항만 영상정보시스템 구축을 위한 컨테이너 식별자 인식 (A Recognition Method of Container ISO-code for Vision & Information System in Harbors)

  • 현재 항만의 컨테이너 양하 및 적하 과정에서 획득되는 컨테이너 영상은 크기 및 위치가 정형화되어 있지 않고, Yard Tractor의 정차 차선과 컨테이너의 크기 등의 외부 환경 변화로 인해 인식에 적합한 영상을 획득하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 Top-Hat Transform을 이용하여 실시간 영상으로부터 문자의 영역을 추정하고, 카메라의 PAN/TILT/ZOOM 기능을 이용한 시선이동을 통해 문자인식에 적합한 영상을 획득한다. 획득된 컨테이너 영상으로부터 Top-Hat Transform 및 Histogram Projection을 이용하여 식별자 영역을 추출하고 이진화한 뒤, Labeling 된 결과를 토대로 배경과 문자영역을 구분하고 개별 문자들을 추출한다. 이후 오류역전파 알고리즘을 이용하여 추출된 개별 문자들을 인식한다. 실제 부두에 설치하여 제안된 컨테이너 식별자 영상 획득 및 인식 방법이 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • 안벽의 하역능력 산정 문제는 총 개발 선석수, 배후 장치장 규모 등 항만의 총 개발규모를 결정짓는 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 만일 1개 선석당 하역능력이 너무 낮게 산정된다면, 개발해야 할 선석의 수는 증가하게 되고, 더불어 낮은 하역능력에 적정하도록 장치장 규모가 작게 결정된다. 본 연구는 항만개발의 근거가 된 대기율, 선석점유율, 하역능력 등 정부계획과 실제 부산항의 실적을 비교ㆍ평가하여 원인을 분석한 후, 부산항 실적위주의 현실적인 크레인 대수 및 선석점유율 적용을 통해 하역능력을 재산정하는 데 목적이 있다.

  • By the rapid expansion of containerization and intermodel transportation in international shipping since the 1970's, the larger containerships have emerged and concentrated their calls at a limitted number of ports. Moreover, large-scale container terminals have been built to accommodate the ever-larger containerships, and the mordernization of terminal facilities and many developments in information technology etc. have been brought out. Thus, unlimited competition has been imposed on every terminal with neighbouring ports in Japan, Singapore, Hongkong and Taiwan etc. The purpose of this study is invested to suggest how the container terminal operators cope with unlimited competition between local or foreign terminals. The results are suggested as follows : First, transshipment cargoes, which the added value is high, is to be induced. Second, the function of storage is given on On-Dock Yard. Third. Berth Pool Operation System is introduced, especially in Gamman Container Terminal and Kwangyang Container Terminal. Fourth, the cargo handling charges is decided by terminal operator.

헤도닉모형을 이용한 농촌지역 생활편익시설의 접근성이 지가에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Implication of Accessibility to Community Facilities for Land Price in Rural Areas using a Hedonic Land Price Model)

  • Land price can be affected by convenience or psychological repulsion like PIMFY (Please In My Front Yard) or NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) for various facilities. Services related to public establishment, welfare, medical attention, and amenities in rural areas are comparatively poorer than those in urban areas. The purpose of this study is to estimate the implications of the accessibility to community facilities in rural areas for land prices using a hedonic price model. The accessibility to facilities is estimated by real road distances and the land prices are applied for four types of land usages: field, rice paddy, building lots, and village halls. Community facilities are classified from public and community services view: education, safety, culture, transport, environment, health care, and finance. The results show that the accessibility to health care and transport can positively affect land prices and the accessibility to environment (waste facilities and junkyard) and unpleasant services (funeral hall and charnel house) can negatively affect land prices. Especially, the accessibility to hospital is the most positive influential factor for all types of land usages.

  • The development of automated container terminal has been a hot issue for recent years. It's very natural because it's very important how many containers, how soon, and how precisely a container terminal can treat. A crane treats a very heavy container, maybe, no less than 20∼40 tons, thus most cranes use ropes to take up and land containers. But rope causes the sway of a container and this phenomenon is not avoided. On the ground of this, in most case how much skillful a driver is may affect the productivity of a yard or quay crane. Thus many researches have been concentrated on the development of the control algorithm for a crane which may be useful and robust enough to drive a crane without any human driver. Authors of this paper also are interested in this kind of research but we have been much more interested for years in the development of a mechanical structure which may cause much less sway than the existing cranes do. In this paper, we may introduce the basic structure of the developed anti-sway system.

고생산성 컨테이너 이송차량 모델 연구 (A Study on the Model of the Container Transport Vehicle with High Productivity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 컨테이너터미널 이송차량의 기술대안을 분석하여 터미널 생산성을 높일 수 있는 고생산성이송차량 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 대안 개발을 위해 YT(Yard Tractor), S/C(Straddle Carrier), SHC(Shuttle Carrier), AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) 등의 이송차량에 대한 기술적 사양을 분석하며, 이송차량의 기술단계별 세대를 분류하기 위하여 운영현황과 성능을 조사한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 이송차량의 개발 대안은 향후 고생산성의 진보된 컨테이너 터미널에 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

겐트리 로봇의 동적 모델링 및 진동해석 (A Study on Dynamic Modeling and Vibration Analysis of Gantry Robot)

  • In general, gantry robot is very useful handling of heavy objects. But rope-driven yard cranes must have a little of sway and skew motion because ropes are passive mechanical device. So many researches have been concentrated on anti-sway algorithm controlling trolley speed. These approaches require sway angle. But it is very difficult to know sway angle and its derivative. Therefore control algorithm of trolley speed is not practical in general. On the contrary, control strategy using auxiliary rope is very useful to sway control of yard crane because rope length is shorter than quay-side container cranes. In this paper, we derive equations of motion of trolley system which have anti-sway controller to use auxiliary rope. And we propose the control strategy and analyse the behavior of the proposed system.

  • 이 논문에서는 강판의 곡가공과 관련해서 지금까지 수행된 연구의 동향을 검토하였고, 이의 자동화 시스템 구축에 있어서 우선적으로 선행되어야 할 부분으로서 주어진 곡면의 Marking Data를 자동으로 생성하도록 개발한 전산 시스템의 개요와 이를 실제 곡면모델에 적용한 결과를 다루었다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 Marking Data 생성을 위한 전산 시스템을 실제 곡면모델에 적용한 곁과로부터 추정한 곡면이 주어진 곡면에 상당히 접근하는 결과를 보여 주고 있으며 생성된 Marking Data 역시 현재 현장에서 시행하는 것에 부합되는 합리적인 것이였다. 따라서 여기에서 소개한 Marking Data 자동생성을 위한 전산 시스템을 추후 더 많은 곡면모델에의 적용을 통해서 보완한다면 현장에서 충분히 실용적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 보여진다.

  • This report contains the results of structural analysis for the verification of the optimum offset range on the top of T-Bar with stiffener and BKT using at DSME Offset range as $6.0{\sim}10.0mm$ based on the 3-D FE analysis and experimental results of angie type stiffener as described in Annex 1 has been used as yard standard over ten (10) years under all Classification approval. Recently, Owner and Class have requested the confirmation for the misalignment based on the Yard's Standard so that a couple of locations for LNGC and LPGC has been investigated the structural strength by FE method using the offset ranges from 0.0 to 18.0 mm.

GNSS와 IMU센서를 활용한 실시간 트랜스포터 위치추적 시스템 (Real Time Transporter Locating System for Shipyard through GNSS and IMU Sensor)

  • A real time transporter locating system for shipyard has been implemented through the GNSS and IMU sensor. There are a lot of block movements by transporters at the shipyard, which need to be controlled and monitored for conforming to the shipbuilding process. For the precise and safe transporter motion at the yard, a locating system has been developed by using the GNSS and IMU sensors for the transporter. There are several obstacles of the GPS signals for locating the transporter at the yard, such as, buildings and metal structures. To overcome the weakness of the GPS signal transmission, the IMU data have been properly integrated together. The performance of the proposed real time block locating system has been verified through the real experiments with transporters carrying blocks at a shipyard.
