녹용김치에 관한 연구 (A Study on Young Antler Kimchi)

  • 열수로 한시간 추출한 녹용, 생녹용, 유산으로 추출한 녹용을 2% 가해서 배추김치를 담그고 11$^{\circ}C$에서 15일간 발효시키면서 발효 기간중의 여러 변화를 분석하였다. 15일 발효 후, pH는 열수추출 녹용김치 3.87, 생녹용 김치 4.04, 유산처리 녹용김치 3.97, 대조김치 3.86을 나타냈고, 산도는 열수추출 녹용김치는 7.4, 생녹용김치는 10.5, 유산처리 녹용김치는 10.7, 대조구는 6.9를 나타냈다. 총당은 15일 후 열수추출 녹용김치 1.46%, 생녹용김치 0.53%, 유산처리 녹용김치 0.92%, 대조김치 1.46%를 나타냈고, 환원당은 열수추출 녹용김치 0.05%, 생녹용김치는 0.14%, 유산처리 녹용김치 및 대조김치는 0.39%를 나타냈다. 아미노산은 열수추출 녹용김치 13.42$\mu$㏖/$m\ell$, 생녹용김치 17.83$\mu$㏖/$m\ell$, 유산처리 녹용김치 14.48$\mu$㏖/$m\ell$,대조김치 17.60$\mu$㏖/$m\ell$를 나타냈고, 단백질은 열수추출 녹용김치 2.101%, 생녹용김치 1.945%, 유산처리 녹용김치 1.722%, 대조김치 2.011%를 나타냈다. 유산은 생녹용김치 2.021%, 유산처리 녹용김치 2.004%, 열수추출 녹용김치 1.950%, 대조김치 1.200%이었다. 숙신산은 열수추출 녹용김치 0.081%, 생녹용김치 0.086%, 유산처리 녹용김치 0.078%, 대조김치 0.111%를 나타냈다. 아세트산은 열수추출 녹용김치 0.080%, 생녹용김치 0.092%, 유산처리 녹용김치 0.114%, 대조김치 0.086%를 나타냈다. 균체수는 열수추출 녹용김치는 1.09$\times$$10^{8}$/g, 대조김치는 1.08$\times$$10^{8}$/g, 유산처리 녹용김치는 9.88$\times$$10^{8}$/g, 생녹용김치는 6.6$\times$$10^{8}$/g을 나타냈다. 녹용김치를 관능검사로 짠맛, 신맛, 향기, 색, 조직감을 평가시킨 결과 열수추출 녹용김치가 가장 좋은 결과를 나타냈고 이어서 생녹용김치, 대조김치, 유산처리 녹용김치의 순을 나타냈다.

영추(靈樞).영기(營氣)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Young Ki(營氣) of the Young Chu(靈樞))

  • The contents of ${\ulcorner}$Young Ki(營氣)${\lrcorner}$ are explained on the basis of the so-called 'Young-Yu(營衛) Circulation theory'. It was described in several chapters as ${\ulcorner}$Oh Sib Young(五十營)${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$Yu Ki Hang(衛氣行)${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$Young-Yu Sang Hoe(營衛生會)${\lrcorner}$. Summerizing the contents of the ${\ulcorner}$Young Ki(營氣)${\lrcorner}$ in reference to the contents of successive generation note, the contents were as follows; What attract our attention in chapter I is production process of Young Ki(營氣). Young(營) is pure nutriment which is come from food and drink. There is a close connection between Young(營) and blood. We can say that they have nearly the same meaning. The difference between the two is that Young(營) is put stress on circulation. Young Ki(營氣) is the very blood that is circulating orderly. What attract our attention in chapter II is circulation order of Young Ki(營氣). The order is described in ${\ulcorner}$Keong Mack(經脈)${\lrcorner}$ of the ${\ulcorner}$Young Chu(靈樞)${\lrcorner}$. Young Ki(營氣) is flowing according to the order of twelve Keong Mack(經脈).

교사와 유아 간의 관계와 유아의 사회적 능력간의 관계에서 유아 수줍음의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Young Children's Shyness on the Relationship between Teacher-Children Relationship and Young Children's Social Competence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of young children's shyness on the relationship between teacher-children relationship and young children's social competence. The subjects of the study were 270 children from three years to five years old and their teachers in Busan. Frequency, t-test, Cronbach ${\alpha}$, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchial regression were used for data analysis. The results were as follows: first, teacher-children intimacy showed positive correlation with the young children's social competence. Teacher-children conflict showed negative correlation with the young children's social competence. Second, teacher-children intimacy showed negative correlation with the young children's shyness. Teacher-children conflict showed positive correlation with the young children's shyness. Third, young children's shyness showed negative correlation with the young children's social competence. Fourth, young children's shyness had partial mediating effects on the relationship between teacher-children intimacy and young children's sociability. Young children's shyness had partial mediating effects on the relationship between teacher-children intimacy and young children's popularity and leadership. Young children's shyness had partial mediating effects on the relationship between teacher- children conflict and young children's sociability. Young children's shyness had partial mediating effects on the relationship between teacher-children conflict and young children's popularity and leadership.

어머니의 양육행동 및 유아의 놀이성과 유아의 또래 유능성 : 유아 놀이성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Moderating Role of Young Children's Playfulness and the Association between Maternal Parenting and Young Children's Peer Competency)

  • This study examined the moderating role of young children's playfulness and the association between maternal parenting and young children's peer competency. The subjects of the present study were 132 4 or 5-year-old young children and their mothers recruited from child-care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do. The findings of this Study were as follows : First, maternal parenting influenced children's peer competency. Second, young children's playfulness influenced young children's peer competency. Third, the association between overprotective and permissive maternal parenting styles and young children's leadership abilities were negative only in the low cognitive playfulness group. Fourth, the association between maternal rejective and negligent parenting and young children's socialibility were found to be negative only in the low physical playfulness group.

유아의 공감에 관련된 변인 연구 (Factors related to Young Children′s Empathy)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how characteristics of young children (sex, age, temperament), mothers (employed or unemployed, intimacy between mother and child, parenting attitudes), and home environment (pet, TV/Video viewing) relate to young children's empathy and to examine the relative effects of then variables on young children's empathy. The subjects for this study were 300 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds selected from kindergartens and day-care centers in Busan. Data were analyzed via t-test, correlation, and multiple regression. Results showed that girls had higher empathy score than boys. Young children's empathy was positively correlated with the sociability of young child's temperament, intimacy between mother and young child, reasoning guidance, affect, achievement of parenting attitudes, and parental intervention toward young child after TV/video viewing. However, young children's empathy was correlated negatively with authoritarian control of parenting attitudes. Among then variables, young children's sex was the most significant variable.

교사유아관계와 유아의 자기조절능력 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Self-esteem on the Teacher-Young Child Relationship and Self-regulation Ability of Young Children)

  • This study examined the mediating effects of self-esteem on the teacher-young child relationship and self-regulation ability of young children. A survey was conducted on a random sample of 252 young children aged 3-5 years attending a nursery in Gwang-ju, Korea. Based on the data, Person's correlations between variables were analyzed, and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to identify the direct and indirect effects of the teacher-young child relationship and self-esteem on the self-regulation ability of the young children. First, there were positive correlations among the teacher-young child relationship (intimacy) and self-esteem as well as self-regulation ability. There were negative correlations among the teacher-young child relationship (conflict, dependence) and self-esteem as well as self-regulation ability. Second, self-esteem partially mediated the correlation between the teacher-young child relationship and self-regulation ability. The results suggest that self-esteem may affect the self-regulation ability of young children as a mediating response to the teacher-young child relationship.

유아의 공격성과 관련변인들의 관계성 연구 -유아의 기질과 자기조절 및 어머니의 양육효능감과 양육행동을 중심으로- (A study for young children's aggression and relationship of relative factors -concentrating on young children's temperament, self-regulation and mother's parenting efficacy, parenting behaviors-)

  • This study focused on the relationship between young children's aggression and associated relative factors, so that we set young children's temperament, young children's self-regulation ability, mother's parenting efficacy, and mother's parenting behavior as associated relative factors. Therefore, we researched how these associated relative factors could affect young children's aggression. Subjects were 350 young children and their mothers who were attending nine kindergarten in I-city and J-city, Jeonlabuk-do. Statistics and methods used for data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Regression. Result's are as followings: First, as we researched into the correlation between young children's aggression and associated relative factors, we found that there were significant correlation in young children's temperament and mother's parenting efficacy, mother's indulgent and permissive parenting behavior, and controlled parenting behavior. Second, as we researched into the efficacy between young children's aggression and associated relative factors, we found that young children's aggression was directly affected by young children's active character that is one of young children's temperaments, young children's self-regulation ability, mother's active involvement in parenting behavior, mother's indulgent and permissive parenting behavior, and mother's controlled parenting behavior. That is, young children's aggression was 22% affected by these associated relative factors.

유아 스트레스의 관련 변인 연구 (Relevant Variables of Young Children's Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how characteristics of young children (sex, age, birth order, temperament), parents (education level, employed or unemployed mother, mother's parenting behavior), and family (income) relate to young children's stress levels and to examine the relative effects of these variables on young children's stress. The subjects for this study were 287 young children, aged from 3 to 5 years old, selected from kindergartens and day-care centers in Busan. Data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows. (1) Young children's stress was correlated with young children's sex, age, birth order and temperament. (2) Young children's stress was correlated with parenting behaviors. (3) Young children's stress was not correlated with income. (4) Children's emotionality and maternal overprotective behavior were the most significant variables affecting the stress experienced by boys and girls, respectively. (5) Maternal overprotective behavior variable affected both sibling and only children's stress.
