"Green Witch" 품종은 경남농업기술원 화훼연구소에서 녹색 폼폰형인 'SL04-161'을 모본, 분홍색 폼폰형인 'SL04-109'를 부본으로 인공교배를 실시하여 2004에서 2008년에 걸쳐서 파종과 계통선발을 통해 육성하였다. 품종의 특성검정은 2006년부터 2008년까지 봄 촉성재배와 가을 억제재배 조건 아래서 3회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. "Green Witch" 품종의 자연 개화기는 10월19일경으로 개화가 빠르며, 일장조절에 의해 주년재배가 가능하다. 초장이 93.1 cm이고 꽃 크기가 3.2 cm인 산티니계의 스프레이국화로 착화수는 15.9개로 비교적 많은 편이다. 화색은 녹색이며, 개화형태는 실린더형이다. 봄의 단일상태에서 "Green Witch" 품종의 개화소요일수는 44일 정도이며, 가을 절화수명검정에서 25.3일로 아주 긴 편이다.

본 연구는 '언론의 자유' 권리와 '유사언론 행위'라는 주장에 의거한 온라인 신문 규제 주장 간의 충돌 현상을 법적 윤리적 쟁점에 따라 세분화하였다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2017년까지 온라인 매체 상에 존재하는 현대식 마녀사냥 현상과 관련한 사건들을 조사해 유사언론 행위, 사이비언론 행위에 대한 규제 주장의 근거와 연관 지어 해석하였다. 또한 윤리적 논쟁이 되는 반대 의견으로 언론의 자유와 책임, 이에 반하는 명예권과 프라이버시 권리 등이 충돌할 경우 우선시 되는 권리에 대한 과거 연구들을 종합하고, 5인 이하 소규모 온라인 신문사의 언론의 자유 권리에 대한 최근의 판례 등을 정리하였다. 각 주장의 근거로써 실질 현상으로 나타난 사례들과 이에 대립하는 의견들의 논거 비교를 통해 현재 논쟁 중인 온라인 매체상의 뉴스 행위의 법적 윤리적 문제에 대해 종합적으로 고찰하였다.

일본 애니메이션에서 마법소녀 장르는 자주 등장하는 장르 중에 하나이다. 마법소녀 장르의 특징은 주인공 대부분이 나이가 어린 소녀이며, 이 소녀는 일반적인 소녀들과 달리 특수한 능력을 갖춘 캐릭터로 활약하는 점이다. 기존 일본 애니메이션 소비계층은 남성이었으나, 마법소녀 장르가 탄생하면서 여성들도 애니메이션 소비계층이 되었으며, 마법소녀 장르는 쇼죠 아니메가 탄생하게 되는 계기가 되었다. 최초의 쇼죠 아니메 및 마법소녀 장르로 1966년 <요술공주 세리>이었으며, <요술공주 세리> 방영 이후 큰 흥행을 거두게 된다. <요술공주 세리> 흥행에 따라 새로운 마법소녀 장르 애니메이션들이 TV에서 계속 방영하게 되었으며, 1982년 <요술공주 밍키>와 1992년 <미소녀전사 세일러 문>이 큰 흥행을 거두게 된다. <미소녀전사 세일러 문>의 경우 일본뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 흥행한 작품으로 2014년 TV 애니메이션 <미소녀전사 세일러 문 Crystal>로 방영되어 마녀소녀 장르는 일본 애니메이션 시청자로부터 오랫동안 사랑을 받아왔으며, 현재도 꾸준히 TV에서 방영되고 있다. 마법소녀 장르의 작품들을 살펴보면 주인공으로 등장하는 마법소녀들은 자신이 살고 있는 세상의 평화를 위해 싸우거나 또는 모험을 떠나거나 혹은 자신이 원하는 이상적인 목적을 위해 활동한다. 그러나 <마법소녀 마도카☆마기카>에서 등장하는 마법소녀들은 세상의 평화를 위해 활동하는 것이 아니라, 오히려 자신의 이익과 목적을 위해 활동하는 모습이 나온다. <마법소녀 마도카☆마기카>에서 마법소녀들은 마녀와 마녀의 사역마를 퇴치하지만, 그 결말은 매우 끔찍한 모습으로 나타난다. 마법소녀들이 퇴치하던 마녀는 본래 마녀가 아니었고, 과거에 활동하던 마법소녀들이었다. 마법소녀들은 과거에 마법소녀였던 마녀에 대해 마녀사냥을 하게 된 것이었다. 기존 마법소녀 장르에서 마법소녀와 마녀는 적대적인 관계였으나, <마법소녀 마도카☆마기카>는 마법소녀가 마녀로 되어야 하는 모순이 발생한다. 마녀는 처음부터 존재한 것이 아니라 누군가 마녀로 되어야 했고, 그녀들은 마녀사냥을 당해야만 했던 점에서 마녀사냥이 발생하는 이유는 퇴치당해야 할 대상이 처음부터 존재한 것이 아니라 존재했어야 했다. 따라서 본 논문은 마녀사냥에 대한 역사적 기원과 <마법소녀 마도카☆마기카>에서 마녀에 관한 연구로 통해 마녀의 존재에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다.

This paper is a study to dectect the tracking owing to deterioration of indoor wiring, and to prevent the electrical fire. After analysing the harmonics of waveshapes in load current and tracking current by FFT, a method of identifying the tracking was developed by using neural network. Fluoscent lamp, witch was mostly used in indoor, was chosen as the load used in this study. When the learning number in neural network was more then 30,000 times, an excellent neural net-work which could correctly identify the tracking was established. Therefore, the result of this study can be utilized as a basic material in various measuring instruments, such as an hotline inslation tester, earth tester in vehicles, and tracking fire alarm device, witch can detect the tracking under the condition of hotline.

This is a study on the dualism of gender through the costume in the Middle Age. Jeanne d'Arc was an existential person in the Hundred Year's war(1338-1453). She persisted in retaining male attire and armour at her own request. One of the points for which she had been condemned was the wearing of male apparel. It was judged as an evil spirit and rendered Jeanne a witch and a heretic therefore she was burned to death in the market place at Rouen, on the 30th May, 1431. It is one of the evidence which represent dualism of gender through the costume.

The amount of water demand at large buildings is increasing with the concentration of population to city and a rise in the standard of living in the city area. In this reason the Water Shortage is expected and a problem of water pollution by the city sewerage is increasing. One of method of saving city water demand and city sewer is applying recycling water system witch make used water reuse by purification of water. The application of recycling water system witch make used performed since the application of Lotte World Complex. But the popularization of this system is not activated because of cost problem and feeling of people to the water recycled. So in this study, provide application method for recycling water system by propose the estimation method of optimal sizing of recycling water system.

인터넷 기술의 발전에 따라 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠를 액세스할 수 있게 되었으나 이러한 접근은 저작권과 소유권 침해를 일으킬 수 있다. 디지털 콘텐츠가 다운로드 된 이후에 디지털 콘텐츠를 보호할 수 있는 방안으로 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호하기 위해 DRM(Digital Rights Management)기술이 연구되고 있는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠의 생성에서부터 사용자가 사용하는 Player를 사용자의 공개키로 암호화하고 Player 내부에 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 일정기간 사용이 가능한 대칭키와 CCI(Copy Control Information)을 넣는 시스템을 제안한다.

The Santa Ana winds occur in Southern California during the September-May time frame, bringing low humidities across the area and strong winds at favored locations, which include some mountain gaps and on particular slopes. The exceptionally strong event of late October 2007, which sparked and/or spread numerous fires across the region, is compared to more recent events using a numerical model verified against a very dense, limited-area network (mesonet) that has been recently deployed in San Diego County. The focus is placed on the spatial and temporal structure of the winds within the lowest two kilometers above the ground within the mesonet, along with an attempt to gauge winds and gusts occurring during and after the onset of October 2007's Witch fire, which became one of the largest wildfires in California history.

In this study, we experiment by making and designing of compression ignition diesel engine witch has air cooling, 2-cylinder and 2-strokes. Also, we make controller witch can control injection timing and period by arbitrary manual operation for change of injection timing. We also study experimentally in change about pressure and power of combustion chamber by increasing density of air which comes into cylinder because of increasing scavenging pressure. Through this, we confirmed that output change and scavenging pressure can develop performance of the engine by scavenging efficiency of a chamber and development of volume efficiency.
