에의 고통과 통일에의 열망을 줄기차게 쓴 시인도 드물다. 분단의 문제는 이제 세계에서 유일하게 한반도만이 안고 있는 문제이며, 이러한 문제가 한 실향민의 시조 속에 어떻게 반영되고 있는지 살펴보는 것은 곧 우리민족이 안고 있는 문제를 조명해 보는 것이기도 하다. 통일 문제는 그 누구도 희망을 저버려서는 안 될 우리민족의 절대명제인 만큼 우리 모두가 통일을 모색해야 한다. 이러한 현실 앞에서 한 실향민의 시조를 통해, 반세기가 넘는 분단의 오랜 역사에서 실향민이 느껴야 하는 고향에 대한 그리움과 이산가족에 대한 아픔과 고통, 통일에의 간절한 염원을 살펴봄으로써 우리민족이 당면해 있는 문제를 인식하고 통일에의 의지를 키우는 데 이 논문의 의의가 있다. 그의 시조집을 통해 살펴본 고향의식 속에는 첫째는 실향에 대한 아픔과 그리움이며, 둘째는 이산가족에 대한 아픔과 그리움, 셋째는 통일에 대한 염원 및 의지이다.

본 연구에서는 수익비를 국민연금의 노령연금 수급자의 기대여명을 사용하여 계산하고 국민 전체의 기대여명을 사용하여 계산한 수익비와 비교한다. 이를 위해 CBD 확장모형을 이용하여 추계한 국민 전체의 사망률에 노령연금 수급자의 경험 사망확을 적용하여 노령연금 수급자의 미래 사망률을 전망한다. 연구 결과 노령연금 수급자의 사망률이 적용된 기대여명과 이로부터 산출된 수익비가 국민 전체 사망률이 적용된 결과보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The study is to analyze the middle school-science parts among the products of nation-wide science exhibition for eleven years recently and the results of compared to the content of science-textbooks of middle school. The number of observation in the student parts among the products of nation-wide science exhibition was the highest in all methods studied, whereas, most teachers surveyed experiments in their products. The mean Shannon's diversity index (DI) was same trend for students and teachers. There was a non-significant difference of the methods in students and teacher groups according to years and the association between students and teachers were closely connected with methods. The correlation between the content of students' products and texts of middle-school was highly positive for earth science, chemistry, and biology, whereas physics showed negative correlation.
