원가기반의 공동주택 마감재 정보관리 방안 연구 (A Cost-Based Interior Information Management for an Apartment Housing Project)

  • 최근 장기간에 걸친 주택경기 침체 수요와 공급의 불균형에 의한 정적재고 증가, 수요자의 주거선호 변화 등으로 인해 차별화의 개념이 주택시장에서 경쟁우위 확보의 주요 요소로 대두되고 있다. 동일한 단위 평면 안에서 마감재 디자인 요소의 차별화에 의해 수많은 마감재 정보가 발생되고 고급화된 사양 선택으로 인하여 공동주택 단위 세대 내부의 마감 원가가 상향되고 있다. 본 연구는 현행 마감재 설계 단계의 프로세스를 대상으로 마감재 설계 및 대안 선정 시 발생되는 원가관리 측면에서의 문제점과 대규모 공동주택 건설 시 대량으로 발생하는 디자인정보, 원가정보, 작업정보 관리 측면에서 마감재 정보관리 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 마감재 설계 및 대안 선정 시 원가관리와 정보를 관리 할 수 있도록 마감재의 디자인, 원가, 작업 정보를 통합하였다. 또한 프로젝트 원가관리 요소별 개선을 통해 원가기반의 마감재 정보 관리 프로세스를 제안하였다.

  • 건축물이 고층화, 대형화되면서 철골구조를 기본골조로 채택하는 경우가 많아지고 있으며, 철골공사의 품질관리는 사전계획단계부터 이루어지며, 단계별 참여자간의 업무 구분 및 연계가 매우 중요하다 이에 본 연구는 철골공사의 품질관리를 보다 원활하게 수행하기 위하여, 기존 철골공사 품질관리업무를 기반으로 업무간 상호관계 및 입출력 정보를 고려한 품질관리 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

  • There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as earth works, drainage works, pavement works, appurtenant works and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in roads construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

  • Based on the design of the LIS of GuangZhou and BeiJing, this paper discusses the resolution of the LIS with the kernel of process management. It applies the idea of workflow in the management supporting stratum, applies the process-oriented mechanism in the definition, coordination, supervision and control of the management process. The scheme has the character of information-media-oriented, work process dynamic changing supported, application system extended and restructure supported and is independent of the running environment of specific work.. Due to the previous character, the LIS is flexible, useable, elastic and able to support the dynamic application.

  • Management of maintenance parts in the aircraft have difficulty because of high cost of part, necessity of separate managements, and very many kinds of parts. The serial number of parts was used in maintenance process and then the results was depended on worker's ability. Also the workers used printed work order and manual at every time in maintenance processes. In this study, we analyzed the maintenance process and the information that occurs in the material warehouse and hangar for large airline company to solve the problems about inventory and visualization. Based on above analysis we developed the maintenance process with integrated by information technologies such as QR code and tablet PC. We expect the reduced errors resulting from visually checking and decreased work hours and maintenance cost and will finally develop the smart work.

  • 최근 국내 방사선이용기관 수의 증가와 시설의 다양한 투자로 운영 및 안전관리가 복잡해지고 있다. 그러나 작업종사자 수와 방사선 시설증가에도 불구하고 방사선안전관리자 인력은 증가되지 않고 있는 실정이며, 소수의 방사선안전관리자에 의해 방사선작업종사자 등록 및 관리, 선원관리, 방사선량 감시, 배기 및 배수 등의 많은 업무가 관리되고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 방사선 사고발생의 직 간접적인 사고의 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방사선을 이용하는 시설의 효율적인 안전관리와 사고예방을 위한 방사선안전관리 업무절차를 도식화(Process Mapping)하였다. Process Mapping 개발을 위해 방사선안전관리 현안요건을 분석하고, 개별 절차상의 업무분석을 통해 방사선안전관리 체계를 정비하였다. 개발한 Process Mapping을 바탕으로 각 기관에 적합한 업무절차의 흐름을 명확히 구성함으로써 방사선을 이용하는 시설의 안전 위해 요인을 줄이고 방사선안전관리 체계를 개선할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 Process Mapping을 수정보완하여 방사선안전관리에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다.

  • GS E&C had developed construction management system, PMS which is based on EVMS in 1997. Recently, TPMS has developed for effective construction management through applying daily schedule management and JIT on materials, labors, equipments focusing field work. TPMS realizes "Shielding" and "Make-Ready Process" which are the main concept of Lean construction. Through this system, it can manage and plan daily field work, support the field work related material, labor, and equipment planning, and minimizes the non-valuable process. This paper introduces the concept of TPMS, and through established system, it can lead the construction culture and raise the competitive power of construction industry

  • Existing improvement measures for resource management are merely concentrating on the document automation only. In addition, such improvements rarely benefit metal millwork management. Following the trend of constructing high rise and multi-complex buildings, the importance of resource management from the aspect of construction project management is being emphasized. Metal work resources are critical most of construction projects, it became a target for special management. Therefore, the study has determined work process of metal work resource management, for the metal millwork is one of the most important construction materials most of construction projects, and proposed a web based module for improving the management task.

재해분석을 통한 농업토목공사의 공종별 위험성 평가 (Risk Assessment of Agricultural Construction Works using Accident Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The accident risk at the construction workplace associated with agricultural engineering is comparatively higher than those of other fields due mainly to its complex work types and processes. Agricultural engineering deals with a variety of agricultural infrastructures from irrigation and drainage facilities to giant-scale coastal reclamation land infrastructures. The characteristics that most agricultural projects have conducted on a small-scale even worsen the situation drawing low attentions to risk management. Therefore, systematical risk assessment that focuses on details of agricultural construction work process is required in order to enhance safety management capacity and to prevent repetitive accidents ultimately. This study aims to categorize construction work types and processes of agricultural construction works, and to quantitatively assess the accident risk of them based on accident analysis. Regarding classification of construction works, actual 827 accident cases were thoroughly reviewed and coded by their construction site, facility and work type, project scale and so on. Most accidents (71.8 % of total cases) occurred in small-scale construction workplaces with less than 5 billion Korean won project budget. And those accidents related to agricultural infrastructure project (37.4%) and agricultural water development project (22.4%). In terms of work types, accidents frequently took place in form-work followed by pipe installation work, steel bar work and concrete work. The potential risks were compared with actual outbreak of accidents based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the potential conditions of accident expected to be took place is somewhat different from the actual conditions where accidents actually happened. This implicates that risk management manuals or education needs to be adjusted by reflecting unexpected circumstances. Overall, this study is meaningful in that the results could be foundations as to strengthen risk management capacity for agricultural engineering projects.
