B2B e-business is an economic transaction formed between companies through various networks including internet. At present, e-business between companies partly applies information distribution between companies, but many enterprises expect that a corporate basic system will be gradually changed into XML basis if web service is earnestly materialized, so they are competing with each other in developing XML DBMS. Existing XML DBMS studies used XML DTD in order to represent the structure of XML document. Such XML DTD defines the expression of a simple type, so there are many difficulties in defining the structure of XML document. To cope with this, in this paper, the author will develop database schema generator utilizing relational database generally used in storing contents of data, on the basis of XML schema selected as a standard of W3C. Also, to store XML data, the author proposed the automatic conversion method of relational database schema that used XML schema.

Video information is an important component of multimedia systems such as Digital Library, World-Wide Web (WWW), and Video-On-Demand (VOD) service system. Video information has hierarchical document structure inherently, so it is named "structure video document" in this paper. This paper proposes a data model, a query language, and an indexing scheme for structured video documents in order to store, retrieve, and share video documents efficiently. In representing structured video documents, the object-oriented data modeling technique is used since the hierarchical structure information can be modeled as complex objects. We also define object types for the structure information. Our query language supports not only content-based retrieval, which means the queries based on the structure of video documents, and spatial/temporal relation for video documents. In order to perform structure queries efficiently, as well as to reduce the storage overhead of indices, an optimized inverted index structure is proposed.

As the number of the Internet users increases explosively, a solution for this problem is web caching. So, many techniques on improving cache server performance have been suggested. In this paper, we analyze the cause of the bottleneck in cache servers, and propose an arbitral thread and delayed caching mechanism as a solution. We use an arbitral thread in order to provide a quick service to user requests through eliminating the ready multi-thread search problem in case of disk writing operation. We also use delayed caching in order to provide stable system operation through avoiding overloaded disk operation and queue threshold. Proposed cache server is implemented through modification on SQUlD cache server, and we compare its performance with the original SQUID cache server.

In this paper, we propose a set of robustness indicators for immersive 360-degree video. With the full-fledged service of mobile carriers' 5G networks, it is possible to use large-capacity, immersive 360-degree videos at high speed anytime, anywhere. Since it can be illegally distributed in web-hard and torrents through DRM dismantling and various video modifications, however, evaluation indicators that can objectively evaluate the filtering performance for copyright protection are required. In this paper, a robustness indicators is proposed that applies the existing 2D Video robustness indicators and considers the projection method and reproduction method, which are the characteristics of Immersive 360-degree Video. The performance evaluation experiment has been carried out for a sample filtering system and it is verified that an excellent recognition rate of 95% or more has been achieved in about 3 second execution time.

To develop a public services framework for the promotion of the public records use of the regional archives in Korea, we analyzed the previous related studies and observed the public services of the renowned overseas regional archives through the we sites. Then, the web 2.0 technology and its application to archives services have been studied. Based on the analysis, a public services framework consisting of 4 phases such as basic services, extended services I, extended services II, interactive services was developed. This framework of 4 phases is not a fixed universal system. Each of the regional archives would select the services they offer according to the budget, personnel, as well as the user community. Finally, community survey, user satisfaction evaluation, and the establishment of specific service guidelines are suggested for the advancement of the public services.

This paper presents a cal center which is a subsystem of a web-based real time monitoring system of intensive care units. Based on Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) technology, the call center attempts to efficiently and automatically send messages to patients\` families, doctors, and other staffs in hospital via communication media suitable to the occasion. The problem of determining appropriate media can be very complicated by the urgency of a message, calling time, and communication media available to the target person. We use the Dempster-Shafer theory, one of the uncertainty handling methods, to determine the most suitable communication media that will transmit a message rapidly and safely. In addition, we use agent technology to perform the calling process without requiring the intervention of the user of the call center. this call center enables message transfer through various communication media in an integrated environment, and relieves medical staff from the calling process, which in turn will make a contribution toward enhancing medical service.

This paper was to evaluate social enterprises' management efficiency with Data Envelope Analysis (DEA). The data was based on the 168 social enterprises' of annual performance reports published in 2015. The research focused on to measure both financial efficiency and social impact of the companies simultaneously. To apply DEA, the paper classified the enterprises into seven types based on types of socal impacts which each company provides before the estimation of the efficiency. The research results showed that group D, which employes disadvantaged people, provides social services and shares resources was the most efficient group and had higest net worths in Pure Technical Efficiency. In contrast, Group B, which only employs social advantage people and provides social service, was the least efficient one. The research suggests a practical and efficient framework in measuring social enterprises' management efficiency, including both the financial performance and social impacts simultaneously with their self-publishing reports. Because the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency does not open business reports which social enterprises submit each year, there are basic limitations on researchers attempting to analyse with data from all social enterprises in Korea. Thus, this study dealt with only 10% of the social enterprises which self-published their performance report on the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency's web site. Regardless of these limitations, this study suggested substantial methods to estimate management efficiency with the self-published reports. Because self-publishing is increasing each year, it will be the main source of information for researchers in examining and evaluating social enterprises' financial performance or social contribution. The research suggests a practical and efficient framework in measuring social enterprises' management efficiency, including both the financial performance and social impacts simultaneously with their self-publishing reports. The research results suggest not only list of efficient enterprises but also methods of improvement for less efficient enterprises.

With China Market and strengthening of an international and political position of China, we need to promote exchange and cooperation with China for the supplement of economic vitality and for contriving the contribution of the flow of growth. Recently, IoT technologies attract much attenction in medical area. Previous medical IoT had focused mainly on chronological diseases or fitness for particular users. Contrarily, medical use of the IoT technologies is now extended for medical institutes and hospitals to care intensively in-house patients, which requires typically more strict and reliable data delivery and security, authentication and authorization. This study defines scenario of the medical IoT for the intensive care and proposes an architecture of the medical IoT services. We implement a testbed using commerical sensors and Arduino board together with a Web-based platform. Experiment results on the testbed show that our approach can be feasible for the medical system in terms of latency and accuracy in medical data delivery.
