예산관리제도의 도입과 실제적 운용에 관한 사례연구 -표준적인 작업의 성과측정을 중심으로- (The Case Study on The Introduction and Practical Application of the Budget Management System -On the Performance Measurement of Standard Work Unit-)

  • In introducing and applying the budget management system, the question of how to establish management structure(skelton) representing budget management responsible unit is significantly related to the degree of accuracy and analysis on the performance measurement of standard work unit. We have the following rational process of establishing performance measurement of budget management System ; 1) Standardization of work method 2) Establishment of management structure 3) Institution of budget management system. Especially, this system is based on a premise of efficiency of objectives management, it is assumed that performance measurement in the standard work unit must be enforced according to the basis and categories of performance evaluation based on the evaluating work unit. Therefore, most of all, the following three detail questions(subjects) are to be determined in order to rationalize these above principles to a maximum possible extent of performance measurement system. First, we established respective performance standard unit with respect to such detailed work unit, performance standard unit of which were accurately applicable directly from using the budget ana objectives account data and their supplementary data of the work measurement techniques. Second, by using the above mentioned question, over all evaluation and suggestion are made based on the study of the recording for each work unit development, budget management and production nit (volume of production) Third, the measurement of performance of budget management system is based on the principle of standard work unit, compared with the standard basis and actual work unit by period and activities unit and calculated percentage effectiveness according to the above procedure. and so evaluated the efficiency of performance measurement on the budget management system.

  • There are much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, the Press work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by Industrial safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. In press work, it is also important to develop safety system program to improve productivity and work safely, In this reaserch, the safety management system is built for the work improvement of the Press. This paper showed method about dangerous machine.

  • 최근의 공동주택 마감재는 고급화 다양해지고 있으며, 그 종류는 기하급수적으로 증가 하고 있다. 또한 공동주택 사업 초기의 마감재 디자인 설계 및 대안 선정 단계에서 수많은 마감재 정보가 생성, 변경 되고 있다. 그러나 초기단계에서 마감재정보들은 체계적으로 관리되지 못하고 있는 실정이고 이는 마감재 원가 관리의 문제점으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공동주택 프로젝트 초기 단계에서 발생되는 마감재 정보를 관리하기 위한 방안으로 원가기반의 정보관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 시스템의 개념 및 구성을 통하여 정보관리 시스템을 설계 하였다. 마감재 정보 초기값 구축, 대안별 정보관리, 원가고정 또는 원가변경의 조건별 마감재 선정 시나리오를 설정한 후 프로젝트 관리자, 인테리어 디자이너, 시공자등 프로젝트 참여자 측면에서 활용할 수 있으며, 참여자간 의사를 조정할 수 있는 원가기반의 마감재 정보관리 시스템의 프로토타입을 구현 및 적용하였다.

  • There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as appurtenant works, temporary works, structural works, equipment work, finishing work and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in plants construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of plants construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

  • 건설 프로젝트의 초기단계에 타당성을 검토함에 있어서 공통가설공사의 경우 설계도서상에 표시가 되지 않거나, 시방서상에 간략하게 서술되어 있기 때문에 담당자의 경험 의존율이 다른 공종에 비해 높다. 이런 초기단계의 결전은 프로젝트의 진행과 더불어 많은 문제점들을 야기 시킬 가능성이 있다. 따라서 최근 활발히 논의가 되고 있는 기존 공사정보에 대한 실적 데이터베이스와 공통가설공사의 분류체계를 포함한 시스템을 개발하여 자료들을 분석, 활용함으로써 시공전(Pre-Construction) 단계의 공통가설공사에 대한 작업 및 원가 예측을 용이하게 하고, 후에 Feed Back 됨으로써 정확한 건설 프로젝트 타당성 분석을 가능케 하고자 한다.

  • Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule. the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using work quantity. This study suggests a work management model to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction rest to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

  • A production management system is developed to enhance both the information and productivity of ship and offshore plant deckhouse floor outfitting. The functions of the production management system for the deckhouse floor outfitting were reviewed based on a literature survey of several production management systems with respect to the ship building and architecture fields. This study investigated numerous daily production reports and their application to actual work places to utilize the system development. The developed scanned drawing-based production management (SDPM) system minimizes any loss and/or distortion of work information between the workshop and management office when applying a scanned production drawing to the daily report. The SDPM system increases the data objectivity, as well as intuitiveness of the information generation by adopting an efficient user interface, which makes it possible to perform image annotations on the scanned drawing for the daily production report while simultaneously interacting with the production management database. Applying the system operation to actual deckhouse floor covering work verified that it was feasible to use the SDPM system for production management in the ship outfitting work process.
