The World-Wide-Web have many advantages as a front-end of database systems. Hence in Internet applications, such as E-Commerce systems, the requirements for Web-based database applications have been increasing. In this work we propose a framework for java-based Web database applications-JaWAF(Java-based Web Application Framework). JaWAF has the 3-tier architecture of Client/Server, and consists of database gateway, application server, and communication and message component. When this framework is applied to the database applications developments, it can provide advantages, such as ease understanding and fast implementations of the Web applications. Thus we can build 3-tier Web-based database application systems with high scalability and distributed processing capability. Database gateway in JaWAF works as a daemon process that connects to the database systems and waits for requests from clients, and supports state-oriented service between clients and database servers. Hence the performance of Web applications could be increasing.

This is the world of computer science and innovations. In this modern era, every day new apps, webs and software are being introduced. As well as new apps and software are being introduced, similarly threats and vulnerable security matters are also increasing. Web apps are software that can be used by customers for numerous useful tasks, and because of the developer experience of good programming standards, web applications that can be used by an attacker also have multiple sides. Web applications Security is expected to protect the content of critical web and to ensure secure data transmission. Application safety must therefore be enforced across all infrastructure, including the web application itself, that supports the web applications. Many organizations currently have a type of web application protection scheme or attempt to build/develop, but the bulk of these schemes are incapable of generating value consistently and effectively, and therefore do not improve developers' attitude in building/designing stable Web applications. This article aims to analyze the attacks on the website and address security scanners of web applications to help us resolve web application security challenges.

인터넷의 급격한 성장과 함께 기존의 많은 소프트웨어들이 웹 기반으로 그 모습을 변화하고 있으며, 이로 인해 웹 어플리케이션의 복잡성이 증가되고 개발에 있어 많은 비용이 소요되고 있다. 따라서 웹의 특성을 잘 반영하는 개발 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 중요시된다. 본 논문에서는 웹 어플리케이션 개발을 위한 효율적인 환경을 제시한다. 이를 위해 웹의 특성을 파악한 후 웹 어플리케이션을 위한 프로세스와 모델링 환경을 정의한다. 제시된 환경은 크게 3가지 기능을 가진다. 첫째, 웹 어플리케이션 설계를 위한 모델링 환경을 제공한다. 둘째, WML이라는 웹 어플리케이션 모델링 언어를 제공한다. 셋째, 모델링 단계에서의 다이어그램을 바탕으로 자동으로 웹 페이지를 추출한다. 결국 제시된 환경의 사용은 웹 어플리케이션의 설계, 개발, 유지보수를 용이하게 할 수 있다.

This study examined the perception and use of web 2.0 applications for academic purposes by medical students of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. The objective was to investigate the medical students' perceptions of web 2.0 applications, web 2.0 tools use, extent of use, perception and purpose for using web 2.0 applications. Descriptive survey method was used for this study. The total population of this study was 3670 and the sample size was 367 representing 10% of the study. The purposive sampling technique was adopted, and the instrument used for this study was questionnaire, a total of 367 copies were administered and 321 were found useful for the study. Percentage means and standard deviation on table and chart were used to analyze the data collected using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Findings showed that the perception of web 2.0 applications of medical students AAU was positive and few of web 2.0 applications were used for academic purposes. It was recommended in the study that medical students should be provided with the facilities in a format more familiar to them and used by most of them and institutions need to equip the learning process with the needed facilities which will be of utmost benefit even for future purposes.

As the web technologies advance, most of applications have being developed as web applications. The web has advantages of high interoperability due to the web standards though the applications run on heterogenous platforms. However, as the systems are growing and have some interoperability problems, the government and the big companies require interoperability testing for new systems. In this paper, we introduce some interoperability issues for web applications and classify them into three groups according to 3-tier client/server architecture. We also propose interoperability testing process and tasks to be performed at each step in the process.

네트워크와 인터넷의 급격한 성장과 함께 기존의 많은 소프트웨어들이 웹 기반으로 그 모습을 변화하고 있으며, 이로 인해 웹 어플리케이션의 복잡성이 증가되고 개발에 있어 많은 비용과 인력이 소요되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 웹 어플리케이션을 위한 명확한 개발 환경이 정의되지 않았으며 대부분이 경험에 입각하여 나름대로 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 웹의 특성을 잘 반영하는 개발 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 중요시된다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경의 특성을 파악하여 웹 어플리케이션 개발에 적합한 프로세스를 정의하고 이에 따라 모델링 할 수 있는 환경을 제시한다 또한 모델링 결과를 바탕으로 자동으로 소스코드를 생성한다. 결국 분석과 설계 단계에서 발생되는 결함을 줄여 품질을 향상하고, 개발하는데 드는 시간을 줄여 생산성을 향상함으로써 빠르게 변화하는 웹 환경에 능동적으로 대처하고자 한다.

All things connected to the Internet have to ensure interoperability between each other. Web of Things (WoT) is an Internet of Things (IoT) Web standard technology that enables the communication between smart devices and web-based applications. In order for WoT to be possible, monitoring of all devices connected to the Internet have to be possible. To this end, various efforts are being made to develop network monitoring applications using the latest Web front-end frameworks, not traditional web-based monitoring. This paper examines and describes the possibilities of applying Web front-end frameworks such as React, Angular and Svelte to the development of network monitoring applications for WoT. This paper also describes the pros and cons of two major frameworks, React and Angular, in developing monitoring applications that support the cross-platforms and cross-browsers in WoT environments and examines the applicability of them by developing simple network monitoring applications using React.

차세대 웹 서비스로서 Web2.0 이 주목받고 있다. 이러한 웹2.0 서비스를 제공하기 위한 핵심 RIA(Rich Internet Application) 제공 기술로 Ajax(Asynchronous Javascript And XML)기술이 주목 받고 있으며, 이를 기반한 다양한 웹 어플리케이션이 개발 및 서비스 되고있다. 본 논문에서는 Ajax 기반의 웹 어플리케이션 중 스케쥴 관리 프로그램을 살펴보곤 프로젝트 진행시 사용할 수 있는 프로젝트 스케쥴러와 그와 연동되는 프로젝트 로드맵 프로그램을 Ajax 기반의 웹 어플리케이션으로 개발하였다.

The beginning of Web Services was understood as efficient technology for application integration in the internet, thus it was used to integrating the distributed enterprise applications or the e-business applications between partners. But, recently the usage trend of Web Services is largely spreaded out wireless network applications beyond the internet applications. The main reasons are that Web Services is the international standard of W3C, and Web Services is based on XML that is independent of the specific internal implementations such as platform, programming languages, communications networks etc. Currently Major company of Web Services such as MS, IBM, etc. focus on the research about technology for integrating various devices. In this paper, we define and explain technical issues for adapting web services to ubiquitous Environment.

자바스크립트 상에서 높은 연산량을 처리하기 위해 제안된 WebCL은 불특정 클라이언트 환경에서 실행되므로 개별 클라이언트에서 애플리케이션의 성능 평가 작업이 중요하다. 현재 다양한 프로파일러들이 서비스 되고 있지만 WebCL을 위한 프로파일러는 아직 개발되어있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 웹 이기종 병렬컴퓨팅 언어인 WebCL 기반으로 구현된 애플리케이션의 성능 평가 및 GPU 상태 정보를 모니터링 하기 위한 프로파일러를 설계 및 구현하여 소개한다. 본 프로파일러를 통하여 사용자는 WebCL 기반 애플리케이션의 수행시간 및 메모리 읽기/쓰기 시간을 알 수 있고, GPU 디바이스의 소비 전력, 현재 온도, 클락 속도 등 현재 상태를 실시간 모니터링할 수 있다.
