Increasing of Korean old women's rate is demographic characteristics attributed an aging society, silver generation would lead to silver fashion market with steady competitiveness and interest in fashion. So the study attempts to use foundation material for silver's fashion design by analyzing design characteristics and processing development of design representative women's top. Selecting brand for collecting photo using study represents a mid- and premium-priced with reference Brand Yearbook. After selecting brand on domestic and foreign I have collected picture from Internet shopping mall and web-site of fashion brand, from October 2013 to July 2014, but I selected 840 pictures based on front poses for easy decision. In order to search design characteristics according to sort of silver blouse design on domestic and foreign. I have examined shape, color, pattern, fabric sensation, inside composition line and decoration with reference standard of analysis in preceding research. Data analysis method was conducted on analysis of frequency and cross analysis using SPSS statistical package 21.0. The conclusion of design characteristic according to type of blouse design for silver, H-silhouette in shirt blouse seems to fit in body transformation and expose silhouette with correcting the body flaw. Using soft material in T-shirt blouse they are able to conceal a body defect and express beautiful silhouette. By using detail in pullover shirt blouse and tunic blouse for point of design, it express glamour and luxurious. Most of blouse are printed various pattern, it would looks more gorgeous using pattern.

This study shows evaluation of how much OASIS meets "the korean web content accessibility guidelines" and analysis of some of the accessibility problems and their solutions in OASIS(Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System) which is the only web site that offers papers and project information related to Traditional Medicine in Korea. The evaluation criteria to determine if OASIS is accessible is classified into four sub items; Perceivable - if information and user interface components is presentable to users in ways they can perceive, Operable - if user interface components and navigation are operable, Understandable - if information and the operation of user interface are understandable, Robust - if content is robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies. Based on the measured results, OASIS has just been redesigned and implemented in more accessible and effective way. OASIS that improves web accessibility for the disabled is expected to help them study oriental medicine more easily and conveniently by providing equal access and equal opportunity to use the web.

The aim of this study was to specify the procedures of problem design for employing problem based learning (PBL) and designing problems for the learning content of the subject. The procedures for designing good problems are composed of the selection of educational contents, determining the learner's characteristics, identifying problems, setting roles and situations, and writing down problems. Using the procedures, four integration problems covering the contents of a creative engineering design subject were designed. The talent needed in a current industrial site can be fostered with PBL, not whole-class learning. A creative engineering design subject based on PBL was planned, which focused on the process of design problems. To make an effect of this PBL, studies applying this instructional design to many lectures should be implemented.

In this paper, it is aimed to present a detail investigation related to structural behavior of laterally unrestrained steel cantilever roof of tribune with slender cross section. The structure is located in Tutak town in $A{\breve{g}}r{{\i}}$ and collapsed on October 25, 2015 at eastern part of Turkey is considered as a case study. This mild sloped roof structure was built from a variable I beam, and supported on steel columns of 5.5 m height covering totally $240m^2$ closed area in plan. The roof of tribune collapsed completely without any indication during first snowfall after construction at midnight a winter day, fortunately before the opening hours. The meteorological records and observations of local persons are combined together to estimate the intensity of snow load in the region and it is compared with the code specified values. Also, the wide/thickness and height/thickness ratios for flange and web are evaluated according to the design codes. Three dimensional finite element model of the existing steel tribune roof is generated considering project drawings and site investigations using commercially available software ANSYS. The displacements, principal stresses and strains along to the cantilever length and column height are given as contour diagrams and graph format. In addition to site investigation, the numerical and analytical works conducted in this study indicate that the unequivocal reasons of the collapse are overloading action of snow load intensity, some mistakes made in the design of steel cantilever beams, insufficient strength and rigidity of the main structural elements, and construction workmanship errors.

We construct the test process site about X-Internet and X-Forms base software. This software is developed with X-Forms base web UI tool. Basically, this software is operated on the Client. Even in operating process, this kind of software could be updated because of user's request, improvement in efficiency, reformation and addition in functions and so on. In order to test a updated software, V-Model will be extended and transformed test process will be proposed. This proposed test process is starting with test plan which defines test object and activities for attainment of process's goal. The following steps are recognizing testcase and data, analysis and design for constructing process environment, setting forth testcase in detail, realization of test methodology, and the arrangement of results. This paper will be helpful to build more efficient process site by managing and recording the test process.

Fashion has been analyzed and explained in diverse ways. Fashion, like every phase of culture, is a reflection of the Zeitgeist. In order to understand the changing fashion we must understand the changing society. For fashion of a period are expressions of the interrelation of the various elements of the culture, including the social and political values, the economic and industrial progress, art, the development of technology, etc... Particularly fashion is closely connected with a style of art. In a style of art, futurism focused on the "dynamism" resulting from super-speed and high-technology. This study aimed to review literatures, fashion magazines, web-site in order to know how the dynamism of futurism is expressed in modern fashion. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Dynamism was expressed by means of lines, colors, patterns through the eyesights visually. Asymmetrical oblique lines, zig-zag lines or bold cutting expressed the mechanical and offensive dynamism. In contrast, such lines as curves and spirals expressed the soft and natural dynamism. Primary colors or complementary contrast expressed energetic and rhythmical dynamism. The geometrical patterns and automobile wheels patterns expressed dynamism resulting from mechanical aesthetics. 2. Dynamism was expressed through repeat of lines, colors, patterns, and textiles. Particularly Vinyl material, fluorescent material, metallic material, beads, and spangle expressed a strong dynamism. On the other hand, natural materials, paper and other similar ones are used to signify the orientation towards a futuristic high-technology society.y society.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the color scheme based on the color image types through the color analysis of workstation furniture which is on the market. This color scheme of the workstation furniture is expected to be give the comfort to office environment when planning office. For this study, It is selected the three furniture firms that have a brand of office furniture and their web site that is showed color sample of furniture. The following researches are drawn based upon the purpose. First, the color image types of interior space is classified and the color image words that are suitable for each types is extracted based on the results of existing literature. Second, the distribution of its hue and tone is analysed after collecting the each firm's color sample of desk top, panel and chair. Third, the color image appearing in each furniture color is analysed by color image scale positioning. Forth, the color scheme of desk top, panel and chair is suggested by its color scheme palette. The result of this study is expected to help comfortable environment by providing the color scheme for selection of furniture color in work space. Not all color of each furniture is sufficient to be combined color scheme, the result is indicated that the color scheme of workstation by color image types is possible for color planning in office environment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate into the practical cases of social marketing and to seek the practical strategy in fashion business. These practical cases were investigated through theses, professional books, fashion magazines, fashion newspapers, daily newspapers and web site, etc. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The social marketing by decision-making is able to practice and to set up a strategy in consumerism, humanism and environmentalism. 2. The social marketing by feedforward is able to practice and to set up a strategy in business strategy and product strategy. 3. The social marketing by administrative is able to practice and to set up a strategy in product development, price decision, distribution management and advertisement & promotion. 4. The social marketing by total system is able to practice and to set up a strategy in marketing planning and self-audits system.

This paper presents design of an advertising E-commerce (electronic commerce) serve. using push technology which provides clients with multimedia information such as text, audio and video according to their setting information. In the most of existing E-commerce system, users visit the web site in person, see and buy goods. In this paper we show the new E-commerce format: Clients select a field of advertisement of what they want to see on the browser, then EC server sends the clients moving advertisements at regular intervals. Subsequently, the users see advertisements and buy goods. The server of this system was designed using push server that saves moving advertisements in the database and sends the user-specific advertisements to users. The system designed in this study is very an active system contrary to existing passive E-commerce systems.

Recently the wireless internet technologies have been widely used in education environments. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement mobile class management support system. The proposed system is based on the existing CSCL theory and modified in accordance with mobile environments. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, various types of cooperation are possible in this system. In this system, students can participate actively through tools such as BBS. Second, wired and wireless web sites are linked systematically so that users can access via either site. Two sites are complementary each other. Third, parents are encouraged to participate in class activities. Some basic information such as curriculum and daily announcement is open for parents. The proposed system has been applied to elementary school students. Extensive survey shows that the proposed system has good effect on participation, interaction, and satisfaction in class management, respectively.
