Smart work, which is defined as work performed at home, satellite offices or with the smart devices to continually collaborate with the co-workers in anytime, anywhere using IT, is attracting much attention as an alternative work way to cope with the demographical changes of the low fertility and aging. Whereas some implementation cases of smart work have been considered as the success, the other cases have been reported as the failure to implement smart work practices. Nevertheless, there are few researches to identify the reasons of successful ways to adopting smart work. This study integrated the IT-based changes with the smart work practices to identify the critical success factors of smart work in individual, organization and industry levels. As the results, we found out the expected values of introduction, core elements of implementation, and industry characteristics to efficient adoption for smart work. Also, this study compared these evidences with the incumbent smart work policies. The contributions of this study is to develop the guideline to adopting smart work, the smart work implementation strategy and the improvement on the business process.
Lately, the number of interventional radiology is increased by the extension of procedure in medical radiation, and radiation exposure may be appeared differently by interventional radiologists, it is caused increase of radiation dose for radiation worker, patient, and radiologists. This study has done a comparative analysis characteristic of radiation exposure for five radiologists who executed interventional cardiology for 303 patients in S university hospital of Gyeong-Buk from Nov. 1, 2011 to Jan. 31, 2011. The average exposure time of five radiologists was 697.95sec. The average of cumulative DAP(exp) for patients was $52,730mGycm^2$ and the average of total DAP for patients was $104,875.14mGycm^2$. The average of frames for image was 855.52 frames in acquired images, and the average of frames for images was 802.2 frames in exposure images. They were statistically significant differences (p<0.05). Exposure time, cumulative DAP(fluro), cumulative DAP(exp), total DAP, acquired image, and exposure image were high correlation except cumulative DAP(exp), and acquired runs in x-ray exposure characteristics of machine. Exposure time was a great influence on radiologist. It signified that the more exposure time lead to the more radiation dose for radiologist. Radiation dose is related to ability, experience, difficulty, and precision of procedures in interventional procedure. The number of angiography and exposure time is difficult to control by radiologists. Therefore, it is in need of reasonable system which was evaluated the real dose of medical teams in interventional proceedings. We think that self education and training are required to reduce radiation dose for radiologists and radiation workers.
According to recent government forecasts, universities face a critical situation, due to a reduction in the number of students and a decrease in tuition income. To respond to the changed population structure and the 4th Industrial Revolution, the government is supporting universities in reorganizing the structure of academics and curricula focused on lifelong education. Considering this, this study analyzed the correlation between intention to participate in lifelong education and learning outcomes oriented to workers involved in shipping and port logistics in the Port of Gwangyang and Yeosu, who are participating or have participated in lifelong education. To expand the opportunities for participation in the lifelong education of adult learners and form a learning culture, it is necessary to analyze the intention to participate in lifelong education and how participants identify their learning outcomes. According to the analysis results, the goal orientation of intention to participate in learning has a significant influence on individual features of learning outcomes, and learning orientation has a significant influence on the social characteristics of learning outcomes. Moreover, learning outcomes and the learning orientation of the intention to participate in learning have a significant influence on the intention to continue learning. In particular, the results showing that learning outcomes reflect individual changes and that interests obtained as a product of learning influence the intention to continue learning are highly suggestive.
Background/Objectives: The purpose of the study is to derive a goal usable in the field by exploring the case management success experiences of case managers. The principal aim of this field study was to determine the concentrations and emissions of gaseous contaminants such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the different types of pig buildings in Korea and allow objective comparison between Korea and the other countries in terms of pig housing types. This field study was performed from May to June and from September to October in 2002. Pig buildings investigated in this research were selected in terms of three criteria; manure removal system, ventilation mode and growth stage of pig. Measurements of concentration and emission of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the pig buildings were done in 5 housing types and the visited farms were 15 sites per each housing type. Concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were measured at three locations of the central alley in the pig building and emission rates of them were estimated by multiplying the average concentration($mg/m^3$) measured near the air outlet by the mean ventilation rate($m^3/h$) and expressed either per pig of liveweight 75kg(mg/h/pig) or per area($mg/h/m^2$). Concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the pig buildings were averaged to 7.5 ppm and 286.5 ppb and ranged from 0.8 to 21.4 ppm and from 45.8 to 1,235 ppb, respectively. The highest concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were found in the mechanically ventilated buildings with slats; 12.1 ppm and 612.8 ppb, while the lowest concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were found in the pig buildings with deep-litter bed system(2.2 ppm) and the naturally ventilated pig buildings with manure removal system by scraper(115.2 ppb), respectively(p<0.05). All the pig buildings were investigated not to exceed the threshold limit values(TLVs) of ammonia(25 ppm) and hydrogen sulfide(10 ppm). The mean emissions of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide per pig(75kg in terms of liveweight) and area($m^2$) from pig buildings were 250.2 mg/h/pig and 37.8 mg/h/pig and $336.3mg/h/m^2$ and $50.9mg/h/m^2$, respectively. The pig buildings with deep-litter bed system showed the lowest emissions of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide(p<0.05). However, the emissions of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide from the other pig buildings were not significantly different(p>0.05). Concentrations and emissions of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were relatively higher in the pig buildings managed with deep-pit manure system with slats and mechanical ventilation mode than the different pig housing types. In order to prevent pig farm workers from adverse health effect caused by exposure to ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in pig buildings, they should wear the respirators during shift and be educated sustainably for the guideline related to occupational safety.
Zou Si Cong is a very significant female artist from the period when China was forming its modern arts and culture. Zou Si Cong, who was influenced by China's political and social upheaval, was born in 1939 and died in 1996. Her actual work period was after China's 'Cultural Revolution' and lasted only 13 years, from 1978 to 1990. Her passion for art never stopped, even when she was suffering from severe arthritis with its torturing pain. There were big changes that occurred in her work; 'Early Work', 'Realistic Work', 'Mine Worker Painting', 'Yi Tribe' Painting', 'Lotus Paintings'. 'Mine Worker Painting', which represented a new figure by abandoning traditional techniques, dividing picture space, and changing and distorting forms, was the one that had the greatest impact of all on a lot of people and strongly influenced modern Chinese figurative painting. The characteristics of Zou Si Cong's work are in its 'Traditionalism', 'Realism, and 'Historical' aspects. Zou Si Cong developed her uniqueness, along with Western expressions, based on traditional Chinese painting techniques. Realism, through realistic rendering, appeared in her figurative paintings during the Cultural Revolution Period. 'Yi Tribe' paintings lively illustrated their lives. She creatively reinterpreted history in the composition of Mine Workers, which is based on the historical record of Chinese barbarity.
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate how home-based hospice care is provided in Korea. Methods: From July 2011 through August 2011, 29 hospice facilities that provide home-based hospice care were surveyed using a questionnaire. Items included in the questionnaire were general characteristics of the organization, staff members, service programs, difficulties. Results: Among the surveyed, hospice care was hospital-based for 11 (37.9%) facilities, hospital-independent center-based care for four (13.8%) and home-based care only for 10 (34.5%). Near half the participants were located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Caregivers included nurses for 62.1% of the participants, volunteers 62.0%, pastors 44.8%, social workers 37.9%, coordinators 31.0% and doctors 31.0%. The facilities offered service programs such as family counseling (96.6%), transfer to other facilities (93.1%), psychological support (89.7%), bereavement support (86.2%), dying care (79.3%), clinical care (75.9%) and spiritual support (75.9%). The major obstacles were financial issues (24.1%), lack of trained staff (20.7%) and staff members' lack of awareness of home-based hospice care (13.8%). Conclusion: In Korea, home-based hospice care is provided by an insufficient number of facilities. Moreover, the service providers are experiencing difficulties such as lack of trained staff, insufficient financial resource and staff's lack of awareness of home-based hospice care. It is necessary to increase the number of home-based hospice care facilities with consideration of even distribution across regions and standard staffing and service programs and develop related insurance policies.

Objectives: 3D printing technologies have become widely developed and are increasingly being used for a variety of purposes. Recently, the evaluation of 3D printing operations has been conducted through chamber test studies, and actual workplace studies have yet to be completed. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs), metals, and particles from printing operations at a workplace. This included monitoring conducted at a commercial 3D printing service workplace where the processes involved material extrusion, material jetting, binder jetting, vat photo polymerization, and powder bed fusion. Methods: Area samples were collected with using a Tenax TA tube for VOC emission and MCE filter for metals in the workplace. For particle monitoring, Mini Particle Samplers(MPS) were also placed in the printer, indoor work area, and outdoor area. The objective was to analyze and identify particles' size, morphology, and chemical composition using transmission electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy(TEM-EDS) in the workplace. Results: The monitoring revealed that the concentration of VOCs and metals generated during the 3D printing process was low. However, it also revealed that within the 3D printing area, the highest concentration of total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) was 4,164 ppb at the vat photopolymerization 3D printing workplace, and the lowest was 148 ppb at the material extrusion 3D printing workplace. For the metals monitoring, chromium, which, is carcinogenic for humans, was detected in the workplace. As a characteristic of the particles, nano-sized particles were also found during the monitoring, but most of them were agglomerated with large and small particles. Conclusions: Based on the monitoring conducted at the commercial 3D printing operation, the results revealed that the concentration of VOCs and metals in the workplace were within Korea's occupational exposure limits. However, due to the emission of nano-sized particles during 3D printing operations, it was recommended that the exposure to VOCs and metals in the workplace should be minimized out of concern for workers' health. It was also shown that the characteristics of particles emitted from 3D printing operations may spread widely within an indoor workplace.

This study analyzed the location of manufacturing industries and works' residence in Yangsan city of which large part of industries were relocated from Busan metropolitan area along the industrial suburbanization process. Through the field survey, in-depth interview, and analysis of statistical data, the study tried to describe the relocation characteristics of manufacturing industries in Yangsan city. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. The relocation rate of manufacturing industries from Busan to Yangsan was very high in 1980s. As a result of analysis, the first prime factor on relocation was the site problem for industrial land use. But for the newly starting industries, the most important factor was the subcontract networks among industries which differed from relocated ones. 2. The industrial suburbanization process influenced on the industrial structure strongly, as the compositional weight of rubber and plastic industries in Yangsan became greater and the size of the major plants got larger. 3. The manufacturing industries in Yangsan city were widely distributed on the main national industrial districts. Also, they were diffused out to the other places beyond the boundary of industrial districts. 4. The commuting workers' residence in Busan, employed by the plants of Yangsan marked 44.5%. That confirmed the strong influence of Busan labor market.
