성인여성용 브래지어 원형 개발연구(제2보) -패턴그레이딩을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Basic Brassiere Pattern for Adult Women(Part II)-Focusing on Pattern Grading-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop grading method of the basic brassiere patterns therewith, provide for 12 size's brassiere patterns and prove fitness of their's and shape. The collected data were statistically processed using the SAS 6.12 for Means, Standard Deviation, etc. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The basic sizes adopted at the first design stage (see fig.1-2) were 75AA, 75A and 75B each of which was designed as upper foundation basic pattern in reference to the cup size. At the second stage, each of the upper body foundation basic pattern was used to design lower cup, upper up, front panel and wing in their order(see fig.3-6). At the third stage, the other sizes were graded in reference to the three brassiere patterns (75AA, 75A and 75B) to produce 12 brassiere sizes(see Tab. 7-8). In order to develop the basic patterns of adult women's brassieres, 33 women were selected per 11 size combination(3 women per size combination), and then, their brassiere fitting was teated. As a result, the fronts of the basic patterns were found to have such problems as undone front center, poor levelling of upper cup's bottom line or lower cup's top line, poor shape of upper cup's outside top line and shoulder strip position. On the other hand, on the rear side of the basic patterns, the central part of the wing was slightly lifted, while the wing width and straps'interval did not befit the ful1-cup brassiere. The result of this first brassiere fitting test showed that the functionality and aesthetics of the basic pattern brassieres were more or less satisfactory, and thus, the problems were addressed for the second teat. In the second test, the aesthetics, breast-shaping effect and functionality of the basic pattern brassieres were much improved. 2. We were to present the final brassiere sizing system to extend the interior length of breast and the exterior length of breast on the basis of fitting test. Thereby, 75B$.$80A$.$80B$.$85A$.$85B's the interior lengths of breast were enlarged to 0.7cm, the rest size was enlarged to 0.5cm and the exterior length of breast was enlarged to 0.5cm regardless of sizes. 3. The upper foundation basic patterns of 75AA and 75B were presented and and the basic brassiere pattern and grading pattern were presented through to.

통시적 관점에서 본 한벽당(寒碧堂)의 변천과정 (A Study on Transition Process of Hanbyokdang by Diachronic Analysis)

  • This study first attempted to catch the transformational affairs and motives of the representative pavilion, Hanbyeok in Honam after its construction. Especially, it re-illuminated the morphologic, significant and functional change process of a pavilion after the early Joseon Dynasty by taking the local scenery, Hanbyeokdang as a sample, and considering the space and scenic characteristics, and diachronically understood its creation process and rebuilt its inherent positional meaning to reach the following conclusion. 1. Weoldanglu, at its early foundation, seems to have stressed the function of a private banquet and lecture hall to train younger students, and served as a reception space. Then the reception function gradually increased, and up to before 1530, it seems to have been called Weoldanglu(月塘樓) or Weoldangwon(月塘院). 2. In 1619, Governor Yoo Saek changed the pavilion name to Hanbyeokdang through the subject of a poem. 200 years after Weoldang's death, it became a public space called Hanbyeokdang, an amusement place in which scholars cultivated great morale, and participated in the sending-off and welcoming of predecessors and successors. This seems to have taken a foothold as a public event or entertainment space for the local administration, Jeonjuboo(全州府) through the remodeling process sponsored by the public. 3. Scenic language such as its indicating name, expression type and surrounding view through old map and so on, the shape of Hanbyeokdang evolved and changed to diverse types after the foundation of Weoldanglu, at the heart of which Hanbyeokdang with its two legs standing at a rock was located. 4. During the late 18th century, Hanbyeokdang seems to have been a wing corridor connected closely to the left corridor of the Jeonju stream bed, whose pattern is presumed to have existed even during the early 19308. Such changes in scenic language make us assume that diverse auxiliary space, a wing corridor, was erected for use as a public banquet and amusement spot of Jeonjuboo Castle, the inherent function of Hanbyeokdang after the mid 18th century. 5. Penetration of Hanbyeokgool and the erection of Hanbyeokgyo caused the change of the ancient shape of Hanbyeokdang. Specifically, a great Hanbyeokgyo passing by the pavilion changed the relative scale, so the pavilion image of pursuing unity with nature has lost the old inherent refinement and visual character.

  • 저층트롤 실물 어구를 이용한 해상 실험을 통하여 예망 중인 어구의 망구 형태에 관련되는 전개판의 간격 및 망고 등을 예망 속도별, 끌줄의 길이별로 측정하고, 이론적인 수치 해석 결과와 비교하여 실물어구의 수중 현황을 해석함으로서 어구의 효율적인 운용과 어획효과의 증대를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 수중 현황을 해석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전개판의 전개간격은 예망 속도와 끌줄길이의 증가에 따라 직선적으로 증가하며 끌줄 길이에 의한 증가율이 예망 속도에 의한 증가율보다 현저히 크게 나타났으며, 그 간격의 변화는 57.0∼82.8m로서 후릿줄과 그물목줄 및 그물길이 전체의 43∼62%를 차지하였다. 2. 망구의 높이는 예망 속도와 끌줄길이의 증가에 따라 직선적으로 감소하며, 예망 속도에 의한 감소율이 끌줄 길이에 의한 감소율보다 현저히 크게 나타났는데 그 높이의 변화는 3.1∼4.0m로 나타났다. 3. 양 날개끝의 간격이 커지면 망고는 낮아지나 끌줄 길이가 증가할수록 날개 끝 간격의 증가에 대한 망구 높이 감소율의 비는 점차 작아졌다. 4. 망고에 대한 양 날개 끝 간격의 비는 예망속도와 끌줄 길이의 증가에 따라 점차 커졌는데, 그 비는 4.17∼7.81로 나타났다.

Fiber optic shape sensor system for a morphing wing trailing edge

  • The objective of this work is to present a conceptual design and the modelling of a distributed sensor system based on fiber optic devices (Fiber Bragg Grating, FBG), aimed at measuring span-wise and chord-wise variations of an adaptive (morphing) trailing edge. The network is made of two different integrated solutions for revealing deformations of the reference morphing structure. Strains are confined to typical values along the span (length) but they are expected to overcome standard ranges along the chord (width), up to almost 10%. In this case, suitable architectures may introduce proper modulations to keep the measured deformation low while preserving the information content. In the current paper, the designed monitoring system combines the use of a span-wise fiber reinforced patch with a chord-wise sliding beam. The two elements make up a closed grid, allowing the reconstruction of the complete deformed shape under the acceptable assumption that the transformation refers to regular geometry variations. Herein, the design logic and some integration issues are reported. Preliminary experimental test results are finally presented.

SRC기둥-RC보 약축방향 접합부 상세의 구조성능에 대한 실험적 연구 (Cyclic Load Testing for Weak Axis Joints Connected with SRC Column and RC Beams)

  • 본 연구는 SRC기둥-RC보 약축방향 접합부에 대한 구조성능 평가 실험 연구이다. 현재 국내현장에서 많이 사용하고 있는 약축방향 접합방식은 구조성능이 명확하게 규명되지 않은 방식이 많으며, 이에 대한 안전성 확보 여부의 검증 및 문제점에 대한 개선도 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 표준갈고리형 실험체 3개와 접합부 형상 개선 실험체 3개 등 총 6개의 실험체를 제작하였다. 표준갈고리형 실험체들은 기준실험체, 정착길이 보정 실험체, 쉬어코넥터 및 전단보강근에 의한 보강 실험체 등으로 구성되어 있다. 접합부 형상 개선 실험체들은 주철근배치 방식과 용접 그리고 정착길이 확보 실험체 등이다. 반복가력에 의한 실험을 통하여 하중-변위 곡선, 최대강도, 강도저감 등을 평가하였다. 실험결과, 표준갈고리형 실험체들은 RC보의 주철근이 기둥면 내 콘크리트를 물고 떨어지는 쪼개짐 파괴현상을 나타내었으며, 구조성능도 불량하였다. 그러나 새로운 접합부 형상 개선 실험체들은 표준갈고리형 실험체들과 같이 기둥면 내콘크리트를 물고 떨어지는 쪼개짐 파괴현상도 나타나지 않았으며, 구조성능도 양호하였다.

Low Speed Thrust Characteristics of a Modified Sonic Arc Airfoil Rotor through Spin Test Measurement

  • The low speed aerodynamic characteristics for a modified sonic arc airfoil which is designed by using the nose shape function of sonic arc, the shape function of NACA four-digit wing sections, and Maple are experimentally investigated. The small rotor blades of a modified sonic arc and NACA0012 airfoil are precisely fabricated with a commercially available light aluminum(Al 6061-T6) and are spin tested over a low speed range (3000rpm-5000rpm). In a consuming power comparison, the consuming powers of NACA0012 are higher than that of modified sonic arcs at each pitch angle. The measured rotor thrust for each pitch angle is used to estimate the rotor thrust coefficient according to momentum theory in the hover state. The value of thrust coefficients for both two airfoils at each pitch angle show almost constant values over the low Mach number range. However, the rotor thrust coefficient of NACA0012 is higher than that of the modified sonic arc at each pitch angle. In conclusion, the aerodynamic performance of NACA0012 is better than that of modified sonic arcs in the low speed regime. This test model will provide a convenient platform for improving the aerodynamic performance of small scale airfoils and for performing design optimization studies.

제주도 주변해엽 고등어 포착망의 연구 - 1 . 정수에 있어서 망형 변화에 관한 모형실험 - (Studies on the Mackerel Purse Seine Operation in the Sea Area of Cheju Island - 1 . Model Experiment on the Changes of Net Shape in Stagnant Water -)

  • In order to investigate the performance for the mackerel purse seine of one boat purse seiner using in the sea area of Cheju Island, a model net is made of the scale of 1/400 of its full scale, and model test on the shape of net and the tension of purse line is carried out in the stagnant water channel of the circulating water tank. Designing and testing for the model net are based on the Tauti's law. The obtained results are as follows; 1. The sinking rate of net is maximized the value of 6.40 m/min from 5 to 10 minutes after shooting net, and the mean value is 6.13 m/min. 2. The enclosed area formed with the float line after pursing operation is 76-84% of the area which is formed immediately after the shooting operation. At that time, purse seine is pulled inward the circle of surrounding net about 26.5% of the diameter. 3. In operating, when longitudinal section area of the central part of the net is maximized, the split area of both the wing-ends is 31-32% of the former. 4. When the time for the completing of pursing is 20 minutes, the maximum tension of the purse line is about 10.2 tons.

반응면 기법을 이용한 에어포일 공력형상 최적설계

  • 본 논문에서는 반응면 기법(response surface method)과 2차원 Navier-Stokes 방정식 해법을 이용하여 에어포일을 설계하였다. 수치 실험점들은 D-optimal 방법을 기반으로 선정하였으며 반응면 함수는 JMP를 이용하여 2차의 함수로 구성하였다. 설계기법의 검증은 NACA 64621 에어포일을 기저로 하여 Bell 에어포일의 공력특성을 갖도록 역설계하여 수행하였다. 설계기법은 스마트 무인기의 장기체공 능력을 위한 에어포일과 무인기용 로터에 적합한 저 Reynolds 에어포일 설계에 적용하였으며 제약조건을 만족하는 우수한 공력특성의 에어포일을 획득할 수 있었다.

  • 말굽와류로 대표되는 3차원 유동현상은 필연적으로 주유동에 대한 2차 유동의 형태로 발생되며, 유동손실을 유발하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 2차유동 손실을 일으키는 주요 요인중의 하나인 말굽와류의 강도를 감쇄시키기 위해 일반적인 날개 앞전에 설치한 판에 대해, 판의 설치 높이, 길이, 폭 및 두께 등의 형상변수를 설계변수로 정하여 이를 최적화하였다. 근사최적설계 기법을 이용 최적화를 수행하였으며, $FLUENT^{TM}$$iSIGHT^{TM}$를 이용하였다. 최적화 수행결과, 기준 모델의 경우보다 전압력 계수가 약 7.5% 감소하였다.

A study of the round Variation Design Brassiere Pattern

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the applied brassiere pattern of women which are fitting for 75A. The constructing of this experimental brassiere were lower cup, upper cup, front panel and U-wing as well as a full cup embcing the entire breasts. Basing on the bra model from domestic experiment results, development of an applied design, round side type pattern, has been suggested. Thus, suggesting the round variation design bra, which is an applied design based on the basic model based on the breast volume. Based on the sizes that are in reference to Size Korea (2004) and related previous researches, the basic model that has been experimented with 11.4% polyurethane and 88.6% Nylon as the materials, has been selected as the model of research. This takes 75A, the size of which is set according to the underbust circumference and the breasts circumference, as the basic model. It is an application in terms of design, and there is no change to the cup volume or size because it has been moved only from the cutting line. The applied design changes the right side of the lower cup into an easily-movable form and attaches it to the upper cup, and the lower cup takes the right part of the upper cup to form a cup shape of round variation design. It also changes basic straight form of the wings, and alters them into U-shape.
