Consequently substantial research has been done on the development of the bio-metric recognition method as well as technical research in the field of authentication. As a method of bio-metric recognition, personal and unique information such as fingerprints, voice, face, Iris, hand-geometry and vein-pattern are used. The face image system in bio-metric recognition and information authentication reduces the denial response from the users because it is a non-contact system the face image system operates through a PC camera attached to a computer base this makes the system economically viable as well as user friendly. Conversely, the face image system is very sensitive to illumination, hair style and appearance and consequently creates recognition errors easily, therefore we must build a stable authentication system which is not too sensitive to changes in appearance and light. In this study, I proposed user authentication protocol to serve a confidentiality and integrity and to obtain a least Equal Error Rate to minimize the wrong authentication rate when it authenticates the user.
The purpose of this paper is constructed a HEEAAS(Human Emotional Expression Animaion System), which is an animation system to show both the face and the body motion from the inputted voice about just 4 types of emotions such as fear, dislike, surprise and normal. To implement our paper, we chose the korean young man in his twenties who was to show appropriate emotions the most correctly. Also, we have focused on reducing the processing time about making the real animation in making both face and body codes of emotions from the inputted voice signal. That is, we can reduce the search time to use the binary search technique from the face and body motion databases, Throughout the experiment, we have a 99.9% accuracy of the real emotional expression in the cartoon animation.

In general, it is known a single biometric-based personal authentication has limitation to improve recognition rate due to weakness of individual recognition scheme. The recognition rate of face recognition system can be reduced by environmental factor such as illumination, while speaker verification system does not perform well with added surrounding noise. In this paper, a multi-modal biometric system composed of face and voice recognition system is proposed in order to improve the performance of the individual authentication system. The proposed empirical weight sum rule based on the reliability of the individual authentication system is applied to improve the performance of multi-modal biometrics. Since the proposed system is implemented using JAVA applet with security function, it can be utilized in the field of user authentication on the generic Web.
WHO declared a global pandemic on March 11th for Corona 19. However, there is a situation where you have to go to building for face-to-face education or seminars for economic and social activities. The first check method of COVID-19 infection is to measure body temperature, so the primary entrance and exit is blocked for near-field body temperature measurement. However, since it is troublesome to check directly, thermal camera is installed at the entrance of the building, and body temperature is measured indirectly using the infrared camera to control access. In case of middle and high schools, universities, and lifelong education center, we need a system that is possible to interoperate with attendance checks and automatically recognizes whether to wear masks and can authenticate students. We proposed the system that is to confirm whether to wear a mask with a camera that is embedded in a smart mirror, and that authenticates the user through voice recognition of the user who wants to enter the building by using voice recognition technology and determines whether to enter them or not. The proposed system can check attendance if it is linked with near-field temperature measurement and attendance check APP of student's smart phone.

Emotion recognition is an essential component of complete interaction between human and machine. The issues related to emotion recognition are a result of the different types of emotions expressed in several forms such as visual, sound, and physiological signal. Recent advancements in the field show that combined modalities, such as visual, voice and electroencephalography signals, lead to better result compared to the use of single modalities separately. Previous studies have explored the use of multiple modalities for accurate predictions of emotion; however the number of studies regarding real-time implementation is limited because of the difficulty in simultaneously implementing multiple modalities of emotion recognition. In this study, we proposed an emotion recognition system for real-time emotion recognition implementation. Our model was built with a multithreading block that enables the implementation of each modality using separate threads for continuous synchronization. First, we separately achieved emotion recognition for each modality before enabling the use of the multithreaded system. To verify the correctness of the results, we compared the performance accuracy of unimodal and multimodal emotion recognitions in real-time. The experimental results showed real-time user emotion recognition of the proposed model. In addition, the effectiveness of the multimodalities for emotion recognition was observed. Our multimodal model was able to obtain an accuracy of 80.1% as compared to the unimodality, which obtained accuracies of 70.9, 54.3, and 63.1%.

This study aims to identify problems with existing e-learning content and non-face-to-face class methods, improve students' concentration, improve class achievement and educational effectiveness, and propose an artificial intelligence class system design using a web server. By using the function of face and eye tracking using OpenCV to identify attendance and concentration, and by inducing feedback through voice or message to questions asked by the instructor in the middle of class, learners relieve boredom caused by online classes and test by runner If the score is not reached, we propose an artificial intelligence education program system design that can bridge the academic gap and improve academic achievement by providing educational materials and videos for the wrong problem.

Biometric systems are forms of technology that use unique human physical characteristics to automatically identify a person. They have sensors to pick up some physical characteristics, convert them into digital patterns, and compare them with patterns stored for individual identification. However, lip-print recognition has been less developed than recognition of other human physical attributes such as the fingerprint, voice patterns, retinal at blood vessel patterns, or the face. The lip print recognition by a CCD camera has the merit of being linked with other recognition systems such as the retinal/iris eye and the face. A new method using multi-resolution architecture is proposed to recognize a lip print from the pattern kernels. A set of pattern kernels is a function of some local lip print masks. This function converts the information from a lip print into digital data. Recognition in the multi-resolution system is more reliable than recognition in the single-resolution system. The multi-resolution architecture allows us to reduce the false recognition rate from 15% to 4.7%. This paper shows that a lip print is sufficiently used by the measurements of biometric systems.

We present a new multimodal biometric authentication method, which performs both feature-level fusion and decision-level fusion. After generating support vector machines for new features made by integrating face and voice features, the final decision for authentication is made by integrating decisions of face SVM classifier, voice SVM classifier and integrated features SVM clssifier. We justify our proposal by comparing our method with traditional one by experiments with XM2VTS multimodal database. The experiments show that our multilevel fusion algorithm gives higher recognition rate than the existing schemes.

Recently, the importance of personal information security has emerged. In particular, the importance of biometrics such as voice recognition, fingerprint recognition, face recognition has been highlighted in various fields such as access control, banking security, personal PC security and so on. But if such conventional security techniques are likely to be recognized by an external factor failure. In contrast, if the vein recognition is impossible to copy and counterfeit. Therefore less likely to fail due to external factors has the advantage. In this paper, propose a preprocessing method to improve on the existing vein pattern recognition with high reliability than existing biometric technologies.
