For it, we verified our hypothesis utilizing Hierarchial chi-square analysis that was available to statistically verify the size between 2 paths out of Structural models As the result of research, Emotional benefits was more influential than Functional benefits in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. Additionally, the influential difference between Emotional benefits and Self-expressive benefits was not found in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. In other words, both Emotional benefits and Functional benefits were proved to have a positive influence on forming Consumer-brand relationship. On the other hand, Self expressive benefits played a more influential role than Functional benefit in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. The fact was also proved that the higher the formation level of Consumer -brand relationship was, the greater positive influence over Brand attachment and Word-of-mouse Through the above results, it is more desirable to establish brand strategy for forming Consumer-brand relationship through Emotional benefits and Self expressive benefits rather than Functional benefits. Additionally, the Consumer-brand relationship formed by Value benefit is expected not only to get the level of attachment, showing like love, toward the brand deeper, but also to achieve the effect of positive, long term communication through voluntary Word-of-mouse.

  • This study aims to explore the effect of characteristics of eWOM(Word-of-mouth) on consumer attitude in SNS(Social Network Service). The characteristics of WOM were classified into characteristics of message (polarity, verifiability, consensus) and characteristics of SNS (social presence, interaction). Data of 554 samples were collected from the university students of SNS users. The key results showed that the polarity of the WOM has a strong positive effect on consumer's attitude, and the degree of verifiability and consensus has a moderating effect on the polarity-attitude relationship. On the contrary, characteristics of SNS such as social presence and interaction have a direct effect on consumer attitude and have no significant moderating effect on the polarity-attitude relationship. This study provides an academic enhancement in the research of the relationship between the characteristics of WOM and consumer's attitude in the SNS environment. Practical implications are also drawn from these findings.

Research design, data, and Methodology - To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 426 restaurant consumers. Results - The findings are as follows. First, the influence of e-WOM on product perception risk showed that WOM information sender characteristics, WOM information recipient characteristics and online community had a statistically significant positive influence on product perception risk. Second, the influence of e-WOM on product risk benefit showed that WOM information sender characteristics, WOM information recipient characteristics and online communication had a statistically significant positive influence on product risk benefit. Third, WOM risk perception had a statistically significant positive influence on WOM acceptance. Fourth, WOM risk benefit had a statistically significant positive influence on WOM effect. Conclusions - As for the above-mentioned findings, the communication between e-WOM sender and recipient had a positive influence on the product evaluation and attitude change in the restaurant industry, and the WOM effect had an influence on the financial performance and non-financial performance. The communication attaches importance to a direct using and tasting experience due to the nature of restaurant industry when it is simultaneously performed as a positive mechanism between sender and recipient through each channel of these factors. But the e-WOM culture can lead to the WOM effect when both sender and recipient share the persuasive communicability in reality that diversifies communication methods, having a positive influence on the management performance.

  • Despite the rapid reorganization of the center of consumption online, the fashion industry is still strengthening brand marketing using offline stores. This study investigates the psychological mechanisms of shopping flow by three mediators that influence the e-word of mouth(e-WOM) as a marketing performance variable in recent marketing. Data collection was conducted online for 241 women in their 20s and 30s. The significance of multi-mediated pathways was verified using Process 3.5 Model 6. The results for multiple mediation paths are as follows. First, the direct effect of shopping flow on brand advocacy was not significant. Second, analysis of the significance of the indirect effect via simple mediation found that the path mediated by shopping value in the path from the shopping flow to brand advocacy was significant. Third, analysis of the indirect effect by double mediation revealed all three double mediating effects of shopping flow on brand advocacy were significant(emotional response and shopping value, emotional response and store attachment, shopping value and store attachment). Fourth, analysis of the significance of the indirect effect by sequential multiple mediation established the indirect effect leading to emotional response, shopping value, and store attachment was significant. These results indicate that the operation of an experiential fashion store is not just a means for sales, but a communication tool that improves and promotes the brand advocacy by providing brand experience in a store.

  • Background and objective: Instagram, an image-based social media, is being used as an important outlet for the communication and place marketing of public spaces. The purpose of this paper was to analyze how types of place-based content affect user reactions (Likes and Comments) on Instagram in order to provide basic data on the operation and utilization of social media by public places such as botanical gardens and arboretums. Methods: A total of 850 posts uploaded to the Instagram account of Kew Gardens from November 6, 2014 to July 3, 2020 were classified using 14 subject codes. Multiple regression analysis was performed to evaluate the user's reaction between the dependent variables ("Likes", "Comments") and the independent variables (14 subject codes). Results: The findings showed that user reactions appear to differ depending on the typology of the content, and "Likes" and "Comments" were presented in independent behavioral reactions. In particular, "close-ups of plants (botanic, macro)," "plant colony (botanic, wide)," "place-specific landscape (building, landscape)," "anniversary" and "information" showed positive impacts on both "Likes" and "Comments"which could lead to electronic word-of-mouth and content sharing. Conclusion: Based on these findings, it can be argued that the typology of a botanical garden's content can be used to determine factors that affect the immediate reactions and enhance engagement with users.
