사범계 체육전공 대학생의 높이뛰기 기록에 영향을 미치는 운동역학적 변인 분석 (An Analysis of Kinetic Variables That Affect High Jump Record of Students Who were Majoring in Physical Education)

  • This study aims to comparatively analyze kinetic variables that affect high jump records and thus to provide the basic data for enhancement of physical education teachers' teaching skills and expertise. 10 students who were majoring in physical education in a college of education - five males and five females - were chosen for the experiment in which the 3D image analyzer and ground reaction force measuring unit were adopted. The kinetic variables of the groups, the characteristics and differences were analyzed, and the correlation between each variable and record in each group was examined. The results are as follows: As to the height of center of gravity from one step before stamping to landing, the vertical velocity of the center of gravity at take off, the vertical velocity of the limbs at take off, the angles of the hip joint and ankle joint of the jumping leg, it turned out that male were better than female. As to the angles of the hip joint and ankle joint of the lead leg, female recorded higher values than male. As to the maximum vertical ground reaction force, the maximum horizontal ground reaction force, the vertical impulse, it turned out that male were better than female.

물리학과 화학 전공 교사들의 화학전지 전극에 대한 인식 조사 (Recognition Investigation of Physics and Chemistry Teachers on Electrodes in Galvanic Cell)

  • 이 연구는 화학전지가 외부 회로와 연결되어 있을때 화학전지 외부와 내부의 전극에 대한 인식을 H대학교 교육대학원에 재학 중인 물리학 전공 교사와 화학 전공 교사를 대상으로 검사와 면담을 통해 조사하였다. 화학전지 외부와 내부의 전극 결정에서 물리학전공 교사들과 화학 전공 교사들의 결정이 차이가 났다. 물리학 전공 교사는 화학전지 내부 전극에 대한 명명에 어려움을 많이 가지고 있었고, 화학 전공 교사는 화학전지 외부 전극에 대한 명명에 어려움을 많이 가지고 있었다. 전극 결정의 이유로 대부분의 물리학 전공 교사는 전자의 이동 방향을 제시하였고, 대부분의 화학 전공 교사는 산화 환원 반응을 제시하였다. 이는 교사들의 학부전공이 이론적 배경으로 강하게 작용하는 것을 의미한다.

임신초기 교통사고로 입원한 환자 3례에 대한 경과보고 (Three Cases Report of Patients Caused by Traffic Accident during Early Pregnancy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this report is to report the clinical application and safety of oriental treatment to pain and symptoms caused by traffic accident during early pregnancy. Methods: The three patients who suffered from several pain and symptoms caused by traffic accident during early pregnancy were treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping therapy and physical treatment during their admission. And we followed up by phone call after their delivery. Results: Patients' pain and symptoms of this case were improved with oriental treatment during their admission. And serious side effects were not found on the patients and infants after treatment. Conclusion: This report shows that oriental treatment can be effective for those who suffering from several pain and symptoms caused by traffic accident during early pregnancy.

농촌관광 방문객의 만족결정요인 (Satisfaction Decision Factors of Visitors of Rural Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 농촌관광의 수요자인 방문객들의 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 측정문항을 도출하고, 도출된 만족도 측정문항을 이용하여 방문객의 전반적인 만족에 영향을 미치는 만족결정요인을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 양평군 소재 농촌체험마을 방문객을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구의 검토를 통해 농촌관광 방문객의 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 측정문항은 24개 문항으로 도출하였다. 구조방정식모델을 이용하여 실증분석을 한 결과, 농촌관광 방문객 만족결정요인은 체험프로그램, 비용, 인솔자, 농촌성 등 4개 요인으로 나타났다.

Poland 증후군 - 1예 보고 - (Poland Syndrome - A Case Report-)

  • 목적: Poland 증후군은 1841년 Alfred Poland에 의하여 처음 기술된 편측의 대흉근 결손과 동측 상지의 합지증 또는 단지증을 특징으로 하는 매우 드문 질환으로 알려져 있다. 대상 및 방법: 우측 전흉부의 비대칭으로 내원한 18세 남자 환자에 대해 이학적, 혈액학적, 방사선학적 검사를 시행하였다. 결과: 검사 결과 우측 대흉근의 결손과 우수의 단지증 소견을 보여 Poland 증후군으로 진단하였다. 결론: 저자들은 대흉근 건의 파열을 의심하였으나 우측 대흉근의 결손과 우수의 단지증의 소견을 보여 Poland 증후군 진단된 1예를 보고하고자 한다.

12월생은 두 번 불리한가? 동급생 대비 나이, 부모 배경 차이로 인한 불리함 (Are December-born Children More Disadvantaged than Children Born in Other Months? Evidence from School Entry Cutoff Date)

  • 초등학교 취학기준일이 2010년 입학생부터 1월 1일로 변경되어 1~12월생이 동급생이다. 이에 1월생이 동급생 중 나이가 가장 많고 12월생이 가장 어려, 부모는 12월 출산을 기피할 유인이 있다. 이 경우 12월에 출산하는 엄마는 자녀 교육에 관심이 많지 않은, 즉 사회경제적 배경이 좋지 않은 엄마일 가능성이 있는데, 본고는 이를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 분석 결과 12월생 엄마는 다른 월 엄마 대비 학력 수준이 낮고 나이가 어리며 근로 확률이 낮다. 이 결과는 12월생이 동급생 중 나이가 가장 어릴 뿐 아니라 부모 배경역시 좋지 않아 학교나 노동시장에서 이중으로 불리할 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.

복강경 대장절제술에서 기복이 고혈압 환자의 심박수, 평균동맥압 및 심박출량에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Pneumoperitoneum on Heart Rate, Mean Arterial Blood Pressure and Cardiac Output of Hypertensive Patients during Laparoscopic Colectomy)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify effects of pneumoperitoneum on hemodynamic changes of hypertensive patients undergoing laparoscopic colectomy under general anesthesia. Methods: Data collection was done from January 2 to June 10, 2008. Seventy-six patients, including 38 hypertensive patients, who had taken antihypertensive drugs more than 1 month and 38 normotensive patients undergoing laparoscopic colectomy were enrolled in this study. The hemodynamic parameters were heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and cardiac output (CO) which were measured 7 times from before induction of anesthesia to 5 min after deflation of the pneumoperitoneum. Collected data were analyzed using Repeated Measures ANOVA and Bonferroni comparison method. Results: HR in the hypertensive group was significantly decreased at deflation of the pneumoperitoneum and 5 min after deflation of the pneumoperitoneum (p=.012). MAP in the hypertensive group was not different from the normotensive group (p=.756). CO in hypertensive group was significantly lower than normotensive group (p<.001) from immediately after pneumoperitoneum to 5 min after deflation of the pneumoperitoneum. Conclusion: The results indicate that pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic surgery does not lead to clinically negative hemodynamic changes in heart rate, mean arterial pressure or cardiac output of hypertensive patients, who have taken antihypertensive drugs for more than 1 month.

천식 환자를 위한 흡입기 교육 프로그램의 효과 (Evaluation of an Education Program for Patients with Asthma who use Inhalers)

  • Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the effectiveness of an education program for patients with asthma who use inhalers. Methods: The research design for this study was a non-equivalent control group quasi-experimental study. Participants in this study were 36 patients for the control group, and 43 patients for the experimental group. The experimental group participated in the education program. The control group received the usual care. Data were collected before and 1 month and 2 months after the program finished and were analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. Results: The experimental group had significantly higher scores of knowledge of inhalers, and inhalation technique compared to the control group. However, no significant differences were found between two groups for PEFR, asthma instability, and satisfaction with inhalers. Conclusion: According to the results, the education program was effective in improving knowledge of inhalers, and inhalation technique. Therefore, it is recommended that this education program be used in clinical practice as an effective nursing intervention for patients with asthma on inhalers.

일부 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지와 이미지 결정요인 (Image of Nurses as Perceived by Nursing Students and Image Determinants)

  • Purpose: To examine the image of nurses as perceived by nursing students and clarify the image determinants. Methods: Subjects were 260 nursing students from a nursing college in Chungcheongbuk-Do. They received and completed a structured questionnaire from March 12 to April 20. 2007. The questionnaire data was analyzed using SPSS Win 12.0. Results: The mean score of the image of nurses was 115.89 of a total 165. According to the subjects' general characteristics, the image of nurses was lower in 2nd and 3rd year nursing students who did not profess a religious affiliation, those without a nurse among their relatives, those who were neutral concerning nursing science, those whose perceived personality was negative, and in those whose perceived adaptability was moderate. The mean score of the image of nurses per item was 3.51 of a total 5, the lowest item of image of nurses was 'Many opportunities for promotion'. The mean score of factors determining the image of nurses was 3.86 of a total 5, the highest one was 'Nurses' expert knowledge'. Conclusion: Intervention to improve the image of nurses by nursing students is prudent.

일 대학 간호학생의 문제중심 학습전략이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on Educational Satisfaction of a College's Nursing Students According to PBL Strategies)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the degree of students' educational satisfaction according to their Problem-based learning strategy. Method: The subjects were 277 nursing students in C College. A questionnaire modified by researchers was used and analyzed by the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Result: This study showed that there's a positive relationship between the level of students' educational satisfaction and their learning strategies, including collaborative, self-directed, self-expression and time management strategies. Those who were in the second year and those who have considered temporary absence from school and/or change of academic courses used the least learning strategies and showed the lowest level of educational satisfaction. The top three learning strategies influencing educational satisfaction were time management, collaborative strategies and self-directed strategies respectively. Self-expression strategy was not statistically significant as an influencing factor on educational satisfaction. Conclusion: The more learning strategies that are used, the higher the level of educational satisfaction as a whole. Further studies on how to increase student's educational satisfaction and a way to advance in learning strategies are recommended.
