Recently, with the success of Groupon in the USA using the new business model referred to as social commerce, which is a commercial transaction involving group purchases on social network service (SNS), social commerce business receives much attention. Social commerce is capable of effectively promoting additional purchasing by customers through unprecedented price discounts and limiting the number of purchasers and time allotted for purchases, and is able to achieve promotional effects over and above those of simple product promotion due to customers' voluntary word of mouth. Although social commerce is effective for short-term increase in the sales of products, there are numerous dissenting opinions on whether it can promote repurchasing by customers. In particular, social commerce in Korea focuses only on unprecedented discounted prices and does not have the marketing effect that SNS can produce over and above the sales promotion. The objective of this study is to find the factors that influence the repurchase intention on social commerce and to analyze factors that contribute the social commerce product. For this, this study extracts repurchase intention factors and computes a repurchase probability to assess the influence of factors other than price discount on social commerce customers at the time of repurchasing. In addition, the importance of factors toward sales revenue for each of the social commerce products (e.g., restaurant/café, beauty, tour/leisure, show/exhibition, and fashion/clothes) is estimated by using the computed repurchase probabilities. The repurchase probability through the analysis can be used for development of social commerce business in Korea.
Objectives : The purpose of the study was to investigate self-reported oral health attitudes and behaviors among patients receiving scaling services and provide guidelines for developing preventive programs for dental disease. Methods : The survey was administered to a sample of 462 receiving voluntary scaling service in the practice lab in the department of dental hygiene at J health college. Results : 1. Of all participants, 261(56.5%) reported that they received scaling services in the past. 134 of the women (62.6%) and 127 of the men (51.2%) received scaling services 2. Analysis of the regular scaling attendance rates showed that only 16.2% of all participants received routine scaling. 13.7% of the male participants and 19.2% of the female participants received scaling on a regular basis. 3. Participants commonly reported "self-motivation" and "suggestion by others" (37.9% and 34.1%, respectively) as the main reasons for obtaining scaling services. 4. The main reasons for not obtaining scaling services were "I did not know about scaling" (39.3%), "I don't feel it is necessary" (27.4%) and "because I am scared" (20.9%). More men (42.1%) than women (35%) reported that they did not know about scaling. 5. Of the total participants, 41.6% reported that they were concerned about oral health at a moderate level, and 30.3% reported that they were concerned about oral health at a high level. 6. Of the participants who responded "very concerned about oral health" and "extremely concerned about oral health", the majority obtained scaling service (70.2% and 84.2%, respectively). Conclusions : The study suggested that researchers and national health authorities should develop routine scaling, preventive dental care, and oral health programs for oral health promotion and disease prevention.
The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to reduce plastic use, one of the main culprits of environmental pollution around the world. Recently, the use of disposable cups at a domestic cafe has not been effective due to growing the number of stores and cafe in various brands. Cafes recommend the use of tumblers as a solution to the problem, but actual there are not many users in cafe. I need to investigate the problems of tumbler use and individual opinions through the first phase is FGI (Focus Group Interview). In the second phase, I investigate similar services, which are currently implemented in domestic and overseas, as a case study. The results showed that although similar services are offered in domestic, the focus is on tumbler sharing, which is somewhat insufficient for convenience provided when using cafes. Through this study, I hope to provide convenience and voluntary environmental protection by proposing a plan to activate Tumbler sharing services for cafe and users.
In 1967, the problem of occupational lead exposure came to public attention in Korea. Since then, regular progress has been made in lowering workplace lead exposures, instituting new workplace controls, and implementing health examinations of exposed workers. Past serious lead poisoning episodes made it possible to introduce biological monitoring programs on a voluntary basis in high-lead-exposure facilities in Korea. Industry-specific occupational health services for lead workers in Korea during the last 22 years can be categorized into three phases. During the first phase (1988-1993), efforts were directed at increasing awareness among workers about the hazards of lead exposure, biological monitoring of blood zinc protoporphyrin began, and a respiratory protection program was introduced. During the second phase (1994-1997), a computerized health management system for lead workers was developed, blood-lead measurement was added to biologic monitoring, and engineering controls were introduced in the workplace to lower air-lead levels to comply with air-lead regulations. Finally, during the third phase (1998-present), a new biomarker, bone-lead measurement by X-ray fluorescence, was introduced. Bone-lead measurement proved to be useful for assessing body burden and to demonstrate past lead exposure in retired workers. Occupational health service practice for lead workers, including the industry-specific group occupational health system, has brought considerable success in the prevention of lead poisoning and in reducing the lead burden in Korean lead workers during the last several decades. The successful achievement of prevention of lead poisoning in Korea was a result of the combined efforts of lead workers, employers, relevant government agencies, and academic institutes.
Purpose: This study provides information for the development of educational programs for improving awareness of support to the elderly among adolescents. Methods: The 350 students of high schools located in Seoul were selected as subjects and surveyed using structured questionnaires during 11th~15th of April in 2014. The 327 subjects were used for analysis and the response rate was 93.4%. SPSS/WIN18.0 program was performed for t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. Results: First, adolescents with parents aged over 50 compared to those with parents younger than 40 showed high level of awareness of support to the elderly. The high level of cognitive factors including image and perception towards the elderly (t=3.07, p=.01) were significant factors of awareness of support to the elderly. In experiential factors, adolescents with extensive influence of media and experiences with cohabitation with grandparents, and experiences with voluntary service activities were statistically significant with the high level of awareness of support to the elderly. Second, in regression analysis, adolescents' economic support awareness was higher with the stronger influence in the elderly-related media (${\beta}=.221$, p=.032). The emotional support awareness was higher among the eldest sons (${\beta}=.220$, p=.017) and perception (${\beta}=.352$, p=.001) to elderly (${\beta}=.221$, p=.032). Physical support awareness was higher when the positive image for the elderly (${\beta}=.223$, p=.016) and the high perception towards the elderly (${\beta}=.293$, p=.007). Conclusion: The awareness of support to the elderly should be constantly strengthened to the adolescents. Despite the rapid increase of the elderly, studies are not sufficient. Further research will be necessary.

In this rapidly changing era of infinite competition, many companies highlight the importance of internal resources to secure competitiveness. Especially in the service industry, because hotel employees provide service face-to-face with customers, their attitude at the moment of truth directly affects the customers satisfaction and consequently it is directly related to the survival and development of organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership of hotel managers on self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and job performance. This research aims to provide theoretical and practical implications through the exercise of manager's leadership in the hotel industry. As a result of the analysis, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment have partially significant positive(+) effect on job performance. Thus, hotel managers should present a strong vision, establish the sense of target and show a careful and persistent interest on individuals to derive voluntary participation and creativity.

In this study, we designed and verified a research model that identifies the correlation between public library organizational justice, the engagement of service contact members, and user orientation. First, distributive justice was found to have a positive effect on engagement. Second, interaction justice was found to have a positive effect on engagement. Third, procedural justice was found to have a positive effect on user orientation. Fourth, engagement was found to have a positive effect on user orientation. As a result of structural equation model analysis, it was analyzed that engagement had a greater influence on user orientation. Service contact members who have the attitude of having organizational members take voluntary and self-sacrificing actions in library operation and are willing to be positively immersed in their work can take user-oriented actions that provide services with users as the top priority. Because the possibility is high. It has practical significance in that it suggests strategies and improvement plans that can be helpful to libraries.
In this study, a practice-based teacher education program was developed and applied to improve the TPACK of pre-service chemistry teachers. Also the program effect and obstacles were confirmed by measuring the development of TPACK. The participants of this study were 20 pre-service chemistry teachers of 3rd grade and 2 pre-service chemistry teachers of 4th grade who took chemistry education courses at K University located in Chungcheongbuk Province. The developed teacher education program consisted of four stages: preparation, rehearsal, practice, and reflection. The feedbacks from researchers and colleagues pre-service teachers were provided in preparation, rehearsal, and reflection stages. As a result of the study, the program of this study did not show an educational effect in the "constructive learning activities" of preservice teachers, but it was found to have an educational effect in "problem solving". In other words, in "constructive learning activity", most pre-service teachers were at 0 level before and after the program. The pre-service teachers designed the class to unilaterally provide technology to simply use it as a tool to explain subject content or revise misconceptions, and learners can passively acquire knowledge. However, in the case of "problem solving", the pre-service teachers who were at level 0 before the educational program changed to level 1. Before the program, the pre-service teachers designed classes to solve problems by memory without using technology, but after the program they planned classes that provides opportunities to approach and solve various problems through the technology presented by the teacher. However, there were not many pre-service teachers corresponding to level 2, which constitutes voluntary learning in which learners use technology to solve various problems while selecting and variously manipulating technology. In addition, as obstacles to the TPACK development of pre-service chemistry teachers, there were external factors such as lack of classroom support environment for TPACK implementation, lack of time for education planning, and inadequate technology competency. And there were internal factors such as perspectives of traditional education and negative attitude toward technology. In particular, the proportion of pre-service teachers who preceived inappropriate technical competency as an external obstacles of TPACK development was high. Therefore, it was necessary to develop an education program corresponding to type 2 or type 3 that enables TPACK development through TK for pre-service teachers.

Greenberg(1990) suggested that organizational justice research may potentially explain many organizational behavior outcome variables. One such example of nontraditional job behavior is organizational citizenship behavior and service quality, for they are part of the spontaneous and innovative behaviors noted by Katz(1964). Stimulated by conceptualizations of justice in organizations by such theorists as Homans(1961), Admans(1965), and Walster, Berscheid, and Walster(1973), organizational researchers devoted considerable attention in the 1960s and 1970s to testing propositions about the distribution of payment and other work-related rewards derived from equity theory. Although reviews and critiques of equity theories once dominated the pages of organizational journals, more recently it has been the subject of far more attention(Reis, 1986). In one notable recent trend, researchers and theorists have expanded on conceptualizations of procedural and distributive justice by turning attention to the interpersonal aspects of justice, the perceived fairness of the way people are treated by others. With the rapid and uncertain changes of organization, such voluntary behaviors as OCB, service quality, and innovative behavior have become more important for the development and survival of organization. Thus it is very important to keep the organization fair for keeping employees participative in organization. Here it is reviewed the relationship between organizational justice and it's related factors(OCB, service quality and innovative behavior).
The purpose of this study is the attitude of the job involvement of local community service center officials, directly face-to-face contacted with the local residents and offered them to the administrative service, to determine the impact relation to organizational commitment and organizational performance. And make sure that the organizational commitment is even perform the role of a parameter in the relationship between job involvement and organizational performance. Analysis showed that the job involvement had a direct impact on organizational commitment but it did not have a direct impact on organizational performance. And organizational commitment was found to have a direct impact on organizational performance. Therefore, Job involvement had not a direct impact on organizational performance, but had a indirect impact on organizational performance through the organizational commitment. The implications of this study, when local officials, directly face-to-face contacted with the local residents and offered them to the administrative service, involved in the planning and execution as well as more direct understanding of their job descriptions(received and processed the local residents complaints, (do things to serve the public's welfare and voluntary service to local residents, etc.), they can improve organizational commitment related to love their organization and loyalty in their organization, and pride in their organization.
