This research is carried out being divided into a first evaluation and second evaluation. A Study is carried out on first, the accessibility compliance level of Korea government department websites and second, whether the site which complies well with web accessibility increases web usability for users through a web usability evaluation. The evaluation result, web sites which comply well with the web accessibility guidelines were observed to increase web usability for both normal and disabled people but web sites which do not comply well were observed to lower the web usability making the web sites unavailable or inconvenient to use. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a very close interrelationship between web accessibility and usability and thus compliance with web accessibility is not an option but a mandatory requirement.

Today, many of communication methods based on print media traditionally has moved to the internet. As increase of interest in internet business, effective web site design is needed. While the researches for the evaluation of completed web site are increased, that of web site design procedures are rare. In the design process occur various problems : rework, delay, etc.. In this paper are presented the improved procedures of web site design using 6 sigma methodology. The main object of this study is to introduce an empirical study on DIDOV.

본 연구는 정보 시스템으로서의 웹(WWW)의 인지심리학적 특성들을 고려하여 웹사이트의 사용성에 관련된 디자인 특성들을 밝히고자 하였다. 구체적으로 다양한 목적의 웹사이트를 선정하고 다양한 비실험적 방법들을 이용하여 그 사이트의 홈페이지 디자인에 관한 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 연구 1에서는 설문조사법을 통한 웹사이트의 사용성을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 몇 가지 중요한 사용성과 관련된 디자인의 특성들 및 요인들이 추출되었다. 연구 2에서는 연구 1에서 쉽게 발견되지 않은 특정 웹사이트의 세부적 사용성 문제들을 검출하기 위해 발견적 평가를 실시하였다. 연구 2의 결과, 발견적 평가가 연구 1 의 설문조사에 비해 디자인의 세부적인 문제점들을 더 잘 드러내는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 인터넷 학습사이트 평가모델을 개발하여 인터넷 학습사이트들이 학생들에게 필요한 양질의 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 학습자들이 효과적으로 학습을 하기 위해서는 인터넷 학습사이트 환경이 어떠해야 하는지에 대한 정보를 파악하여 더 나은 인터넷 학습사이트 환경에 대한 정보 제공 및 개선사항을 제시하고자 한다.

For web application vulnerability diagnosis, from the development stage to the operation stage, it is possible to stably operate the web only when there is a policy that is commonly applied to each task through diagnosis of vulnerabilities, removal of vulnerabilities, and rapid recovery from web page damage. KISA presents 28 evaluation items for technical vulnerability analysis of major information and communication infrastructure. In this paper, we diagnose the vulnerabilities in the automobile goods shopping mall website and suggest security measures according to the vulnerabilities. As a result of diagnosing 28 items, major vulnerabilities were found in three items: cross-site scripting, cross-site request tampering, and insufficient session expiration. Cookie values were exposed on the bulletin board, and personal information was exposed in the parameter values related to passwords when personal information was edited. Also, since the session end time is not set, it was confirmed that session reuse is always possible. By suggesting security measures according to these vulnerabilities, the discovered security threats were eliminated, and it was possible to prevent breaches in web applications and secure the stability of web services.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the quality of the information and characteristics associated with information packaging, and develop suggestions for how this web site might be improved. Methods: The 50 sites were selected for evaluation. Inclusion criteria for evaluation were the purpose and the popularity of the sites. Two kinds of evaluation tool were employed for the analysis: one that evaluate the quality of information and the design of the web sites, and another that evaluate the covered contents. A scoring system allowed the sites point on yes/no basis on the evaluation items. The association between quality of the web sites on sexuality education and their site characteristics were assessed using ANOVA. Conclusions: Major conclusions were as follows. First, the scope and currency of the selected web sites were found to be appropriate. Second, the authority of the information was found to be the most serious problem of the selected sites. Third, the category of sexual behavior found to be the most frequently mentioned and sexual health was the second. The least mentioned category was personal skills. Finally, sites operated by private organization were found to have more accurate information and better design feature than those operated by public organization and/or individual.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the dental website usability in Korea. The dental website included dental university hospital, network dental hospital and dental office. Methods: The study was carried out by three age groups including twenties, thirties, and forties. Each group consisted of ten customers and evaluated twelve websites of dental hospitals. Each was assigned to four hospitals and three tasks including easiness of online reservation, preventive information, and treatment information. They filled out the self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire included the easiness of on-line reservation, satisfaction on the quality and quantity of preventive informations, satisfaction on the quality and quantity of treatment informations, predictiveness on the sub-menu, usefulness of site map, information on the main page of web site, usefulness of decision on visit to dentistry, and revisit intention. Results: The easiness of on-line reservation was the highest in the private dental office, and university dental hospital and network dental hospitals followed in conducting task(1). The anticipated value and measurement on the usefulness of web site were the lowest in network dental hospitals and the time interval between two values was 57 seconds. This discrepancy showed the largest difference. The satisfaction on treatment information in task(3) was higher than that of the satisfaction on preventive information in task (2). The revisit intention was the highest in dental university hospitals. Conclusions: This study showed the comparison in usefulness of web site of university dental hospitals, network dental hospitals and private dental office. The web site focused on the treatment information rather than preventive information. This study suggested that the most important function of dental web site would be the preventive information that was mainly operated by the role of dental hygienists rather than treatment information in the future.

본 논문에서는 대한민국 전자정부 포털사이트와 링크된 웹사이트를 유용성이란 관점에서 평가한다. 18개의 대표적인 정부 웹사이트를 선정하고, 이용자가 웹사이트에서 정답을 찾을 수 있는 과제를 수행하게 한 후, 이용자 만족도를 측정한다. 유용성 평가를 위하여 두 가지 유형의 설문지를 사용하는데 유형 1은 16개의 평가 문항으로 구성되며, 유형 2는 페이지 디자인, 콘텐츠 디자인, 사이트 디자인의 세 항목에 대한 세부 문항으로 구성된다.

Currently, obtaining information about the interior design studies through the internet web sites is one of the outstanding mediums. Those are of the housings, architecture, interior design, furniture products, hotels and its journals, etc., and out of all those informations are the highly expected value of use. This study focuses on web-site uses in the interior designs' business. To process the study, a two-step research was executed; The step 1 was to find out the current status of web-sites by asking the each panelist to submit the monitored results after having searched and tested for more than two sites that was executed during the October, 2001. The analysis was made with the 47 sample sites selected from the monitored sites. And the step 2 was to find out the contents and evaluation factors of web-sites related the interior design. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the monitored Intoner design related 25 web-sites were classified into 3 groups. One group of 13 sites is identified as a remodeling/construction works, and one another with 7 sites is as shopping site, and the other with 5 sites is as a professional portal site. Second, the evaluation has been implemented which has shown 5 variables on the information searches are $\circled1$ the diversities of contents, $\circled2$ the accuracy/reliability of techniques, $\circled3$ the design of a picture and communication, $\circled4$ the convenience of link, and $\circled5$ the originality of web-site This study will provide the users with a fundamental material in evaluating the quality of interior design information on the internet web sites.

인터넷과 모바일 서비스의 증가로 유무선 웹 콘텐츠 서비스 이용이 증가하고 보다 다양한 콘텐츠 수요가 발생하고 있다. 경쟁력 있는 콘텐츠를 제공하는 웹사이트로 살아남기 위해 그리고 접근성, 웹표준에 대한 기술적 오류를 없애고 콘텐츠 이용률이 높은 사이트가 되기 위해서는 마케팅 및 캠페인과 같은 이벤트도 필요하지만 무엇보다도 정기적인 사이트 평가를 통하여 문제점을 진단하고 이를 해결하는 노력이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 웹콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하는 사이트 평가 방법을 크게 정량적 방법과 정성적 방법으로 구분하여 제시하고 정량적 방법의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 국내 138개 홈페이지에 대한 평가 결과를 분석하였다. 정량평가를 위하여 접근성, 표준성 및 이용성 항목으로 구분하고 접근성은 K-WAH(Korea-Web Accessibility Helper)를 이용하여 인식 운용 이해의 용이성 및 기술적 진보성 항목에서의 오류수를 진단하고 표준성은 W3C Validator를 이용하여 웹표준의 오류 및 경고수를 분석하며, 이용성은 구글 애널리틱스를 이용하여 사용자 방문수, 평균 방문시간, 이탈률 등을 평가한다. 그리고 웹사이트에 대한 비용(구축 및 운용비)을 고려하여 정량평가와 비용 사이의 상관관계를 분석한다. 분석 결과, 100점 만점으로 환산하였을 때, 평균 55점, 표준편차 14점으로 평가되었으며 정량평가 점수와 비용 사이에는 양(+)의 상관관계가 존재하나 상관계수는 0.058로 그다지 높지 않음을 알 수 있다.
