최근 웹 서비스는 실시간 양방향 통신으로 높은 효율성과 전이중 통신이 주요 이슈가 되고 있으며, 이는 웹소켓의 활용성이 증대되는 흐름으로 이어지고 있다. 기존 데이터 통신은 반이중 통신으로 과도한 트랙픽과 불필요한 오버헤드를 발생시키는 단점이 있었다. 그러나 웹소켓은 반이중 통신의 단점을 해소하고, HTML5의 주요 기술중 하나로 웹표준은 물론, 표준 프로토콜로서의 확장성 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 본논문에서는 기존 웹 기반 서비스인 실시간 통신, 제한된 하드웨어 플랫폼 서비스, 미디어 콘텐츠와 같은 대용량 서비스 제공 등에 웹소켓의 활용 방안에 대해 제안한다.

The purpose of this research is showing an appropriate way of maximizing customer service and establishing VOC system by analyzing different voices from complaining customers as well as loyal customers. This research is also aimed at figuring out how companies can implement effective service marketing methods in the field complying with customers' needs and how they can survive in the competition. The range of research is confined to 5 marketing companies and their web-sites on which customers can get logged and directly post their claims. These web-sites showed how those 5 companies cope with customer claims. A questionnaire research was made in A's store to evaluate customer satisfaction. These are conclusions drawn by this research. First, prompt reactions of sincerity to customers' claims contribute to building favorable corporate images. Second, the preference to VOC channels varies with age and sex. Marketers should implement respectively different channels for customers under age 30 and those over age 40. Women have a tendency to prefer instant phone conversations and want to have their claims well listened to. Third, a series of shift in customer trend drives companies into establishing their own interactive VOC systems based on customers' preferences. Customer-oriented management has become a key factor for survival in recent intensely competitive market situation, as the web-based e-commerce market has been rapidly growing accompanied with a dramatic advance of network marketing methods. This research suggests some practical methods to establish a customer-oriented VOC system that can be easily adopted in the field.

In modern society, various crimes is occurred. It is necessary to predict the criminal in order to prevent crimes, various studies on the prediction of crime is in progress. Crime-related data, is announced to the statistical processing of once a year from the Public Prosecutor's Office. However, relative to the current point in time, data that has been statistical processing is a data of about two years ago. It does not fit to the data of the crime currently being generated. In This paper, crime prediction data was apply with Naver trend data. By using the Web traffic Naver trend, it is possible to obtain the data of interest level for crime currently being generated. It was constructed a modeling that can predict the crime by using traffic data of the Naver web search. There have been applied to Markov chains prediction theory. Among various crimes, murder, arson, rape, predictive modeling was applied to target. And the result of predictive modeling value was analyzed. As a result, it got the same results within 20%, based on the value of crime that actually occurred. In the future, it plan to advance research for the predictive modeling of crime that takes into the characteristics of the season.

CRM technology, which increase the benefit with the improvement of customer loyalty, has been one of the important strategies of industry. At the same time it is essential to evaluate the CRM characteristics to activate the CRM technology in the educational sites. So in this study, CRM technology concept and Web-site evaluation trend is mentioned ahead. By using Web-site CRM, that is one of the latest quantitative global evaluation method, CRM characteristics evaluation model is designed. So CRM service contents of currently operational academic sites are compared and analyzed. And through students'point of view CRM characteristics evaluation base and quantitative model is proposed to improve customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Computed results of proposed CRM evaluation model for the educational site is included partially.

Recently various of information suppliers provide information via WWW so the necessary of search engine grows larger. However the efficiency of most search engines is low comparatively because of using simple pattern match technique between user's query and web document. A specialized search engine returns the specialized information depend on each user's search goal. It is trend to develop specialized search engines in many countries. However, most such engines don't satisfy the user's needs. This paper proposes the specialized search engine for ocean information that uses user's query related with ocean and the association rules in web data mining can prove relation between web documents. So this search engine improved the recall of data and the precision in existent search method.

Network technology has been developed for very high-speed networking and multimedia data whose characteristics are the continuous and bursty transmission as well as a large amount of data. With this trend users wish to view the information about the application services as well as network devices and system hardware. However, it is rarely available for the users the information of performance or faults of the application services. Most of information is limited to the information related network devices or system hardware. Furthermore, users expect the best services without knowing the service environments in the network and there is no good way of delivering the service related problems and fault information of application services in a high speed network yet. In this paper we present a web-based application management system that we have developed for the past year. It includes a method to build an agent system that uses an existing network management standards, SNMP MIB and SNMP protocols. The user interface of the system is also developed to support visualization effects with web-based Java interface which offers a convenient way not only to access management information but also to control networked applications.

In present, an education paradigm of new info-age is consisting by using the Internet in education field, and as that practical use of internet in education is in increasing trend and various education method is showed. Also, as using the web by teacher and student, teacher can achieve efficiently instruction and student management and students can handle various kinds item about studies efficiently. But much of the existent systems were drived on instruction management, systems of student management are very few. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and implemented system that can efficiently manage instruction and student in web. Implemented system was designed by dividing teacher module and student module and various function for instruction management and student management were included in teacher module and in student module include various functions with related to as class, report and result record.

Every day 60 million emails are sent out around the world. IT technology has given us so many ways of communicating. Technology such as twitter has the potential to give us more than just an opportunity to tell others what happened in our day. If we understand and appreciate what twitter is capable of, we can use it to instantly share our lives with others. In this paper, we introduce to the trend of web and social networks, mini blog and twitter services of digital new media age. Finally, we proposed a strategy of application for the social media and the direction of growth for twitter.

As diverse web-based geos-spatial services are developed, the values of technologies and standards related to this trend are also emphasized. In this study, a prototype supporting mandatory components in OGC standard catalog service is designed and implemented, linked to PostgreSQL, open source DBMS. As the main features, XML metadata server was built with the helps of XML query functions in PostgreSQL. Given target applications with geo-spatial data sources and contents, this model can be applied, and it can be used for extension in other external web-based service systems or applications, because it supports international standard specifications.
