In this paper, we deal with the problem of meromorphic functions that have three weighted sharing values, and obtain some uniqueness theorems which improve those given by N. Terglane, Hong-Xun Yi & Xiao-Min Li, and others. Some examples are provided to show that the results in this paper are best possible.

Yi-dong experimental basin is operated for research on the rural basin characteristics and accumulation of a long term data by hydrological observation equipments. It is basin area 9,440ha, length 14.4km and slope 0.67%. Hydrological observation network is constructed of rainfall meter 4points, reservoir storage level 3points and river water level 2points.

In this paper, the design of 12bit pipeline BiCMOS A/D converter presented. A BiCMOS operational amplifier and comparator suitable for use in the pipeline A/D converter. The main features is low distortion track-and-hold with 0-300MHz input bandwidth, and a proprietary 12bit multi-stage quantizer.

Improvement of the efficiency of the agricultural water use is important for the sustainable water management because the agricultural water use occupied above 60% of the total water use in korea. For the analysis of agricultural water use the Yi-dong experimental site was selected. For the monitoring system of the experimental site, four rainfall gauging stations and twenty-six water level gauging stations are established and operated. Analyses of the measured data are processed for the irrigation efficiency of agricultural water on the eight irrigation areas.
