본 연구는 이혼·사별을 경험한 중년기 여성 한부모의 주관적 안녕감 예측 변인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 여성가족패널조사(KLoWF) 7차 응답자 중 혼인상태가 이혼 혹은 사별인 40세에서 60세 중년기 유자녀 취업 여성 244명을 대상으로 빈도, 평균 등의 기술통계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 회귀분석 결과 중년기 여성 한부모의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 특성, 개인 및 일 관련 변인으로는 결혼지위, 주관적 건강상태, 여가활동만족도, 스트레스, 일 만족도, 일-가족 향상이 유의미한 변인으로 나타났으며, 우울의 경우 주관적 경제상태, 스트레스가 영향을 미쳤다. 중년기 여성 한부모의 주관적 안녕감 향상을 위해 건강한 여가 활동 참여 및 스트레스 관리, 일 만족도 향상이 중요함을 발견하였고 이와 관련한 중년기 여성 한부모 대상 정책 방향을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the actual conditions of volunteering activities in respect to age-integrated leisure. This study is based on the 2010 Korea Leisure Life Survey. The participants in this study were 3015 people who reside in Korean cities, except for Jeju-do. Questionnaires from the 2010 Korea Leisure Life Survey were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed through a descriptive analysis, Chi-Square test and ANOVA by SPSS WIN 17.0. The findings indicated that 18% of the participants participated in volunteer activities as leisure in the last one year. The major findings were as follows. First, demographic characteristics such as age, academic career, income, and marital status had a positive correlation with the degree of volunteer participation. Second, there were differences in duration and field of activities according to age. Third, though most of the non-volunteer reasons were 'lack of resources', there were different reasons based on age. In detail, the reason for 10-50 year-olds (economically active population) was 'lack of time', but the more than 60 year-olds was 'health concern'. Consequently, this access to the life cycle study shows the need to improve life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to make it clear that the influence the adults' work-family conflicts affect the family life satisfaction and the work life satisfaction of theirs, according to the personal backgrounds (sex, age, monthly income and whether the person works S days a week or not). The target group of this study is the selected 754 adults who are married with children that are in the employ of the various companies in Seoul and Incheon. The picked data are analyzed to factor analysis, frequencies, means, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis etc..using Spss 11.5 version statistical program. Following is the result of the study: First, the level of work-family conflicts have been shown to be different as the result of verification by sex, age, monthly income and the type of duty(whether working 5days a week or not) out of the personal variables. The study shows that the level of work-family conflicts is different by the subordinate variables of work-family conflicts as the results of male and female comparison. And the older the age, the higher the level of family conflicts.'rho study shows that The level of the places of work conflicts is the highest in the 30s. The smaller monthly income, the higher the level of work-family conflicts. The study shows that the level of family conflicts is high in working 6days a week and the level of work conflicts is high in working 5days a week. Second, such factors for conflicts at home as family support, family expectations and financial difficulties affect the level of satisfaction at work, while such personal backgrounds as monthly pay, kinds of work and age level also play a role. At the same time, satisfaction in family life is influenced by such factors for conflicts at the places of work as support, involvement, expectations and work-overload at the places of work, with such personal backgrounds as monthly pay, age and sex compounding the impact. On the point how much conflicts at work and home affect the satisfaction at home, work and leisure, the study shows that family life does not have noticeable influence in the level of satisfaction at the places of work, whereas situations at the place of work have significant impact on the level of satisfaction in family lives. In other words, the lesser conflicts the work situations cause to family lives, the greater the level of satisfaction at work, home and at leisure.

본 연구는 치과위생사의 여가활용 의지와 직무만족과의 관계를 파악하고 여가활용 의지에 대한 기회의 확대 필요성을 제시하고자 실시하였으며 직무만족 정도는 3.84점이며 여가활용의 의지는 공동체와 교류를 우선하는 것으로 분석되었다. 직무만족, 이직의도 및 여가활용 의지에 대한 상관관계 분석결과 세 항목 모두 강력한 상관관계를 보이며 직무만족이 높으면 여가활용 의지가 높고 이직의도가 낮으며 여가활용 의지가 높으면 직무만족이 높고 이직의도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안 수립을 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 이직의도(β=-0.551), 여가활용(β=0.368), 건강상태(β=0.139), 현재 직장에서의 근무년수(β=0.069), 하루 동안 병원에 방문하는 환자수(β=-0.056) 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어 이직의도를 낮추고 여가활용 기회의 확대 및 개인의 건강상태와 현재 근무하는 직장의 근무년수를 고려하고 하루 동안 병원을 방문하는 환자수를 고려하여 치과위생사가 처리하는 건수를 적절히 조절하는 등의 방법을 통하여 최적의 근무환경을 제공할 수 있는 방안을 수립 할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study was carried out in an attempt to establish a preliminary scale for measuring $\boxDr$Quality of Life$\boxUl$ of Korean farm households, Data from randomly selected 318 farm households through our the country were analysis. The main results of this study were summarized as follows; 1) The objective levels of living conditions were relatively low in dietary life, healthy & sanitation, and financial stability and were relatively high in family relationship, household work and housing environment. 2) The subjective satisfaction level was lowest in leisure and were relatively high in family relationship and health & sanitation. 3) A comparison of objective level of living conditions and subjective satisfaction level suggested th score of the latter were higher than the former in dietary life and health & sanitation. In the contrary to this, the scores of the former were higher than the latter in housing environment, household work, child education, leisure and family relationship. In particular, the score of the subjective satisfaction level were much higher in housing environment and household work.

The purpose of this study was to examine the paternal involvement tendency and its effect on adolescent's self-esteem for boys and girls. Subjects were 607 1st and 2nd grade middle school students in Busan. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way Anova, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. The scores on paternal involvement were influenced by the amount of time spent with parents, 5days work a week of father, flexibility of leaving work-time of mother, regularity of holiday work of mother as well as adolescents' and fathers' sociodemographic characteristic. For boys, self-esteem was influenced by all sub-scales of paternal involvement : the leisure-life, proffering information, academic support, eveηday life, material support, discipline, and tradition-inheritance. For girls, self-esteem was influenced by leisure-life, proffering information, academic support, everyday life, and material supports.

Retiring from work is a major personal and professional transition and has a major influence on one's life. Tourism researchers have been aware of the importance of seniors' tourism and leisure activities to enhance their well-being. The study examines the effect of tourism experience on leisure life domain, which in turn influences overall quality of life. Moreover, the moderating effect of travel patterns is also tested. A final sample of 328 was used for data analysis including Structural equation modeling (SEM) and multi-group analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that tourism experience positively influences satisfaction with leisure life domain and overall quality of life. Findings also indicated that there are moderating effects of the travel patterns on the relationship between satisfaction with leisure life domains and overall quality of life. The study also provided managerial implications for tourism marketers and destination managers.

The purpose of his research was to identify the time use of the middle aged apartment-residents in Seoul as a part of collaborative study of family life issues of them. The data were collected from 307 fulltime housewives with at least one child in a middle or high school. Data were analysed by means of the statistics of mean, frequency, Pearson's correlation, ANOVA and Multiple Regression, using a SPSS/PC+ program. The major findings of this research were as follows : Husbands and middle or high school children do much work or study, while housewives do housework about 6 hours a weekday. Much housewives don't manage their time use. Housewives have much leisure time and the in main Leisure activity is TV watching. Much of them don't satisfied with their leisure life. Satisfaction with time use of housewives are related to life satisfaction, and effected by time management and active leisure participation. Most of housewives don't satisfied with their time use.

This study explored the status of free time activities among the dental technicians who are working at Seoul, Gyonggido, and Gangwondo. On the basis of this research, we aim to present needs and applicable solutions to improve the working conditions and enhance the quality of life through more effective time management in free time activities that lead to their self development and far more enriched life. 500 subjects were randomly chosen and the questionary sheets were provided. Among them, 305 sheets were returned to be analysed through SPSS Win 10.0 software and the results are as follows; First, mean in the satisfaction of leisure activities was 3.44(SD=.73). Mean in sub categories was as follows; psychological factor(M=3.65, SD=.71), social factor(M=3.54, SD=.75), rest factors(M=3.52, SD=.63), physical factor(M=3.43, SD=.88), other factors(M=3.40, SD=.66), circumstantial factor(M=3.33, SD=.63), educational factor(M=3.24, SD=.73). Second, the most relevant sub categories in the satisfaction of leisure activities were social, educational, physical, and other circumstantial factors by sequence. Factors that affect leisure activities satisfaction were career and status of health, which shows statistical significance(p<.001). That is to say, contention of this study is that the general characteristics are closely related with and affect the types and the level of satisfaction in leisure activities of the subjects. Considering these results, the dental businesses and the associations of dental technicians should recognize the needs to improve the time management through more efficient cooperations between dentists and back office dental team, systemized working time, and introduction of incentive system among others. On the basis of this appreciation, the dental business should provide more time and various opportunities with the dental technicians. Dental technicians also need to reconsider their appreciations of leisure activities, that is, leisure activities are not just spending time doing something but they refresh them and enable them to be more active and faithful to home and work.

The purspoe of this study is to identify the socialization level of household work of the employed and unemployed housewives and it's related variables in order to provide some fundamental information for the rational and effective performation of the household task. For the purpose of this study, 700 questionnaire were distributed to the employed and unemployed wives who lived in Seoul. The data were analyed by the Frequency distribution, Percentile, t-test, F-test, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The main results were as follows : (1) Socialization level of household work of the employed wives was a little below medium point. When the household work was devided into three subdomains, in the domain of food and shelter, the socialization level was far below medium point. In the domain of clothes, the socialization level was a little higher than medium point. Socialization level of household work of the unemployed wives far below average. When the household work was devided into three sudbomains, in the domain of food, clothes and shelter, the socialization level was far below average, too. Socialization level of household work was significantly different according to the employment. (2) Among the background veriables, family income, household work helper, and frequency of leisure activities have a significant influence on the socialization level of the employed wives. Duration of marriage, housewife's education level and house income have a important effect on the socialization level of the unemployed wives background. (3) Among the background variabels of household work, performing competence of household work is powerful effect on the socialization level of the employed wives. And as for the unemployed wives, performing competence of household task and recognition of the velue of household work are significant variables. (4) The psychological variable such as sex-role attitude gave no noticeable influence on the socialization level of employed and unemployed wives. (5) In conclusion, classifing the variances influencing on the socialization level of household work in a measure of respcetive effect, it appears to be performing competence of household task, frequency of leisure activities, house income, sex-role attitued and educational level in the order of their influences for the employed wives. And as for the unemployed wives, it seems to be house income, educational level, performing competence of household work and frequency of leisure activities. To the two sides, the rate of explanation is shown at 35%.
