Highly oriented diamond films were deposited on a (100) silicon substrate by bias enhanced nucleation technique. Both plan-view and cross-section TEM were applied to study the nucleation and growth mechanism of diamond grains. Randomly oriented polycrystalline diamond grains with internal microtwins were observed at the nucleation stage while defect free regions were retained at the growth stage and were apparently related with the epitaxy of diamond films. From our experimental results, the nucleation and texture formation mechanism of diamond films is discussed.

This paper aims to provide a multi-dimensional integrative model that can give a comprehensive account for human space experience. Human space experience is too complicated phenomenon, so space designer need to understand about mechanism of space cognition. From psychological point of view, I analyze the mechanism that is based on emotional reaction. This model consist of three dimensions: sensory, reflexive, and reflective dimension. Assuming this model, we have attempt the typological analysis to the space by studying human space experience. Finally, the outcome provides how space designer use this effect for application of human experience.

Internalized Confucian cultural scripts trigger meta-pragmatic thinking in Korean communication. Commonly shared cultural knowledge acts as a powerful constraint upon the behavioral patterns of each participant and this knowledge can be strategically manipulated to avoid confrontations. The strategic use of address reference terms utilizes cultural values as a face-redress mechanism to achieve situation-specific goals. This paper offers a view of Korean address reference terms that rests on four revisions of politeness theory (Brown & Levinson, 1978, 1987). First, the notion of discernment - or 'wakimae' - as a culture-specific mechanism is reanalyzed. Secondly, culture-specific values as another R (ranking of imposition) variable are introduced. Thirdly, a reevaluation of the notion of positive face (respect) is discussed. Finally, the address reference terms in combination with other honorifics by the speaker that can be strategically applied either to threaten or to enhance the face of the hearer is observed. Because Confucianism is embedded in Korean cultural identity, teaching cultural values integrated and their roles in situation-dependent politeness is required in order to understand interactional nature of politeness occurring from particular discourse contexts.

$Carisolv^{TM}$ system was developed for removal of carious dentin with chemo-mechanical method by Swedish researcher. $Carisolv^{TM}$ is composed of 0.5% NaClO and three kinds of amino acid, i.e. glutamic acid, leucine and lysin. After these agents are mixed together, the gel mixed is applied to carious dentin and the carious dentin is removed with hand instrument without using burs. The mechanism of softening the dentin is postulated that the degenerated collagen by caries is chlorinated and the decomposed. But the details of the mechanism are not clarified yet.(omitted)

A prime focus telescope, e.g., Schmidt telescope, has advantages especially for a wide field of view survey in astronomy. In this optical configuration, the camera is placed in front of the primary mirror. Since the installation of a typical filter wheel to the prime focus telescope causes serious obscuration of the incoming light, a customized filter device is required for high sensitivity images. In this poster, we present a new filter exchange mechanism, which can host four filters moving along quadrant directions. We plan to install this on the Celestron 36 cm Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph (RASA 36) located at El Sause Observatory in Chile.

The article is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of stability of development of region on the bases of influence of potential-forming space in the conditions of formation of creative economy. It was found that the organizational-economic mechanism due to its multifaceted nature does not have a single generally accepted definition, and its acceptable scale and complexity is reflected in the structure, which is very dependent on the scope and conditions of its application, can be very different and contain different elements. In view of this, in order to highlight the characteristics that are inherent in the organizational-economic mechanism of sustainable development of the region on the basis of potential-forming space in the formation of creative economy, the article examines the properties and characteristics of direct organizational and economic mechanism. The necessity of basing the process of formation of any organizational-economic mechanism, including the organizational-economic mechanism of ensuring the sustainability of the region on the basis of the potential-forming space in the conditions of creative economy on the system of principles. In this context, the author's vision is proposed and a set of principles for the formation of organizational-economic mechanism for sustainable development of the region on the basis of the potential of the potential-forming space in the creative economy, as well as revealed the essence of each. According to the structural aspect, the organizational-economic mechanism of ensuring the sustainability of the region's development on the basis of the potential-forming space is proposed to be presented as a set of seven stages, which are implemented in a certain sequence. Within the limits of this research the sequence of realization of the stages making process of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of stability of development of region on the basis of influence of potential-forming space in the conditions of formation of creative economy is defined and their maintenance and essence is presented.

It is impossible to apply present standards and test methods because the radiation principle and mechanism of a new marine lantern using light emitting diodes is different from those of the existing marine lantern which uses an incandescent electric lamp. Thus. in this study, we discuss the research and development on the light emitting diodes marine lantern and specifications.

In view of physical mechanics, unicycle's dynamical system is a very sensitive system. In order to improve the performance of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, it is important to development the signal processing considering the ultrasonic properties of biological medium and propagation mechanism in tissue. Attenuation coefficient is not only important factor to analyze propagation properties, but also it is significant to estimate it in view of tissue characterization, so we show one of the method to estimate attenuation coefficient of biological tissue and the results of estimation.

Hypermedia systems allow the retrieval and representation of multimedia in- formation such as text, graphics, image and voice/sound using navigation and browsing mechanisms. In this study we developed a hypermedia system which provides hierarchical group, local map and cluster view for effective navigation in hyperspace. The system also supports hot link, reference link, move-to link and multiple link to browse the multimedia information space effectively. This system has been designed to integrate the navigation, browsing and searching function of the hypermedia system in hyman factor perspective and provides the user-friendly user interface mechanism.
