영상장치의 표현특성이 공간에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Space in Image Equipment Characteristic)

  • 현대 산업사회에서 정보기기의 발달은 영상이 멀티미디어, 정보 전달 매체 도구, 예술 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 다양하게 표현되고 있다. 이러한 영상은 재현의 장치이며 소리와 빛 음이 복합적으로 형성된 시청각적 이미지 전달매체이다. 영상이 지니는 직관적이며 감각적인 표시성은 대상물을 재현하고 동시성을 지닌 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 또는 의미 전달체로서 허구, 사실, 비 허구, 비 사실을 모두 나타낼 수 가 있다. 바로 이러한 점 때문에 앞으로 영상의 영역은 점차 넓혀질 것이며 우리가 살고 있는 공간 속에서 감각되는 인식의 세계는 다양하게 흡수하여 반응하게 될 것이다. 이에 다양한 영역으로 확대되고 있는 영상장치와 이를 포함한 공간과의 관계설정 측면에서 본 연구는 영상과 공간이 내포하고 있을 환경적 의미 즉, 영상과 공간, 인간과 상호연관성에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 공간적 장치로서 공간 속에서 영상매체와 장치가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 고찰하였다. 연구 결과로서 영상장치가 공간에 미치는 영향과 표현 특성은 '상호교감의 표현매체', '형이상학적 초 피막 공간 구성제','오브제'의 3가지 측면으로 제시하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 영상장치와 공간과의 관계 의미 분석을 통한 영상 설치물의 목적별 공간 접근 방법과 공간 레리아웃의 틀을 기대할 수 있다.

  • Recently cosmetic enterprises make rapid progress try to make well-known brands to perceive an image marketing. As the result, the brand's reliability continues to grow, beyond a medium of expression in two-dimensional, but through tridimensional, on brand's image runs strategies. In a strategic point suchlike visual as a shop's image give a stimulus to customers for increase invalue in corporate image and value of commodities. In the strategy of increase in sales, it is on the rise immediate constituent to consumers. Through cosmetic brand shops, cosmetic industries are provide personalized services and cultural facilities, rather than just selling products and to help revitalization of the cosmetic markets, and the pursuit of customer-oriented segmentation strategy to make changes for the better image for the shops. Each cosmetic brand shops' image of segmentation strategy has an effect on individual organizations and designs. As of today in Korea, cosmetic brand shop's designs, start to appear in the late 2000,will try to fine segmentation strategy for strengthen shop's image and research about unique quality of cosmetic brand shops into consumer orientation space, and make the best of significant prepare on the basis of directions for cosmetic brand shop which have ability to function as cultural facilities.

인터넷과 슬라이드를 이용한 경관평가방법의 비교 (A Comparison of Landscape Evaluation between the Internet and Slide Method)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the validity and the reliability of the visual simulation method using the internet. For this. the evaluation of the artificial and natural landscape through the medium of color slides are compared with the internet survey. Data is analysed through the comparison of t-test between the two media by landscape type, and spatial image is analysed by factor analysis algorithm. Principle component analysis using Varimax Method is applied for extraction and factor rotation respectively. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; There are no statistical differences between the two methods with artificial and natural landscape in the total data that included second tests. Factors covering the spatial image are found to be \`aesthetic\`, \`spatial shape\`, and \`familiarity\`. Total variance is obtained as 66.4%. There are no statistical differences between the two methods in 2/3 of the cases. In the case of far view of artificial landscape, the results of the t-test show that the two methods are exactly the same. Especially in the case of the artificial far landscape shows no difference of all factors between two methods. There are no differences between first and second tests of the same media and the same landscape type. And it shows the reliability of this method. These results suggest that the probability that the internet can be used as a medium of landscape evaluation and gathering information on anyone\`s landscape image. Simulation techniques with the internet survey method should be further developed for practical application.

토털 패션 Styling을 위한 헤어 행동 연구 (A Study on Hair Behavior for Total Fashion Styling)

  • If people want to project a successful personal style, hair style might play a big role as well as clothing. The purpose of this study was to observe hair behavior according to demographic variables, and to analyze correlation between desired hair image and clothing image sought. Questionnaires were distributed to 600 females aged $20s{\sim}40s$, using a convenient sampling method. Only 556 reliable questionnaires were selected for statistical analysis. Correlation r, ANOVA and Chi-square were used to analyze the data, using the SPSS program. There was a significant association between hair style and occupation. Career woman preferred roll straight perm treated hair, students preferred general perm treated hair and full time house wives preferred general wave perm treated. The medium layer cut was the most preferred cut style. People want to give different accents in hair styling with occupation and age variable. Certain desired clothing image had a high correlation with desired hair style image. Those who people want to express sexy, and bohemian image through clothing, they also want to create those image in hair styling with a high correlation(r=0.683, r=0.704).

New Fabrication Approach for Low Voltage Driving Electrophoretic Display

  • In this paper, we described the unique and novel method to prepare two kinds of electro-active particles, black and white particles with different polarity. The surface of the particles was characterized to be uniform and clean by adopting spray dryer as a tool for genesis of particles; neither surfactants nor high dielectric medium like water was employed during particle preparation step. The other purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that contribute high driving voltage of particlebased display like QR-LPD. We extracted parameters interaction between particle and electrode, and between oppositely charged particles. Here we reported an excellent behavior of particle-based display that showed low operating voltage, high contrast ratio as high as 8:1 without scarification of quick response time. By optimizing the particle size, charge per mass, selection of external additive sets, a lower driving voltage as low as 40V for the particles with $10{\mu}m$ volume average diameter was obtained.

채도의 선형 변환을 이용한 단일 영상 안개 제거 (Single Image Dehazing Using Linear Transformation of Saturation)

  • In this paper, an efficient single dehazing algorithm is proposed based on linear transformation by assuming that a linear relationship exists in saturation component between the haze image and haze-free image. First, we analyze the linearity of saturation channel, estimate the medium transmission map in terms of the saturation component. Then, the intensity of haze-free image is assumed by using CLAHE to enhance contrast of haze image. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed algorithm can naturally recover the image, especially can remove color distortion caused by conventional methods. Therefore, our approach is competitive with other state-of-the art single dehazing methods.

중소병원 이용고객의 지각된 가치, 애착, 재이용의도간 관계 연구 (The Relationship Between Hospital Customers' Perceived Value, Attachment and Re-use Intention : Moderating Effect of Hospital Image)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원의 생존을 위한 전략 방안 모색 차원에서 고객의 지속적인 관리를 위한 재이용의도를 제고할 수 있는 원인이 무엇인지를 찾고자 하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 구조적 관계를 검정하는 직접효과에 대한 가설과 애착의 매개효과 가설 그리고 병원이미지에 대한 조절효과 가설을 제시하였고, 이를 검정하기 위해 경기도에 소재하고 있는 5개 중소병원의 서비스를 경험한 고객을 대상으로 조사 및 분석을 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 중소병원 고객의 지각된 가치가 재이용의도에 미치는 영향은 지각된 가치의 모든 하위요인들은 재이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 중소병원 고객의 지각된 가치와 재이용의도 간의 관계에서 애착의 매개효과를 검정한 결과, 의사역량에 대한 애착은 품질가치와 재이용의도 간의 관계와 감정적가치와 재이용의도 간의 관계 및 사회적가치와 재이용의도 간의 관계를 유의하게 매개하였고, 의료기술역량에 대한 애착은 품질가치와 재이용의도 간의 관계와 가격가치와 재이용의도 간의 관계를 유의하게 매개하였다. 셋째, 병원이미지는 품질가치와 의료기술역량 간의 관계을 유의하게 조절하고 있다. 이상의 결과를 통해 중소병원 고객의 재이용의도를 높이기 위한 전략으로 고객이 지각하는 가치의 전략을 수립해야 하는 바, 이 가치의 전략적 목표설정을 '애착의 증진'으로 삼아야 할 것이며, 병원이미지가 중소병원 고객의 지각된 가치와 애착을 조절하므로 고객이 의사와 의료기술에 대한 애착을 더욱 높이 평가할 수 있는 이미지 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다.

MDCT에서의 Convolution Kernel 종류에 따른 공간 영역 필터링의 영상 평가 (Evaluation to Obtain the Image According to the Spatial Domain Filtering of Various Convolution Kernels in the Multi-Detector Row Computed Tomography)

  • CT 영상은 커널의 종류와 재구성 방법에 따라 다양하게 나타나며, 관심 영역의 CT감약계수 및 노이즈는 정밀도에 영향을 준다. 커널의 종류에 따른 노이즈, 공간분해능 및 MTF를 측정하여 영상을 평가하였다. 다중채널CT 스캐너를 이용하여 팬텀 및 복부를 스캔 하였고, 커널은 B10(very smooth), B20(smooth), B30(medium smooth), B40(medium), B50(medium sharp), B60(sharp), B70(very sharp), B80(ultra sharp)으로 재구성하여 물, 공기, 간의 실질 조직, 근육, 지방 부위를 ROI 기능을 이용하여 평균의 CT감약계수와 표준편차인 노이즈를 정량적으로 측정하여 영상을 비교하였다. 그 결과CT 감약계수는 물($1.1{\sim}1.8\;HU$), 공기($-998{\sim}-1,000\;HU$)이고, 물에서의 노이즈($5.4{\sim}44.8\;HU$), 공기($3.6{\sim}31.4\;HU$)이다. 인체에서 간 실질 조직과 지방, 근육의 CT 감약계수와 노이즈를 커널에 따라 측정하였다. 지방의 CT 감약계수($-2.2{\sim}0.8\;HU$), 간의 실질 조직에서 CT감약계수($60.4{\sim}62.2\;HU$), 노이즈($7.6{\sim}63.8\;HU$), 근육의 CT감약계수($53.3{\sim}54.3\;HU$), 노이즈($10.4{\sim}70.7\;HU$) 사이에서 분포하였고, 커널이 높아질수록 노이즈도 증가하였다. 영상의 질을 높이기 위해서는 검사부위에 따라 노이즈를 감소하기 위해 적절한 커널을 선택하여 CT 검사를 하여야 한다.

문인화를 이용한 한국적 이미지의 문화상품용 의상디자인 개발 (Clothing Design of Korean Image for Cultural Prooducts -using the literary artist´s works-)

  • The purposes of this study are to develop a Korean image clothing design for cultural products by using the literary artist´s works and to satisfy the demand of the local self-government and of Gwangju ㆍChonnam area´s small and medium-sized companies. The image of traditional Korean clothing can be expressed with adjectives like Pure, plain, rhythmical, neatness, plentiful, and calm etc. These attributes are similar to the characteristics of the literary artist´s style, which is expressed as suggestive, animated, spatial, possibility of stationary, serene and still. The features of the traditional Korean clothing design can be described as ´The Beauty of Elegance´, ´The Beauty of Plainness´, ´The Beauty of Asymmetric Balance´ and ´The Beauty of rhythm´. It can be expressed in the modern fashion design, which is developed through the combination of the most important feature like ´The Beauty of Space´ in the literary artist´s style. At the time of production we tried to express spatial beauty and plentiful taste of the literary artist's style in the clothing design of Korean image for cultural products by considering the balance between them. Six works of the literary artist were selected which satisfied the purpose of the developed clothing design item. The results were nine clothing designs of Korean image, like a skirt suit made up of a blouse and a skirt, a pants suit made up of pants and a jacket, two evening dresses with a shawl, and also T-shirts and one-pieces etc.

  • In the following paper two algorithms, suitable for the analysis of panchromatic data as provided by KOMPSAT-1 will be presented. One is a texture analysis which will be used to create a settlement mask based on the variations of gray values. The other is a fusion algorithm which allows the combination of high resolution panchromatic data with medium resolution multispectral data. The procedure developed for this purpose uses the spatial information present in the high resolution image to spatially enhance the low resolution image, while keeping the distortion of the multispectral information to a minimum. This makes it possible to use the fusion results for standard multispecatral classification routines. The procedures presented here can be automated to large extent, making them suitable for a standard processing routine of satellite data.
