Realty Trade Information Hanagement System(RTIMS) is intended to provide the services relat¬ed to realty business activity such as registration, search, negotiation, and information analysis. Introduction of the geographic information processing concept into the system has a great effect on the overall service processes of the realty business. This system is designed and implemented for remote users to easily get the informations about the target realty and to achieve a proper negotiation, by offering the various kinds of geographic informations including map, moving picture, photo, and so on. Futher, users can access RTIMS through WWW(World Wide Web) without additional client emulator.

With the internet(World Wide Web) widespread among people after 1995, Information Communication Network, which is basic structure of the internet, is rapidly changing into fiber optics communication. The information conveyed through the internet is being diversified - from simple information based on text to bulky multimedia information such as auido & video data. So the demand for higher speed, hish storage Router is on the crease. This research aims to analyze the general trend of the patent by systematical, multilateral and segmented analysis of the technology's flow and trend, the present technological position of status and the distribution map of the technology by country, technology area using chart and graph.

The purpose of this paper is to make a design and implementation of a diagnosis system of learning misconception of students who learn 'be' verb in the English language by using fuzzy theory. In this system, a fuzzy cognitive map exposes the fact that students' perception and misunderstanding about 'the English' language have an intertwined relationship, and diagnoses causes of misconceptions of students by using fuzzy memory associative memory. It suggests that since most existing systems of rule based expert system have had several limitations, this system will be applied to diagnose learners' misconception of learning in varieties of education areas.

최근 정보 관련 산업 발달과 더불어 공간 정보의 중요성이 점점 강조되어, 국가 차원의 지리정보체계가 구현되고 있다. 국토지리정보원이 구축하고 있는 수치지도는 DXF로 제작되는데, 이 DXF맵은 GIS분야에서 필요한 속성정보나 위상정보를 갖지 못하여 지리정보 통합에 어려움이 있다. 지리정보의 여러 분야에 걸쳐 효율적인 데이터의 공유가 가능하도록 DXF파일에서 공간 개체를 추출하는 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 DXF 파일에서 다양한 공간 개체를 추출하는 효율적인 공간 개체 추출기를 제안한다. 공간 개체 추출기는 DXF파일을 구성하는 요소들 중에 POLYLINE, POINT, CIRCLE, TEXT, ARC, LINE의 수치값을 비교하여 그에 해당하는 좌표값을 DAT 파일에 저장한다. 제안된 시스템은 웹상에서도 사용할 수 있다. 사용자는 단순히 웹서버에 DXF 파일을 업로드해서 공간 개체 추출기를 실행하여 결과를 다운로드 받아 활용할 수 있다.

국토공간정보 녹색뉴딜사업의 일환으로 전국을 대상으로 실시되고 있는 국토정보화 사업은 국토의 현실 세계와 동일한 환경 구현을 목적으로 위성영상, 항공사진, 3차원 모델링, 라이다, 유비쿼터스 등 다양한 공간정보기술이 접목되고 있다. 본 연구는 고해상 위성영상 중 현재 가장 많이 상용화가 된 위성영상과 항공사진 영상지도서비스를 대상으로 하천 시설물 현황 파악을 실시하여, 가장 효과적인 방안을 도출하여 기존의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 이를 위해 가장 먼저 영상지도서비스 현황분석과 하천 시설물 중 가장 많이 실무에 활용되고 있는 하천 시설물 현황을 파악하여 영상별 시설물 판독을 비교하였다. 하천 시설물 판독에 가장 적합한 영상지도서비스는 시설물 판독뿐만 아니라 시스템화하여 체계적이고 과학적인 시설물 관리가 가능한 시스템 개발을 통해 활용성 극대화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The utilization of underground space has recently increased with the complication of road, the rise of the land price, and the development of green technology. Underground space ranges from classical excavations to subway, underground cities, and shopping malls where there are crowds of people. At this time, government has spent a lot of money in installing various types of safety facilities for preparations of increasing potential disasters. Therefore, an effective facility management system is required. In this paper, we propose an information retrieval process to effectively extract the facilities' information based on the ontology and spatial analysis in underground space. The ontology-based searching supports hierarchical and associated results as well as knowledge sharing with hierarchy concepts. The spatial analysis based searching has "Buffer" and "Near" functions to operate on a map without understanding any property of the facility information.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analysis researches related the promising career and job outlook and to provide the direction for job choice to engineering students. Literature review and expert council were used to achieve the objectives of study. The result of this study was analyzed that these jobs were promising, that is, environmental scientist and specialist, earth scientist and hydrologist(education and research related career), architecture and architectural engineer, civil engineer, landscape technician, land surveyor map production expert photo surveyor surveying technician(construction related career), material engineer (mechanics and material related career), mine and geology engineer(chemistry, fiber and environment related career), computer system design and analyst, system software engineer, application software engineer, web specialist, and computer support specialist (electrical and telecommunication related career) and food engineer(food related career). In addition, health silver specialist, bio biomedical engineer, renewable energy specialist etc. were promising by considering social and economic trend for demographic change like aging and green growth.

In this paper a computer program has been developed using IT technologies for load flow analysis. The program is written in the Java language for the platform and operating system independence. The software technique, such as Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT), Graphical Editing Framework (GEF), and Java web start, are used for the program. The program also has Graphical User Interface (GUI) to enable users to construct power system displays through simple mouse clicks and map directly into visual power system elements on the screen. The input data of the elements of power system can be entered on the screen. The results of the program cail be checked on the screen.

The emergence of ubiquitous autonomic computing and network environment will change the service architecture information system which will be a new application area in SCM/logistics systems. In this study we surveyed the technical trend map of ubiquitous and its application in SCM/logistics support system design. We described the evolutional model of ubiquitous computing community for SCM/logistics system. It is consisted of three view points; self-growing, autonomic, and context-aware, which will allow the decision makers to be benefited from web and mobile technology and are useful for proactive SCM/logistics support system. Finally, we suggested a cooperative research planning for the development ubiquitous system between the government research center, university, and industry research activities.
