소형차 전용 도로터널의 환기기 제어방안에 대한 연구 (A study on the ventilation control method of road tunnel for small vehicles)

  • 최근 들어 대도시의 교통난 해소 및 녹지공간 확보를 위해서 도로의 지하화가 추진되고 있으며, 대형차 혼입률이 낮기 때문에 소형차 전용 도로터널로 계획되거나 건설되고 있다. 또한, 도시에 건설되고 있는 터널은 간선도로의 기능을 수행하기 위해서 장대화되는 추세이다. 따라서 환기시스템의 용량이 증대하고 다양한 환기방식이 요구되고 있으며, 환기기 운전비용 등 터널준공 후, 유지관리의 중요성이 부각되게 되었다. 따라서 환기기 소비전력의 절감을 위한 운전단계의 최적화나 환기기 운전제어로직에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증대하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 소형차 전용도로 터널에 ① 제트팬방식과 조합환기방식, ② 제트팬 + 공기정화방식, ③ 제트팬 + 수직갱방식, ④ 제트팬 + 급기반횡류환기방식을 적용하여 에너지 절약적인 환기기 운전을 실현하기 위해서 운전단계 및 제어로직 최적화 방안의 필요성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과로 조합환기방식의 터널의 경우, 다양한 운전조합이 있을 수 있으며, 발생되는 환기량이 동일할 지라도 운전조합에 따라 소요동력이 크게 차이가 나며, 일반적으로 수행하고 있는 제트팬 우선 운전방식보다는 축류팬을 우선 운전하는 것이 동력절감에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

A Multi-Level Accumulation-Based Rectification Method and Its Circuit Implementation

  • Rectification is an essential procedure for simplifying the disparity extraction of stereo matching algorithms by removing vertical mismatches between left and right images. To support real-time stereo matching, studies have introduced several look-up table (LUT)- and computational logic (CL)-based rectification approaches. However, to support high-resolution images, the LUT-based approach requires considerable memory resources, and the CL-based approach requires numerous hardware resources for its circuit implementation. Thus, this paper proposes a multi-level accumulation-based rectification method as a simple CL-based method and its circuit implementation. The proposed method, which includes distortion correction, reduces addition operations by 29%, and removes multiplication operations by replacing the complex matrix computations and high-degree polynomial calculations of the conventional rectification with simple multi-level accumulations. The proposed rectification circuit can rectify $1,280{\times}720$ stereo images at a frame rate of 135 fps at a clock frequency of 125 MHz. Because the circuit is fully pipelined, it continuously generates a pair of left and right rectified pixels every cycle after 13-cycle latency plus initial image buffering time. Experimental results show that the proposed method requires significantly fewer hardware resources than the conventional method while the differences between the results of the proposed and conventional full rectifications are negligible.

Probabilistic seismic hazard assessment of Sanandaj, Iran

  • In this paper, the peak horizontal ground acceleration over the bedrock (PGA) is calculated by a probabilistic seismic hazard assessment (PSHA). For this reason, at first, all the occurred earthquakes in a radius of 200 km of Sanandaj city have been gathered. After elimination of the aftershocks and foreshocks, the main earthquakes were taken into consideration to calculate the seismic parameters (SP) by Kijko (2000) method. The seismotectonic model of the considered region and the seismic sources of the region have been modeled. In this research, Sanandaj and its vicinity has been meshed as an 8 (vertical lines) * 10 (horizontal lines) and the PGA is calculated for each point of the mesh using the logic tree method and the five attenuation relationships (AR) with different weighted coefficient. These calculations have been performed by the Poisson distribution of four hazard levels. Then by using it, four regional maps of the seismic hazard regions have been provided for Sanandaj and its vicinity. The results show that the maximum and minimum value of PGA for the return periods of 75, 225, 475, 2475 years are (0.114, 0.074) (0.157, 0.101), (0.189, 0.121) and (0.266, 0.170), respectively.

  • In 0.18 $\mu \textrm m$ LOGIC device, the etch rate of NMOS polysilicons is different from that of PMOS polysilicons due to the state of polysilicon to manufacture gate line. To control the etch profile, we tested the ratio of $Cl_2$/HBr gas and the total chamber pressure, and also we reduced Back He pressure to get the vertical profile. In the case of manufacturing the gate photoresist line, we used Bottom Anti-Reflective Coating (BARC) to protect refrection of light. As a result we found that $CF_4O_2$ gas is good to etch BARC, because of high selectivity and good photoresist line profile after etching BARC. in the results of the characterization of plasma damage to the antenna effect of gate oxide, NO type thin film(growing gate oxide in 0, ambient followed by an NO anneal) is better than wet type thin film(growing gate oxide in $0_2+H_2$ ambient).

  • 본 논문은 기존의 미세화 경향에 대한 bumpless through-silicon via (TSV)를 적용한 웨이퍼 레벨3차원 적층기술과 그 장점에 대해 소개한다. 3차원 적층을 위한 박막화 공정, 본딩 공정, TSV 공정별로 문제점과 그 해결책에 대해 자세히 설명하며, 특히 $10{\mu}m$ 이하로 박막화한 로직 디바이스의 특성 변화에 대한 결과를 보고한다. 웨이퍼 박막화 공정에서는 기계적 강도 변동 요인, 금속 불순물에 대한 gettering 대책에 대해 논의되며, 본딩 공정에서는 웨이퍼의 두께 균일도를 높이기 위한 방법에 대해 설명한다. TSV형성 공정에서는 누설 전류 발생 원인과 개선 방법을 소개한다. 마지막으로 본 기술을 적용한 3차원 디바이스에 대한 roadmap에 관해 논의할 것이다.

상부 시변 부하를 갖는 2축 도립진자의 위치 제어 (Position Control of the Two Links Inverted Pendulum with a Time Varying Load on the Top)

  • The attitude control of a double inverted pendulum with a periodical disturbance at link top is dealt in this paper. The proposed system is consisted of the double inverted pendulum and a disturbing link; a triple inverted pendulum with two motors. The lower link is hinged on the plate to free for rotation in the vertical plane. The upper link is connected to the lower link through a DC motor. The DC motor is used to control the posture of the pendulum by adjusting the position of the upper link. The periodical disturbance can be generated by the additional like attached at the end of link 2 through another DC motor, which is the modeling of a posture for a biped supporting with one leg. The motor for the joint simulates the knee joint(or hip joint) and the disturbance for the legs moving in air. The algorithm for controlling the proposed inverted pendulum which is regarded as a virtual double inverted pendulum with a periodic disturbance, is consisted of a state feedback control and a fuzzy logic controller connected in parallel. The fuzzy controller keeps the center of gravity of the biped within the specified range through the nonlinear feedback compensator. The state feedback control takes over the role to maintain a desired posture regardless the disturbance at the link top. Simulations with a mathematical model and experiments are conducted to show the validity of the proposed controller.

Wavelet Analysis to Real-Time Fabric Defects Detection in Weaving processes

  • This paper introduces a vision-based on-line fabric inspection methodology of woven textile fabrics. Current procedure for determination of fabric defects in the textile industry is performed by human in the off-line stage. The advantage of the on-line inspection system is not only defect detection and identification, but also 벼ality improvement by a feedback control loop to adjust set-points. The proposed inspection system consists of hardware and software components. The hardware components consist of CCD array cameras, a frame grabber and appropriate illumination. The software routines capitalize upon vertical and horizontal scanning algorithms characteristic of a particular deflect. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) calculation based on the results of the wavelet transform is performed to measure any deflects. The defect declaration is carried out employing SNR and scanning methods. Test results from different types of defect and different style of fabric demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed inspection system.

  • 스캐너는 문서, 사진, 필름 등을 스캔하여 디지털 데이터로 출력하는 장비이다. 이 중에서도 필름 스캐너는 네거티브/포지티브 필름을 스캔할 수 있는 스캐너이다. 본 논문에서는 스캐너를 구성하는 스텝모터 제어부, 이미지센서부, A/D converter 제어부 등을 설계하고 고속 신호처리를 위해 DSP를 사용한다. 또한 이런 주변기기와 DSP의 인터페이스 회로는 사용자가 임의의 논리회로를 프로그램 하여 내장할 수 있는 EPLD(Erasable Programmable Logic Device)를 이용한다. 스캐너를 제어하고 스캔된 데이터를 PC로 전송하기 위해 PC와의 인터페이스는 parallel 포트를 사용하며 35mm 필름을 스캔할 경우 9백만 화소 이상(수평 해상도 3835, 수직 해상도 2592)의 고해상도를 얻을 수 있도록 하드웨어를 설계한다.

  • 수직이착륙과 고속수평비행이 기능한 스마트 무인기 개발의 일환으로 초기개념설계용 성능예측 프로그램을 작성하였다. 스마트 무인기가 요구하는 설계조건을 기반으로 각 임무 단계 수행과정에서의 연료소모중량을 반복계산하여 전체 중량을 예측하고, 동시에 무인기의 주요형상변수, 추진성능, 수직이착륙성능, 수평비행성능 등의 계산을 통해 성능예측 및 설계요구조건 만족여부 판단, 경향성 분석을 수행할 수 있다. 동 프로그램은 수직이착륙 무인항공기 비행체의 초기개념설계단계에서 비행체의 경향성 분석, 비행성능 예측 및 설계 요구조건 검증 등을 손쉽고 간편하게 수행 할 수 있는 도구도서 사용할 수 있다.
