The study aimed to elucidate how to design a learning environment on the premise of micro-learning (ML) and investigate its impact on website designing skills and achievement motivation among secondary school students. Adopting the experimental approach, data were collected through an achievement test, a product evaluation form, and a test to gauge motivation for achievement. The sample was divided into two experimental groups. Results revealed statistically significant differences at 0.05≥α between the mean scores of the two groups that experienced ML, irrespective of the two modes of presenting the video in the pre-test and post-test, as for the test of websites design skills, product evaluation form, and achievement motivation test. Besides, there have been statistically significant differences at 0.05≥α between the mean scores of the first experimental group that had exposure to ML using the split-video presentation style and the scores of the second experimental group that underwent ML using continuous video presentation style in the post cognitive test of website design and management skills in favor of the group that had segmented-video-presentation ML. Another salient finding is the nonexistence of significant differences at 0.05≥α between the mean scores of the first experimental group that underwent segmented-video-presentation ML and the grades of the second experimental group that received ML with continuous video presentation style in the post-application of the product scorecard of websites designing skills and the motivation test. In light of these salient findings, the study recommended using ML in teaching computer courses at different educational stages in Saudi Arabia, training computer and information technology teachers to harness ML in their teaching and using ML in designing courses at all levels of education.

Recently 'full browsing service' is growing rapidly throughout the world. This service allows mobile phone users to access websites using their mobile phone as they do using a PC. Despite the rapid expansion of the mobile phone market, however, criteria or scales for evaluating the new services are being developed slowly and far behind the current demand trends. Thus, this study proposed a customer satisfaction evaluation model for full browsing services through empirical research. The proposed model is expected to derive and suggest key factors that users consider important in full browsing services and those factors can be used in developing marketing strategies for maintaining existing customers and creating new customers.

Destination marketing organizations (DMO) have been building up the cyber city in the WWW. Website for DMO is a core channel to promote regional attractions. This research suggests the issue of criteria for evaluating DMO's performance in the Internet. The method of evaluation focuses on the structure in perspective of linkage based on small world theory and direct network. Convention & Visitors & Bureau (CVB) in tourism and travel industry playa role to promote and held the international meeting and exhibitions. CVB's websites evaluated according to web link structure and performance.

Sentiment analysis can be applied to all texts generated from websites, blogs, messengers, etc. The study fulfills an artificial intelligence sentiment analysis estimating visiting evaluation opinions (reviews) and visitor ratings, and suggests a deep learning model which foretells either an affirmative or a negative inclination for new reviews. This study operates review big data about Jeju tourist attractions which are extracted from Google from October 1st, 2021 to November 30th, 2021. The normalization data used in the propensity prediction modeling of this study were divided into training data and test data at a 7.5:2.5 ratio, and the CNN classification neural network was used for learning. The predictive model of the research indicates an accuracy of approximately 84.72%, which shows that it can upgrade performance in the future as evaluating its error rate and learning precision.

One of the key success factors for the intelligent IT service which is characterized by personalization and automation, is to obtain relevant data from either sensors or data storage for reasoning, analyzing and forecasting. The availability of the open data sources such as public portal sites remarkably increases the efficiency and quality of the intelligent IT service. However, with the condition that not all data in the existing public or private sites are opened or have various types of openness, it prohibits the value of utilization. For these reasons, it is highly required to evaluate the extent of openness of data storage. However, there are only a few studies which explore the factors which affect the degree of data openness with respect to intelligent IT services. Hence, this study aims to propose an evaluation model including the indices to evaluate a process of opening data for the intelligent IT service from a viewpoint of data utilization process. The indices are applied to evaluate the actual multinational websites, which provide public data for verification. We also discuss the implications of the evaluation according to the results.

Objective: In this study, a department accreditation system was introduced as a specific way to improve the professionalism of childcare teachers, and evaluation indicators for department accreditation and the implementation system were derived to find a practical direction. Methods: According to the purpose of this study, related laws and websites were reviewed. In addition, in order to investigate opinions on the composition and implementation system of qualification indicators, a meeting was conducted with professors of the department of childcare teacher education and other qualification experts. Results: In order to introduce a department accreditation system for childcare teacher education, it is necessary to specify the relevant laws, and that the operation of an organization affiliated with a public institution is appropriate for the practical implementation of the system. In addition, an evaluation index plan composed of three indicators of educational conditions, curriculum, and performance areas was derived. Conclusion/Implications: In this study, a practical preparation plan, such as evaluation indicators and an implementation system, was presented for the introduction of a department accreditation childcare teacher education system. It is expected that this study will contribute to the successful establishment of the accreditation system of childcare teacher education.

최근 인터넷 이용자들의 인터넷 이용 행동에 관한 연구, 즉 고객경험에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 고객경험이란 고객의 모든 활동들에 대한 모든 가능성들을 고려함으로써, 고객들이 웹사이트에서 작업을 진행하는 모든 단계마다 자신의 기대를 더욱 쉽게 충족시키도록 만드는 것을 의미한다. 이는 기존에 연구된 사용의 편의성뿐만 아니라 온라인 상에서 경험하게 되는 생각, 느낌, 행동 등 모든 것들을 말한다. 즉 고객경험에 관한 연구는 실제 사용자의 입장에 서서, 어떻게 고객이 인터넷상에서 경험하는 것들을 개선시킴으로써, 그들이 기업에 실질적 수익을 안겨줄 수 있도록 만드는 것인가를 고민하고 실행하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 연구들은 전자 상거래 분야에 많이 치우쳐 있으며 고객 만족 중심의 평가가 아닌 사용성에 관한 평가가 주를 이루고 있다 실제 인터넷 이용자들인 고객이 웹사이트를 평가할 때 어떤 측면을 중요시하며, 어떻게 평가하고 있는가에 관한 체계적인 연구가 부족한 실정이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹사이트에서 고객경험을 향상시키는 모든 상황을 그 요소 별로 쪼개어 살펴봄으로써, 사이트에서 일어나는 고객경험을 전체적으로 이해하고, 고객경험을 기반으로 한 사이트 평가 도구를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 컨텐츠 서비스 중심 사이트인 인터넷 음악방송을 중심으로 이루어 졌으며, 정성적 연구방법인 사용자 관찰 기법을 통하여 고객경험을 탐색하여 고객경험 기반의 웹사이트 평가영역 및 항목을 개발하고, 이를 다시 정량적 연구방법인 설문조사 방법을 통하여 그 타당성에 관해 검증하는 방법으로 실험 연구를 진행하였다. 즉, 웹 다이어리와 그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 고객경험을 탐색하고, 수집하여 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 인터넷 음악방송을 위한 평가 가이드라인을 만들고 그 척도의 신뢰성 및 타당성을 검증하는 작업을 거쳐 이루어졌다. 이러한 방법으로 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보한 고객경험 기반의 인터넷 음악방송사이트의 평가 도구가 마련되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 인터넷 음악방송에서 '고객경험'을 연구 할 수 있는 체계적인 프로세스를 제시하고, 또한 웹사이트에서 고객경험을 연구할 수 있는 프로세스는 다양한 온라인 서비스에 폭넓게 적용될 수 있다.

Objectives: Health promotion policies have been developed and implemented in most developed countries. The purpose of this study is to compare the national health promotion plans among Korea, Japan and USA. Methods: Data were collected and involved overview of health promotion plans, formulation of policy, evaluation, monitoring and research, implementation in each countries. I got the some literatures over the governmental websites related to the health promotion. The data from each country were analyzed for comparison. Results: The goals of Healthy People 2020 are to attain high-quality, longer lives, to achieve health equity, to create social and physical environments, to promote quality of life across all life stages. Those of Healthy Japan 21 are increasing the year of healthy life and reducing health disparities. and Those of Health Plan 2020 are prolonging of healthy age and improvement of healthy equity. The number of topic areas and objectives of health promotion in each countries were different. Healthy People 2020 lacks participation of community people and stakeholders in the process of planning, impletation, evaluation. Conclusion: The planning models of health promotion were different among countries. But they reflect the social determinants of health. The health plan goals of Korea were similar to Japan. but were different from USA. The implementation and evaluation systems of USA and Japan were systematic and performed well than those of Korea.

Sexuality education in the period of adolescents need much care and attention. The programs of sexual education through the Internet are excellent resources for adolescents to gain the information related to their sexual health. And systematic program which is necessary for adolescents to manage their sexual health has been rarely found in Korea. The purpose of this study was to offer valuable database for program design and evaluation on sexual education of middle school students through the Internet. Needs assessment for the information of sexual education on the internet among middle school students were carried out. A questionnaire survey was conducted with respondents of 602 middle school students from January to March in 2002. In the sexual counseling center for middle school students, counseling cases through internet were analyzed and evaluated from October, 2001 to September, 2002, We have selected 16 Sexual educational websites in Seoul confirmed Korean Educational Human Resource. Contents which was illustrated in 16 sexual educational websites were analyzed and evaluated by 12 sexual counselors. Design and evaluation of the program on the internet for sexuality education of adolescences was conducted on the basis of this study results by middle school expert teachers, sexual counselors, sexuality education professionals. Data was statistically analyzed using dBSTAT 4.0 for Windows. The extent and phase of the teaching-learning program of the sexuality education on the internet was seen as follows : 1. We evaluated to need for sexuality education on the internet by middle school student. 2. We assessed the properness of sexuality education curriculum on the internet frequently used by middle school students. 3. We designed teaching strategy and learning program for sexuality education of the middle school students. 4. We developed the assessment method for the teaching-learning program of the sexuality education in adolescences on the internet. Middle school students responded that sexual education through Internet is needed in the order of programs related to acquaintances with opposite sex, Sexual culture and ethics, Sexual health, Reproductive health structure and development, Marriage and family, Psychology of Sexuality, Pregnancy and birth. In the internet counseling, cases on the 'reproductive health structure and development' was ranked as the top. In short we have found the most needs as follows; Meaning of the marriage life and having family, Sexes and Love, Human relation, Sexual Culture.We recommend as follows on the basis of this study results: 1. It is necessary for sexuality education program on the internet to specify according to age and target the specific individual needs. 2. Sexual educators have to employ various educational materials such as flash, cartoon, multimedia in order to provide effective sexuality education. 3. Internet based sex education need to be evaluated regularly through reassessment of the effectiveness of sexuality education for content quality and richness.

본 연구는 새로운 웹사용성 평가 방법의 하나로 탐색경로 일치도 분석의 유용성을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 사용한 웹사이트는 5개 공공기관이었으며, 15명의 피험자가 참여하였다. 우선, 참가자들에게 각 웹사이트를 3초간 보여주고 자유롭게 탐색하게 하면서 안구운동을 추적하였고 호감도를 측정하였다. 그 후 안구운동 추적 상태에서 참가자들에게 17개의 임무과제를 수행하도록 하였으며. 마지막 인터뷰에서는 웹사이트에 대한 만족도, 인지도, 과제 난이도 등에 응답하게 하였다. 여러 측정치들 간의 관련성을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과 본 연구에서 관심을 가졌던 탐색경로 일치도가 호감도 및 만족도와 의미 있는 관련성을 보였다. 즉 웹사이트에 대한 호감도가 높을수록 탐색경로 일치도가 높은 결과를 얻었다. 이 결과는 웹사이트에 대한 주관적 만족도 평가 방식을 대신해, 안구운동의 탐색경로 일치도와 같은 측정치가 객관적인 사용성 평가 지수가 될 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 안구운동 고정 및 응시시간 등과 함께 사용함으로써 웹사이트에서 보이는 관찰자의 행동을 보다 더 적절하게 추론할 수 있는 가능성을 논의하였다.
