자색고구마를 첨가한 증편의 품질특성 및 기호도 분석 (Quality Characteristics of Jeung-pyun Added with Purple Sweet Potato)

  • This study examined the quality characteristics of Jeung-pyeon made with wet non-glutinous rice flour and rice wine. The samples of Jeung-pyeon were prepared with different ratios of cooked purple sweet potato (0, 3, 6, 9, and 12%) to analyze the water content, sugar content, pH, chromaticity, texture characteristics, and sensory evaluation. No significant difference in water content, sugar content, and springiness was observed among the 5 samples. The pH and volume showed the highest level at 0%. The L-value and b-value decreased while the a-value increased. The hardness, chewiness, and gumminess were highest at 9% and lowest at 12%. The extent of violet chromaticity and pore size were optimal in 9%. In addition, 9%-added purple sweet potato showed the highest score of odor, taste, texture, and overall acceptability. In conclusion, the optimal addition for the highest acceptability of cooked purple sweet potato was 9%.

전이함수잡음모형에 의한 공주지점의 용존산소 예측 (Forecasting of Dissolved Oxygen at Kongju Station using a Transfer Function Noise Model)

  • The transfer function was introduced to establish the prediction method for the DO concentration at the intaking point of Kongju Water Works System. In the mose cases we analyze a single time series without explicitly using information contained in the related time series. In many forecasting situations, other events will systematically influence the series to be forecasted(the dependent variables), and therefore, there is need to go beyond a univariate forecasting model. Thus, we must bulid a forecasting model that incorporates more than one time series and introduces explicitly the dynamic characteristics of the system. Such a model is called a multiple time series model or transfer function model. The purpose of this study is to develop the stochastic stream water quality model for the intaking station of Kongju city waterworks in Keum river system. The performance of the multiplicative ARIMA model and the transfer function noise model were examined through comparisons between the historical and generated monthly dissolved oxygen series. The result reveal that the transfer function noise model lead to the improved accuracy.

친환경 정비수로에 대한 주민 만족도 평가 (Evaluation of Resident Satisfaction Level on the Environment Friendly Consolidation Canals)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction level and to analyze the factors in the environment friendly consolidation canals. In this study, the survey consists of four parts, such as the actual status of environment friendly canals, satisfaction level for each items, overall satisfaction level and the personal features of the users. Total 128 samples out of 140 respondents were used for the final analysis. Analysis of the satisfaction level were fulfilled to survey results such as the basic statistics and the correlations of variables, in addition, dispersion analysis for two user groups were carried out. Function of canal, water quality, landscape, and convenience facilities were chosen as independent variables in the model. Residents in Yeoju area were satisfied with water quality, water quantity and the function of canal. And residents of Yeonggwang area were satisfied with the convenience facilities and the function of the newly consolidated canal.

조건부가치측정법을 이용한 제주도 지하수 수질개선에 대한 지불의사액 추정 (Estimating Willingness-to-pay for the Ground Water Quality Improvement in Jeju Island Using Contingent Valuation Method)

  • 본 연구는 최근 지하수의 오염이 사회적 이슈가 되고 있어 다양한 수질개선 정책 사업을 추진하고 있는 제주도의 지하수 수질개선에 대한 편익 측정을 목적으로 한다. 조건부가치측정법을 이용하여 제주도 주민을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 542명의 응답 자료를 분석하고 16개의 모델을 활용하여 각 평균 지불의사액을 추정하였다. 이중경계 양분모형의 추정 결과, 가구당 연 28,008원의 지불의사가 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 모형에 따라 최소 17,762원, 최대 37,416원의 지불의사가 추정되었다. 제주도 지하수 수질개선에 따른 연간 총 편익을 약 86억 6천만 원으로 추정하였으며 지불의사에 영향을 미친 사회경제학적 요인들을 탐구하였다. 본 연구는 제주도의 특수한 수자원 환경에 대한 이해를 도와 환경개선 정책 마련을 위한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

SRI 물관리 방법이 논의 관개용수량과 비점오염원 저감에 미치는 영향 (Evaluation of SRI Water Management on the Reduction of Irrigation Supply and NPS Pollution in Paddies)

  • Monitored data (rainfall runoff and water quality) from 4 different paddy sites over 3 years were compared to analyze the effect of irrigation water management on irrigation supply and rainfall runoff quality in Korea. The system of rice intensification water management was adopted at one site (SRI) while the conventional water management method was used for rice culture at the other three sites (CT, SD and HD). The soil texture at SRI, CT and SD was sandy loam while that at HD was silt loam. The average reduction of irrigation supply at SRI compared with CT, SD and HD during the 3 years studied was 49%, 51% and 55%, respectively. The average event mean concentration (EMC) at SRI compared with that at CT, SD and HD was decreased by 35% (BOD), 44% (COD), 47% (SS), 19% (TN) and 38% (TP). The correlation between rainfall runoff and the measured non-point source (NPS) pollutants was very good in general. The comparison revealed that SRI water management significantly reduced both irrigation supply and EMC in rainfall runoff. Paddy NPS pollution was closely related to factors that induce runoff such as rainfall and irrigation supply. It was concluded that SRI management could be an effective and practical option to cope with both water shortage due to climate change and water quality improvement in rural watersheds. However, further studies are recommended in large irrigation districts for use in the development and implementation of NPS pollution policies since the data was collected from field sized paddies.

통계분석을 이용한 낙동강유역의 수질변화 특성 조사 (Evaluation of Water Quality Characteristics in the Nakdong River using Statistical Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 시간에 따른 수질 변화를 파악하고 원인에 따른 경향을 분석함으로써 적절한 관리대책을 수립하는 것이 필요하다고 생각되어 이 같은 연구를 하게 되었다. 현재 수질오염이 심각한 낙동강 수계를 대상으로 2006~2010년까지 수질변화를 분석하였다. 수계의 803개, 국가하천 13개소, 지방1급 하천은 10개소, 하천에 합류하는 하천은 31개 지점에서 측정한 수은, BOD(Biological Oxygen Demand), TN(Total Nitrogen)과 TP(Total Phosphorus) 등의 월평균 자료결과를 바탕으로 하여 통계적 분석(상관분석, 회귀분석, 분산분석, 시계열분석)을 통한 낙동강 유역의 인근 지역의 계절별로 수질항목을 확인하였으며, 평가지표에 따른 변화를 측정하고자 하였다. 유역의 지질 및 지형의 영향이 주로 작용하는데 지역의 기후조건, 식생, 지형, 토양, 비포화대 매질의 영향을 받기 때문에 여러가지의 변수를 가지고 유출했으며, 이는 방류량의 결정문제, 호소의 부영양화 문제 등이 제기될 수 있겠으며, 좋은 개선방안을 만들어보려고 한다. 따라서 낙동강의 강우기 유량을 증대하는 대책이 병행되는 것이 바람직하며, 물 관리 대책에는 하천유지용수 확보를 구성을 해야하며, 수로 건설사업 완료를 지속적인 관찰이 필요하다. 그러나 지류에는 물이 흐르지 않는 시기가 발생하는 이유는 자연 상태에서 흘러야 하는 하천수 및 공업용수와 농업용수로 취수했기 때문이다. 따라서 이모든 것을 관찰 및 구성을 하기 위해서는 지속적인 연구가 필요로 하며, 다음과 같은 연구의 목적을 두고 연구조사 하였다.

도암호 유역의 융설에 의한 수질 변화 모니터링 (Water Quality Monitoring by Snowmelt in Songcheon, Doam Lake Watershed)

  • The Doam Lake Watershed is one of Gangwon-do's non-point source management areas. This area has a lot of snowfall in winter, and it is expected that there will be a lot of soil erosion in early spring due to snow melting. In this study, snow melting was monitored in the Doam Lake watershed from February to 3, 2020. It was conducted to analyze the water quality changes by calculating the concentration of non-point source pollution caused by snowmelt, and to compare the concentration of water quality during snowmelt event with rainfall and non-rainfall event. As a result of water quality analysis, Event Mean Concentration (EMC) at the first monitoring was SS 33.9 mg/L, TP 0.13 mg/L, TN 4.33 mg/L, BOD 1.35 mg/L, TOC 1.84 mg/L. At the second monitoring, EMC were SS 81.3 mg/L, TP 0.15 mg/L, TN 3.12 mg/L, BOD 1.32 mg/L, TOC 3.46 mg/L. In parameter except SS, it showed good water quality. It is necessary to establish management measures through continuous monitoring.

  • In recently, the interest of high strength and flowing concrete, to improve quality and workability of concrete, is gradually increased. In order to make high strength and flowing concrete, many processes may be considered, the water reducing technique using superplasticizer seems to be the most practical, but domestic superplsticizers are not widely used because of economical efficiency, low quality and lack of understanding in construction field. The purpose of this report is to analyze the consumption structure and behavior of domastic acmixtures containing superplasticizer, and to examine about, dessemination of superplasticizer.

호소수 탁도변화 대응을 위한 고플럭스 막여과공정의 Pilot 연구 (A pilot study of high flux membrane process for responding to influent turbidity changes in reservoir water)

  • In the membrane process, it is important to improve water treatment efficiency to ensure water quality and minimize membrane fouling. In this study, a pilot study of membrane process using reservoir water was conducted for a long time to secure high flux operation technology capable of responding to influent turbidity changes. The raw water and DAF(Dissolved Air Flotation) treated water were used for influent water of membrane to analyze the effect of water quality on the TMP (Trans Membrane Pressure) and to optimize the membrane operation. When the membrane flux were operated at 70 LMH and 80 LMH under stable water quality conditions with an inlet turbidity of 10 NTU or less, the TMP increase rates were 0.28 and 0.24 kPa/d, respectively, with minor difference. When the membrane with high flux of 80 LMH was operated for a long time under inlet turbidity of 10 NTU or more, the TMP increase rate showed the maximum of 43.5 kPa/d. However, when the CEB(Chemically Enhanced Backwash) cycle was changed from 7 to 1 day, it was confirmed that the TMP increase rate was stable to 0.23 kPa/d. As a result of applying pre-treatment process(DAF) on unstability water quality conditions, it was confirmed that the TMP rise rates differed by 0.17 and 0.64 kPa/d according to the optimization of the coagulant injection. When combined with coagulation pretreatment, it was thought that the balance with the membrane process was more important than the emphasis on efficiency of the pretreatment process. It was considered that stable TMP can be maintained by optimizing the cleaning conditions when the stable or unstable water quality even in the high flux operation on membrane process.

수도권 매립지 주변의 지표수 오염에 관한 연구 (Surface Water Contamination around the Sudokwon Landfill Site)

  • In order to analyze the water quality variation of surface water around the Sudokwon landfill site, seasonal variations of water temperature, pH, DO. HOD, COD, SS, NH3-N, NO2-N, and NO3-N were examined at 10 sites from January to December, 1996. It was found that the estimates of COD, DO. SS, and $NH_3-N$ were Increased compared with the results of environmental Impact assessment carried out In 1988. Higher estimates of COD, DO, and SS were due to Industrial and agricultural wastewater, and the Increase of NH3-N at Jangdo reservoir strate was due to the leachate from the landfill. In particular, the estimate of 55 was found to be increased by the soil wash from the landfill during the heavy rainy days.
