미국가계의 인적자본에 대한 투자 (Human Capital Investment Expenditures: A Comparison of Female-Headed and Married-Couple Households)

  • the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of household type on human capital enhancement expenditures and to compare the difference in these expenditures between female-hemale-headed and married-couple households. Data for this study were from the 1990-91 Consumer Expenditure Survey(CES) and consisted of a sample of 7,225 married-couple and 1,391 female-headed households with children under age 18. The dependent variable to measure human capital expenditures was the sum of four sub-components-education reading leisure and health care expenditures. Tobit analysis with a dummy variable for household type was used to identify the effect of household type on the dollars spent on human capital expenditures. The effect of household type was significant in human capital expenditures indicating that female-headed households spent significantly less for this category than did married-couple household holding other factors constant. the findings of this study suggested that income from a public assistance program was associated with lesser expenditures on human capital while social security income source was associated with greater human capital expenditures, It was also found that the addition of family members between ages of 6 and 17 positively affected human capital expenditures. Understanding these factors is useful for family resource management professionals who work with female-headed households.

모래놀이치료로 여성성을 회복해 가는 이혼가정의 초등학교 5학년 여아에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study of a 5th Grade Girl from a Divorced Family Recovering Femininity Through the Sandplay Therapy)

  • This study explored how a 5th grade girl from a divorced family recovered her femininity through the sandplay therapy. The client was referred by a social worker in her school because of maladjustments such as passivity in school work, poor peer relations, especially with girls, the usage of bad language and a lack of concern about her appearance. There were 41 sessions of the therapy. The first part of the therapy included 1-7 sessions, the middle part 8-35, and the final part 36-41. The client expressed her situation by showing guardians and a peeing boy and by seeking love in the first part. During the middle part she put copper ballerinas and needed to make them alive. In the final part she set figures facing each other who seemed to have mutual understandings and placed cars running well. The client recovered her femininity through the sandplay therapy in a free and protected space.

취업여성의 직업만족도 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction levels Among Employed Women; comparison Between Married and single women)

  • This study examined job satisfaction levels between employed single women and employed married women. The specific objectives of this study were; (1) to investigate differences in the level of job satisfaction between employed single women and employed married women; (2)to investigate the factors which influence the level of job satisfaction; (3)to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction. the data used in this study included 441 working women from 290 (65.8 %) single women and 151 (34.2%) married women. Statistical analyses were conducted using frequencies, percentiles, mean , t-test , ANOVA, pearson's correlation and a stepwise multiple regression. The major findings were ; (1) at the P<.005 level, there was a significant difference in the job Satisfaction Index (JSI) between employed single and married women by using the t-test ; (2) Occupation, type of organization , job experiences, travel time from home to work. unionization, age, and health status were significantly related to the JSI by using the one-way ANOVA; (3) Thee was an interaction effect between income and marital status on the JSI, and between education and marital status on the JSI; (4) Using a stepwise multiple regression method, the order of variables as they were entered in the model were different between employed single and married women; (5) There was a positive relationship between the JSI and Life Satisfaction Index(r=.41)

인터넷 식생활 정보 사이트의 질적 평가기준 개발 연구 (Development of Criteria to Assess the Quality of Food and Nutrition Information on Internet)

  • With the development of information technology, more and more internet sites are available to consumers. Increasing on the interests of diet and health in modem society, there are numerous internet sites dealing with food, nutrition and health. Considering the importance and expected roles of internet sites in information dissemination in the future world, it is important to put more efforts to encourage internet sites with more accurate an useful information. Up to present, not much work has been done on quality analysis and evaluation of the internet information. This study aimed to develop a model to evaluate and rank the internet information according to its quality so that consumers can be guided toward correct information source. Three models were adapted from the literature for pilot study to develop a model suitable for evaluation of contents of sites related to food and nutrition information. From the pilot study, a evaluation model was developed with criteria more relevant to Korean internet site by expert panel. Evaluation criteria of the model is authority, accuracy, objectivity, coverage, and user-friendliness. For the objective and systematic evaluation, scores were assigned totaling maximum 100 point to each evaluation criteria factors. The model developed in this study could be used as one for other internet sites in area other than food and nutrition.

The Impact of COVID-19 on Jobs in Korea: Does Contact-intensiveness Matter?

  • This paper studies how COVID-19 has affected the labor market in Korea through a general equilibrium model with multiple industries and occupations. In the model, workers are allocated to one of many occupations in an industry, and industrial or occupational shocks alter the employment structure. I calibrate the model with Korean data and identify industrial and occupational shocks, referred to here as COVID-19 shocks, behind the employment dynamics in 2020 and 2021. I find that COVID-19 shocks are more severe for those with jobs with a higher risk of infection and in those that are more difficult to do from home. Interestingly, the relationship between COVID-19 shocks and infection risk weakened as the pandemic progressed, whereas the relationship between COVID-19 shocks and easiness of work-from-home strengthened. I interpret the results as meaning that the pandemic may direct future technological changes to replace tasks that require contact-intensive steps, and I simulate the impact of such technological changes through the lens of the model. The results show that such technological changes will lower the demand for manual workers compared to the demands for other occupations. This contrasts with the earlier trend of job polarization, where manual workers continued to increase their employment share, with the share of routine workers secularly declining at the same time.

KORMARC 서지레코드의 FRBR 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of FRBR Algorithm for KORMARC Bibliographic Record)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 KORMARC 서지레코드를 유형별로 분석하여 FRBR을 적용한 검색 알고리즘을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 OCLC와 LC를 비롯한 국내외 FRBR 구현 알고리즘 개발 사례의 장단점을 비교 분석하여 이 연구의 기반으로 활용하였으며, 국립중앙도서관의 국가서지레코드에서 추출한 KORMARC 실험데이터를 분석하여 FRBR의 4가지 서지적 개체로 식별요소를 추출하였다. 저작세트별로 관련 저작을 군집화하기 '저자+표제'와 같은 저작의 전거형 접근점을 작성할 수 있는 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 한편 국가서지레코드를 분석한 결과, KORMARC 서지레코드를 대상으로 FRBR 알고리즘을 적용하기 위해서는 기존의 서지레코드를 정비하고 레코드의 입력 수준을 전반적으로 강화할 것을 제안하였다.

직장-가정 갈등과 직무소진간 자기효능감의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy between Work-Family Conflict and Job Burnout)

  • 현재 기업들은 4차 산업혁명으로 대변되는 산업의 융복합화의 급격한 흐름 속에서 경제적 여건의 변화와 산업구조의 변경, 여성의 사회 진출이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 직장-가정갈등이 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과에 대해 검증하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 표본은 대전시, 세종시, 충청남북도 소재 병원의 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며 360부의 유효설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구에서 얻은 구체적인 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일초래갈등(WIF)이 신체적 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정초래갈등(FIW)은 신체적 소진에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일초래갈등(WIF)이 정서적 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정초래갈등(FIW)이 정서적 소진에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 일초래갈등이 정서적 소진에 미치는 부정적 영향을 완충시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 가정초래갈등(FIW)과 정서적 소진의 관계에 있어 자기효능감의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 갈등시작 원인에 따라 일과 가정의 갈등을 낮추는 방안을 고려해야하며, 그에 따른 결과도 고려해야 한다.

  • 최근에 우리 사회에서 관심을 끌고 있는 키워드는 친환경 혹은 그린이라는 단어일 것이다. 오늘날 우리사회는 산업화에 따른 무분별한 자원의 개발등으로 환경오염에 대한 우려가 가속화되고 있는 상황이다. 그린 IT는 환경을 비롯한 에너지 관련 문제들을 해결하고 기업의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방법으로 미래 산업 발전에 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그린 IT와 관련된 내용을 연구하였다. 그린 IT는 변천과정을 통해 IT에 대한 그린화를 시작으로 현재는 IT를 이용한 타 산업에서의 그린화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그린 IT에 대한 변천과정 및 각 과정에서의 특성, 대표적 사례들에 대해 기술하였다. 마지막으로 그린 IT에 대한 대표적 융합사례인 스마트워크(smart work)에 대해 조사, 분석하였다.

홈 네트워크의 디지털 캐로절 시스템에서 오류분류 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Error Classification running on Digital Carousel System of Home Network)

  • 본 논문은 EC_NH의 설계와 구축을 설명한다. EC_NH는 멀티미디어 협동 작업 환경에서 소프트웨어 오류를 감지, 공유, 복구하기에 적합한 시스템이다. 이 시스템에 의해서 오류를 공유할 수 있다. 멀티미디어 공동 작업 환경의 관점에서 오류 공유는 협동 작업에 참가하는 참가자에게 상호작용적으로 오류를 공유한다. 디지털 캐로절은 사용자들에게 미디어 동기화 메카니즘을 통하여 미디어 객체 공유를 가능하게 한다. 본 시스템은 공동 작업에 참여한 사용자들이 다른 참여자들에게 같은 뷰로써 공유된 미디어 또는 오류 객체들을 참조할 수 있도록 구축하였다.

생애경제활동유형에 따른 기혼여성의 출산행태 영향요인 연구 - 추가출산계획을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Factors Affecting Married Women's Fertility Behavior Depending on Patterns of Life Course with Family Role and Economic Activity - Focusing on the Additional Fertility Plan -)

  • This study is to understand the determinants affecting women's fertility behavior (additional fertility plan) using the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families of 2007. Patterns of married women's life courses are divided into five groups depending on family role and economic activity: family-centered (no work experience) type, latent M type, M type, work-family reconciliation type, and first job entry type. This study performs a binomial logistic regression analysis and the key findings from the study are summarized as follows. First, five distinctive patterns show the different composition: family-centered type (4.5%), latent M type (69.6%), M type (10.4%), work-family reconciliation type (7.4%), and first job entry type (8.1%). Second, socio-economic characteristics, husband characteristics, and value characteristics are statistically significant to additional fertility behavior ; however, institutional character is not significant. Finally, significant factors affecting additional fertility plans vary in different patterns of life courses. Based on these results, this study suggests some policy implications and future research directions.
