Genome analysis process requires several steps of various software analysis tools. We propose WGAT(Web-based Genome Analysis Tool), which combines several tools for gene analysis and provides a graphic user interface for users. Software tools related to gene analysis are based on Linux or Unix oriented program, which is difficult to install and use for biologists. Furthermore, files generated from gene analysis frequently require manual transformation for next step input file. Web-based tools which are recently developed process orily one sequence at a time. So it needs many repetitive processes to analyze large size data file. WGAT is developed to support Web-based genome analysis for easy use as well as fast service for users. Whole genome data analysis can be done by running WGAT on Linux server and giving sequence data files with various options. Therefore many steps of the analysis can be done automatically by the system. Simulation shows that WGAT method gives 20 times faster analysis when sequence segment is one thousand.

Recently, the Web 2.0 bas gained much attention as an advanced form of Web technology. It is well observed that openness, participation, and sharing are the key ideas of Web 2.0 among many desirable characteristics of the technology. Furthermore, Wiki is one of the best representing tools that reflect effectively most of the characteristics of Web 2.0. Wiki is widely used to provide a Web-based communication tool for collaborative writing and editing freely. Therefore, it may be used for collaborative learning so that students can learn how to interact online with each other effectively and also acquire communication skills in an affirmative way. In the paper, we will discuss how students can change their aggresive, offensive, judgemental attitudes to affirmative, aggreable, thoughtful ones by way of exposing them to collaborative learning environment using Wiki as their interactive communication tool.

The Web is evolving toward the Semantic Web. Ontologies are considered as a crucial component of the Semantic Web since it is the backbone of knowledge representation for this Web. However, most of these ontologies are still built manually. Manual building of an ontology is time-consuming activity which requires many resources. Consequently, the need for automatic ontology extraction tools has been increased for the last decade, and many tools have been developed for this purpose. Yet, there is no comprehensive framework for evaluating such tools. In this paper, we proposed a set of criteria for evaluating ontology extraction tools and carried out an experiment on four popular ontology extraction tools (i.e., OntoLT, Text-To-Onto, TERMINAE, and OntoBuilder) using our proposed evaluation framework. The proposed framework can be applied as a useful benchmark when developers want to develop ontology extraction tools.

In thls paper, a remote machine monitoring system for a vimal machine is proposed. During the fourth industrial revolution, the amount of data available to users has surged. And it became a stepping stone for various convergence technologies such as ECMA script, WebAssembly, and web of things using web technology. Also, as the amount of data shared on the web increases, the web has emerged as the most influential media in modern life. As a result, web developers have tried to deliver data quickly over the Web. So, various web application analysis tools appeared, and developers tried to find a solution to solve the speed problem by analyzing the web application. However, the performance of web application analysis tools has not improved significantly. Most existing analytical tools require direct installation, require expertise on the Web to perform analysis, and do not have function to analysis new technologies such as WebAssembly. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the design of a new reporting solution that can solve problems of existing web application analysis tool.

It is essential for any public institution to establish a systematical scheme and a management system to maintain the contents and securities of its ever-expanding web-site with efficiency. The general users want a reliable system and a simple and stress-free web environment and expect the public institutions to maintain the accuracy and conformity of information they provide to the public. In this study, I examined a web-site owned by a certain governmental research institute for the current maintenance status and problems to seek an effective and easy-to-use scheme for both users and web managers. Based on what I learned from my study, I moved on to design a web integration system and tested it on the above mentioned web-site for analysis.

In this paper, the web accessibility of institutions and organizations that are related to disaster response we evaluate analysis. Along with the legal enforcement of Web accessibility, It is because shall comply with web accessibility. we have applied the K-WAH4.4 as an evaluation tool for web accessibility compliance of actual conditions. Look at the degree of compliance with the six detailed procedure of the web site, we request to the improvement of Web accessibility. Based on the guidelines 2.0, looked to the insufficient compliance rate at 61.8%. Then, we propose the need for improvement to enhance Web accessibility.

The specific objectives of the study were as follows: 1) To investigate the composition system (design, usability and interactivity) of web sites of textile exchange of B to B 2) To examine and valuate contents and marketing (announcement, satisfaction and variety of contents) of web sites of textile exchange of B to B. The data were collected from search engine, portal sites of evaluation, direct contact, interview over the phone with web master of concerned web sites and the result of analytical valuation of web sites. The results of this study were as fellows: 1) The Dongsung trading intended to mainly use their homepage as a inside communication place by intranet network. The Daechang trading was mainly using their homepage as a tool of expansion of their outside export market. The etextiler was selling their web solutions through homepage. The texcom was offering the web place and useful informations to trading companies in Asia. 2) The texcom consisted text with little image to speed up for loading and navigation for usability of users. The Dongsung trading made intranet network for communication and exchange of informations of company inside. The etextiler offered a booking menu to inquiry in homepage. The Daechang trading tried to give good impression from the introduction page at homepage.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and the improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, enterprises, and public institutions. In this paper, we examine the Korean Web contents accessibility guidelines, and propose the evaluation scheme for the education homepage by the Web accessibility guidelines using KADO-WAH program which is the evaluation tool for Web accessibility. Also, we propose the improvement scheme for education homepage by modifying the error and warning clauses directed in which are appeared in the evaluation report. And, we evaluate the various education homepages using KADO-WAH, and analyze the comparisons for the Web accessibility guidelines among the education homepages.

Real data as web log file tend to be incomplete. But we have to find useful knowledge from these for optimal decision. In web log data, many useful things which are hyperlink information and web usages of connected users may be found. The size of web data is too huge to use for effective knowledge discovery. To make matters worse, they are very sparse. We overcome this sparse problem using Markov Chain Monte Carlo method as multiple imputations. This missing value imputation changes spare web data to complete. Our study may be a useful tool for discovering knowledge from data set with sparseness. The more sparseness of data in increased, the better performance of MCMC imputation is good. We verified our work by experiments using UCI machine learning repository data.
