When the margin level is set relatively low, margin violation probability increases and the default probability of the futures market rises. On the other hand, if the margin level is set high, the margin violation probability decreases, but the futures market becomes less attractive to hedgers as the investor's opportunity cost increases. In this paper, we investigate whether the movement of KOSPI200(Korea Composite Stock Price Index 200) futures daily prices can be modeled with the extreme value theory. Base on this investigation, we examine the validity of the margin level set by the extreme value theory. Computational results are presented to compare the extreme value distribution and the empirical distribution of margin violation in KOSPI200. Some observations and implications drawn from the computational experiment are also discussed.

This study deals with the traffic accident of circular intersections. The purpose of the study is to develop the accident models by traffic violation type. In pursuing the above, this study gives particular attention to analyzing various factors that influence traffic accident and developing such the optimal models as Poisson and Negative binomial regression models. The main results are the followings. First, 4 negative binomial models which were statistically significant were developed. This was because the over-dispersion coefficients had a value greater than 1.96. Second, the common variables in these models were not adopted. The specific variables by model were analyzed to be traffic volume, conflicting ratio, number of circulatory lane, width of circulatory lane, number of traffic island by access road, number of reduction facility, feature of central island and crosswalk.

To date, parking enforcement systems have only been used by parking enforcement authorities, who detect and penalize violators. This paper introduces a modified version of the parking enforcement system utilizing smartphones that allows ordinary citizens to report parking violators to parking enforcement officers. The procedures of the system are taking a picture of a vehicle in violation, receiving the violation report virtually and finally reporting if violation car still remained at same location after five minutes have passed. The proposed system contains properties for transmission and receiving data about whether the complaint report of the violator's vehicle has been received in real time. It also works in conjunction with the existing parking enforcement system. This paper describes implementation of the proposed system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence safety rule violation at work. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 337 participants from nine manufacturing plants. The results of the content analysis revealed the following six categories: Individual characteristics, safety commitment, safety support and resources, safety competence and communication, production pressure, and problems with rules. Among the 14 factors in the six categories above, indirect accident experience in the individual characteristics category and no action for complying with laws in the problems with rules category had not been identified in previous studies. However, some factors, such as age, peer pressure, pay type, the lowering of risk, a masculine way of working, and supervisor position were not found in this study. The implications and limitations are discussed.

In this paper, we introduce a system that detects all kinds of violations at a street intersection such as red light running, speed violation, stop line violation and lane violation by tracking individual vehicles. Two cameras are used for defecting violations. One is an analog camera for real-time tracking and the other is a digital camera for license plate reading. This system is connected to the traffic signal system controller and monitors the red, arrow, yellow and green phases of an approach. Two loops in the road are used to detect vehicle approach and speed. The system takes pictures of all vehicles passing a second loop and tracks the vehicles until they go out a street intersection...

The purpose of this study was to analyze the architect's Administrative Tribunal cases related to housing projects. We collected the 271 decisions of Administrative Tribunal cases from 1985 to 2001 through the Ministry of Legislation data base. As a conclusion of research, most of cases are caused during design process and supervision of construction which are major roles of architects. We can find out that the number of cases of Administrative Tribunal about housing is 10% more than other types of building. And this situation is more serious in supervision building phase. It proves that housing project has more possibility of violation of law than other types. Because it belong to an economic problems. In Korea, clients of housing project tend to take more profits by taking an illegal acts； like enlargement of a building, construction border violation. illegal construction balcony and so on. And architect who roles to be a supervisor is liable to these problems but he has not much authority and economical benefits. Through this research we can analyze this situation and make know what is problem.

Recently, electric power demands tend to be increased continuously. In this situation, current states of power systems must be definitely recognized to operate power systems stably and economically. Also, corrective actions must be performed for the violation of bus voltage and line overload. It is desirable that the situations of violation are promptly removed to operate power systems effectively. This paper deals with the development of guidance system for voltage and overload correction on base case using Generator-Voltage Sensitivity List(GVSL) and Generator Shifter Factor List(GSFL). Also, to show the superiority and economical efficiency of the proposed application, we applied the proposed guidance system to the Kwangyang Steel Works' Power Systems.

This research was verified detection way of intercept vehicles and performance evaluation after system installation using image detector as detection way of ground installation. By image recognition algorithm was on the trace of moving orbit of violation vehicles for detection way of intercept vehicles. When moving orbit is located special site, utilized geometric image calibration and DC-notch filter. These are cognitive system of license plate by making signal. Then, Bright Evidence Detection and Dark Evidence Detection were applied to after mixing. It is applied to way of Backward tracking for detection way of intercept vehicles. After the field evaluation of developed system, it should be analyzed the more high than recognition rate of minimum standards 80%. It should rise in the estimation of the site applicability is highly from now.

본 논문에서는 YOLO(You Only Look Once) 기반의 교통 신호등 인식을 통해 오토바이 운전자의 신호 위반 여부를 확인하는 기술을 제안하고자 한다. 오토바이 전면에 탑재될 하드웨어 모듈은 YOLO 기반의 객체 탐지를 위한 카메라 모듈과 라즈베리 파이, 신호 위반 시 오토바이의 현재 위치 정보 수집을 위한 GPS 모듈, 그리고 수집 정보를 클라우드 DB로 전송하는 LoRa 통신 모듈로 구성된다. 소프트웨어 기능의 핵심은 오토바이의 교통 신호 위반 여부를 판단하는 컴포넌트이다. 본 논문에서는 카메라 앵글 내에 있는 교통 신호등 객체를 먼저 인식한 후 빨간색 신호일 때에만 이 객체가 화면 상에서 오른쪽(좌회전의 경우)이나 위쪽(직진의 경우)으로 사라지면 신호 위반으로 판단하는 기능을 제안한다. 그리고, 오토바이 운전자가 신호를 위반한 것으로 판단되면 운전자의 신상 정보(이름, 휴대폰 번호 등), 오토바이 정보(번호판, 등록번호 등), 위반 상황의 스냅샷 사진, 위치 정보 및 날짜/시각 정보를 클라우드 DB로 전달하도록 한다. 이러한 위반 정보는 운전자의 스마트폰에 푸시 알림으로 전달하여 위반 사실을 인지하도록 하고, 관할 경찰서에서는 신호 위반 스티커를 발부하는 데 활용될 수 있으므로 궁극적으로는 오토바이 운전자의 교통 신호 위반을 사전에 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The preservation of a healthy periodontal attachment is the most significant factor in the long-term prognosis of a restored tooth. The 'Biologic Width' is composed of the connective tissue attachment and the epithelial attachment in the dentogingival junction. The violation of the biologic width may result in a progressive inflammatory process and crestal bone loss. So a careful soft tissue management is needed to preserve it for the gingival health and an esthetic restoration. The following clinical cases show the five different situations of the violation of the biologic width and their management.
