In this study, an attempt was made to form magnesium oxide layer via aqueous solution route of salt precipitation process. A layer with flake morphology was formed from the process and various dopants were added during the forming process. The films formed were characterized using SEM, XRD, and cathodoluminescence measurement. In addition, the discharge characteristics were evaluated using panel tests. The results indicate that MgO film can be formed via the aqueous solution process successfully, of which characteristics are comparable to those of MgO film formed by e-beam evaporation process.

Several new via structures in printed circuit boards are proposed, fabricated and characterized in RF regime. The new structure with a larger inductance component in the bottom layer shows 3㏈ improvement over the conventional structure. The existence of the admissible solution for conservation laws of trilinear type occurring material sciences was proved by Abeyaratne and Knowles. LeFloch proved the existence of admissible solutions of conservation laws of this type via Glimm's method. In this paper we introduce a front tracking solution and prove the existence of the front tracking solution. We also investigate the admissibility of solutions via the Front Tracking Method.

클러스터링(clustering)은 병렬 처리를 위한 기술로 비교적 값이 싼 컴퓨터들을 네트웍으로 연결하여 전체가 하나의 고성능 수퍼 컴퓨터처럼 동작하게 하는 기술이다. 이 클러스터 시스템의 성능을 최대한 활용하기 위해서는 디스크 입출력에 생기는 병목현상을 해결하여야 하는데, 그 해결책의 하나로 병렬파일시스템을 들 수 있다. 기존의 병렬파일시스템은 TCP/IP기반의 소켓으로 메시지를 주고받았다 그러나 TCP/IP는 프로토콜 오버헤드가 크고 처리 속도가 느리다. 본 논문에서는 이런 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 도입된 Lightweight 메시징 기법인 VIA(Virtual Interface Architecture)를 이용하여 병렬파일시스템을 구현하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고 있다.

New coding tools require the increase of the encoder complexity in H.264. In this paper we propose a fast mode decision method to reduce the computational complexity of mode decision. The simulation results shows that the proposed methods could reduce the coding time of overall sequences by 30% on average without any noticeable degradation of the coding efficiency.

This paper deals with robust integral tracking control problem based on Lyapunov method via FL(Feedback Linearization) in order to solve a reference tracking problem of nonlinear system with parameter uncertainties. To overcome a restrictive matching condition the uncertainties is characterized in a suitable form. The design procedure which combine FL and LMIs(Linear Matrix Inequalities) based on Lyapunov method to achieve the robust performance and stability is developed. Finally, the performance of proposed controller is demonstrated via simulation of a linear reference tracking problem in the MLS(Magnetic levitating System).

Irradiation of 1-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-2-pentamethyldisilanylethyne 1 in a concentrated benzene solution has provided photodimer product 7 along with other reported photoproducts. Irradiation of 1 in methanol yields 1-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-2-trimethylsilylethyne 2 and its reduction product 13, via silacyclopropene intermediate 10, and the reduction product 8 and two methanol addition products, 11 and 12, via o-hydroxyphenylethyne. Photolysis of 1 with acetone in deaerated methylene chloride affords site specific and regioselective 1 : 1 adduct 16 via silacyclopropene intermediate 10.

In this paper, first we obtain some inequalities of Hadamard type for (h - m)-convex functions via Caputo k-fractional derivatives. Secondly, two integral identities including the (n + 1) and (n+ 2) order derivatives of a given function via Caputo k-fractional derivatives have been established. Using these identities estimations of Hadamard type integral inequalities for the Caputo k-fractional derivatives have been proved.

We introduce the notions of Koszul N-complex, Čech N-complex and telescope N-complex, explicit derived torsion and derived completion functors in the derived category D_N (R) of N-complexes using the Čech N-complex and the telescope N-complex. Moreover, we give an equivalence between the categories of cohomologically 𝖆-torsion N-complexes and cohomologically 𝖆-adic complete N-complexes, and prove that over a commutative Noetherian ring, via Koszul cohomology, via RHom cohomology (resp. ⊗ cohomology) and via local cohomology (resp. derived completion), all yield the same invariant.
