클라이언트 권리옹호에 미치는 영향 요인 연구: 사회복지 과목 이수 성인학습자를 중심으로 (The Factors Affecting Clients Rights Advocacy : Focused on Adult Learners in Social Welfare Classes)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지과목 이수 대학생의 클라이언트 권리옹호태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 S사이버대학교에서 사회복지과목 수강중인 251명의 성인학습자를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 주요 연구변인의 현황을 파악한 결과, 응답자들의 권리옹호는 5점 척도 기준에서 4.19점으로서 높은 편이었고, 정책옹호보다는 계층 및 사례옹호에 대한 태도가 높았다. 인권감수성이 높은 집단, 인권교육을 받은 경험이 있는 집단의 권리옹호가 높았다. 회귀분석결과 대학교육과정에서 인권교육을 받은 경험이 권리옹호에서 큰 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 인권전문직인 예비사회복지사를 교육함에 있어 각 교과목에서 인권과 권리옹호에 대한 내용 강화, 직접적인 경험과 참여를 통한 다각적인 수업방식의 필요성을 제안하였다.

기혼 취업여성의 자녀돌봄 및 가사서비스 이용실태와 요구도 (A Study on Working Mothers' Demand for Child Care and Housekeeping Home Services)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze working mothers' demand for child care and housekeeping home services, and to investigate the present supply condition of home services in Korea. Data collection was implemented to examine the service demand of working mothers(n=700) in four areas. The data were analyzed with SPSS. The results were as follows: 1) For home-based child-care dispatch services social enterprises are superior to other private service suppliers in terms of the treatment of service workers, wages, and quality control. As for child care service contents, the provision of meals, and casual safeguards were mostly expected. The most important qualification for care providers was found to be in faithfulness, and the certification related with child care was required. An affordable wage range was perceived as ₩3,000~5,000 per hour, and part time services. For the time range, services which commenced before 9 am and terminated after between 5~6 pm were preferred. 2) For housekeeping dispatch services, standard services, including basic cleaning, preparation of meals and side dishes, special cleaning, and washing, were in demand. The required qualifications of housekeeping service providers were similar to those of child care service providers. Possessing certification was not considered as an important quality; however, personality and career type were important factors. An acceptable wage range was ₩3,000~5,000 per hour and part-time services were preferred. In terms of the service time range, services which commenced between 8~9 am and terminated between 5~7 pm were preferred.

Factors Related to Long-term Hospital Length of Stay and Opinions on Discharge-related Community-based Medical and Welfare Service on Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases in Korean Veterans Hospitals

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate factors related to long-term length of stay (LOS) of patients with chronic diseases in Korean veterans hospitals. Methods: The subjects were 196 elderly patients with chronic disease staying in the hospital for more than 10 days, Data were collected by the survey of patients with structured questionnaires and medical records review by nurses from July 15 to August 10, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The present and desired LOS were 37.78±32.66 days and 60.87±45.95 days, respectively. Factors affecting hospital LOS were found to be main disease (genitourinary) (p<.001), assistance in activities of daily living (p<.001), area of hospital (p<.001), payment of medical fees (p=.026), hospital satisfaction (p=.036) and the explanatory power of these variables was 26.4%. The most common health problems that need to be solved after discharge were symptom alleviation and health promotion. These problems can be solved using community-based facility services or visiting medical-welfare services (especially home care nursing). Conclusion: In order to reduce hospital LOS, the following measures are required: personalized self-management education, provision of transportation services for dialysis therapy of inactive patients, linking patients with visiting medical-welfare services including home care nursing and mobile healthcare services, operation of the case management system including the notice of the discharge date at admission, interim check of patient status, and connecting the patient with community resources or transferring the patient to long-term care facilities at discharge.

노인의 사회복지서비스 이용실태와 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인 -경기도 국민기초생활보장노인을 중심으로- (Factors Influencing Utilization of the Social Services for the Elderly)

  • 우리나라 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용은 매우 저조하고 서비스가 각기 독립적으로 제공되고 있기 때문에 중복과 누락현상이 나타나고 있음이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기도 국민기초생활보장대상 노인들 전수를 대상으로 노인들이 어떠한 서비스기관으로부터 어떠한 사회복지서비스를 받고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고, 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용기관수에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스중복 문제보다는 낮은 서비스이용률이 더 문제인 것으로 드러났다. 노인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 비교적 욕구요인이 큰 비중을 차지하였고 그 외 귀속요인과 자원요인도 중에는 큰 영향을 미치는 변수들이 나타나, 사회복지서비스확충과 지역별 균형의 달성, 서비스 연계 활성화가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

유아의 자아개념과 관련된 유아용 그림책에 나타난 주인공에 관한 내용분석 (Content Analysis of Leading Characters in Picture Books Relating to Self-Concept in Children)

  • The purpose of this analysis is to investigate the effect of leading characters in picture books on self concept in children. For this study, we selected a total of 55 picture books, all of which were best sellers in four internet book stores. The method used for the study was based on content analysis. The results of this analysis were as follows: First, the gender of leading characters was male more often than female, and the majority of picture books were creative story books and translation books. Second, subordinate parts related to the self-concept were most frequently found in the social self-concept. Social self-concept was positively expressed through the relationship between friend and family characters in story books. Cognitive self-concept was the least. Third, when the frequency of positive and negative expressions in picture books was analyzed, the social self-concept was found to be positively expressed in the subordinate parts of relationships between friends and family. The social self-concept was negatively expressed, however, in the subordinate parts of relationship between non-significant others, and the emotional self-concept was also negatively expressed in the subordinate parts of the emotional recognition and expression. In summary. instances of cognitive self-concept and positive expression were found to be more significant than negative ones.

한국 노인의료보장제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Programs of the Betterment in Medical Care Guarntee for Korean Seniors)

  • We are confronted by increase in old people due to the improvement in medical science, public hygiene and socioeconimic status in 20th century. But our medical security system for old people dees not meet the need for medical service of old people. Current medical insurance system restricts term and extent in allowance although the characteristics of the disease of the aged people need medical care of Bong duration and high cost. And in the medicaid system the speciality of the aged people is not recognized and the budget of the government is scanty. In addition many old people to our country are in economic distress due to low income. But the government authority does not give sufficient consideration for eld people in law, policy and budget. To improve social security system for old people it is necessary to increase the budget for the security of old people, to enhance the traditional respect for the aged, to improve medical security system by improving the accessibility to medical service and by expanding the allowance of medical insurance, and to expand the public welfare institutions. And these are roles for all the family. the society and the nation as well as the aged people themselves.

한국(韓國)의 농업기술보급사업(農業技術普及事業) (The Current Situation and Tasks for Agricultural Extension Services in Korea.)

  • Agricultural extension services in Korea began in 1956, and led self sufficiency of rice through the 'Green Revolution' in 1970's, and a year around supply of green vegetables through the 'White/Vinyl Revolution' in 1980s. The developmental stages of agricultural extension services in Korea, in terms of major purposes, observed by the researcher were as follows; 1) Stage of production guidance when increase in production was directly related to increased income of farmers, 2) Stage of management guidance, when agricultural extension were not only concerned in increasing production, but also in management and marketing, and 3) Stage of improved welfare, when extension services put more emphasis on welfare of farmers in terms of quality of life, as well as increased production, management and marketing. Since late 1980s, farmers in Korea realized the fact that increased production may not lead to increased income. because of this, farmers also wanted improvement of management and marketing. Extension changed the identified needs of farmers to new knowledge, information, and technology in their farm business operation including management and marketing. Loosened cooperations among the central, provincial and local levels after localization of extension services since January 1997 should be strengthened. Provincial level monitoring and supervising should be enhanced for more effective agricultural extension services to meet the changing needs of farmers in the future.

가족친화환경 측면에서 본 남성의 아버지역할 수행 실태 (Men's Father-role in the Context of Family Friendly Environment)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the father-role in the context of Family-Friendly-Environment and to give the information for enhancing the father-role and balancing between work and family. Through the survey in February and March 2010 the data from 973 cases was collected. As a research method the frequency, percent proportion, mean, $X^2$ and Anova were used. From the data 'friendly father' was found as the most preferred father role. And we found the context of father-role was varied with the stage of children's age group. Also the need for the family-friendly program of Healthy-Families-Center was founded. This result was to be applicated for the educational program for fathers. So we proposed the educational program for the fathers in accordance with the developmental stage of children focused on the friendly father-role. In order to perform the friendly father role, more concert information and specific contents have to be developed.

노인부부의 결혼만족도 향상을 위한 융합프로그램 개발 (Development of convergence program to improve marital satisfaction of elderly couples)

  • 본 연구에서는 노인부부들의 결혼만족도 향상을 위한 융합 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 그 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해서 급속한 고령화와 이혼율 증가에 따른 노인부부들의 이혼위기를 극복하고 이혼예방을 위한 기초방안 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 P시에 위치한 S노인복지관 70세 이상의 읽고 쓰기가 가능한 부부 총 9쌍을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 노인부부들의 결혼만족도 향상을 위한 융합 프로그램은 사전검사 61.7점(결혼생활 불만누적)에서 사후검사 32.1점(결혼생활 건강)으로 52%의 결혼만족도 향상으로 나타나고 있다. 관찰기록의 한 질적평가의 결과는 프로그램을 통해 노인부부간의 공동체험과 의사소통이 부부관계를 원만하게 하는 기술을 습득하게 하여 부부의 결혼만족도 향상에 도움이 되었다. 그동안 소원했던 노인부부의 관계가 자신이해와 배우자의 이해의 결과로 노인부부의 결혼만족도가 향상되었다. 이상으로 본 연구에서 개발된 융합 프로그램은 노인부부들에게 결혼만족도를 향상시키는데 효과가 있음을 보여주었다.

사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과 (Effects of Ethical Consciousness on Job Satisfaction of Social Workers: Mediated Effects of Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2020년 한국 사회복지사 통계연감의 비율을 기반으로 서울 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지사 512명에게 온라인 설문을 실시하여 연구했다. 연구는 IRB 승인으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 분석과 통계는 SPSS & AMOS 25.0를 활용했다. 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증은 부트스트랩핑을 활용하였다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 자기효능감과 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 사이에서 자기효능감의 정(+)적인 매개효과를 검증했다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 직무만족 증진을 위한 윤리의식에 관한 역량강화 지원 및 자기효능감을 도모할 수 있도록 돕는 제도와 실천이 중요함을 시사한다.
