In recent years, the most safety studies have been focused on identifying the relationship between safety climate and safe work behavior in accordance with the awareness that prime causes of accidents are organizational, managerial, and human factors rather than pure technical failures across the world. This study focused empirical research aimed at finding out the safety climate factors and examining the relationships of the safety climate and safe work behavior in construction site in Korea, too. A 10 numbers of safety climate factors were adapted from the Mohamed's study(2002) and tested using PLS-GRAPH 3.0 expecting same results as Mohamed' study. And then the relationship between safety climate and safe work behavior was examined. Only two safety climate factors-personal risk appreciation and worker's safety competence-were found and a strong positive relationship between safety climate and safe work behavior was identified in this study. Discussed in details about the results and implications and suggested further studies.

본 연구는 요양병원의 간호사의 간호역량에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 구조화된 자기보고식 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 7 월부터 2019년 8월까지 D 시 8개 요양병원 간호사 161명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS / WIN 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé 사후검증, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 적용하였다. 단계적 다중회귀분석에서 요양병원 간호사의 일가치감, 조직커뮤니케이션 만족, 대학원(교육수준), 휴직경험 없음, 2 교대 근무형태가 간호역량을 55% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 요양병원 간호사의 간호 역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 일에 대한 가치감과 조직커뮤니케이션 만족을 증진하고 전문적인 교육기회와 재취업간호사를 위한 교육프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있음을 논의하였다.

Background: The purpose of this study was to examine the cultural competence of nurses caring for foreign patients in general hospitals. Methods: The subjects are 308 nurses who work in general hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data, collected using a structured questionnaire on cultural competence, coping strategy, multicultural experience, intercultural uncertainty, and intercultural anxiety, were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Cultural competence was significantly associated with marital status, level of education, type of ward, and number of cared foreign patients. In hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the level of cultural competence was significantly associated with married, master degree qualified, high level of coping strategy and multicultural experience, and low level of cultural uncertainty. Conclusion: The findings revealed the need for educational programs which can contribute to lower the intercultural uncertainty and to enhance coping strategies dealing with foreign patients. In addition, individual and organization efforts to provide opportunities to expand nurses' multicultural experience will affect nurses' cultural competence development.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 아르바이트 실태를 파악하고, 아르바이트 경험의 다양한 요인들 중 간호사에게 필요한 의사소통능력, 자기 효능감, 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과와 요인과의 상관관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 S, B, G시 소재의 간호대학에 재학 중인 대학생 362명을 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료분석방법으로 대상자의 아르바이트 경험유무와 일반적 특성과의 관계는 Chi-square(${\chi}^2$) test, Fisher's exact test검정으로, 일반적 특성에 따른 의사소통능력, 자기 효능감, 사회적 기술척도의 집단 간의 차이는 t-test, Analys of variance(ANOVA)검정으로 분석하였다. 연구에서 나타난 결과는 간호대학생의 91.7%가 아르바이트를 경험하였으며, 8.3%는 아르바이트를 경험하지 않았다. 아르바이트 경험유무와 일반적 특성과의 관련성에서 경제적 수준이 낮을수록 아르바이트를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 아르바이트를 하게 된 요인으로는 '용돈 마련'이 77.9%로 가장 높았으며, 아르바이트 분류항목에서 '카운터 및 서빙' 부분이 62.2%로 가장 많았다. 아르바이트 경험에 따른 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 자기 효능감, 사회적 기술의 정도와 관련하여 아르바이트 시작시기와 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 중학교 시기에 아르바이트를 경험한 학생들의 의사소통능력, 사회적 기술 능력이 고등학교 시기 이후에 아르바이트를 경험한 학생들에 비해 낮은 점수를 보여주었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 아르바이트 경험에 대한 강점을 파악하고 이를 적용할 수 있도록 하는 지속적인 연구가 요구된다.

The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. A theoretical analysis is carried out and an analysis of experimental work on the implementation of the developed model for the formation of ICT competence is generalized specialists on the basis of pedagogical support.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

The article clarifies the definition and components of the ICT competence of future teachers, justifies the introduction of a motivational-value component. ICT competence of future teachers has a four-component structure: motivational-value, general-use, general pedagogical, subject-pedagogical components. The levels (reproductive, productive, creative), criteria and indicators of the formation of ICT-competence of students of a pedagogical college are determined, the content of these levels (reproductive, productive, creative) is disclosed, respectively.

본 연구는 다문화적 실천현장의 확대에 따른 다문화화를 배경으로 결혼이주여성 대상 다문화 상담자들의 문화적 역량과 관련된 그들의 경험을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 상담자들의 문화적 역량과 관련된 그들의 경험을 그들의 관점에서 심도 있게 탐색하고자, 상담자 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였고 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 문화적 역량 관련 경험은 6개의 주제와 3개의 범주로 분류되었다. 6가지 주제는 언어와 문화의 차이로 인한 어려움, 자신과 자신의 능력에 대한 회의, 나를 돌아봄, 타문화와 문화 집단에 대해 배우려는 노력, 달라진 모습들, 여전한 불안감으로 나타났다. 이러한 주제들은 3개의 범주로 분류되었는데, 어려움, 변화를 위한 노력, 변화와 한계가 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성 대상 다문화 상담자들의 문화적 역량을 증진시키기 위한 사회복지적 방안이 논의되었다.

코비드-19는 사무실 등 특정 공간 내에 사람들의 모임을 최소화할 것을 요구하고 있다. 조직들은 네트워크를 지원하는 온라인 플랫폼 기술을 활용하여, 조직원 간의 정보공유 활동을 장려하고 있다. 최근, 메타버스 플랫폼이 보유한 공간, 경험 등의 실재감 요소가 교환 행동에 도움이 될 수 있다는 관점이 제시되면서, 조직들은 메타버스를 활용한 업무 지원 수준을 높이고 있다. 본 연구는 메타버스 실재감이 조직원의 내적 동기 형성을 통해 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향과 개인의 디지털 기술 역량의 차이에 의해 지식공유 의도 차이가 존재할 수 있음을 확인하고자 한다. 연구는 가상 현실 등 선행연구를 통해 연구가설을 제시하였으며, 서베이를 통해 확보한 309개 표본을 활용하여 가설 검증을 하였다. 결과는 메타버스의 사회적, 원격, 자기 실재감이 조직 관련 내적 동기(조직 동일시, 가치 일치)를 높여 지식공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 디지털 기술 역량이 가치 일치와 지식공유 의도 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 본 연구는 메타버스를 활용하여 업무 생산성을 높이고자 하는 조직에 있어 메타버스 실재감 강화의 중요성과 개인의 디지털 역량 강화 지원의 필요성을 제언한다.
