A Study on Development of Site to Maximize Network Advertisement Effect (네트워크 광고 효과 극대화를 위한 사이트 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In recent dates, Internet advertising effects are expanded by the steep increment of the Internet users and the extension of the advertising market will be accelerated through Internet. This paper indicates the importance of Internet advertising and suggests the solution of a network advertising service. The system is divided into an Advertise Server, an Advertiser and a Web Publisher. This study proposes both the collection and the analysis of traffic data in real time. Also, the banner advertising frames are smoothed for the impression using the solution for the banner exchange engine and are developed using various impression methods, that is, Fixed/variable Banner, Scheduling Banner, Multi-Impression Banner, and Frame Remote Control to increase the advertising effect. And then to increase the advertising effect web publisher, which is specialized in lottery site, is constructed using the network advertising service and various advertising technology.

  • The endeavor of this paper focuses on designing a monitoring system to provide a cost-effective solution on quality assurance for construction projects. The construction site monitoring system integrates a long-range wireless network, network cameras, and a web-based collaborative platform. The users of the system could obtain the most updated status of construction sites, such as behaviors of workers, project progress, and site events anywhere with Internet connectivity. It was carefully configured in order to maintain the reliability under the reactive conditions of the construction sites. This paper reports the architecture of the monitoring system and reviews the related technologies. The system has been implemented and tested on a construction site and promising results were obtained.

  • Recently, many web-enabled personal devices are becoming available for connecting to the internet, and there are many use]-s who access the internet from hand-held devices such as PDAs, cell phones. Most pages on the world wide web are designed for displaying on desktop computers with color monitor having at least 640$\times$480 resolution. But these devices do not have the same rendering capabilities as desktop computer, so the same web content needs to be rendered differently on hand-held devices. Therefore, there have been a variety of web transcoding techniques proposed to solve the problem between the web contents and hand-held devices. In this paper, we propose a web transcoding system(WebPrism) for real-time information providing using the semi-automatic transcoding method. The semi-automatic web transcoding method is a good solution when if mobile users access the limited number of web pages which layout is not changed frequently, also WebPrism is implemented as a desktop PC and experimental result shows that the proposed system generates the best looking document for a given display size of PDA.

  • Web Information Predictive Systems have the restriction such as they need users profiles and visible feedback information for obtaining the necessary information. For overcoming this restrict, this study designed and implemented Dynamic Web Information Predictive System using Ensemble Support Vector Machine to be able to predict the web information and provide the relevant information every user needs most by click stream data and user feedback information, which have some clues based on the data. The result of performance test using Dynamic Web Information Predictive System using Ensemble Support Vector Machine against the existing Web Information Predictive System has preyed that this study s method is an excellence solution.

  • This study intended to demonstrate a general system as an web server implemented by pure software solution and focused on collecting data by remote control through Internet and constructing its' control frame. To achieve these, this study suggested an optimized, low-power, ultra tiny embedded web server. When unpredictable accidents, such as heat sensor or industrial disasters, happen, it will connect sensors collecting building information each other by network and obtain final results via web porting, web hardware control or porting, or hardware test process in a boot loader on the basis of StrongARM SA-1110 processor.

Analysis of Web Browser Security Configuration Options

  • For ease of use and access, web browsers are now being used to access and modify sensitive data and systems including critical control systems. Due to their computational capabilities and network connectivity, browsers are vulnerable to several types of attacks, even when fully updated. Browsers are also the main target of phishing attacks. Many browser attacks, including phishing, could be prevented or mitigated by using site-, user-, and device-specific security configurations. However, we discovered that all major browsers expose disparate security configuration procedures, option names, values, and semantics. This results in an extremely hard to secure web browsing ecosystem. We analyzed more than a 1000 browser security configuration options in three major browsers and found that only 13 configuration options had syntactic and semantic similarity, while 4 configuration options had semantic similarity, but not syntactic similarity. We: a) describe the results of our in-depth analysis of browser security configuration options; b) demonstrate the complexity of policy-based configuration of web browsers; c) describe a knowledge-based solution that would enable organizations to implement highly-granular and policy-level secure configurations for their information and operational technology browsing infrastructures at the enterprise scale; and d) argue for necessity of developing a common language and semantics for web browser configurations.

  • Currently, even if control and mock hacking are performed for the security of web servers, vulnerabilities continue to occur and be hacked. To solve this problem, we have developed a secure web server that can control all web communication using sockets between L4 and L5. And when giving HTTP responses, we proposed a method of combining files and headers in advance. As a result, both security and speed could be improved. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the reason why vulnerabilities occur even if control and mock hacking occur, a solution to it, and a security web server development method that can maintain security up to DB.

  • In this research, electronic commercial web-sites of artwork are analysed with ten marketing success factors such as, low price, variety of products convenience of shopping, ensure credibility DB marketing, providing information, virtual community, preoccupying the marketing, quick response, and strategic cooperation. The analysis showed that the main problem of the Korean fine art market is the lack of demand. Though the problem of the offline fine art market is not to be solved by websites, it seems that the solution should be brought through the operation of websites with long-term plans and patience.
