본 논문에서는 대한민국 전자정부 포털사이트와 링크된 웹사이트를 유용성이란 관점에서 평가한다. 18개의 대표적인 정부 웹사이트를 선정하고, 이용자가 웹사이트에서 정답을 찾을 수 있는 과제를 수행하게 한 후, 이용자 만족도를 측정한다. 유용성 평가를 위하여 두 가지 유형의 설문지를 사용하는데 유형 1은 16개의 평가 문항으로 구성되며, 유형 2는 페이지 디자인, 콘텐츠 디자인, 사이트 디자인의 세 항목에 대한 세부 문항으로 구성된다.

Despite the convenience brought by the advances in web and Internet technology, users are increasingly being exposed to the danger of various types of cyber attacks. In particular, recent studies have shown that today's cyber attacks usually occur on the web via malware distribution and the stealing of personal information. A drive-by download is a kind of web-based attack for malware distribution. Researchers have proposed various methods for detecting a drive-by download attack effectively. However, existing methods have limitations against recent evasion techniques, including JavaScript obfuscation, hiding, and dynamic code evaluation. In this paper, we propose an emulation-based malicious webpage detection method. Based on our study on the limitations of the existing methods and the state-of-the-art evasion techniques, we will introduce four features that can detect malware distribution networks and we applied them to the proposed method. Our performance evaluation using a URL scan engine provided by VirusTotal shows that the proposed method detects malicious webpages more precisely than existing solutions.

본 논문에서는 현대 모든 인터넷의 기본적 정보제공 수단인 웹페이지에 대한 접근성(Accessibility)에 대한 소개와 이를 제대로 수행하고 있는지에 대한 평가를 가능하도록 하는 수단으로서의 솔루션 개발에 대해서 소개한다. 기본적으로 웹접근성을 평가하기 위해서는 웹페이지를 기본 단위 오브젝트로 구분하는 작업이 이뤄져야 한다. 이후 여러 가지 평가기준에 근거하여 이를 평가하게 된다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 오브젝트 분류에 근거하여 오브젝트별로 변환이 가능한 모바일용 웹접근성 기반 변환 시스템을 소개한다.

웹 문서의 지속적인 증가로 인해 텍스트 기반, Page Rank 등의 방법으로 한 연구들이 증가하고 있다. 특히 웹 문서 내 URL 정보, HTML Tag 정보 등을 활용하는 연구들이 다시 주목을 받고 있다. 따라서 웹 문서 장르 분류를 위해 앞서 언급한 웹 문서 내 특징 요소들을 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 STW(Semantic Term Weight)를 적용하여 웹 문서 장르 분류하는 연구를 기술한다. 웹 문서 장르 분류에 사용되는 데이터 셋은 학습 문서와 테스트 문서로 구성되고, SVM 알고리즘을 사용하여 웹 문서 분류 실험을 수행한다. 학습 과정을 위해 20-Genre-collection corpus 내 1,000여개의 문서를 선정하여 SVM 알고리즘을 통해 학습하였고, 테스트 과정에서 사용된 데이터 셋은 KI-04 corpus를 사용하였다. 테스트 과정 후 STW를 사용한 실험과 STW를 사용하지 않은 실험으로 분류하여 정확도를 측정하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 1,212개의 테스트 문서를 분류하였다. 그 결과 STW를 사용한 실험 이 그렇지 않은 실험 보다 약 10.2% 높은 정확도를 보였다.

Objectives: This study was to develop and evaluate a web-based multimedia content for the education of hospice volunteers. Methods: The multimedia content was developed based on Baik's teaching and learning structure plan model. The developed program was evaluated by 24 hospice volunteer university students. Results: On main page, there were 4 menu bars that consisted of a lecture guide, cyber lecture, pause and quiz. In the operation of the web based multimedia content, HTML, Java Script, Photoshop and multimedia technology were utilized. There were significant differences in the test scores, before and after using this web-based learning program. After using a web-based learning program, scores of students were much higher. Conclusion: The developed web based program is based on systematic structure and it can provide hospice volunteers with the educational flexibilities and will be help for them to perform the more efficient hospice care.

이 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 KOLIS-NET의 두 가지 핵심 시스템인 KOLIS-NET 클라이언트 통합형 시스템 과 KOLIS-NET 일반이용자 검색용 시스템 의 품질 수준을 유용성과 사용성의 평가기준을 적용하여 평가하고 개선과제를 제시한 것이다. 'KOLIS-NET 클라이언트 통합형' 시스템의 경우 업무 프로세스별 시스템의 유용성 평가로서, 검색성과 사용용이성, 사용자 지원성을 주된 평가항목으로 설정하였으며, 각각의 평가 항목에 대해 연구팀과 실제 업무를 하고 있는 사서들 간의 브레인스토밍 기법과 심층면담 기법을 통해 평가결과를 도출하였다. 한편 '일반이용자 검색용 시스템' 에 대한 평가는 시스템 사용의 편이성 관점에서 진행되었으며, 다양한 사용성 평가 방법 중에서 인지평가 방법을 사용하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 문제점과 개선 과제를 화면 재설계, 용어 표준화, 기능 개선, 신규 기능의 네 가지로 범주화하여 제시하였다.

정보 교육에서 수업과 평가를 통합하는 과정지향적인 평가가 수시로 이루어지기 위해서는 평가자인 교사가 보다 편리한 방법으로 평가를 할 수 있게 지원해 주는 사용성(Usability)이 고려된 웹기반평가시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 웹기반평가시스템의 사용성 요소를 분석한 후, 오프라인 지필평가과정에 내재한 사용성 요소를 추출하여 사용성이 제고된 PBA(Paper-Based Assessment) 평가 모델을 제안하였다. PBA 모델에 의한 웹기반 평가시스템은 교사주도하에 평가전, 평가중, 평가후의 모든 과정이 제어된다. 특히 평가 대상을 손쉽게 바꿀 수 있고, 평가지에 대한 접근을 평가 단계마다 철저히 차단시켜 평가 결과에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 또한 학생들은 자신들의 학년, 반, 번호, 이름을 사용하여 손쉽게 평가지에 로그인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와같은 PBA 모델에 기초하여 정보교육용 웹기반평가시스템 PAS(PBA-based Assessment System)를 설계 및 구현하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the dental website usability in Korea. The dental website included dental university hospital, network dental hospital and dental office. Methods: The study was carried out by three age groups including twenties, thirties, and forties. Each group consisted of ten customers and evaluated twelve websites of dental hospitals. Each was assigned to four hospitals and three tasks including easiness of online reservation, preventive information, and treatment information. They filled out the self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire included the easiness of on-line reservation, satisfaction on the quality and quantity of preventive informations, satisfaction on the quality and quantity of treatment informations, predictiveness on the sub-menu, usefulness of site map, information on the main page of web site, usefulness of decision on visit to dentistry, and revisit intention. Results: The easiness of on-line reservation was the highest in the private dental office, and university dental hospital and network dental hospitals followed in conducting task(1). The anticipated value and measurement on the usefulness of web site were the lowest in network dental hospitals and the time interval between two values was 57 seconds. This discrepancy showed the largest difference. The satisfaction on treatment information in task(3) was higher than that of the satisfaction on preventive information in task (2). The revisit intention was the highest in dental university hospitals. Conclusions: This study showed the comparison in usefulness of web site of university dental hospitals, network dental hospitals and private dental office. The web site focused on the treatment information rather than preventive information. This study suggested that the most important function of dental web site would be the preventive information that was mainly operated by the role of dental hygienists rather than treatment information in the future.

점화효과(Priming Effect)라 함은 상황효과(Contextual Effect)의 일부로서 "앞서 본 정보에 의해 뒤에 나오는 제품정보의 해석이 영향을 받게되어 제품평가가 달라지는 현상"을 말한다. 점화효과가 다른 상황효과와 구별되는 점은 앞서나온 정보가 제품의 평가에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 제품정보의 해석에 영향을 미침으로 인해 제품평가에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 점이다. 위와 같은 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 점화효과의 개념을 디자인 분야에 적극적으로 도입하여 온라인 쇼핑몰 디자인에 있어 시각적 이미지들이 제품의 선호도와 선택에 어떠한 영향력을 행사하는지 파악하였다. 디지털카메라를 대상제품으로 '가격과 '크기'에 관한 속성을 점화시킨 웹 페이지를 각각 설계하여 제품에 대한 선호도 차이를 실증분석 하였으며 그 결과 점화된 속성에 따른 제품의 선호도 차이가 유의한 것으로 판명되었다. 따라서 상업용 웹 페이지의 배경화면이 제품의 선택에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인이라는 점을 인지하고 이러한 점화효과를 디자인과 접목시켜 온라인상의 광고에도 적극적으로 활용할 수 있기를 기대해본다.있기를 기대해본다.

인터넷과 뉴미디어의 발달로 인해 발생된 웹은 정보공유의 매체로서 뿐만 아니라 새로운 커뮤니케이션으로의 수단이 되고있다. 이에 따라 웹이 정보공유와 커뮤니케이션 목적을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 웹 인터페이스에 관한 디자인 방법론이 정립되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 다양한 표현양식의 범위를 포함하는 웹의 효율적인 활용을 위해 웹 인터페이스디자인의 분석방법을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 웹 인터페이스디자인 방법론의 선행연구로서, 웹의 컨텐츠 분류, 정보구조, 웹사이트의 페이지디자인, 인터페이스의 구성원리와 디자인 구성요소를 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 웹 인터페이스디자인의 구성요소를 중심으로 하는 인터페이스 디자인의 분석 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹 인터페이스디자인의 분석방법은 웹 분류, 인터페이스디자인의 구성요소분석, 종합분석의 3단계로 나뉜다. 분석결과는 인터페이스디자인을 분류하고 유형화시킴으로써 구체적 디자인 개발의 과정에서 즉각적으로 피드백되는 인터페이스디자인의 가이드라인으로 이용될 수 있으며, 디자인의 예상되는 결과를 미리 검토할 수 있는 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
