The symbiotic nature of the relationship between algae and marine bacteria is well-studied among the complex microbial interactions. The mutual profit between algae and bacteria occurs via nutrient and vitamin exchange. It is necessary to analyze the genome sequence of a bacterium to predict its symbiotic relationships. In this study, the genome of a marine bacterium, Pseudoruegeria sp. M32A2M, isolated from the south-eastern isles (GeoJe-Do) of South Korea, was sequenced and analyzed. A draft genome (91 scaffolds) of 5.5 Mb with a DNA G+C content of 62.4% was obtained. In total, 5,101 features were identified from gene annotation, and 4,927 genes were assigned to functional proteins. We also identified transcription core proteins, RNA polymerase subunits, and sigma factors. In addition, full flagella-related gene clusters involving the flagellar body, motor, regulator, and other accessory compartments were detected even though the genus Pseudoruegeria is known to comprise non-motile bacteria. Examination of annotated KEGG pathways revealed that Pseudoruegeria sp. M32A2M has the metabolic pathways for all seven vitamin Bs, including thiamin (vitamin B1), biotin (vitamin B7), and cobalamin (vitamin B12), which are necessary for symbiosis with vitamin B auxotroph algae. We also identified gene clusters for seven secondary metabolites including ectoine, homoserine lactone, beta-lactone, terpene, lasso peptide, bacteriocin, and non-ribosomal proteins.

Purpose - Nowadays the competition between companies has been intensified in the aviation industry. It is hard to maintain successful market share in challenging managerial environment. Not long ago, a Korean major aviation company had faced social condemnation cause of managerial staff's immoral behaviors. That company suffers great losses in company brand value in terms of authenticity as an aviation company. This research tried to show the effect of brand authenticity in the aviation industry. First of all, this research tried to define the dimensions of the brand authenticities based on the former researches. This research suggested the airline brand authenticities as three kinds of dimensions. The dimensions of authenticities consist of performance aspects, symbolic aspects and moral aspects. And this research also tried to show the relationships between brand authenticities and consumers attitudes. Research design, data and methodology - The empirical research design is based on the experiments with six types of advertisement prototypes. The advertisement prototypes were based on three types of authenticities' characteristics. The prototypes were made of core statements about each authenticity. And the advertisement prototypes also were based on the aviation company types. The types of aviation companies could be divided into FSC(full service carrier)and LCC(low cost carrier). So the whole experiments were performed with six kinds of advertisement prototypes(3 brand authenticities X 2 aviation company types). The age of participants were from 20s to 40s. The proportion of participants' demographics are as follow. Age proportion is 50% of 20s and 50% of 30s and 40s. Gender proportion is 46% males and 54% females. The experiments performed through mobile devices. Advertisement prototypes were exposed to the participants through their mobile devices, and they answered the questionnaires. All the process of experiments were performed by a professional research firm to maintain the quality of data. Results - This research suggested some important outcomes as follow. First, brand authenticity had an important role to make a positive consumer attitude on the aviation company. All the three types advertisement of authenticities had a positive impact on the consumer attitude for the aviation company. Second, the three types of brand authenticities in the performance aspects, symbolic aspects, and moral aspects had a major impact on the consumers attitudes. The performance authenticity had the biggest effect on the consumer attitudes. Third, the types of aviation companies like FSC and LCC had a different correlation with types of authenticities. All the types of authenticities affected on the consumers attitudes in the FSC case. The symbolic authenticity had the biggest effect in the FSC case. But the performance authenticity showed the most striking effect in the LCC case. Conclusion - From this research, we can get a conclusion. The brand authenticity of aviation company should be managed carefully to maintain a positive brand image and consumers attitudes. And airline brand authenticities can be consist of three type dimensions. All the types of authenticities affects on the consumers attitudes positively. The symbolic authenticity affects more in the FSC case, and the performance authenticity influences more in the LCC case.

영국은 1990년대, 특히 신노동당 정부 이후 지속가능발전 또는 탄소규제를 국가 발전의 핵심 전략으로 추진해 왔다. '정부를 녹색화'하고자 하는 이러한 영국 환경정책과 더불어 실제 에너지환경지표의 가시적 성과는 '저탄소 녹색성장'을 추구하고자 하는 우리나라의 정책 입안가 및 연구자들의 주목을 끌었다. 이 논문은 이러한 영국의 탄소규제 전략과 환경정책의 특성을 단순히 정책적 통합화 또는 주류화를 넘어서 새로운 국가발전 전략, 즉 '생태적으로 근대화된' 국가, '생태국가' 또는 '녹색국가' 전략으로 규정하고자 한다. 즉 최근 영국은 탄소규제를 국가 정책의 통합적 원칙으로 설정하는 한편 주로 시장-의존적 신자유주의에 바탕을 두고 국가 전체를 동원하는 녹색국가 전략을 추진하고 있는 것으로 이해된다. 이러한 점에서 이 논문은 영국의 탄소규제 관련 환경정책의 전개과정을 서술한 후, 탄소규제를 녹색국가 발전을 위한 새로운 원칙이며, 실제 중앙정부 부처들과 지자체들을 통합하기 위한 거버넌스 구축의 바탕이지만, 신자유주의에 포섭된 것으로 재평가하고자 한다. 또한 이 논문은 영국의 이러한 녹색국가 전략의 직 간접적 성과라고 할 수 있는 최근 에너지 환경지표의 동향을 분석하고, 경험적 재평가로서 영국의 에너지 수입의존도 증대, 에너지 혼합에서 석탄 비중의 증가, 전력 생산의 민영화, 재생가능에너지 생산의 한계, 그리고 에너지 이용 및 온실가스 배출의 공간적 불평등 등을 지적하고자 한다.

태양광 인버터는 계통과 태양광 시스템 사이의 공통 접속점에 고조파, 플리커, 고주파 노이즈가 없는 고품질 전력을 공급하는 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 일반적으로 비례-적분 (PI: Proportional Integral) 제어기는 정상상태 오차와 낮은 외란 제거 능력으로 인하여 교류 계통에서 만족할만한 성과를 얻지 못하나, 현장에서 이득 설정이 용이하므로 일반적으로 전압형 인버터 (VSI)에서 이용된다고 알려져 있다. 이 논문에서는 산업계에서 일반적으로 사용되는 비례-적분 제어기와 교류 계통의 상용주파수에서의 무한대의 이득 값을 가지며, 정상상태 에러 발생을 제거하며, 정지 좌표계에서 구현할 수 있는 비례-이득 (PR: Proportional Resonant) 제어기의 동작 원리, 설계 기법 등을 비교 분석하였다. PI와 PR 제어기의 분석 결과를 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 증명하였다. 두 제어기는 32-비트 고정소수점 연산을 하는 TMS320F2812 DSP 프로세서를 이용하여 구현하였고, 3kW 실험용 프로토타입 태양광 인버터를 제작하여 그 성능을 확인하였다.

경북 청도군 소재 운문댐의 안전진단을 목적으로 지반조사 및 계측자료의 분석이 수행되었다 특히 운문댐은 1998년에 차례에 걸쳐 댐의 정상부에 함몰현상이 발생되었으며 이러한 함몰현상이 대해 많은 조사가 이루어졌으며 이에 따라 CGS보강공법을 2000년에 시행하였다 댐의 함몰현상의 메카니즘에 대해 많은 의견이 있으나 누수에 의한 내부침식이 가장 유력하다 필댐에 있어서의 과대누수는 댐의 안정성의 평가하는데 가장 중요한 변수로 작용 하므로 토질시험 계측자료 및 시추자료를 통한 댐체의 누수 및 거동분석을 수행하였다 자료들을 종합해 본 결과 부실시공 댐의 응력전이 수압할렬의 가능성 누수 취약대 등과 같은 댐의 거동에 대한 여러 가지 정보를 얻을 수 있었다 또한 토질시험에서 코아재료의 적합성에 문제가 있었음을 발견하였다 댐 제체에서도 연약대가 발견되었 으며 여수로 근접한 부분에서 누수의 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다 거동분석에서는 댐 코아의 수압할렬이나 응력전이에 의한 손상이나 유로의 가능성도 배제할 수 없었다

Nuclear power is a way of attaining an enormous amount of energy with relatively small amount of resources and after it has been introduced to the submarine since 1954, there are approximately 150 of nuclear powered submarine currently on a mission around the world. This is due to the maneuverability, mountability and covertness of nuclear submarines. However, there are other tasks, not only the high level of nuclear technology that are needed to be dealt with in order to construct nuclear powered submarine. The biggest task of all is to secure the enriched uranium. Accordingly, this research is about the way of enriching and securing the nuclear fuel that are used in the nuclear submarine with the characteristics, merits and demerits of the nuclear submarine. Due to the fact that the pressurized water reactor in South Korea is the reactor that was originally built for the development of nuclear powered submarine, many parts is designed to be suitable for the submarine propulsion. However, in order to apply this to submarine it is needed to consider additional requests such as the position of reactor, accident-coping system, radioactive covering, reactor output adjustment and ship's pitch and roll in order to apply this to submarine. Nuclear submarines have much higher speed based on the powerful propulsion in comparison with diesel-electric submarine and also have bigger loading area. Besides, there is no need to snorkel and they also have advantages in covertness with the multi-noise proof system. The nuclear technology in South Korea has seen the dramatic development since 1962 and in 1998 reached to the level that we have succeeded in the localization of nuclear plant and exported the world-class one-piece small-sized reactor (SMART) to UAE. To operate these reactors, we import the whole quantity of low-enriched uranium and having our own uranium enrich facility is not probable because of the budget and international regulations. With the ROK/US nuclear agreement revised on 2015 November, the enrichment of uranium that are available without special permission has changed up to 20%. According to the assumption that we use the 20% enrichment of Uranium on U.S. virginia class submarine, it is necessary to change the fuel after 11 years and it will cause additional cost of 1 billion dollars. But the replace period by the uranium's enrichment rate is not fixed so that it is possible to change according to the design of reactor. Therefore, I would like to make a suggestion on two types of design concepts of nuclear submarine that can be operated for 30 years without nuclear fuel change by using the 20% enriched uranium from ONNp.First of all, it is possible by increasing the size of reactor by 3 times and it results in the 1,000t increase of the weight. And secondly, it is by designing the one piece reactor to insert devices such as steam turbine, condenser into the inside of nuclear core like the Rubis class submarines of France.

본 연구의 목적은 '사회네트워크분석'과 '텍스트마이닝'을 이용하여 국내 남자프로배구 구단의 공격, 패스 패턴을 찾아내고, 배구경기력과 관련된 핵심 키워드 추출하여 경기력을 평가하여 향후 구단의 경기 전력을 수립하는데 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 '사회네트워크분석'을 통해 도출된 그룹변수들을 '텍스트마이닝' 기법의 결과인 경기의 '승패'에 차이를 검정하기 위해 '0' 그룹 (6명)과 '1' 그룹 (11명)으로 재구성하였다. 연구의 결과로서 '사회네트워크분석'의 연결중심성과 중개중심성의 순위로 판단하면, '0' 그룹 보다 '1' 그룹이 우수한 경기력을 보였다. '사회네트워크분석'에 의해서 재구성된 '0' 그룹과 '1' 그룹에 따라서 '텍스트마이닝'에 의해서 생성된 '승패' 그룹에 대한 유의성 검정 결과 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 (p값: 0.001). '그룹별' 클러스터링 결과, '0' 그룹의 경우 'D' 선수와 'E' 선수가 '세트' 플레이를 통하여 정확하게 득점한다고 할 수 있다. '1' 그룹의 경우 'K' 선수가 '디그'에 의해서 '공격'을 하는 경우 실패하는 경우가 많고, 'C' 선수와 'P' 선수는 '세트' 정확한 플레이를 한 것으로 나타났다.

건강검진시 촬영한 단순흉부사진에서 우연히 발견된 다발성 결절로 내원한 34세 여자 환자에서 개흉술을 통한 조직검사상 미분화 혈관분화를 보이고 면역조직 화학염색상 제 VIII 인자-관련인자, CD34 와 vimentin에 양성반응을 보여 EH로 확진 되었던 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

영남육괴의 중부의 무주군 적상면 삼유리 일대에는 선캠브리아기 원남층군에 해당되는 화강암질 편마암, 반상변정 화강암질 편마암과 우백질 편마암이 분포한다. 이 논문에서는 화강암질 편마암 지역에서 200m심도 까지 굴착한 시추코아의 주성분, 미량성분, 희토류원소 그리고 Sm-Nd, Rb-Sr 동위원소 자료의 지구화학적 의의를 토의하고자 한다. 시추코아의 암상은 심도에 따라 변하고, 주로 화강암질 편마암과 앰피볼라이트로 구성되어 있다. 주성분 및 미량성분의 화학조성 자료를 토대로 한 연구지역내 화강암질 편마암 및 앰피볼라이트의 기원물질은 각각 TTG(Tonalite-Trondhjemite-Granodiorite) 계열 및 솔레아이트 계열의 암석에 속한다. 희토류원소의 분포도를 보면 경희토류(La-Sm)와 중희토류(Gd-Lu)의 변화 및 Eu의 부(-)의 이상이 매우 다양하다. Sm-Nd 동위원소자료에 따른 등시선에 의하면 $2,026{\pm}230(2{\sigma})$ Ma의 연대를 보여주며, 이때의 Nd 초기치는 $0.50979{\pm}0.00028(2{\sigma})$이다. 그리고 ${\epsilon}_{Nd}$(2.0 Ga)값은 -4.4로 연구지역 변성암류의 기원물질이 고기의 지각물질임을 지시해준다. 이 값은 북중국지괴 시생대 기반암의 진화영역에 속하며, 특히 Lee et al.(2005)이 제안한 영남육괴내 Nd 동위원소 초기치의 진화와 일치하는 상관성을 갖는다. 그리고 앰피볼라이트의 희토류원소 분포도와 Nd 초기치는 앰피볼라이트의 기원물질이 결핍된 맨틀과 지각을 형성하기 시작한 초기마그마와 매우 유사함을 지시해준다.
