판매직 주부의 공평성인지도 ${\cdot}$ 역할스트레스 및 생활만족도에 관한 연구 (Perceived Equity, Role Stress and Life Satisfaction of Married Working-Mother Salesclerks)

  • The main purpose of the research was to prove, in a practical sense, the relationship among perceived equity, role stress and life satisfaction of employed wives working in sales departments. The subjects were employed wives working in sales departments who have at least one child and a spouse, living in Seoul and the Metropolitan area. The final data analysis used 487 out of 668 questionnaires. Statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS/PC WIN which included frequencies, mean, percentages, Pearson's correlation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) As their education level was low, the education level of their spouse was high, the communication level between couples was high, and the self-oriented perfectionism was low, their perceived emotional relationship was equal. As they were old, the communication level between couples was high, and the self-oriented perfectionism was low, their perceived position in sharing household chores was equal. On the other hand, as they were younger, the education level of their spouse was high, the reason for getting a job lay in supporting the family, and overtime hours worked, there was a higher level of role stress. 2) The influential variables which affect the life satisfaction, in order of importance, were communication level between couples, mother's role stress, age, non-financial reason of getting a job, and sharing household works. For relative contribution degree about life satisfaction, psychological variables among independent variables were revealed as the most influential ones. Thus, efficient communication between couples affected the life satisfaction to a great degree. Furthermore, the study proved that not only role stress variables but also perceived equity variables contributed to the life satisfaction.

기관특성과 개인환경에 따른 전문도서관 직원의 직무만족도 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction Level of Employees in Special Libraries by Institutional Characteristics and Personal Backgrounds)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 전문도서관 직원의 전반적인 직무만족 수준을 진단하고, 소속기관과 개인환경에 따라 나타나는 직무만족의 차이를 분석하는데 있다. 분석 결과, 민간기관이 '보수', '승진', '전반적인 만족도' 요인에서 공공기관보다 직무만족도가 높게 나타났고, 도서관이 독립적 부서로 존재하는 기관이 그렇지 않은 기관에 비해 '직무자체', '보수', '동료관계' 요인에서 만족도가 높았다. 고용형태별로는 정규직이 '보수'와 '승진'의 직무만족도가 높게 나타난 반면 비정규직은 '상사 및 감독' 요인의 만족도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 직급별로는 관리자급이 '보수'와 '복무제도', '승진' 요인과 '전반적 만족도'에서 비관리자급보다 만족도가 높았다. 마지막으로 전공별로는 문헌정보학 전공자가 '직무자체', '복무제도', '승진', '시설환경'에서 비전공자에 비해 직무만족도가 다소 높았다. 이 연구를 통해 전문도서관 직원의 욕구와 감정을 명확하게 이해하고 직무만족의 장애요인을 제거함으로써, 도서관 업무효율성을 제고하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

근무형태별 간호사의 스트레스와 불안 조사: 타액 코티솔과 자가보고 척도를 이용한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Occupational Stress and Anxiety Through Salivary Cortisol and Self-Report Scale in Korean Nurses on Shift and Regular Work)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare salivary cortisol levels, self-reported occupational stress, and anxiety before duty to those after duty in the shift and regular work nurses, and the relationships among them. Methods: Thirty nurses working in a tertiary hospital participated in the study. Salivary specimens were collected before and after daytime duty for 2 days. The occupational stress and state anxiety were also evaluated using self-report questionnaires. Results: The average level of salivary cortisol was $0.40{\mu}g/dL$ before duty and $0.20{\mu}g/dL$ after duty in Korean nurses. Overall levels of salivary cortisol, self-reported occupational stress, and anxiety were higher in shift working nurses than regular working nurses. In shift working nurses, the salivary cortisol gap between before and after duty was attenuated on the first day of daytime duty. Significant positive correlation was found between the level of cortisol before duty and anxiety after duty. Conclusion: Strategies to alleviate occupational stress and anxiety are needed for shift working nurses, especially for those with elevated levels of cortisol. It seems to require 3days to recover from attenuated cortisol rhythm during nighttime duty in shift working nurses.

학동기 손자녀에 대한 조모의 역할수행: 취업모가족과 비취업모가족 비교 (A Comparative Study on the Grandmothers’ Role Performance Toward their School-Aged Grandchildren between Working and nonworking Mother Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the grandmothers' role performance toward their grandchildren in the elementary school between working and nonworking mother families. The subjects were 274 grandparent-grandchild pairs. The structured questionnaires, from both grandmothers and grandchildren were collected in 2001. Using statistical techniques such as factor analysis, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis, the major findings were as fellows: 1) The level of the grandmothers' role performance is moderate in general. However, the grandmothers in working mother families perform surrogate mother roles more strongly than the grandmothers in nonworking mother families.2) While contact between grandmother and grandchild is associated with the grandmother's role performance in working mother families, the grandmother's age and the closeness between grandmother and mother are related to the level of the grandmother's role performance in nonworking mother families. In conclusion, the grandmothers' role performance in working mother families was found to be more important in the supporting system than in nonworking mother families.

산학 실습 근무 여건이 호텔 및 외식 전공 학생들의 산학 실습 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 전북 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Working Conditions on Internship Satisfaction of Hotel & Restaurant Management Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of working conditions on internship satisfaction. Hotel & Restaurant management students at universities in Jeonju participated in this study. Out of 156 questionnaires, 149 were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and descriptive analysis, frequency test, factor analysis, reliability test, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, duncan's multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, the working conditions were classified into 2 factors: work suitability and work environment. Internship satisfaction was classified into 3 factors: internship preference, education and work satisfaction, company satisfaction. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, the working conditions were shown to affect internship satisfaction. Among the working conditions, work suitability had a lower effect on internship satisfaction than work environment. At the resort used in this study, the salary level was high, but the level of work environment, internship preference, and company satisfaction was low. The students wanted attend an internship program at the desired place to be hired and found that it was more important to be assigned to the desired department than having a higher salary.

수술실 근무자의 업무수행 관련 근골격계 부담정도와 통증에 대한 연구 (A Study on Musculoskeletal Symptom and Pain related to Working Posture of Operation-Room Workers.)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 수술실 근무자들을 대상으로 작업 관련성 근골격계 부담정도와 통증에 대한 상태를 파악 하고자 실시하였다. 방법: 수술실 근무자 73명을 대상으로 설문조사와 동영상 촬영을 통하여 수술실 근무자의 작업 평가를 REBA 이용하여 인간공학적 작업분석을 실시하였다. 결과: REBA로 측정한 수술실 근로자들의 근골격계 부담정도와 근골격계 통증 정도는 상당히 높은 상태였으며 이것은 조치수준 2에 해당되며 '대상자에게 어떠한 조치가 필요하다'는 것을 의미한다. 또한 대상자 대부분이 주 3~4회 통증을 경험하고, 다리, 목, 어깨에서 심한 통증을 경험하는 것으로 조사되었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성과 통증간의 유의한 결과를 나타내는 변수로는 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 체중, 과거직장 경험, 하루 평균 근무시간, 근무형태, 근무부서에서 유의한 관계가 있었다. 결론: 수술실 근로자는 작업과 관련하여 높은 근골격계 부담과 심한 근골격계 통증을 경험하고 있으며, 이로 인해 근골격계 질환의 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

간호사들의 임상근무의 어려움 관련 주요 요인과 임상근무 활성화 방안 분석 - 현장에서 근무하는 간호사 대상 - (The main difficulties related factors of nurses' clinical work and clinical work plan activation analysis - focus on the nurses working in the field -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of difficulty and turnover of nurses working in the field and to derive clinical work activation and supply policy improvements. Data was collected from December, 2014 to January, 2015, from 23 hospitals, and participants were 3,887 nurses working in the field, Survey details : the difficulty of the clinical work of nurses working in hospitals, turnover intentions status and policy proposals for clinical research work enabled General characteristics, difficulties in clinical working, turnover intention and clinical work plan activation are frequency analysis. The difference between each of the variables in accordance with the general characteristics are one-way ANOVA analysis, Correlation analysis of the variables is also a Pearson correlation coefficients. 'difficulties in clinical working' was a statistically significant difference depending on the type of hospital, nursing class, number of beds, location, age, position, employment, gender, working form, working department, salary, career, and degree level. 'turnover intention' was a statistically significant difference depending on nursing rate, number of beds, region, age, position, sex, shifts, departments, annual income, and career. 'policy recommendation' was a statistically significant difference depending on type of hospital, nursing rate, age, position, employ, shifts, departments, annual income, degree level and career 'difficulties in clinical working' is 'turnover intention' (p<.001), 'policy recommendations' (p<.001) and had a significant positive correlation. and 'turnover intention' had a "policy recommendation" significant positive correlation with the relationship (p<.001) The most difficulties point of the nurses working in the field are the environment, such as shift, urgent and dangerous. Major policy proposals are improve treatment such as wages, and welfare.

미용사의 삶의 질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality of Life of Hair Designer)

  • This study was carried out to examine the level and relevant factors of influencing quality of lift of Hair Designer and to provide basic data to prepare intervention program for them. The data were collected from 733 Hair Designer who worked in beauty shops located in big and small cities including Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejon, Gwangju, Gyeongju, Changwon, Andong, using self-administered questionnaire for four months from February to June 2005. The results of this study show that the level of quality of life of Hair Designer are lower than one of workers in other jobs. Particularly, there is a close relationship quality of life, and that the lower the income and the shorter working hours, the lower the level of quality of life. Thus, the health promotion and education program to improve the quality of life of Hair Designer should be developed considering working conditions.

  • In these days, the PCs are widely used in the mid-level factory. But they have low-effectiveness for using them. The main reason should be the lack of useful and practical software in the market. This Case study aimed at the support of the software using DB Language to get M/M chart for aquiring work study and standard time data in the mid-level factory having multi-item and multi-process type. CVA (Chronocycle Video Analysis) is applied to get basic standard time data and working list. Standard time, Sequence of working and allowance time or rate for man and machine will be readily obtained through the menu when the software executing. Detailed program list is systematically shown in Appendix.

  • Much research has focused on the conflict and balance between work and family. Yet few studies examine how women feel in balancing these two roles. In that regard, this study examines how married working women feel balanced between work and family as well as the levels of support availability/demand that exists. The level of sense of balance regarding work-family is average. Sense of balance is related to age, income, work hours, size of workplace, numbers of family friendly policies, the family's attitude to woman's work, and the level of balancing strategies used. The demand for support is higher than the availability of support. Both factors are related to working hours and balancing strategies, etc.
