This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the demands for supplementary training for the heads of vocational training institutions and vocational training teachers and instructors, and to suggest the direction of supplementary training. To this end, a survey was conducted with 130 heads of vocational training institutions and 535 vocational training teachers and instructors. As a result of the survey, most respondents were sympathized with the need for supplementary training in both group, and their training needs were high to acquire new skills and improve their skills as teachers. In addition, opinions were gathered on measures to encourage participation in supplementary training and factors that hinder participation in supplementary training. Based on this, suggestions were made for the direction of supplementary training.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of designing a systematic panel survey at the institutional level to lay the foundation for data-based decision-making using vocational training teachers and instructors as the population. In this study, the target population and sampling frame, which are the main elements necessary for planning a panel survey, are proposed. Also based on expert advice and empirical data analysis, the sampling unit and sampling method taking into account the outer and inner variables are presented, comprehensively considering the representativeness of data, the efficiency and sustainability of data collection. As a result of the study, with the unit of the panel as a vocational training institution, a two-stage stratified proportional sampling plan is proposed so that the institution selected as the panel and the vocational training teachers and instructors belonging to the institution can participate in the survey. Based on this, implications for the panel survey sample design are presented.

The purpose of this study is to examine the teacher's training program satisfaction of population education. The subjects of this study were elementary and secondary teachers who participated the training in Korea National University of Education for 9 days, from Aug. 13th to Aug. 22nd, 2008. The instrument of this study was questionnaire including likert scales. The training program consisted of five sections: respect for humans, population, family, welfare, and teaching-learning methods and textbook development. Instructors were from supervisors of the Ministry of Education, curriculum experts, subject experts, and persons from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and so on. The result of the survey analysis in this study indicates that the level of the satisfaction about program composition, contents, and instructors was very high as 4.25 points, and both elementary and secondary teachers' textbook of the training were revised and supplemented by collecting trainee's satisfactory evaluation and experts' opinions.

The vocational competency development training teacher must complete the training course for the training of vocational competency development training instructor and get the qualification of the vocational competency development training teacher from the Ministry of Employment & Labor with the criteria set by the Presidential Decree. Therefore, it can be said that H_university 's educational performance, which is the only vocational competency development training teacher in Korea and that plays a role of mass production in the labor market, has a great influence on vocational competency development training. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems through the analysis of actual condition of vocational competency development training education based on CIPP model, Furthermore, it was aimed to suggest improvement plan of qualification training education. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research, the present situation of the training course for the vocational competency development training teacher training students was grasped. And We conducted a survey to draw out the improvement plan and utilized the results of 173 copies. We conducted interviews by selecting eight subjects for in-depth analysis and Understand the details of the results of the surveys conducted. As a result of the study, positive responses were obtained from the educational objectives and educational resources in the context factors. On the other hand, there were negative opinions about the curriculum reflecting the learner and social needs. In the input factors, positive opinions were derived from the educational objectives and training requirements. However, there were many negative opinions about the achievement of the learner's educational goals. In addition, there were many negative opinions of online contents education. In the process factors, positive evaluation was high in class related part, learner attendance management, and institutional support. However, negative opinions were drawn on the comprehensive evaluation of qualification training period, and the learner's burden due to lack of learning period appeared to be the main reason. In the factor of calculation, Positive opinions were derived from the applicability of the business curriculum for training courses for training teachers who are in charge of education and training in industry occupations. However, there were negative opinions such as learning time, concentration of learning, and communication of instructors. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for improving the operation of vocational competency training teacher qualification training are as follows. First, it is necessary to flexibly manage the training schedule for the weekly training course for vocational competency development training teachers. Second, it is necessary to seek to improve the online education curriculum centered on consumers. Third, it is necessary to seek access to qualification training for local residents. Fourth, pre - education support for qualified applicants is required. Finally, follow-up care of qualified trainees is necessary.

The reason I propose the work to suggest the appropriate education for coffee and improvement on the service quality of education coffee related majors at vocational school that affects the students' satisfaction and recommend intention, achieved the training for professional man. For the study, I did a research in October, 2011, targeting 263 students who complete regular course majoring in coffee at vocational school. The main study results as follows. First, the result from the service quality of education that affects students' satisfaction, the tangibles is the highest portion followed by assurance, contents, responsiveness and reliability. Second, the result shown satisfaction has influence on loyalty represents the positive effect which corresponds to the previous study. Through the study, the facilities and equipment are the most considerable elements for improving coffee education and the professional teachers and instructors with leadership are also necessary condition in order to develop coffee education system though, the students are not satisfied with all connection towards their future careers, hence I deliberate the long term measures to improve all matters for coffee industry.
