The purpose of this study is to examine ways to vitalize cause related marketing (CRM) by proposing character T-shirts The campaign will employ Neo-Pop art, a genre popular with both companies and consumers. Study results are as follows: First, campaign T-shirts on the issue of human alienation resulting from digitalization can be utilized to generate financial profit that can be returned to society. This can lead to the acts of exchange for profit generation, public image improvemen of companies, and enhancement of their external status. As for the non-financial aspect, the campaign could lead to increased awareness of social issues and present opportunities to take actions of improvement. Second, the financial objective of character T-shirts dealing with environmental issue of sustainability involves brand distribution network support and revitalization of promotion such as shopping basket of love and eco-friendly store matching program for eco-friendly campaign. As for the non-financial aspect, it can help raise consumers' awareness of cause related activities such as crowd funding and fundraising and prepare opportunities of direct participation. Third, the financial objective of character T-shirts dealing with natural disaster relief activities on the global level involves brand recognition level increase and enhancement of positive association of companies through emergency relief and articles support as a result of drastic increases in casualties from nature disasters. As for the non-financial aspect, it can induce people's participation in relief activities and lead to the establishment of crisis response procedures. The information on the development of pop-art character T-shirts proposed in this study is expected to be used as basic information on cause marketing of fashion companies in the future, while providing inspiration to related fashion design.

This study aims to examine the participation status and working conditions of seniors that participate in senior social activity support project, and analyze the influential relationship with subjective participation satisfaction based on participant attributes. In terms of the participation status, participating seniors became aware of the project through facilities and about 70% participated in the public interest type; the primary goal was for a short-term financial preservation. As an analysis result on participation effectiveness, longer participation period and time affected the participation seniors' working conditions and self-esteem negatively, implying that a flexible and effective operation of participation period is necessary. Also, while seniors with financial stability were more positively affected on their subjective satisfaction, other significant variables had negative effects. This study holds a significance in providing political implications as the basic data to improve and vitalize future senior social activity support project through the analysis of effectiveness, such as working conditions, self-esteem and subjective satisfaction based on participant attributes, including participant characteristics, participation status and participation degree.

This research focuses on the case studies for operating scheme of technology venture incubation centers located at science parks, technology parks, and foreign universities. Technology venture incubation centers in foreign countries commonly vitalize local economy, create job markets, and promote new venture industry. There is a distinct difference in many ways between foreign and domestic incubation centers. Foreign countries consider the position of incubation centers at national policy level. They characterize the operation of incubation centers into technology fields. They install the networks cooperating with experts and promote the management. Tenant companies moved in incubation centers enhance the degree of completion through industry-university cooperation. Universities and research centers utilize the results of R&D to make the business, accelerate to venture establishment with technical skills, and foster technology entrepreneurs by spin-offs. Through case studies we propose implications helpful to manage domestic technology incubation centers and management methods to be successful centers.

This study aimed to draw the plan elements and characteristics that should be considered in case when developing guidelines to build up roads in rural villages. Drawing the construction elements necessary for building up roads through the advanced researches, the survey was conducted for relevant experts in order to evaluate the importance of each plan element of route plan, design & construction and operation & management. The result determined total 105 contents that should be considered in case when building up roads in rural villages. The study on building up roads in rural villages as a strategy to vitalize rural areas means universal roads that connect each village with rural amenities in various values like walking tour road, visit roads and observation roads. It is considered that the development of guidelines for building up roads in rural villages could be used as a basic data to build up roads where nature, culture and history of rural areas can be effectively experienced and enjoyed.

The technology-intensive unit modular method of factory production method is attracting attention by the limit of the labor-intensive and field centered wet construction method. In recent years, the unit modular method has been applied to the construction of schoolhouse and BOQ(bachelor offices' quarters), dormitories, etc. But the modular method still is not used in housing construction by the lack of verification of resident performance and construction cost. Therefore, this study analyzed the economics of modular house to vitalize the constructed residential building by modular method and to develop the modular method. According to the study results, the construction cost of the modular house was analysed more about 6.2% expensive than that of the existing housing. However, if the construction duration of modular house is shortened or the productivity of modular house is increased, the construction cost of modular house will be similar to the that of the existing house.

This study was conducted to vitalize life through analysis on lifestyles, stress and dietary habits of male employees. For this study, questionnaire survey and physical measurements to examine BMI and waist circumference were performed with male employees in four companies located in Gyeongnam. Total 350 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 327 ones were finally analyzed. The results of analysis on dietary liferelated problems and stress were as follows. First, according to BMI, 56.9% were overweight and waist circumference recorded less than 90 cm in 90.5%. For lifestyles, 54.1%, 79.2%, 60.9% and 52.3% smoked, drank alcohol, didn't exercise and didn't sleep sufficiently. Second, for the correlation with job stress, the subjects graduating junior college or lower academic institution, production employees and sleeping insufficiently showed higher compared to the others. Analysis on the correlation with life stress found that conjugal relation stress was higher in alcohol-drinkers, the males not taking dietary supplements, those with a normal weight or more compared to underweight ones. Stress from relation with a child was higher aged 35~49 years than in those aged 20~34 years, and stress from economic life was higher aged less than 50 years, in those graduating junior colleges compared to those graduating colleges, in those sleeping insufficiently. Health life stress was found to be higher in those without religion compared to those with it such as Protestant Christianity and Catholicism, in alcohol drinkers and in those sleeping insufficiently and having a disease. Based on this, in order to improve the lifestyles and dietary habits and release stress effectively, practical nutrition education program should be carried out.

The objective of this study is to establish a direction for smart aquaculture technology development in the Republic of Korea through patent analysis and a demand survey of experts and fishermen. The patent analysis was conducted using Wisdomain for patents in the Republic of Korea, the United States of America, Europe, Japan, and China from 2005 to 2016. This study conducted an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) survey of experts in the fields of fishery, marine, and ICT among others. Furthermore, it carried out a demand survey of 85 fishermen in Jeonnam and Jeju. The smart aquaculture technology market has moderately grown in the Republic of Korea until recently, and it is expected to expand further because of the expansion of national investment in the smart aquaculture field. The priority evaluation results for developing smart aquaculture technology show that land-based aquaculture has a higher priority than sea-based aquaculture. Of the fishermen that responded, 84% said that they need to introduce smart aquaculture technology to solve problems in the supply and demand of manpower, labor cost, and maintenance expenses. The direction of development should lie in developing biological and environment-based standard aquaculture models to spread high-tech systems and vitalize the aquaculture industry. This requires continual training of human resources in the smart aquaculture field.

FSR has been placed and operated in the Daegu Fire & Safety Department on a trial basis since September 2009. This research proposes a direction for developing the robot, which will provide greater field adaptability and efficiency through analyzing in-depth interviews and surveys of firefighters who have operated the robot. Analysis has shown that an Assistant FSR is expected to enhance maneuverability and improve the performance of wheels, which will increase the capacity for navigating obstacles. The Field FSR needs improvements in convenience of control, making the weight lighter, and stabilization of radio communications to eliminate tangled wires. Overall satisfaction regarding the performance of robots currently in operation is low, while preference toward using the Assistant robot in the field is also low, shown at 8.4%. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to vitalize usage of FSR in the field so that early commercialization of the FSR will contribute to reinforce both growth and competitiveness of the domestic robotics industry.

This study reviews geographical research trends on 'New industrial agglomeration' in Korea and recommends research issues for further studies. Recent studies on industrial agglomeration region have typically concentrated on empirical case studies from new 'perspectives'. As a result, the establishment and theorizing of frameworks for analysis on industrial agglomeration have been given too little attention. To solve this problem research should be conducted to develop frameworks for analysis integrating noneconomic factors and existing economic factors, a strategy emphasized in new industrial agglomeration theory. By doing so, research investigating viability mechanism and generalization will be invigorated. Meanwhile, research focused excessively on social and cultural conditions of region-related networks between actors in economic space at specific scales should be excluded. In addition, academic research on vitalizing industrial agglomeration region, such as cluster policy, should be strengthened. In order to conduct these research objectives effectively, it is necessary to vitalize overall understanding among researchers of industrial agglomeration and provide a place for collaborative learning.

This study was conducted on the 4 year university students majoring in the culinary practice to survey the recognition levels of the culinary practice education with the purpose of searching for a development plan of the culinary education. The recognition levels of the culinary practice education according to the types of sex, grade and alma mater are as follows. The interest and necessity of the culinary practice education was very high while the performance degree of the culinary practice education was felt insufficient. For the efficient culinary practice education, they recognized that theoretical education and practice demonstrations are required and hoped to focus on hotel cooking and certified technician cooking. In addition, they hoped to be provided with a place for teacher's detailed practice demonstrations and supplementary practice. According to the variables, positive responses were given from male students, high grade students and vocational school students. In conclusion, if chances are given to display achievement desire self-directly through increasing practical training, development and application of various programs, operation of open practice classes and culinary organization reflecting social changes in the education courses, the culinary practice education is considered to be more vitalized.
