With proliferation of the internet, the internet ethics in contrast to existing ethics has been recognized as one of the disciplines. Internet ethics is one of liberal arts courses in a college as well as a class in elementary, middle and high schools. We also have taught this subject for a number of years. In order to effectively communicate to students the internet ethics course as computer scientists, we gave some demonstration practice lectures by taking advantage of internet ethics related videos. Since the latest UCC presentation and its discussion were performed, it was helpful for students to recognize the internet ethical issues and concerns. We confirmed that classroom students' concentration and understanding for internet ethics increases by a survey of the regular attendees. This research presented a lecture practice case model to teach comprehensive internet ethics topics to college students effectively.

As the ability and technology develops for mobile devices, it now is possible to play audio files that are downloaded from the internet on the mobile devices. The audio and video files that are provided through the internet became 'podcast,' which has an auto-update service system. The major broadcasts and universities in Europe and America are using podcasts as one of their major service. Therefore large amount of Knowledge and Lecture podcasts are actively being provided. In this paper, we will analyze the Knowledge and Lecture podcasts, and suggest improving solutions.

To evaluate the effect of sex education on middle school students' access to the obscene online computer and video film contents. 154 students were selected as experimental group. and 154 students were selected as control group, sampled randomly from Andong. Kyungbook, Korea. An analysis was performed. A non-equivalent control group pre test-post test research design was used. The data were collected from April 2nd to April 19th. 2001. A pre-survey was done on general characteristics and the condition of accessing obscene online computer and video film contents on both experimental and control group. From the survey results information. sex education contents were put together. The researcher organized 3 ready-made sex education program and explained to the four school health nurses about the ready-made sex education program step by step and they educated their selected students with three classes of 45 minutes lecture. Two weeks after the last lecture, a post-test was conducted. Four weeks from the last lecture, another post-test was conducted. The existing studies by Choi Yongseon(1998) and Kim Hyeok(1998) were reviewed and two professors in the department of community health nursing advised on the study questionnaire writing. An SPSS Win 10.0 was used. The data of respondents' general characteristics were analyzed using frequency and percentage. $X^2$ test was used to verify the homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group. Repeated Measures ANOVA was used to find out whether sex education had an effect on the awareness of obscene online computer and video film contents and under-age prostitution through the online computer networks. and time and frequency of access to the obscene online computer and video film contents. The results of the study are as follow. 1. The results of the verification of homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. 2. The first hypothesis, 'the experimental group which received sex education would have a higher level of awareness of accessing obscene contents than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.0001. 3. The second hypothesis. 'the experimental group which received sex education would have a higher level of awareness of underage prostitution on computer networks than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.05. 4. The third hypothesis, 'the experimental group which received sex education would spend time less accessing obscene video and computer contents than the control group which did not receive the education' was rejected at p>.05. 5. The 4-1 hypothesis. 'the experimental group which received sex education would access obscene computer contents less frequently than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.0001. 6. The 4-2 hypothesis, 'the experimental group which received sex education would access obscene video contents less frequently than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.0001. In conclusion, a systematic step-by-step sex education program should be developed to protect middle school students from the harmful online computer and video film access. An effective teaching material for sex education should be prepared to decrease middle school students' access to obscene online computer and video film contents.

There has been a study about the effective multimedia education using a computer following the appearance of a virtual space. Also, there has been an effort to connect the information & communication technology with education. The popular on-line lecture systems are mostly on English lecture sites. However, they just offer the VOD(Video On Demand) services ignoring students' convenience. To improve these week points, we design and implement the multimedia leaching system focusing on an efficient repeat-effect in order that students can control the Media Player by clicking a sentence on a web page. This paper presents the Editor and Player considering students' interest and the effective learning fruits. So users can easily make multimedia materials and use them to improve their English listening skill.

In recent years there has been a rise in the use and interest of the flipped learning as a teaching and learning paradigm. The flipped learning model includes any use of Internet technology to enrich the learning in a classroom, so that a professor can spend more time interacting with students instead of lecturing. In the flipped model, students viewed video lectures online outside of class time. Students then performed two kinds of assignments, a teamwork assignment and an individual work assignment, through the class time. In this paper, we propose a flipped educational model for a college class. This experimental research compares class of college algorithm using the flipped classroom methods and the traditional lecture-homework structure and its effect on student achievement. The result data of mid-term exam and final exam were analyzed and compared with previous year data. The findings of this research show that there was not a significant difference in the scores of student between two lecturing methods. The survey result and lecture evaluation by students show that students are in favor of the flipped learning.

통신망을 통해서 동영상을 전송하는 기술은 다양한 응용이 가능하다. 하지만, 현재의 인터넷 환경에서는 저속과 대역폭의 큰 변화로 인하여 많은 제약이 따른다. 학교에서 동영상과 음성으로 이루어지는 강의 시스템을 구축함으로써 효율적인 강의로 학습 효과를 증대시키고, 전체 실습실의 활용도를 높일 수 있다. 본 논문은 실시간 전송을 위한 RTP(Real Time Protocol)를 사용하여 캠퍼스내에 강의 시스템을 구축하기 위한 것으로, 멀티캐스트 라우터로 구성된 인터라넷에서 Java와 JMF(Java Multimedia Framework)를 사용하여 개발이 이루어졌다.

The purpose of this study was to examine middle school students' needs for sex education as a basic study for effective sexuality education of Home Economics in middle school curriculum. 305 middle school students from two schools in Chung-ju were participated in this study. The results of this study are; (1) sexual intercourse was the highest checked item that the students want to know; however, prevention of sexual violence and contraception were the lowest responses; (2) showing video tape and sex education professional lecture methods were the most effective ways to teach sex education that the students believed; (3) the curiosity regarding sex that the students did not satisfied with current school sex education have met by watching sexual video tape or TV; and (4) the students believed that sex education should be started in the elementary school curriculum and they wanted to learn with sex education professional.

The study aimed to determine the effects of Early Childhood STEP on parenting stress and child's behavior. The study subjects were 29 Korean mothers and their child. The researcher translated the Parent's guide of the Early Childhood STEP into Korean, along with the video tapes for parents. The experimental group was educated with the Early Childhood STEP program (lecture, reading educational material, discussion, watching video). To determine the pre- and post-test differences of parenting stress and infant behavior, t-test was used. The results are presented below. First, Early Childhood STEP exhibited a decreasing effect on the parenting stress of mothers. Second, STEP exhibited a decreasing effect on the infant behavior, particularly the behaviors in the areas of incapability, revenge, and power reactions.

This paper deals with the individual homework creating and management system. The proposed system can be applied to various types of homeworks such as problem solving, experiment and watching some video material related to lecture. Every authorized student can connect the web server in which the proposed system is implemented and download his assignment which is different from other student's. Also we provide real application examples to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed system regarding 3 types of assignments and expect to help the students to do self-regulated study and improve their professional capability.

In order to easily create video tutorials, the algorithm is needed that video camera recording, white board images, video attachments, and document data are combined in real-time. In this study, we implemented the video lecture content creation system using wavelet-based lossless compression to composite multimedia objects in real-time and reproduce the images. Using commercially available PC can be useful when lecturers want to make video institutional contents, it can be operated easily and fastly. Therefore, it can be very efficient system for e-Learning and m-Learning. In addition, the proposed system including multimedia synthesis technology and real-time lossless compression technology can be applied to various fields, different kinds of multimedia creation, remote conferencing, and e-commerce so there are highly significant.
