This study determined tact process paths by separating the finish works according to the properties of work areas and work relations in order to apply the tact schedule management to the finish works. In addition, by suggesting preparing and sharing the workflow charts, the experiments can be shared between the executors and any possible frictions between the specialist works can be identified in advance. In addition, any errors on the plan can be reviewed and modified through the measurement stage of tact plan attainment rate. The process of tact schedule management is improved with such tools and methods and the efficiency of the process through the application of cases was verified.

Execution of the finish work for high-rise residential construction occurs when a mixture of work progresses simultaneously at each floor or sector and is carried on by highly-specialized subcontractor teams. Therefore, the finish work plan requires an effective scheduling method that interfaces between the work and the teams. In order to address these issues, the TACT technique is utilized in Korea. This technique is based on Line-of-Balance and Lean construction. However, according to recent case studies, finish work using TACT technique was frequently delayed with cost overruns because the work was performed without a detailed schedule control plan outlining the relationship between architecture and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. This paper describes the enhanced-TACT technique which provides a detailed work flow chart and TACT work template. With improved TACT technique, this paper will contribute to improved cash flow and reduced cycle time and provide quality improvement through work continuity.

리모델링 공사는 신축공사와 달리 철거공사가 주공정으로 선행되어야 하는데 현행 철거공사는 개략적 수준의 철거관리계획에 의한 생산성만을 강조한 철거 형태로 인해 폐자재 재활용이 되지않고 있어 자원낭비, 환경파괴를 가중 시키고 있으며, 철거작업 중 작업자의 안전과 구조체의 안전등이 전혀 고려되지 않고 철거하는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 친환경 철거공사가 되기 위해서는 프로세스의 개선이 우선 되어야하며 그 단계를 1) 철거관련 조사분석, 2) 철거관리 도서작성, 3) 철거관리 시공계획서작성, 4) 철거시공 및 감리, 5) 철거 후 관리의 5단계로 구분 하였으며, 특히 철거도면 작성으로 표준철거 WBS가 구축되고, 철거장비 및 공법, 폐기물 투하, 철거공정계획 수립이 가능하며 마감재 철거 후 구조체의 안전점검을 실시하므로써 철거중 불가피한 보수보강이 가능하며, 철거완료 Check list 작성에 따라 리모델링 본공사의 Database 활용이 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현행리모델링 철거공사 프로세스(AS-IS)의 문제점을 분석하고 개선된 친환경 리모델링 철거공사 프로세스(TO-BE)를 IDEF0 모델을 사용하여 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 스마트워크 산업 경쟁력 분석과 육성방안을 알아보기 위해, 스마트워크 산업 전문가 117명 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 스마트워크 시장성 전망과 국제경쟁력 분석을 하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업에 대한 성장성 인식이 매우 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트워크 산업의 수익성 높은 산업군으로 보안산업, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업, 모바일 오피스산업 등이다. 셋째, 스마트워크 산업군중 국제 기술경쟁력 수준이 높은 산업군은 스마트러닝 산업, 모바일 오피스 산업 및 보안산업이다. 끝으로, 정부차원에서 집중 육성해야할 산업은 보안산업, 클라우드 컴퓨팅산업, 스마트워크용 SW 산업, 스마트라닝 산업 등이다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 스마트워크 산업들 중 정부 차원의 집중 육성분야를 선정하고 활성화 정책을 마련하는데 이용하고자 한다.

Apartment housing in the Korean domestic construction industry has had various and high-quality finishing work since the enforcement of price deregulation in 1998. Before the enforcement of price deregulation, feasibility studies of housing projects have not had particular difficulties as uniform description of finishing work items were reflected and finishing work cost also was equalized. However, the recent distinction of finishing work based on the same floor plan brings about project cost variation, along with many effects on construction management due to project cost increment. Accordingly, this paper suggests the improved plan of cost management to control the feasibility study result consistently during the life cycle of a project through an analysis based on cost management phase due to cost blackout, appearing at the commencement of a project, cost gradation caused by high-quality finishing work item, and cost reduction due to the degradation of finishing work after analysis of current apartment construction process focused on finishing work using the IDEF process analysis technique.

Recently in the construction business construction companies has been ordered to survive in the terriblly competitive environment. Aa a result, most of the project with low-priced contract needs a speedy progress during all construction period. For the last five years major incident frequently occurs and results in the death of 189 workers at major top 6 construction builders. In most recent 10 years, the cause of major incidents happened in construction company is the speedy construction work that is affecting on the safety management. To prevent these accidents in the speedy construction work, four factors were chosed and analysed such as the personnel/organization, the working budget, the subcontractor selection and the employee motivation. The head office taked the support plan and tested it at the pilot work site. It showed a reduced accident and the harmful factors can be eliminated. It should be able to apply to the field to secure safety and prevent accidents.

This study was promoted to prepare an ESG-oriented work system for Korea Expressway Corporation through sustainable highway construction, IOT-based smart highway preparation, and establishment of a broad convergence business governance system between multiple ministries and implementing entities. Based on the 2nd Basic Plan for Landscape Policy (2020~2024) and the Public Design Promotion Act (2018~2022), the study was conducted through the improvement of the highway design method to be applied for four years from 2021 to 2024, the changes in construction and social conditions related to expressways, the analysis of policies and plans to secure consistency with the 'Korean New Deal', and the analysis of the project performance and work promotion system that the Korea Expressway Corporation's business execution organization has promoted together with each government department. The results of this research are expected to help the Korea Expressway Corporation establish the 21st Innovation Plan for the phased construction of a "100-years landscape with people" and the preparation of a sustainable future highway environment creation project for the lives and safety of the people.

The purpose of the safety management plan under the Construction Technology Promotion Act is to improve the quality and safety of construction engineers during construction work. To prevent a collapse accident of a facility after completion by preventing a collapse accident of gravel, an earthwork, a river structure or the like. In order to prevent collapses, the purpose of the project is to study measures to improve the ability of construction technology promotion law to ensure the quality of construction materials at the time of construction work.

원자력발전소 가동중 검사의 일부로서 계획예방정비 기간중 수행되는 ECT 검사작업은 작업자의 과피폭 우려로 인해 방사선안전관리 대상으로 비중을 두고 관리감독이 이루어지고 있다. 정기적으로 반복되는 검사수행경험 사례 분석의 결과, ECT 검사작업 완료후 피폭결과가 방사선안전관리 목표선량을 상회하는 경우가 상당수 나타나고 있어서 개인별 피폭선량관리가 쉽지않고 방사선작업허가서 발급에도 지장을 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 검사자의 피폭선량 저감을 위한 세심한 방사선작업계획 수립과 최적화된 방사선방호대책마련을 위한 지속적인 방사선작업 관련 자료 축적도 중요하다고 판단되나, ECT검사 방사선작업계획의 기본요소인 작업내용 및 작업소요시간, 작업인원에 대한 검토와 논의는 미미한 실정이다. 방사선작업계획 수립의 근간을 이루는 예상피폭선량표에 포함될 검사작업내용과 검사자 작업소요시간에 대하여 반복시험과 사례분석 결과를 제시하였다.
