오픈마켓 의류구매에서의 재품 및 쇼핑몰 속성 만족이 구매행동에 미치는 영향 -쇼핑몰 신뢰, 재구매 의도, 추천 의도를 중심으로- (The Influences of Satisfaction of Product and Shopping Mall Properties on Clothing Purchasing Behavior in Internet Open Market -Focusing on Mall Reliability, Repurchase Intention, and Recommendation Intention-)

  • This study aims to find out the influence of satisfaction of the product and shopping mall attributes on mall reliability, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention in internet open market. For this purpose, this study surveyed 266 male and female consumers in their 20's~40's for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet open markets. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through online survey in August 2011. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows; First, it was identified that there were Significant differences in consumers' satisfaction on product and shopping mall attributes according to purchase price, degree of purchase, and the demographics. Second, it was identified that performance, sewing condition, the stability of the form, texture, harmony with other clothes, the response of people, fashionability, seller, origin, detailed explanation on products, interaction with shopping malls, and ease-of-use have significant influence on the reliability of open market. Third, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the food, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the repurchase intention. Fourth, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the form, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the intention to recommend.

대면적 기판의 투명 전극용 SnO2 박막 증착을 위한 APCVD 공정 (APCVD Process of SnO2 Thin-Film on Glass for Transparent Electrodes of Large-Scale Backplanes)

  • $SnO_2$ (tin oxide) 박막은 물리적, 전기적 성질이 우수하여 첨단산업의 다양한 분야에서 널리 응용/개발되고 있다. 이의 응용대상은 다양한 센서, 윈드쉴드(windshield) 윈도우의 히팅 요소, 태양전지, flat panel diplay에서의 투명전극을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대면적 기판에 대한 APCVD 공정개발을 위하여 실험용 2세대 크기의 유리기판에 $SnO_2$ 박막증착 실험을 수행하였다. 증착 온도가 증가함에 따라 증착 두께가 두꺼워지고 이에 따라 면저항은 감소, 투과도는 감소, 연무도 (haze)는 증가함을 확인하였다. 증착을 위한 전구체인 $SnCl_4$의 유량이 증가함에 따라 증착 두께 역시 증가하고 이에 따라 면저항은 감소한다. 그러나 투과도와 연무도는 $SnCl_4$ 유량의 영향을 거의 받지 않는다는 것을 확인하였다.

두부전방전위자세에서 두개척추각과 자세변화에 따른 폐활량의 차이 (Difference of Vital Capacity According to Cranio-Vertebral Angle and Posture Change of Forward Head Posture People)

  • Background: In this paper, the relationship between the Cranio-Vertebral Angle (CVA) and the vital capacity in each position is reviewed, and the vital capacity in the position is studied. Methods: This study targeted 20 non-smoking female students of U university, which is located in Gyeongju-si. To review the Forward Head Posture (FHP) of each subject, CVA was measured, and FVC, FEV1, and FEF (25-75%) were measured and analyzed using a spirometer. Subjects were ordered to exhale three times with ease and then inhale up to their total lung capacity. After then, they were requested to exhale longer than six seconds. Then the inspiration and expiration were repeated. The measurement was executed in three positions, including supine, prone, and sitting. In each position the measurement was repeated twice, and a one-minute break was given between each cycle, so it was measured six times in total. SPSS 14.0 for Windows was used to analyze the data. The subjects' general properties were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the correlation between the angle and the respiration variable result in each position was analyzed. The result of the respiration variable in each position was analyzed using the one-way ANOVA, and then a Scheffe post-hoc comparison was executed. Results: According to the analysis result of the correlation between the angle and respiration variable in each position, the sitting position and FEF (25-75%) showed a positive correlation (P<0.05). The respiration variable in each position showed a significant difference in FVC (p<0.05), and the Scheffe post-hoc comparison differed in prone and sitting positions. Conclusion: To increase the FVC of FHP patients, different exercises for each position can be applied, and the result of this study can be utilized as background data for further research.

Boosted 국부 이진 패턴을 적용한 얼굴 표정 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Facial Expression Recognition using Boosted Local Binary Pattern)

  • 최근 얼굴 표정 인식에 있어 영상 기반의 방법의 하나로서 ULBP 블록 히스토그램 피쳐와 SVM을 분류기로 사용한 연구가 수행되었다. Ojala 등에 의해 소개된 LBP는 높은 식별력과 조명의 변화에 대한 내구성과 간단한 연산 때문에 영상 인식 분야에 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ULBP 블록 히스토그램을 계산함에 있어 분할 영역의 이동, 크기 변화에 더하여 미세한 특징 요소를 표현할 수 있도록 $LBP_{8,2}$$LBP_{8,1}$를 결합하였다. $LBP_{8,1}$ 660개, $LBP_{8,2}$ 550개의 분할 창으로부터 1210개의 ULBP 히스토그램 피쳐를 추출하고 이로부터 AdaBoost를 이용하여 50개의 약 분류기를 생성하였다. $LBP_{8,1}$$LBP_{8,2}$가 결합된 하이브리드 형태의 ULBP 블록 히스토그램 피쳐와 SVM 분류기를 이용함으로써 표정 인식률을 향상시킬 수 있었으며 다양한 실험을 통하여 이를 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 하이브리드 Boosted ULBP 히스토그램의 경우에 표정의 인식률이 96.3%로 가장 높은 결과를 보였으며 제안한 방법의 우수성을 확인하였다.

MOS 소자를 위한 $HfO_3$게이트 절연체와 $WSi_2$게이트의 집적화 연구 (Investigation of $WSi_2$ Gate for the Integration With $HfO_3$gate oxide for MOS Devices)

  • We report the structural and electrical properties of hafnium oxide (HfO$_2$) films with tungsten silicide (WSi$_2$) metal gate. In this study, HfO$_2$thin films were fabricated by oxidation of sputtered Hf metal films on Si, and WSi$_2$was deposited directly on HfO$_2$by LPCVD. The hysteresis windows in C-V curves of the WSi$_2$HfO$_2$/Si MOS capacitors were negligible (<20 mV), and had no dependence on frequency from 10 kHz to 1 MHz and bias ramp rate from 10 mV to 1 V. In addition, leakage current was very low in the range of 10$^{-9}$ ~10$^{-10}$ A to ~ 1 V, which was due to the formation of interfacial hafnium silicate layer between HfO$_2$and Si. After PMA (post metallization annealing) of the WSi$_2$/HfO$_2$/Si MOS capacitors at 500 $^{\circ}C$ EOT (equivalent oxide thickness) was reduced from 26 to 22 $\AA$ and the leakage current was reduced by approximately one order as compared to that measured before annealing. These results indicate that the effect of fluorine diffusion is negligible and annealing minimizes the etching damage.

TBM 터널 공정 분석시스템의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of the Assessment System of TBM Tunnelling Procedure)

  • 본 연구에서는 TBM터널의 설계 및 평가를 위한4가지 분석시스템을 소개하고 그 특징들과 입력자료들을 비교 분석하였다. 그 중 두가지 시스템은 수리 및 고장등에 사용된 시간과 설치 및 이동시간 등이 입력자료로 사용되므로 터널 완료후 평가할 수 있는 방법이며, 나머지 두가지 시스템은 초기 기본적인 암석 및 암반 조건 그리고 TBM 제원 등으로 계산이 가능하므로 TBM 터널설계시 예측이 가능한 방법이다. 그러나 이러한 방법의 적용을 위해서는 많은 수식, 그래프 그리고 도표 등의 사용이 요구되므로 TBM 터널 평가를 위한 분석시스템의 이용이 매우 불편하고 복잡하다. 본 연구에서는 터널 기술자들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 사용자 친화적인 윈도우용 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 개발된 프로그램은 입력자료가 서로 일치하는 각각의 방법을 적용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 다양한 프로젝트 현장 조건 및 목적에 맞는 분석시스템의 선택과 용이한 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

이중 및 삼중 로이창호의 일사획득에 따른 사무소건물의 냉난방에너지 성능분석 (Heating & Cooling Energy Performance Analysis of an Office Building according to SHGC level of the Double & Triple Glazing with Low-e Coating)

  • An SHGC(Solar Heat Gain Coefficient) is a determinant of total flux of solar radiation coming indoor and a critical factor in evaluating heating and cooling load. U-value represents heat loss while SHGC denominates heat gain. Recently, windows with high solar gain, mid solar gain or low solar gain are being produced with the development of Low-E coating technology. This study evaluated changes in energy consumption for heating and cooling according to changes in SHGC when using double-layered Low-E glass and triple layered Low-E glass in relation to double layered clear glass as base glass. An Office was chosen for the evaluation. For deriving optical properties of each window, WINDOW 5 by LBNL, an U.S. based company. and the results were analyzed to evaluate performance of heat and cooling energy on anannual basis using ESP-r, an energy interpretation program. Compared to the energy consumption of the double layered clear glass, the double layered Low-E glass with high solar gain consumed $69.5kWh/m^2,yr$, 9% more than the double layered clear glass in cooling energy. The one with mid solar gain consumed $63.1kWh/m^2,yr$, 1% less than the base glass while the one with low solar gain consumed $57.6kWh/m^2,yr$, 10% less than the base glass. When it comes to tripled layered glass, the ones with high solar showed 2% of increase respectively while the one with mid solar gain and low solar gain resulted 5% and 11% in decrease in energy consumption due to low acquisition of solar radiation. With respect to cooling energy. it was found that the lower the SHGC. the less energy consumption becomes.

농촌건강장수마을 노인의 운동태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Influencing Exercise Behaviors of Elderly Living at the Seniors Well-being Villages in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore factors influencing them and properties of exercise behaviors among rural elderly in Korea. To implementing it, data were gathered from a total of 356 elderly aged 65 and over living at the Seniors Well-being Villages being developed by the Rural Development Administration in Korea, using the structured questionnaires. also, data were analyzed by the SPSS / windows program. Results show that the exercise behavior of rural elderly was medium level as the average of 3.06 score($1{\sim}5$ score) and 44.2 percent among them didn't exercise regularly and 66.8% didn't participate in sports groups. Second, there were the difference in exercise behavior according to sex and age. Specifically, elderly men exercised more regularly and were aware of proper exercise methods than elderly women. However, there were no difference in exercise behavior according to age. Third, when we analyzed the difference in exercise behavior with the regularity of execution, the elderly who exercise regularly showed higher preference, awareness of necessity, regularity of execution, execution of stretching, participation in sports gatherings and awareness of proper methods than the counterparts. Fourth, we found that unhealthy elderly were more aware of necessity of exercise, exercised regularly, and participated in sports groups frequently than healthy elderly. Also, there was a positive influence of regularity of execution on exercise behavior. These results suggested that regular exercising is very important in health of rural elderly. Therefore, to improve their health, above all, exercise program must be developed

페이딩 분석이 가능한 실내 전파 모델링 (An Indoor Propagation Modeling that can Analyze a Fading Characteristic)

  • 본 논문에서는 실내 전파환경에서의 페이딩을 분석하기 위하여 영상법 기반의 3차원 광선추적법에 패치산란모델을 첨가한 모델을 제시하였다. 영상법 기반의 광선추적법은 정확한 경로를 얻을 수 있다는 장점 때문에, 안테나의 빔패턴 및 편파, 그리고 전파의 진행에 따른 편파를 고려함으로써 페이딩 특성 분석이 가능하다. 또한 실내 구조물을 모델링하기 위한 패치산란모델은 패치형태의 직사각형 평면에 대한 RCS (Radar Cross Section)를 이용하여 입사에 대한 산란현상을 정의한 것으로써, 책상이나 테이블 같은 평면적인 실내 구조물에 대한 산란현상을 각각의 구조물에 대한 영상 안테나를 발생시키는 복잡한 과정 없이 간단하게 해석하기 위한 것이다. 제안된 모델은 신호강도 뿐만 아니라 채널의 페이딩 특성을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 안테나 종류별 편파 다이버시티 기법의 성능을 분석하는데 이용될 수 있다.

영천지역 민가의 공간구성과 변화과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Process of Variety and Spatial Composition of the Folk Houses in Yeongcheon Province)

  • This study focuses on the regional characteristics observed in the composition and floor plan of folk houses in the Young-cheon region situated in the Southern East inland of Gyungsangbukdo. According to the typical characteristics of the Korean folk house, Young-cheon region is supposed to be classified as the Young-Nam region. Our study shows that the open inverse 'ㄱ' type composition is the most common among others, which consists the living room, UtChae and one BoosokChae that serves as a living room and a farm shop. The typical floor plan is called 'Young Nam type' 'H$\hat{o}$tjib' composed of four rooms. Young Nam type of house has a wall in front of the room floor with a door to make the space with the room floor as the internal space. This can be explained by the climatic conditions in the Southern region of Gyungsangbukdo, which has a very cold winter and has a harsh spring wind in Young-cheon. The structural feature to which we should pay attention is the Young Nam type house has a gambrel roof. The evolutions of the house in the 70s are observed in the roof during the Saemaeul Movement from a hut to a modernized roof. In the 80s, the replacement of the heating system, expansion of rooms, modernization of kitchen, replacement of paper windows, modernization of roof, and construction of amenities had taken place to change the space, construction and structure following the modern house features.
