여러 연구에 의하면 사회적기업의 지원제도 중 사업개발비는 중요한 요소로 확인되고 있다. 여러 해 동안 사업개발비가 집행되고 있으나, 이에 대한 정리된 자료는 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사업개발비를 인과적으로 분석하고 관계성을 찾아보려고 한 것이 아니라 개발비신청과 관련한 자료를 정리하여 실태를 살펴봄으로써 사업개발비에 대한 사회적기업의 관심이 무엇인지 더 나아가 이에 대한 개선점을 찾아보고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 사업개발비의 신청 형태들을 분석하기 위하여 인증여부, 업종, 지원횟수 등과 같은 몇 가지 범주별로 나누어 자료를 살펴보았다. 분석결과는 사업개발비에 대한 개선점과 지속가능성을 높이는데 필요한 사업개발비 정책개발 자료(지침개발)가 될 수 있다고 생각한다.

This study was conducted to determine recognition of Chikhanwoo, promote its market competitiveness, and vitalize its uses in Korea. This research was carried out on 465 people, including 264 of the general public and 191 livestock farmers. For awareness of Chikhanwoo, 53.6% of the general public and 86.9% of livestock farmers recognized Chikhanwoo (P<0.001) through TV, Internet, news, magazines, and others. For consumption behaviors of Chikhanwoo meat, 4.3% of the general public and 1.9% of livestock farmers have purchased Chikhanwoo meat in the past. Most of them hinted at their intention to repurchase and highly intimated their wish to purchase on whether Chikhanwoo tastes better, is more nutritious and is safer than Hanwoo. In addition, they thought country of origin and price were the most important factors for purchasing (P<0.001). For recognition of the Hanwoo grading system, they preferred $1^{{+}{+}}$ and $1^+$, significantly (P<0.001). For need for quality certification, most respondents thought that the government should introduce a quality certification system for Chikhanwoo. For importance factor of prevalence of Chikhanwoo meat, marketability value had the highest degree of importance, followed by taste, quality, tradition and cooking methods (P<0.001). Results of this study show that domestic consumption of Chikhanwoo can be boosted by supplying Chikhanwoo meat with a differentiated taste and a safety assurance to the general public. There is also need to enhance genetic resources and improve brand value of Chikhanwoo. Continuous research and efforts should be made for the development of the livestock market.

우리나라는 수출이 국가 경제 발전에 가장 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 수출을 장려하기 위한 정책은 앞으로도 지속될 것이며 더욱 강조될 것으로 보인다. 각 기업마다 수출에 기여하는 정도가 다르고 경로가 모두 다르기 때문에 이를 파악하는 일이 우선되어야 한다. 이를 통해 수출지원 방안을 수립하고 현실적인 정책을 마련할 수 있을 것이다. 중소기업의 수출 경로나 기여도를 정확하게 파악하지는 못하겠지만 가능한 중소기업이 수출에 미치는 기여도나 경로를 파악하여 수출 장려 정책을 실행했으면 하는 바람이다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 중소기업이 수출에 기여하는 정도를 산출하고 중소기업의 수출 경로를 파악하여 향후 개선 방안을 찾는데 있다. 또한 중소기업의 수출을 활성화하기 위해 적절한 정책방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 사회로의 급격한 환경변화에 따라 사회참여활동을 활성화하기 위한 신정보 소외계층인 이주민 여성의 지역별 정보화 실태를 분석하고 지역적 특성에 적합한 이주민 여성의 정보화 과정을 제안하였다. 연구 결과, 이주민 여성이 제일 많이 하는 활동은 취미 및 여가 활동이었고 지역별로는 정보화 교육을 활발히 하고 있는 지역과 도시지역이 전체적으로 사회 활동이 높았다. 결론적으로, 경상북도와 광주 등과 같은 지역의 사회참여활동을 위해서는 가장 기초적인 정보화 교육과정을 제공할 필요가 있으며, 서울과 대전, 제주도와 같이 활발한 사회참여활동이 이미 이루어지는 곳에서는 정보화 트랙을 연계한 더 높은 수준과 과정의 필요성을 제안하였다.

이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 부족한 운영 예산의 한계를 극복하고, 도서관에서의 기부를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 제안하기 위하여 공공도서관에서 수행되었던 기부 사례를 분석하였다. 2016년 한국도서관협회에서 실시한 출판계 기증도서 보급사업에 참여한 공공도서관 담당자를 대상으로 공공도서관에서의 기부활동에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 사업에 참여한 결과와 2016년 공공도서관에서 자체적으로 실시한 기부활동의 결과에 대한 인식을 조사, 분석하였으며, 도서관 기부 관련 선행연구 및 국내외 사례를 조사하여 공공도서관 기부활동의 한계점과 개선사항을 도출하고 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 한·미 여자축구의 역사와 발전과정에 대하여 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 국내 여자축구의 역사는 미국과 비교하여도 상당히 길다. 그러나 한국전쟁과 같은 환경적 요인으로 인하여 긴 침체기를 겪었다. 둘째, 학교 여자 축구부의 발전을 위하여 법적토대 마련과 재정적 지원이 절실하다. 미국의 타이틀 나인을 토대로 한 학교체육진흥법의 개정이 필요하다. 셋째, 프로축구에 있어서, 다수의 여자 축구선수들이 해외로 진출하며 그 실력을 인정받고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 여자 프로축구에 대한 지원과 대우는 남자 프로축구와 비교하여 상당히 부족하다. 즉, 기업의 후원과 더불어 대한축구협회의 적절한 예산 분배 등이 이루어 질 필요성이 있다.

In correlation to the rapid growth of Korea's economy and increased international exchange, hotel architecture in Korea has likewise evolutionized in its own distinctive style. Since hotels accomodate foreign visitors, they should be representative of the local architecture in which they reside, to add to the experience of the regions culture. City hotels provide not only primary housing functions but also many different varieties of services. Furthermore, city hotels operate as a focal point for their local communities. Seoul announced special measures for the expansion of accommodations for foreign tourists, and a large number of hotel construction entities have consequently propagated. Unfortunately, the designs for most of these new hotels have failed to reflect their local cultural characteristics, with most having similar designs and programs. As Korea enters an era seeing ten million foreign tourists annually, progressive reform is especially necessary. Space marketing, which is based on strategies of cultural experience, is a crucial element to city boutique hotel planning. It must be applied to satisfy both the cultural needs of its local communities and well as to vitalize the local economy through development of cultural tourism. To date, there have been numerous studies on boutique hotels and space marketing. However, most of these studies are limited to interior designs and artistic trends rather than focusing on the unique architectural and public aspects of their respective cities. In this thesis, the overall aim and strategies of space marketing for the city boutique hotel are analyzed, and the elements of strategies are used for further case analysis. The purpose of this study is to find applicability of Korean boutique hotel development through the result of case studies. Also, this thesis aims to advocate space marketing for Korea's forthcoming boutique hotels, as a means to showcase its unique cultural assets as well as to advance its international appeal and competitiveness.

도시쇠퇴와 공동화 현상을 방지하고 침체된 지역경제를 활성화시키기 위한 새로운 도시재생 패러다임이 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 도시재생특별법에 제시된 쇠퇴기준과 공간자기상관 탐색을 기반으로 GIS 및 공간통계기법을 활용하여 도시쇠퇴 특성을 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 광주광역시를 대상으로 하여 도시재생특별법에 제시된 쇠퇴 기준인 인구감소, 사업체감소, 노후건축물에 관한 지표를 적용함으로써 객관성을 확보하고자 하였다. 특히 GIS와 공간 통계기법을 적용함에 있어서 공간자기상관 탐색을 통해 도시쇠퇴 특성을 분석한다는 점에서 기존의 연구와 차별성을 지닌다. 전체적인 분석과정은 도시활성화지역 지정 기준을 원용하고, 공간탐색적 절차에 따라 단계적으로 추진하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 제시된 공간통계분석 절차 및 도시쇠퇴 특성 분석의 결과는 대도시권 수준에서 도시쇠퇴 진단에 기여하고, 도시재생과 관련한 공간의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Ecotourism has been attracting much attention as an example industry that can vitalize local economy markets and preserve natural resources. Implementation of 'Ecotourism Designation System' is under consideration to provide ecotourism products that can both emphasize the original meanings of ecotourism and ensure stronger trust from customers than ever before. This research introduced the direction, principles, subjects, and assessment indicators by subjects in terms of implementing the system and proposed fundamentals for both designation assignment and score calculation. In the face of implementing such a system in Korea, the investigation sought subjects whose target areas and programs are in need of examination. For assessment criteria by subjects, six assessment indicators were selected in the end for ecotourism sites, including: (1) the value of natural/ecological preservation (2) facility's ecological design (3) understanding both the environment and local culture (4) systems connecting local communities for cooperation (5) long/short term preservation and maintenance strategies/plans (6) willingness to further develop ecotourism and cooperative platform. In addition, seven assessment indicators were selected for program assignments, including: (1) the value of natural/ecological preservation (2) minimization of environmental effects (3) expansion of environmental understanding (4) sharing the local culture (5) vitalizing local connections and economical activities among communities (6) securing and maintaining professionality among human resources (7) odds of continuation, creativity, and aptness to improve programs. After considering the pros and cons of both categorizing system and yes/no system, implementation of categorizing system for the short term and yes/no for the long term were suggested, followed by additional suggestions of a score calculation system for each system. The official implementation of the 'Ecotourism Designation System' is scheduled for launch in 2013 after the trial operation in 2012. The assessment indicators and fundamentals suggested in this research, considering judgment, must be improved via systematic and practical methods through the trial operation.

학생의 특기와 적성을 살리는 특기적성 교육은 사교육비 절감을 위해 정부가 제시한 학교 방과후 활동의 일환으로 초등학교에서 광범위하게 시행되고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 특기적성 교육활동의 실태조사와 분석을 통해 그에 대한 개선점을 찾고자 하였으며, 설문을 통해 담당교사의 특기적성 교육에 대한 관심도와 초등학교 학생의 참여도를 조사하였으며, 특기적성 강사의 의견을 모아 컴퓨터 교육을 하는데 있어서 가장 시급한 문제가 무엇인지를 조사하였다. 컴퓨터 특기적성 교육이 체계적으로 실시되고 더욱 활성화되기 위해서는 교육부의 충분한 지원과 지속적인 관심이 필요하다. 또한 타 학교와의 연계 및 전시회와 같은 행사를 통한 학교측의 관심이 있을 때 학생들의 컴퓨터 특기 적성 교육의 효과가 더 있을 것으로 판단된다.
