그리퍼 접촉신호의 무선통신을 위한 제어장치 및 그리퍼 설계 (Design of Controller and Gripper for Wireless Communication of Gripper Contact Signal)

  • This paper describes the development of a wireless communication controller of gripper contact signal for industrial robot. The wireless communication gripper controller is composed of a robot wireless communication controller and a gripper wireless transmitting/receiving controller. The robot wireless communication controller transmits the data of gripper sensors, and the gripper wireless communication controller receives the data. And the controller sends the data to the robot controller of industrial robot. As a result of the characteristics test of the wireless communication gripper controller, it is thought that the robot wireless communication controller A transmits and receives three gripper wireless transmitting/receiving controller A1, A2, A3 another. Thus, the developed wireless communication gripper controller can be used for transmitting/ receiving the data of gripper sensors for industrial robot.

  • 본 논문에서는 무인차량용 다중채널 무선원격 제어시스템의 설계방안을 제안한다. 기존의 무선원격 제어시스템은 단일 제어채널로 구성되어 제어채널에 고장이 발생하였을 때 응급대처가 불가능한 문제점이 있다. 따라서 휴대용 무선원격 제어기와 스테이션용 무선원격 제어로 구성되는 다중채널 무선원격시스템을 제안한다. 무인차량용 다중채널 무선원격 제어시스템을 개발하기 위하여 휴대용 무선원격 제어기와 휴대용 무선원격 제어기를 설계 및 개발하였다. 개발한 무선원격 제어시스템의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 무인차량에 적용하여 주행 실험을 실시하였다. 무선원격제어기의 고장 시 휴대용 무선원격제어기를 이용한 비상정지 실험과 휴대용 무선원격제어기의 고장 시 스테이션용 원격제어시스템을 이용한 비상정지 실험을 실시한 결과 모두 만족하는 비상정지 성능을 발휘함을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 클라우드[1] 기반의 AP Controller를 이용한 새로운 형태의 무선 네트워크 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 망 관리자는 지역적으로 분리된 기업, 기관들의 무선 네트워크를 계층적으로 통합 관리할 수 있다. 기업, 기관들의 본사, 중앙에 AP Controller Manager를 두어 지역별로 나뉘어져 있는 AP, AC들을 계층적으로 통합 관리할 수 있고, 자동으로 AC를 생성하여 운영할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 무선 네트워크 통합 관리 시스템의 아키텍처와 구성 요소 및 동작 프로토콜을 설명한다.

  • 무선 기반 제어 시스템에서 안정성을 보장하기 위한 일반적인 설계 방식은 제어기가 무선채널을 통하여 개별 센서 값을 수신한 다음 계산된 제어신호를 액추에이터로 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 플랜트의 모든 센서가 동시에 스케일링된 신호를 액추에이터로 전송한 후, 액추에이터가 수신 된 신호를 추가적으로 스케일링하여 피드백 제어신호를 계산할 수 있는 Over-the-air controller 기법을 제안한다. 이러한 제어신호 컴퓨팅 기법은 기본적으로 Over-the-air computation 기술을 적용하여 무선 제어 시스템의 제어신호를 무선채널을 통하여 계산한다. 일반적인 센서-제어기-액추에이터 통신 방식과 대조적으로, Over-the-air controller는 다중 액세스 무선채널의 중첩 속성을 활용하여 단일통신 자원에서 다수 센싱 신호의 통신 및 컴퓨팅을 완료한다. 따라서 제안된 기법은 전용 제어기가 필요하지 않은 단순한 네트워크 구조로 피드백 지연시간 및 무선 자원 사용률을 개선시킬 수 있다.

Modeling and Design of Zero-Voltage-Switching Controller for Wireless Power Transfer Systems Based on Closed-Loop Dominant Pole

  • Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) operation for a Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system can be achieved by designing a ZVS controller. However, the performance of the controller in some industrial applications needs to be designed tightly. This paper introduces a ZVS controller design method for WPT systems. The parameters of the controller are designed according to the desired performance based on the closed loop dominant pole placement method. To describe the dynamic characteristics of the system ZVS angle, a nonlinear dynamic model is deduced and linearized using the small signal linearization method. By analyzing the zero-pole distribution, a low-order equivalent model that facilitates the controller design is obtained. The parameters of the controller are designed by calculating the time constant of the closed-loop dominant poles. A prototype of a WPT system with the designed controller and a five-stage multistage series variable capacitor (MSVC) is built and tested to verify the performance of the controller. The recorded response curves and waveforms show that the designed controller can maintain the ZVS angle at the reference angle with satisfactory control performance.

스마트팩토리 구축을 위한 다중 무선통신 컨트롤러 개발 (Development of Multiple Wireless Communication Controller for Smart Factory Construction)

  • Due to recent industry 4.0, manufacturing has changed a lot. In particular, it is necessary to control the controller and controller of the control system, to communicate various production information and measurement information, and to produce a database in accordance with the flexible production for a small quantity of various items, and to manage the trend of major parts of production facilities. In this paper, we developed a multiple wireless communication controller for small scale control system for smart factory by applying XBee and microcomputer. This controller is cheap and easy to build multi-radio communication environment of 1: N and can control and monitor control system. In addition, we tested multiple wireless communication controllers by using signal processing device and C++, and constructed network, control, and database for mechanism module, and confirmed effectiveness for industrial application.

  • This paper describes the design of a remote control device that can control the ON/OFF state of multiple air compressors using wireless communication. The main remote controller and air compressor remote controller were designed using a microprocessor (ATmega128), and the circuit diagram was configured to wirelessly communicate using A Zigbee module between the two remote controllers. The result of the measurement of wireless communication distance between the two remote controllers was more than 1.1 km.

Power Allocation Optimization and Green Energy Cooperation Strategy for Cellular Networks with Hybrid Energy Supplies

  • Energy harvesting is an increasingly attractive source of power for cellular networks, and can be a promising solution for green networks. In this paper, we consider a cellular network with power beacons powering multiple mobile terminals with microwave power transfer in energy beamforming. In this network, the power beacons are powered by grid and renewable energy jointly. We adopt a dual-level control architecture, in which controllers collect information for a core controller, and the core controller has a real-time global view of the network. By implementing the water filling optimized power allocation strategy, the core controller optimizes the energy allocation among mobile terminals within the same cluster. In the proposed green energy cooperation paradigm, power beacons dynamically share their renewable energy by locally injecting/drawing renewable energy into/from other power beacons via the core controller. Then, we propose a new water filling optimized green energy cooperation management strategy, which jointly exploits water filling optimized power allocation strategy and green energy cooperation in cellular networks. Finally, we validate our works by simulations and show that the proposed water filling optimized green energy cooperation management strategy can achieve about 10% gains of MT's average rate and about 20% reduction of on-grid energy consumption.

  • In this paper, wireless remote controller for welderss are implemented using RF communication. It can be used for general welding power sources. Sometimes, wireless remote controllers for welders are needed because welding torches are far away from welding sources in the case of big ship-building or big tank constructions. In order to use the wireless remote controllers, digital cpu-based welding systems are essential for digital interfaces. But, in this paper, using digital resistors makes wireless remote controllers be easily applied to digital or analog welders. To demonstrate the practical significance of our results, some experimental results are presented.

  • Smart street light controller is a product with advance micro controller base for energy saving in conventional street lighting systems. Intelligent Street light controller are specially developed for automation and energy saving in conventional street light systems and lighting systems. It is so designed that it operates on sunrise & sun set timings according to longitude of particular location with facilitate to set month wise civil twilight timings to cope up with all seasons. Dimming (Power down) mode selection switch on/off at fixed times with relay or contactor. Night dimming, staggering and intelligent control reduces burn hours and increases the lifetime of lamps with about 30% and low annual operating cost type base are among the most inexpensive wireless technologies available. Low initial costs As PLC wireless, there is no need to establish cable connection.
